Really easy assembling, does what it says. Great value for money
This is a great incline/decline workout bench. It’s got several adjustable heights and doesn’t feel unstable or flimsy at all. Additionally the padding makes it quite comfortable to use.
Great bench! This was a gift from my Dad for my birthday. Got it up and running in no time. It’s the perfect addition to improve my home work-outs. Sturdy and comfortable, and I can store it out of the way when not in use.
A really good simple bench for my home gym setup. The collaspable bench is easy to store away and its soft padding makes sitting or laying on it very comfy. Strong and sturdy enough for all my exercises.
This is very good bench for home excersize. It was vert easy to assemble took about 10 min. When folded can be easly stored under the bed or in the cupboard. The rubber bands are great addition but it can also be used with free weights. Feels very solid and sturdy. Great purchase would totally reccomend to buy.

Following are my specific experiences after the purchase of this adjustable Weight Bench for Bodybuilding in home.
(a) I followed all the instructions and it did take around 30 minutes to assemble it properly.
(b) All the descriptions and the photographs that it shows is accurate. The material is leather and has soft padding.
(c) I have been using this bench in my body building at my home in London and I can say that it is the best replacement of the Gym.
(d) As a body builder and gymnasts, I also do back and abdomen exercises with this adjustable foldable bench.
(e) The price is very reasonable considering the quality of this bench.
(f) The bench’s surface area is a bit wider which could cause a bit struggle when doing chest press with dumbbells.
In conclusion, I highly recommend it for home gym lovers and as we live in Pandemic and risks of COVID-19 I am very satisfied with this and thank for such rigid construction by the manufacturer.

It seems well designed and built.
The frames are strong and resistant, being able to adjust for full body workouts.
The anti slip support feet allows it not to move and stay in place.
Able to fold to occupy less space.
It can support up to 500 lbs so it stands the pressure.
The bench arrives folded up in a box mostly assembled, with only a few bolts to screw in and locking bars to attach. The setup only took around 5 minutes (instructions included) and then it was ready for use. The silly ‘oosofit’ company name logo is plastered on the front of the seat, but other than that it looks nice and the padding has a carbon fibre like effect with red accents which makes it look like a sports seat, which I’m a bit of a sucker for.
I really like that its adjustable to different angles or heights you may need for different workouts. It can be folded fully flat for bench presses, or straight upright for bicep curls. You also get some resistance bands which are quite good to use for light resistance training, perfect if you’re starting out or want to do some light calisthenics. You also get padded foot support, which work really well if you want to use the bench for abdominal crunches. The bench can serve lots of different workouts, it’s very universal.
First impressions, the bench itself feels very well made with a strong metal frame, and the padding is quite firm but supportive which makes it more comfortable when under strain. The padding is covered in a PU Leatherette which should be fairly resistant to sweat, and very easy to wipe down clean. It feels firmly planted on the ground and doesn’t really wobble or move about. Once you’re finished, it can be easily folded in half for storage.
I do find though that the headrest is just a tiny bit too small if you’re a very tall person, I’m 6ft and it fits, but any taller and you may overextend the headrest. Its worth nothing that the headrest is also a little wobbly as well, even when fully tightened on. The headrest is removable though, so its completely optional if you choose to use it or not.

Very impressed with quality. When i have received the parcel it was really light, i thought that ‘waste of money’ but when i started set it up i thought its brilliant. Myself and my wife obsoletely love it.
This is a perfect bench for a home gym. It’s not heavy duty or industrial grade, but it’s good quality enough to sustain serious use. Ideally, it’s suitable for your usual compound workouts, however I’m unsure if it can handle the weight under Olympic bar bench presses. It has a quick adjust system for the backrest which is handy. The material of the bench is non slip which is always a plus point.
I sometimes worry about the quality of the instructions when I have to assemble a product. I needn’t have worried about them with the Oosofitt bench, as the instructions were easy to read and follow.
The bench is mostly assembled, with the head rest being the only item that requires the use of tools to install. 2 spanners, one to hold the bolt in place and the other to tighten the nut. The spanners are included. Assembly time should be less than 5 minutes, if there are no issues.
Unfortunately, I had issues when installing the head rest, as one side would not slot in to the metal framework of the bench as it was slightly dented. I had to used a pair of pliers and had to remove the plastic surrounding the opening of the framework to get the head rest to slot in.
I also found one of the nuts supplied for mounting the head rest was rusty. For the price of the bench I would not expect that.
Once assembled, I gave the bench a go. It is simple to change position from seated to flat. The padding is nice and thick, making it comfortable to use. The bench comes with resistance bands but they felt like there was no resistance to them.
The bench is easy to fold by simply removing the pin bolt.
Been using it few times over the past week. The big plus for me is that this is not the standard/heavy benches you use in the gyms, which are quite heavy to manoeuvre. This is perfect for home setup, where you want to work out 1-2 times a week and put it away for storage. For that matter, its foldable too.
Was little surprised at first, as was expecting sth heavier, but it doesnt seems to affect the safety of the equipment in any shape. As advertised, i would believe that it can handle up to 250kg (which is more than sufficient for average guy doing even 60kg lifts).
Quality of leather good. You may have seen better but not at this price. And the brand name – didnt pay much attention but can see why it could put off some people. But this is for home use anyways so would recommend.

I am so glad I get to review this weight bench.
This weight bench delivered very well packed. There are a couple of screws to fit the bottom part and one key to just the bench and two foam cylindrical things for the feet. And two screw-type things to fit them.
Fitting everything was extremely easy there was a manual also in Chinese and in the English language. Very clear instructions. All the screws are of great quality. There were two wrenches to tight everything. Also, two stretching rope which goes on the bottom.
All set up was super easy and I used it now for two days and there are so many adjustments for any height. I am just so glad they made this branch accessible to anyone even kids can use it. Both seats on the bench can adjust.
Price is absolutely perfect for this bench. I totally recommend it and very glad I got this.
There is a little assembly required, and I do mean just a little. This takes 5 minutes only. The instructions are pretty decent, with photo steps and minimal, easy to follow text.
Okay, that’s good, now we have assembly out of the way, what about the bench itself? It’s brilliant, excellent quality, and very well-made, with plenty of adjustment to suit, so you can achieve the optimal position. It comes with 1 x pair of resistance bands, and of course, others are available of different resistances to supplement if you wish. It’s very comfortable, and nicely cushioned. It feels really rugged and heavy duty, not at all flimsy.
Right then, okay, so a good all-round product — great. There is another excellent thing with this though. One issue with this type of product is that it takes up room, and can become a bit of a nuisance. This beauty folds down, and really easily. Simply remove the 2 x pins (takes seconds), and the whole thing folds down.
All in all, I really am impressed with this. Super quality, great value. Just the job to help you keep up your fitness levels at home. Definitely recommended.
