    Does the job
Brought for a Christmas gift for my dad as he said he wanted one, it came the next day and has been used since in different rooms, it definitely picks up a lot of water and also helps with condensation, I also like it has a little beep once the tray is full, it can be timed and cuts off iswel. Definitely recommend as it isn’t too big or too small I’d say just the right size

    Excellent. A game change
Over the years I noticed a gradual increase in moisture on my house window interior and with random patches of mould in certain areas. Regular vacuuming of window and smaller dehumidifies could not stop it. Purchased this and was amazed at the amount of water it takes on. House has started to feel warmer there is barely any moisture on windows even on coldest days in comparison to before. It’s quite enough for me to run on the landing in between the bedroom. Wish I had purchased one of these years ago 🙂

    Great buy !!
I live in a studio flat, so not much room for clothes horses.

This is ideal to leave clothes to dry, knowing the dehumidifier will soak up the dampness in the air whilst the Central heating dries stuff, before ironing them.

Very cost effective and very easy to use.

    Highly recommend it.

    Now have two!
Was impressed with this device to the point that we purchased a second.
They are light and easily moved around the house if required.
My wife has respiratory issues so we use these to not only reduce the humidity but also the chances of mould developing. We have also noted the house seems warmer with these in use and the heating is used less, the reduction in humidity must have an effect on how we perceive temperatures i guess.
I am very pleased with the units and have recommended them to others in the family who are also pleased with their performance.

My wooden furniture is now better!
I couldn’t open the drawer in my pine chest of drawers due to such bad humidity in my room. It literally swelled shut. It had my bras in. I had one bra on constant wash!!! Water on my windows too. Bedding felt damp (I rent a flat with more damp than a vets towel.)
This went on and my humidity was 87%. After 24 hours and a bucket of water I was down to 66%. After 3 days my bra drawer was opened with gusto!
It hasn’t cost anywhere near as much as electric central heating and weirdly I felt warmer in my room.
    I.
    Love.
    This.
    That is all.

Truly brilliant product. Had bought a product not as good before so did my research this time. No damp issues anymore, quiet and we only use the water tank don’t need to put the hose on. Plus low energy. Product description is spot on and would highly recommend because it works !!

This is great, especially if you don’t have a tumble dryer and just drying the clothes on airer. It’s fills up quickly with water and the air feels much drier.
The only thing id say is it’s quite heavy but does wheel about easy enough. I live over 3 floors but chose to just dry washing on lower floor and leave down there.

    Efficient and portable
I bought it to upgrade my small dehumidifiers at home and I’m glad I did. Works well in getting rid of excess moisture from the bathroom, from 80+% humidity drops to 60% in less than an hour and no damp marks on the walls. Having carry handle and wheels means it is easy to transport anywhere in the house.

In my case, the water collection tank fills up in less than 12 hours, depending on the moisture level,
and the unit automatically stops with a blinking ‘full tank’ prompt. I just make sure to check regularly and empty as needed buts it’s not a problem for me.

The user manual says the unit has r290 propane used as refrigerant so it is good to keep this in mind and always take precautions when operating the device.

    COMPACT AND VERY EFFICIENT
I have minimal amount of condensation in my home because I use a dehumidifier! I only use it in the winter or when I need to dry clothes indoors, I put it under my clothes airer. You get a lot of water out and if you don’t collect it. It goes into walls and furniture!
I have been using one for many years and my previous one was still working but bigger, old and I’m sure less energy efficient.
My son has bought 2 of these and is very pleased with them. I am very pleased with mine and I have just recommended it to a friend and he has just bought one.
Fair to say. I’m very pleased with i

Ive been having issues for a while with excessive condensation which led to mould on walls, I have used smaller dehumidifiers but they only helped a small amount. This dehumidifier on the other hand is excellent. Since I started using this ive had no condensation at all and we are in the winter where the condensation is at its worst. It’s relatively quiet and very easy to empty.
Ive got up to 3ltr of water each day so had to empty twice.
Really good for anyone with the same issue

    Wouldn't be without it now
After reading the reviews I decided to pick one of these up and give it a shot, we have a faulty gutter on the front of the house which causes water to run down the wall causing issues on the interior wall, but his is also the room we do laundry in both on airers and in the tumble when required so moisture is a big issue as we can leave the window open due to our area and our indoor cat.

