Cons: Cleaning isn’t the easiest of things, especially around the drainage plug. I found a soft small brush helps. The ice cubes are hollow and will melt quite quickly.
Very easy to use makes plenty of ice with one fill, & does not take up much space.
Good quality, works pretty fast, good capacity, the only negative point is the lid, which is quite flimsy and not particularly strong

This is a great machine, makes ice quickly, 8-12 minutes. Having ice with your drink improves them no end, and the convenience of having ice on demand is great. You do need to plan a little bit and switch on before you want drinks, but that’s no big deal.

This thing makes so much ice its brilliant, im storing the extra in my freezer so i only have it on every few days, this is with me filling a pint glass to the brim with ice constantly. Super easy to cpean just drain it when your done and dry it out with some kitchen roll and done! Plus the fact it looks good is a bonus too. Should of bought this years ago
Although this machine is very easy to use, and does everything it says on the tin, I’m disappointed in the size of the cubes. However they did a good job in the drink.
I stored my ice cubes in the freezer. It’s also very quiet.
If you’re not concerned about the size of your cubes definitely recommend this product.
Love this! I dont have room in my freezer for loads of ice cube trays, and we use a lot of ice. This machine makes ice in 10 minutes and doesn’t take up much space. It will keep the ice frozen in the machine, but i transfer to a plastic box and keep in the freezer, and turn the machine off. Great little machine
Love this – no more traipsing home from the shops in a hurry with a dripping bag full of ice . It’s great as you can make as much ice as you need without having to fill up freezer draw with a cumbersome pack of ice. A little pricy for some maybe but it’s a great addition to our household
Brought this as a replacement as our ice machine in fridge had broken and was going to cost to much to repair. With in 15 minutes of unboxing we had our first lot of ice. May even take camping with us. Only downside is that it is a little noisy when making ice otherwise brillia

But 6 weeks after daily use I can quite certainly share that this is the best thing I’ve purchased this year! We have a standard family sized freezer but there is rarely space for ice.
The kids use it for almost every drink as well, and as a family we’ve found that we’re all drinking alot more water.
I can’t speak for its long term use, but even if it only lasts a year I would buy it again.
2 years on, this ice machine is going strong. It makes the first set of 10 ice cubes in less than 10 minutes, then they keep coming thick and fast. Within half an hour or so you have a basket full of cubes that can be used straight away or placed in a bag then stored in your freezer. This is great for parties! It looks good and uses hardly any energy (I checked on my smart meter!). The ice is comparable to the cubes you’d get from an integrated freezer ice dispenser and it’s just a really cool thing to have running when you have guests over.
My only feedback would be that cleaning the parts that are tucked away is tricky, but a toothbrush does a great job. Though this level of cleaning shouldn’t be necessary at all if you are emptying the water after each use and storing it dry as per instructions.

Bought as a gift but was well liked and used regularly they spent first time watching it make ice good quality item & value for money.
We bought one for our office. It makes ice cubes very quickly and they are a good size – not too big and not too small. You fill it with water, it produces ice cubes and stops when the basket is full. When you take some ice cubes out it starts making more so you always have plenty. If it runs out of water there is a warning light but it’s not a problem if you’re not around when this happens, as it will just sit and wait until you fill it up again. It is a little bit noisy but we don’t notice it. It has a plug a the bottom to empty the water so you can clean it out every now and then. We liked it so much we bought one for our home too.

