Very efficient fan/air conditione
Not needed the air conditioning aspect of the fan yet as not nearly hot enough! Quite quiet and with three settings it’s perfect for my use.
Very pleased and easy to follow instructions for the air conditioning unit.

This was just what we needed when we had the hot weather I still use it every night just as a fan nice and portable to move from room to room
A great fan - doesn’t cool
This is a wonderful fan. Powerful and nice in a living space. It however does not cool a room down and if anything just adds unwanted humidity. We use it without the “cooling” water feature and really enjoy it as a regular fan.
This arrived quickly! Looks very nice and it is quiet. I ordered this as an upgrade from the standard fan we had been using. You can use this as a fan only, which is all we’ve done so far, and we only had it on the first level as it’s so good. We haven’t used the additional feature, which includes the water and ice pack. I get that this will come in handy on those days when the heat is extreme. Very happy with this.
Worth the money
Fantastic product. Keeps the room cool and really cool if using the ice block. The water tank is easy to fill. The remote is a great added feature as easy to switch unit off without getting out of bed, chair etc. I also had a great customer service experience from the supplier when there was a delivery problem. The supplier responded quickly to my message and acted quickly to resolve the problem.

I was a little skeptical about this but it’s been a lifesaver for our stuffy warm bedroom in the warm weather. It’s not as efficient as aircon but it’s noticeably cooler than a fan when you pump water through it with the ice blocks in.
This fan definitely is better than having just a fan on when in the air conditioner mode. The breeze is very cool but obviously it’s not an air conditioner. It’s slightly noisy especially at night. The water container has to be filled every day if you want the cool breeze mode. For the price am happy with my purchase.
I was looking for something like this. Its not too small and not big, about the size of a tower fan but bigger and heavier. Has alot of options and I feel I picked up a bargain. I paid 109 with a 10 voucher automatically appearing at checkout. Once I had delivery which was next day. I check price and it had gone up to 150 so felt quite proud of the purchase. I needed this for a small box room I use as home office/ bedroom and have not tried in other parts of house and will do so in future. Should have bought more for all rooms but as price gone up will shop around as or wait till price drops.
This fan is a lifesaver. I use a mesh office chair, and work in a room that’s often 5-10C warmer than the outside. By positioning this fan a few meters behind the air pointed at my back, I’m able to cool enough of my body so that I rarely feel uncomfortably hot even during these recent heat waves. At night, it’s around 1 meter from the side of bed, set to minimum speed with oscillation enabled – this helps me not feel completely exhausted from the heat when waking up.
I originally hoped this was a misting fan, but having use this for a few days now, I’m glad it’s not. The hydration mode helps reduce sinuses drying out (especially when sleeping), but by not being a mister, it means that you’re not getting massive drops accumulating on the surrounding environment (e.g. walls). It also means that you don’t have to worry about any ultrasonic misting elements burning out due to lack of water (as is common with misting fans).
I’ll say that the ice packs don’t seem to do much to reduce the temperature, but considering how effective it is without them, I’d argue that they’re unnecessary. A better option would be to use 1L of chilled water and fill the remaining amount of space with ice cubes – that would be incredible if you are keeping your windows and doors closed and want to lower the ambient temperature of the room.
Speaking of water, I can say that over the course of 8 hours, this fan uses approximately 1 to 1.5 litres during cooler temperatures (e.g. at night) and approximately 2 to 2.5 litres during warmer temperatures (e.g. during daytime). Essentially, filling it once per day is more than sufficient and you absolutely don’t need to worry about running out of water while sleeping.
One important note: If you are using the humidifier / hydration mode, you should ensure you refresh the air in the room at least every few hours as it’s entirely possible to hit over 70% humidity if you don’t. This could lead to mould growth and may make the room feel uncomfortable.
Overall, an incredible fan, and highly recommended.
Situated about 2 metres away, it wafts cool air over me with the oscillating fan and with the choice of three fan speeds.. The cool air function is effective, even when the ice box must no longer be cold. Filling the water container was a bit fiddly first time, but easy once I had got the knack. The water lasts all day, so topping it up is not a burden. I keep a 1 litre jug if water in the fridge, so I can top up the water tank and regenerate the cool air function at the same time. I am 93 and have been feeling the heat lately to the extent of feeling light headed. No longer. No fires or water leaks so far!
Although it’s 5 litre capacity, I put in 1 litre refrigerated water and a whole tray of ice cubes, and it blows out cold air!
The trick is to keep the water in the tank as cold possible.
The only down side, over time (I’m talking days), the air in your room will become moist, so you’ll have to open all windows and let the air refresh.
I’m really happy I bought this.
It’s slimmer than I expected (a good thing), I’ve tried it with water in to check for any leaks, as has been reported but it seems ok so far; but I haven’t used this feature in anger yet (so to speak). I’ve used it as a fan, on the timer, at night, on a normal and ‘night’ setting. On the night setting it seems to blow hard for a few minutes then settles down to a steady quiet operation. On this setting it’s very quiet. I still haven’t battled hot summer nights but at the moment this unit seems better than an fan on stand that I used previously.

Proved to be a massive help during the excessive heat of summer 2022.
Suffering heat exhaustion, we bought this and using a combination of chilled water/ice cubes/ice packs in a room measuring approx 4/3 metres it turned out the be a life saver and cooled and maintained the room to a bearable temperature for a considerable time.
Personally for me it saved days of misery from the heat and made life so much more bearable.
Takes up very little room and sits in the corner unnoticed ready until the UK’s next baking hot summer. Not overly noisy from what you would expect from a fan of this type.

This is a brilliant little cooling unit. PLEASE note it is not an aircon unit and that’s reflected in the price. Ok, bit of knobbing about with ice packs for cooling but did the job in the office during the high temps. If you need ice cold aircon, pay double, but for me, this worked.

Works well
Bought this to use in our static caravan in France. It has helped us through yet another heatwave. Works really well, temperature in the caravan was 33 degrees but we were kept blissfully cool. Highly recommended. Only suggestion for improvement would be to include 4 ice packs as 2 could be kept in the freezer while others are in use. Followed manufacturers instructions using water chilled in the fridge as well as ice packs. Great product.

It got us through the July heatwave with ease. Easy to use (remote particularly handy) and very efficient. Instructions could have been a little clearer though, especially RE the ‘cool wind’ mode.
Better than standard tower fan in the heatwave.
The chiller effect is quite good, especially if you use iced water to fill the tank as it then immediately blows out cooler air and the ice blocks stay cold longer. Very effective powerful fan but quiet in night mode. Doesn’t disturb me at all or stop me sleeping and the timer is very useful. Highly recommend this and good value.

Nice looking with a fan that doesn’t keep me awake. It has certainly been used a lot during the heatwave and passed with flying colours.
Would suggest buying some more cooler blocks and put plenty of water in the fridge to keep rotating. Definitely recommend if used correctly.
Remote is useful too.