Since it arrived and we let it sit upright overnight due to it being on its back in transit we have had it on almost 12–16 hours a day and using at most 50p per day, not only are the clothes on the airers drying quicker, but the wall seems to be dryer as well.

Noise is pretty low unless your sat next to it but if it’s in another room with the door shut or pulled to your not likely to be bothered by it unlike a tumble dryer.

It will need emptying regularly if your have a damp room but it will auto shut-off in the case it fills up without you knowing, but you can also use the supplied pipe to extract the water to a drain or larger container if needed.

    Economical and easy to use
This is the second one I’ve bought because it’s so easy to handle and very economical. (We also have another brand that is difficult to handle and difficult to empty).
The energy efficiency is really good. If you have a lot of damp it will run constantly at first until you get it down. Then you will find it sits idle until the preset humidity level rises. We target 60% humidity because mould grows at 68%. I’ve recommended this model to several people.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersWow!!!!!
This is absolutely marvellous…I live in a street facing very tall trees though the trees are a good 8ft above the ground on higher ground which means they permanently block your sunlight so therefore when it rains….the house’s can’t dry out as we don’t get any sun (even though it’s there)…it’s blocked by the trees ….
I’ve lived here for 22years….my gutters get blocked in autumn due to the leaves falling off, all of which the gutters get full…..the rain can’t go anywhere…. only over….and down the wall… you know they’re full when you have a waterfall coming down your windows and front door…… The kitchen….OMG…. don’t get me started…. it’s been built with A SINGLE LAYER BRICK…. it’s freezing…. there’s a gap between my kitchen and next door BUT…. that’s not accessible because who ever built these bloody houses didn’t give us access to be able to clear the gap of which over many many many years has accumulated ALL the bloody leaves blowing over into the gap getting wetter!!! So therefore i also have a lot of damp up my walls and growing my very own MUSHROOMS!!!!!!!!! (if only it was bacon lol)… but seriously…how embarrassing and disgusted do i feel!!
I received this Monday PM…..i plugged it in, switched it on, set it to “auto” , couldn’t be any easier……(I’m a YOUNG 55yr old woman on my own)………. I put it in the mushroom kitchen……….it read 96% wet…….. By Wednesday ….it had removed 35% moisture,( 61% it read) ….BUT…… that’s having it on…on auto… for 14hrs….( 5am – 7.30pm) because it then goes in the front bedroom. So far…. it’s removed from the kitchen (on auto….and already off when i get in from work at 2.45pm….empty and restart till 7.30)…..an amazing almost….3.5litres…. God knows how much more if I’d have attached the hose……… The kitchen is the worst….
In the front bedroom……It read 88% wet (using one of those humidity/temperature gadgets) of which matches the dehumidifier…..(i had that nearest to the front window….the wall that is shaded) ….I plugged it in Tuesday 7.30pm and stood it at the bottom of the bed…….It had reached the FULL……by the time i wake at 4.30am….so i don’t know for sure how long that took either……But it had reduced to 74%…. I didn’t even have it near that wall as i didn’t want to use an extension cable…. so therefore it could’ve been more. What i did notice was the air…… when i woke to turn over…..it felt purer….. not musty…..
It’s not overly noisy….but not quiet either….I sleep with earplugs and couldn’t hear it….I think you would hear it if you’re a light sleeper and don’t sleep with earplugs. If you’re using in another room then you won’t hear it. Sounds are more likely to be noisier in an evening when it’s quieter… I can’t praise this enough…… It’s even made my single brick kitchen warmer……. hopefully no more mushrooms… It’s so easy to use AND empty…… It’s not the lightest to carry especially if you’re up and downstairs with it like me but at least it has castors to wheel it about. Absolutely fantastic. It’s about the size of your overhead luggage case…. great compact size with an attitude…..Thumbs up

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWorks well, couldn't believe the amount of water in my room
    It does the job right.
Important to note that if the house was too humid for too long you’ll have to use this equipment for a while before your house is dry enough. The humidity started dropping better after several days of usage.

The louvre at the top was down first few days, so much warning so I didn’t want to tamper with default setup, so little water was being collected. However, when I opened the louvre it started working better, because the container gets filled up in two to three hours of operation. So much water. They should explicitly mention the louvre function and operation in the manual.