Too early to say as only just purchased .works fine not too noisy made 1st batch of ice cubes on 5 mins and continued to do so ,so I’m happy with that .Wouldn’t say its ideal for a large family or party unless your going to freeze it in batches but for 2/3 people I think its perfect .
I fill every glass to the brim with ice. I was all set for the night switched it on 5 mins or so later the ice started flowing. After about 2 ice dropsit seems to get quicker and quicker. My glass is always full of ice. During a Netflix night it kept ahead of me so well that I even turned it off for a while. This will pay for itself with in 10 weeks. Quiet, quick, easy to clean and if the ice starts tk thaw it just turns it back into ice. Love i

Excellent item. So far so good. We bought this for when we’re entertaining we’ve not entertained just yet but when we’ve tried it out it did what it’s supposed to do and easy to clean.
This is my third one. I am relieved to see it down in price. The first one I ran a bad limescale area. The second also ran there. Despite switching to filtered water some pretty scary stuff can form in the reservoir. I may just have dirty hands of course. Ice delivery rate is extremely good. I don’t notice any excessive electricity consumption.
I was very happy with this ice machine over Christmas, until water started to run out from underneath the machine. It wasn’t due to overfilling the water tank, it was a leak. I contacted Amazon and was told to repack it and send it back for a refund. I am still waiting for collection.

Literally love it 6 mins from start you have ice coming out. They r perfect size for all drinks. They seem to hold shape and size in the bucket all the time the machine is on. Howevr they do melt a little quick but if u freeze them in bags overnight they last for ages in ur drinks.
Would I recommend hell yeah for where drinking connosouir its a must!! Perfect for parties n definitely Christmas new Yr etc a winner!!
It works great. I wish it was a little smaller but it sits on the counter fine. The only complaint that i have is the clean up process. I leaves a little bit of water after use that is a pain to empty and then wipe down. Otherwise it was a great purchase

Surprisingly fast freezing capability, fill with water plug in and 30 mins later the first lot of ice and then every 10-15 mins more is generated . Ice is hollow and opaque and stores well in the freezer in a bag .
As a desk top product it is quiet and efficient but it does take up some counter space , cleaning is easy once it is empty (it can be filled up at any time) We have ours next to the glasses so its easy to add ice when getting a drink (alcoholic or not)

With this summer being one of the warmest for a while I went through bags of ice so fast to the point I decided to buy an ice machine and looking at reviews I decided on this one and by far this was the best decision ever.
The machine is so easy to set up simply let it rest after delivery give it a wipe out and plug it it, it has an easy one button to operate and will not over fill itself or try to make ice when the tank is empty as it will stop and give you a visual warning with flashing lights if the ice tray is full or water tank needs topping up.
The machine is very easy to clean and is also not very loud when in use, you can also get a large amount of ice in a relatively short time, for the price this is a very good machine and well worth the purchase.
Really happy with it but it lost a mark as the ice does melt if not used, however as the ice level drops then it makes more. Left to its own devices it would make ice all day , we just leave ours plugged in 24/7 and its always full, just add more water as required
Delighted with my ice maker. Produces a good volume of ice (when you press the right buttons – read the manual). The only slight issue is that the ice probably isn’t quite frozen solid so if you transfer it to the freezer they stick pretty firmly together.

This is the second ice machine I have purchased the first not as good quality so spent a bit more and since receiving this unit I had no problems and you can tell it is better made so far I had no problems and it is been working well only one size ice cube which is large however can’t see the point in having small ice cubes as they would dissolve far too quickly as the large ice cube is not very big anyway.
Bought to replace an old ice maker which broke down during hot weather. Ice size is good and after the initial 10 or so minutes to produce the first batch the basket fills quickly. Fairly quiet whilst running. Like most ice machines, cleaning isn’t the easiest job. Overall a good performing ice machine for the price.
Really love this machine, so easy to use, just sits up the corner churning out ice cubes. The ice cubes are good and not too wet so that they stay as individual ice cubes in the freezer.
I bought this for a friend in desperation, as she is difficult to buy for (in a nice way, she’s a lovely person). She loves it, her partner loves it, and we and other neighbours love it! It looks good, it produces excellent ice cubes really quickly, and it sits neatly on the top of her counter. I keep hinting to husband that he need look no further than one of these for my Christmas gift!
In use 6 days a week in a coffee shop environment. Good quality, no issues after first few uses where the ice has an unusual taste when defrosted. All good after a few uses.

