Keeps freezing . Supplier told me to buy sd card from nextbase which did not fix the issue. Now seller is saying out of warranty and refusing to do anything. Amazon not interested. Save your money.
The camera came with the wrong cable to fit the rear camera to the front camera. I was refunded for that bit and able to buy a new cable with the refunded money. Other than that all was good.
Fitted in a matter of minutes, loving the magnetic snapping system allowing me to quickly adjust the camera and remove it when required.
Accessing via my phone using their app works really well, emailing, saving and sharing clips is simple and almost enjoyable.
Would recommend this device as there are more driving issues daily, way too many bad drivers on the roads, catching them and sending to the local police who view the footage and send out notifications for the worst offenders.
Keep our roads safe, stop the bad drivers.
Camera is easy to set up and with the polarising filter, takes good hi quality video. BUT…. The adhesive pads on the mounting bracket melts in mildy hot weather and results in the camera sliding down the windscrean on what looks like ‘Stretch Armstrong’.
This camera has replaced my old one in my previous car, which my granddaughter now has. I let her keep the other camera (312) which was very good. So this one is an upgrade. Nextbase is quality and has excellent features.
Bought this and the recommended San disk sd card however as on previous occasions the Card was not genuine and would not work with the dash cam. So ordered one from Nextbase direct. More expensive but branded as next base so should work!!
Luckily the card fitted my 3 year old granddaughter’s tablet obviously pepper pig is not as fussy. Cam looks good quality but won’t know till card arrives tomorrow!
The camera is easy to install, tucks up nicely behind the mirror, is of good quality and produces good quality footage. The one disappointment is how short a time it retains battery charge, it then buzzes frantically to tell you it’s about to run out of puff. So many Dashcams have the same failing; why?
Upgrading my current dashcam nextbase 222 to the 322gw which has more functionality and a touch screen. Very pleased with it so far. The only issue was a discover that the micro Sd card and the rear view camera from the 222 are not upwardly compatible. So had to purchase an sd card. Needs to be a U3 or above. 20.00 from Halfords 32 gig. New rear view camera cost me 49.00.
The GW seems to work with the app and set up was straight forward. You don’t get a manual, and have to down load one.
It was missing the front dust cover to protect the connections when not connected to the car. Spoke with Amazon and they gave me a 5.00 refund
Excellent piece of kit, good clear picture. Installed by a professional all wires concealed . No instructions were supplied but easily found on the Internet.
I’ve hardwire fitted this to a BMW 320d with a rear view camera too.
I initially had a issue with the DAB radio signal not working when I had the cameras switched on. That was down to the rear camera being close to the fin Ariel. A clip on ferrite core on to the rear camera cable solved that. I just need to do similar with the rear window heater as switching both the that and the camera on kills the DAB signal too.
Bought this to replace an old one, hubby is well impressed with it, easy to install, clear picture and compact, would recommend
Good camera.
The SOS Interface connection between camera and your phone is fickle and intermittent.
Support from company re this is good and connection does resolve for period of time. However, still getting connection problems.
Doubtful if I will pay for SOS renewal subscription!!!!
As a dash cam very pleased and no problems.

I bought these for my daughter, very impressed with picture quality and the Bluetooth makes viewing videos on your phone a breeze. Highly recommended
The camera is very easy to install and use via android phone and whilst the parking feature is greatly improved it is extremely sensitive.
Great kit – but – it does not come with the micro SD card, Nextbase try and sell you their SD cards which are very expensive. Other SD cards for a third of the price are available PROVIDED you go for the right SD spec.
Excellent instructions as it has quality understandable booklet and qr code. I feel happier driving with this, also when camera is running I put it into a mode where i can just see speed on the screen, else you can have a blank screen. The ease of taking the camera off the mount is amazing, its slick and doesn’t tug the mount. Would highly recommend this dash cam it is value for money
The compact design doesnt obscure driver view and choice of mounts supplied meets anyones needs.