Finally, if you’re travelling with this equipment it’s better to discuss with the appropriate officials. The equipment triggered security scanner. Apparently it has compressed inflammable gas. I didn’t know that. I was allowed eventually, but it was embarrassing, understandable too because if I knew at first I would have made a better arrangement of it’s transport.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersQuiet, efficient, simple to use
Purchased for use in a single room, really easy to use, does exactly as you would expect it to. Our room sits at high 60s/low 70s% humidity and this keeps it at whatever we set it to (I went 50%). I run it pretty much 24/7 and it needs emptying around every 12hrs. It cuts off once full and restarts once emptied. You can run it with the little hose coming out of it, but it suits me better to know there is that safeguard of it cutting off (if running with the hose you have to monitor yourself and switch off once your chosen bucket is full). Also, for anyone as fussy as me about not having hulking great white electrics all over the show, this is suitably small enough to be unimposing! Very happy with it in all aspects.

    Love IT!
I originally purchased this earlier on in the year. Needed another for 2nd floor and came across a more equivalent, expensive one at a reduced price. I’ll reserve stating the make but promptly returned it due to It being stated that it turns off. However, it never did (after reaching instructed humidity setting). In addition it was loud, wouldn’t collect water on low setting and had to have almost 2ft all round clearance (I live in a small terraced 2up/2down and do not desire it being my living room… Centre piece!). Needless to say, after much research… I’ve ended up purchasing a second 12ltr Netta. Does what it states and couldn’t ask for more! Slight criticism is only 1.5ltr container (have to empty 3x a day and slightly on the large size (but worth it)

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersAn effective dehumidifier for a reasonable price
My partner and I just bought a house that has some leaks/damp and whilst we’re trying to fix the root cause, the dehumidifier is working in the background to remove it. Some observations:

    PROS:

    – The dehumidifier is effective. When we had a drier house (during the heatwave) less water was being extracted from the walls. Since the rain has restarted, there is a lot more water being extracted. It’s clear that it is working, and working well.
    – The dehumidifier collects water in a little tray in the back. The tray slides out and can easily be emptied.
    – The dehumidifier is relatively quiet. That is, there is a hum and it’s unlikely people would comfortably be able to sleep in the same room as it, but it is not loud enough to hear from a room away, or from above if it is upstairs. (It doesn’t create shake the ceiling or anything).
    – The instructions are really easy to follow for set up and use – there are diagrams that can assist. I always struggle to follow instructions but I had no issue with these.
    – There are various functions including the humidity/fan speed, a timer and an automatic setting. The latter options allow you to set the dehumidifier and for a specific period or until the tray fills up, which is ideal for when you’re out. (It won’t overflow)
    – The dehumidifier comes with a little tube so it is possible to connect it to a bigger container to allow it to drain for longer.
    – I’ve left the dehumidifier on for 12 odd hours and it continues to work well and not overheat.
    – Very lightweight and has a handle on the actual dehumidifier which is incredibly helpful for moving between rooms.

    CONS:

    – The tube that comes with the dehumidifier is short (approx 60cm or so I would say). It’s not long enough to reach my bathroom/drain so I have had to utilise a large container as a drainage system. The only down side with that is that there isn’t a way to ‘stop’ the drainage, so if you’re away, you could risk it overflowing.
    – I’ve tried to find replacement tubes but I have not been able to, even on Amazon & in B&Q.
    – To set up the tube (and the water draining via the tube rathe then the tray) there’s a part of the tray you can ‘pop out’ to fit the tube through. Frustratingly it’s incredibly stuck on the dehumidifier that I bought. I’ve tried using a tool to pop it out, but it risks cracking the remainder of the tray, so I’ve resorted to just using the tray again.
    – The wiring isn’t all that long too, so depending on the size of the room, an extension cable may be necessary.

All in all, it’s good value for money and I would recommend it to a friend, but going forward there are some parts that could be addressed to improve it. There are ways around it but if the issues were fixed the product would be even better.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersGreat! But a little noisy and bright for bedrooms.
It’s a great little dehumidifier that can keep a small to medium sized room dry, year round, even if you live in a damp part of the country that rarely sees air humidity drop below 70 or 60 %. I’ve had it for about 8 months without issues, though I did remove the flap on the top to stop my cat from closing it while the machine is running – The fan isn’t powerful enough to open the flap by itself, it blocks the air outlet. I assume it’s to stop dust getting into the machine while it’s being stored, or so?