This makes ice nice sand quick and isn’t too noisy. Give it about 15mins to make enough for one drink and after that just let it run. It will auto stop when it runs out of water to if the ice tray is full.

Great little machine producing plenty of ice for our soft drinks. Refilling it at least once a day, been quite helpful during the warmer weather this week.
Over time it’ll save me money from buying bags of ice from supermarket. And also helps the environment as bags of ice are in plastic bags.
This product reviewed well on general websites outside of Amazon. Happy with the price because at the time it was 30 off, it arrived the next day, which was brilliant as the weather was predicted improve so we invited friends over last minute. After unboxing and adding water we had a few cubes for one drink within 10 mins and a full bucket of ice between 20-30mins!! Best buy ever!
Love this ice maker, we have it on every day. Within 20 mins you have ice and once the first batch is made it seems to get the next batch faster .

Absolutely love this ice machine, so easy to use, we make a big batch of ice up and put it in freezer, a real plus us we have noticed that unlike the ice you buy from supermarket the ice from the machine doesn’t turn into mushy frost in the freezer. Wish we had bought one earlier. So easy to yes fill with water to maximum level switch on and away it goes, so easy to empty too just pull plug out from underneath.

Sits nicely on top of the small freezer, easy to use and provides ample ice. Needs to be dry when not in use as mould can build up. Needs a quick run through with Milton steriliser and water.

i have waited 4 months to write my review as me and ice machines dont get on they conk out on me this is my 3rd in a year the first 2 was not from amazon well its 4 months in and amazing perfect ice every day or so. its not noisy very quiet makes a lot of ice i just bag it up as well i clean it once a week its so easy damp cloth a paper kitchen roll perfectly clean i love it just but regards john fulham
This is an easy to operate machine and does everything I hoped it would and is cleaner and more convenient than a full ice tray and trying to get it into an ice box, without spilling it.
Exactly what we were looking for, only takes a few minutes to create the first batch, we often turn it on first thing and we can use the ice created throughout the day, any excess then just melts back into the water tank, really pleased with this

After searching the market I bought this one, and whilst the ice pellets are somewhat smaller than commercial ice cubes, and not clear/see through, as they are not made with filtered water, at the end of the day, they are ICE, and COLD, and do the job.
I would definitely recommend this product to any family who like or use a large quantity of ice and either dont have an ice making fridge, or freezer space to store it….which was us.
HOPEFULLY THE FOLLOWING WILL ALSO BE HELPFUL…
1. The ice pellets straight from the machine tend to melt VERY quickly. To resolve this pre-make your ice in batches beforehand, put in sealable freezer or plastic bags, and freeze again BEFORE USE, for as long as possible, and they will stay frozen longer in your drink.
2. If batch making ice, or at any other time, remember to keep checking and maintaining minimum water level. Running thr machine constantly for around 3-4 hours you can easily make 2kg or more of ice.
3. HYGIENE- Please clean the machine at least.once a month to avoid mould, bacteria, or even algae, forming in the bottom or working parts. Yes, really. This is particularly important if machine kept somewhere warm and lght in warm weather I.e a conservatory, as there is a window in the top.which.could.let heat and light in.
4. To.clean it, I rinse out in hot, clean water, then fill again with tap hot water, and I add 1 and a half
Caps of Milton, or similar sterilising fluid..Switch the machine on and run as if making ice, to allow fluid to flow through moving parts, but of course, discard the ice cubes. When machine empty of sterilising.water, REPEAT with clean, plain water, then wipe out with kitchen paper, also wiping out any marks or stains. Job done!

