This mess was about 20-30 minutes of work, I think, it was too fun to check the time, getting those super pesky weeds out. Amazing tool, most of the time rips out the entirety of the root, some times it snaps off, but I reckon it takes enough up to stop it regrowing. I get carried away as its so easy to use I end up doing the neighbours garden… Anywho on to the cons… It can dig up some large holes, due to roots being spread, so, good to have a lil soil on hand to refill any holes. Like the title says, don’t question it, buy it, best investment I’ve made so far for my garden.
We have masses of dandelions and weeds in our lawn and I have been fighting a losing battle with them for some time. I actually enjoy removing them with this tool. Particularly like the pump action ejection. All quite therapeutic!
Works very well and seems solid. Can be difficult to find exactly where to put it for maximum effect but that would be the same with all tools of this type.
Bought this to weed our wildflower paddock. Really well made, think it’ll last forever! So easy to use & even gets the Really big, flat nasty spikey weeds up with the root attached. Gets quite addictive, so leave your plenty of time!. 10/10
So far the weed extractor is doing a good job, its easy to work. The best way to make it work, really shove it down, making sure the dandelion weed is in the middle, and pull the handle against the foot lever and the weed mostly comes out, some times the weed root breaks, but that happens no matter what your using to get the dammed thing out the ground. So I did my quite large lawn a lot easier and quicker than crawling about on my hands and knees trying to get the weeds out. well pleased with product. so far.
Seriously ok. This product is amazing. 5 stars honestly don’t give it justice.
Every house with a garden with grass should have one has part of their garden. Don’t tell me you don’t have any weeds because every garden does.
Please don’t mess about just buy it!
Best money I’ve spent ever!
Third day today.. thought there wasn’t many more to do and looked out kitchen windows counted about 30 or so dandelions i decided to try remove a few more hoping some of the ones from yesterday had grown more making it easier.. pulled another 6 – 8 of them out the ground. I realised some I may have to remove manually due to the fact there is a slate bed and the spike cant penetrate that and a gravel area.
my conclusion:- if your buying this and you have no clue about removing weeds this is the tool you need 100% if you are a experienced weed puller its still going to be a great addition to your garden tools. However I am unsure what benefits it will give you maybe speed and less back ache. It’s certainly saved me money on a gardener which I will probably still have to pay because my next problem is lawn care. I will tackle this as well before getting a gardener. But if its saved me a few quid then I’m happy.
My lawn is literally full of thistles and dandelions. This piece of kit makes pulling them out really easy and saves your back at the same time. A great gadget that makes a horrible job so much easier. Use it in short bursts as your arms do get a little fatigued. Would seriously recommend if you’ve got a problem with big weeds in your lawn.
Its very easy to use tool – Plucking out weed with this tool is very easy. Downside is that it leaves some holes – But it take out the weeds with the roots so no worries there.
The product does what it says i found that most of the time this works best when the ground is very moist and the size of the dandelion plays a role as well. bigger dandelions this tool snaps the root in half. smaller size this tools pulls out the whole root.

Tried using with grond like concrete didn’t think it would work with the ground so hard. Pulled out 4 thistles with no problems yes it may leave a small hole but easily filled. Would recommend

So easy to use I felt like a child attacking the weeds in our grass. I then bought one for my dad too, it’s lightweight and easy to use for all ages.

Found this effective for all sizes of weed, including nettles.
Moved house, inheriting a lawn more dandelion than grass in the process and did not relish the idea of grubbing around on my hands and knees getting them all out, so bought this. In the space of 30 minutes or so I’d removed the mountain of horrors in the picture. Really easy to use, and very satisfying when a big old taproot comes out cleanly. Very recommended garden doodad.

I am not a young person so was wondering if I could manage using this however thought I would have a go as buttercups and dandelions in my lawn were driving me mad. Brilliant tool for getting the big weeds such as dandelion and thistle weeds out, got 3 barrow full of these weeds in approximately 1/2 hour if was doing by hand with a trowel would of taken me a whole weekend leaves only a small hole aswell.
Not too heavy to use. Gets the whole root out effortlessly.
As most other reviews advised it’s a great tool and get’s the weeds out. Most came out deep from the root.
Only downside is the holes left behind, so a bit of extra work shaking off the soil or adding soil to fill the holes.
Other than that very pleased and saved a lot of time and effort.

The device seems sturdy enough and a trial in wet soil (December) worked well. I will have to wait until summer for a trial in dried out soil. It has the potential to make weeding less hard on the back.
The product looks really good, it was bought as a present, so can’t really give it a review. The only disappointment is, it doesn’t come with instructions, for my 80 year old Dad, which would help him

Used this product to pull dandelions out of the garden and lawn. It was so easy to use and worked. Very smile worthy instead of being on my knees trying to pull with a hand tool.
I get pains in my legs whilst crouching down weeding so I bought this to see if it would work, it’s excellent! It does take out quite a bit of soil at the same time but that’s easily replaced and no more sore legs. Well recommended.
Absolutely brilliant. I was unable to kneel and bend after a injury so could not do my garden properly this got weeds out of my flags as well as the lawn.