I attached the drain hose to a large, lidded plastic tub and I simply empty that every day, as the internal tank is very small, allowing it to run all day if I need it to, especially during the colder months. Just make sure to empty it regularly if you do this too, and secure the hose so that it can’t fall out or be knocked out by curious pets, and make your floor wet.

The machine is easy to clean – You can take off and vacuum the filter every couple of weeks. I even go as far as unscrewing the back panel and gently vacuuming the finned coil with the brush attachment every three or four months so that it stays efficient, but I do this at my own risk, as its delicate. I also run a pipe cleaner through the drain hose attachment point, into the bottom of the drain tray inside the machine to stop it getting blocked.

Only other thing is that it’s a little noisy compared to the larger dehumidifiers that I have for different rooms. If the fan’s on full, it has the same noise frequency as a washing machine motor on its spin cycle, so that can get quite disturbing if used in a bedroom at night, especially as the blue lights on it are very bright, too.

If the fan is put on low, it’ll cycle between high and low randomly as it defrosts its coil, and I found the varying pitch to be more annoying than a constant pitch. If you have a large bedroom and keep it in the opposite corner of the room though, it might be bearable – I’ve got used to it now, and even miss it when it’s not on.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersOverall nice device .
I bought this in October 2022 but started using from December. It has been excellent. I used it to dry my laundry and to dehumidify the air in my room. As I suffer with asthma I wanted something which change the quality of air in my home. It has been working fine. The only downside was when it stopped running a few times in December, so I contacted the customer service representative. She was very helpful, she immediately gave me two options to return it and buy the new device. She was even ready for a collection which was a bonus for me, but by that time the dehumidifier started working again. Since then it’s been working and it’s a overall good device for collection moisture and dry the laundry.

Moreover I don’t know how would I survive in last two months without this. Because it helped to dry my laundry. So I am happy with this so far.

Does a good job, not too noisy but after a while you tend not to really notice, sucks plenty of water in for a fairly big room – really should have got the bigger model, humidity has gone from 80 down to 60 in a matter of days so guess it’s doing what it’s supposed to. As for drying laundry – not so sure as sometimes it blows out cold air but I’m happy with it.

So glad I bought this.. I was having a bad damp issue in my bedroom and throughout parts of my rental especially after the heavy rains and some flooding from the patio door. I also have asthma and had started wheezing in the evenings. After a week, my bedroom walls are dry to the touch. The wheezing has stopped too. I currently have it by the patio door and in 24hours it has extracted over 6L of water.
It has also helped to speed up the drying time of clothes on the airer from 3days to about 12 hours.

This machine is fantastic. I’d agree with another review, it does sound like a microwave is on. Within a few hours, I noticed a massive difference. The air felt dry, but comfortable.

We have this in our useless conservatory put in by a previous owner. It certainly takes moisture out of the atmosphere but needs to be emptied frequently. We do not have the means to drain it permanently and I’m not confident that I could leave it unattended in Winter as it would cut out when full as it is supposed to do. I will have to see if I can direct the hose into some sort of external reservoir with sufficient capacity to allow emptying upon my return to the house?

This is such an efficient dehumidifier. It arrived yesterday, and despite the temptation to turn it on immediately, I did as I was told and let it stand overnight. Wow, once I turned it on it got to work and reduced the humidity level in my smallish sitting room from 72% to 60% in under an hour. It is no noisier than a small fan, it is easy to move around and I calculated that it costs around 6p an hour to run. Now for the bedroom!

    Works great.
This is a good dehumidifier, especially given the low price. It’s ok on top speed during the day when there’s other noise in the room. I think it would probably be ok to run during the night on the slower speed, but haven’t tried it yet as it’s mainly for use in the living room when I’m drying laundry. It removes plenty of water and there’s very little condensation in the room the next morning. I mainly use it on the timer, which is programmable in 1 hour increments. The digital display is clear and easy to use. I’d recommend this to anyone who is going to be drying laundry indoors during the winter months without a tumble dryer.

Does exactly what is says on the tin!
A great product, has definitely made a difference in our house especially with the cold damp weather and clothes being dried indoors.

A little expensive but a smart looking until that does a great job.

    Very effective dehumidifie
Great value for money, very effective and I really don’t find it noisy at all. Definitely speeds up laundry drying and I noticed that it raised the room temperature by a degree as well.