I love this ice maker. It makes enough ice at any one time for us. It makes ice very quickly so if you use all the ice, it will only be minutes until the next batch is ready. I bought this as we were buying a bag of ice a week.
I’m certain we’ve already made our money back on this! Would recommend this to everyone who loves cold beverages!
We received the Netta ice maker yesterday. It was very easy to setup. We put it on the counter, plugged it in, waited for 30 minutes (as per instructions), added water and started the ice maker. In just a few minutes, there was ice in the icebox. We threw away first 2 batches, and now using it regularly.
All the frustration of making ice in the ice tray, filling it, getting the ice out, spilled water, etc has now all gone away with this nice ice maker machine. It sits neatly on the countertop, does not take too much space and just does it’s job.
So far so good, very happy with it.
There is always a bit of water in the bottom which needs draining if not in use for a while.
But noisy to start with but I decided to not leave it on constantly and only put it on when I need ice. It’s so quick and easy to use.
Very happy with this. We make up a big bag for the freezer, then make a new batch when we run out. We don’t fill the tank to the top, as it produces too much for the freezer bag. Great that you can just put it on and leave it until it’s either finished or the tray needs emptying to produce more.
This product is so easy to use and produces great quality ice cubes. They last so much longer than those made in the freezer. If you are thinking of buying this do it, you won’t regret it. This would make a great gift for someone in your life that loves a cold alcoholic drink

There are some things you should know about this ice maker… it makes 9 cubes every 8-9 minutes, then you need to wait 8-9 minutes for the next batch, and so on. In the meantime, the cubes you’ve made are quite thin and will melt, so you need to take them out and put them in the freezer. So you’re waiting for each batch of 9, putting each batch away, to slowly accumulate cubes. What would her great is if the ice maker kept the cubes frozen for you, ready to collect when you are. Or made more each time to make it worth your white to wait around. On the plus side, it’s great to have ice! We’ve had it for a week and no problems, it looks good and I’ve seen other reviewers complain about water being left in, I just leave it there until the next day. It also uses surprisingly little water. That’s it!
I have an ice maker in my fridge freezer but it can never keep up with me. Due to being on lots of medication my mouth gets very dry so i eat ice as well as have it in all my drinks. This machine is so quick that i have to put ice in my freezer because the machine fills up quick. I dont find it too noisy or too heavy. I will def recommend this.

Fantastic bit of kit. Don’t expect instant ice, put on an hour before Ice needed, starts producing ice after about 10 Min. We fill Ice bags, and put in freezer. Have to do this once a month depending on ice useage.. Definately would recommend.. 5*
My workplace bought one of these last summer, being as we are (were) stuck in a hot office in central London. It meant ice coffee every morning. Now I’m stuck at home and waking up a little too warm. This arrived so fast, nicely packaged, and was ready to go in minutes. It’s really quite cute. I only have a teeny freezer so this is immensely helpful!
Only down side is I think its a bit noisy, and I don’t find the draining plug easy to get out.
Apart from that I am happy with my purchase for the money.
Initially did not work but once fixed, amazing. Within 10 minx you get ice, it actually stays cold for long enough but keeps producing. Really pleased
This is a big purchase but worth the money. It’s a similar size to a bread maker. It makes small ice cubes quickly. We never have to buy supermarket ice again.
Like any ice maker it takes up a fair bit of room and needs to have space around it for fans not to over heat. We didn’t clean with vinegar as suggested – water fine. Reasonably quiet. Very quick to make ice

So far the ice making machine has proved to be great, loads of ice quickly and easily. Definitely read the instruction manual before use. Its very logical and easy when you know what to do and how to maintain the machine.
Hope this lasts longer than the last two (different brands), which seemed to survive about 12 months. So went for a cheaper brand this time.

Like the size and value for money. The only negative,which is minor, is that it doesn’t Make the ice as quick as stated. But the cubes are better and easier to handle than shop bought ones.
Bought this for hubby’s birthday. He was delighted to receive it and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy to set up. Instant ice. Great product. Would recommend highly. Hopefully it will just keep on working and not break down as we’ve only had it a short time , can’t comment on long term usage.
I couldn’t have a plumber in fridge with ice maker so I decided to buy a stand alone Netta ice maker as a compromise. It’s turned out to be a great buy. Not sure it’s as quick as described but it does the job and I’m very happy with it.
