Seat was missing so had to contact the the main distribution centre.
Distribution centre did send a seat even though it was my fault for not checking all items were there on arrival.

Instructions are not clear at all
It needed quite a bit of assembly and instructions were not clear enough, it was just one picture. Also did not receive decal stickers with it which was disappointing.

This gift for my friend’s sons, one 8 years old and one 3 years old both love it.

Instructions and Assembly Design Not the Bes
Ultimately, this seems a good product and reasonable value for money.
The product is attractive and sufficiently sturdy.
The instructions are not the best, though.
I’m not the handiest but I’m also not the worst when it comes to assembly.
The key shortcoming was how the axles are constructed and the lack of clarity around how they are secured – the non-written, visual instructions show one of the plastic pieces that help secure the end caps but not the other plastic piece and both are needed to secure the holding bolts properly.
It may have cost more to engineer but screws to secure the axles would have made life a lot easier. Either that or better instructions.
It took an hour to complete when 20-30m would have been possible with one of these adjustments.
We have a happy little boy at the end of the day and, assembly gripes aside, we are not disappointed…

Easily put together by Grandad for 2 year old , still a little big for him , but loved the engine noise which he turned off every time he got off . Well made and hours of fun to come

This tractor and trailer was bought for our two year old grandaughter. The assembly instructions supplied were not very good at all BUT find the YouTube assembly video , it was brilliant and putting it was made far easier