So glad I purchased this product, after reading the reviews , I wondered if it would come up to the ratings, and it certainly dose , makes weeding the lawn so easy, lovely study product to use, no need to bend, I would say makes weeding a pleasure.
It’s actually a fun tool to use. My mom even loves to use it while getting the weeds out.
I think this works well, but it broke on a bigger weed. The plastic parts and thin metal are not up to larger tasks. I’d pay a lot more for one that has the same design but is much more solid.
Wir haben sehr viele Disteln im Rasen. Die haben teilweise enorm tiefe Wurzeln. Wenn nach einem Regen alles gut feucht ist, lassen sich die Disteln mit diesem Hilfsmittel problemlos entfernen. Durch den langen Stiel mu man sich auch nicht gro bcken- rckenfreundlich!
Definitely a great purchase. Made weeding quick and easy and incredibly satisfying. Not very successful at pulling up dandelions though, unfortunately. But great for pretty much all our other weeds.

This has got to be the best tool I’ve purchased for weeds and really easy to use.
I have MS and this tool makes weeding easy. My 14yo boy uses it easily and I am buying another for my 73yo mother.
The tool works good. Can’t use it on damp soil.
The Unit appears to be sturdily built and certainly does the job. Yes! it does leave a largish hole but that is because it is removing all the root. The answer is to use the tool regularly and catch the weed when they are smaller. It takes longer to use in a flower bed as, of course, the short foot, against which the unit levers, will dig in to the soft earth. A study board under the lever arm cures this problem but takes a little longer.
Just had to monitor use else my lawn could look like a bomb site. Does an excellent job.

Very easy to use..feels sturdy..sum weeds with thick roots do get stuck so have a tool handy to poke out..saved hours an my back.
I am 180cm, so I still need to bend a little bit of my back to use it, but it definitely make the job much easier. Strongly recommended!

Utilissimo…. vero che se non lo usi correttamente togli troppa terra e rimane il buco, ma dopo averci preso la mano in un attimo togli tanta di quella gramigna dal prato verde senza faticare. E con questo attrezzo non pi ricresciuta. Per me ottimo acquisto
Was concerned it would be too flimsy – it isn’t. Works really well, took a bit of trail and error to use it effortlessly.
Really good buy had my doubts but soon changed my mind once I had used it,have cleared so many weeds out of the lawn and so easy to do looks a different lawn, very pleased and was worth the money.
This is really good for pulling out a whole lot of weeds from the garden and lawn. It requires a bit of practise to pull in the right direction, but once you work it out, it’s very easy.
It doesn’t require much strength, my 7-year-old pulled weeds for about 90 minutes, and actually enjoyed it.

di uso immediato, sradica anche le radici pi grosse e lascia buchi minimi. Non paragonabile al lavoro manuale con vanga o paletta.
L’unico inconveniente che se la pianta da estirpare molto grossa e con radici molto forti a volte non semplice rimuovere la pianta estratta dall’attrezzo. Attenzione a non farvi male se provate a rimuoverla a mano, consiglio l’uso di una paletta.
Non posso fare altro che consigliarlo a chiunque debba risolvere questo problema in giardino senza devastarlo a colpi di vanga per estirpare tutto.
My favorite tool! The only down side is my wet/clay dirt gets stuck sometimes and I need to use a gloved hand to unclog it.

This tool is wonderful! We have so many weeds in our lawn and started to dig them out by hand but it took so long I ordered this tool and it does the job so well. The first time I tried it I counted the weeds and I removed 140 in 40 minutes!! Very easy to use and lightweight. Highly recommended
Bien sur, lorsque l’on retire les pissenlits, cela fait un trou : celui du pissenlit, mais pas plus gros que l’emplacement qu’il occupait : il faut donc prvoir de la terre et ventuellement des graines de gazon pour reboucher.

I didn’t like the tool at first as it takes out a solid chunk of soil each time it’s used, about a square inch. However, it removes weeds entirely and you can put the soil back in the hole left behind. It’s a good effective tool, but you still need to bend down to finish off the job.
It arrived ready to go. No instructions but I’m a bloke & blokes don’t do instructions. Stabbed it in the first weed, leaned back and it was out. Cleared about 100 in 45 minutes. It wasn’t easy peasy as it’s still physically demanding but it’s easier than being on your knees.
In summary it’s a bloomin’ good tool & priced better than others. Seems well built & im happy with it.
Purchased for removing mainly dandelions from our lawn, excellent tool,easy to use and clean. The only downside was there were no instructions in the box,we referred back to the Amazon site for them. A very good product overall.

excellent tool , worked well on removing weeds , just spray wd40 on the moving parts and away you go. metal can clog up as you use it so wd helps . well put together , just place over the weeds push down with foot and lever the tool backwards . cheaper than other tools so yes , a good buy.
Does the job perfectly but not the easiest mechanism to get rid of unwanted weeds, need a bit of strength.

The only negative is that it makes a pretty big hole. Carry some topsoil with you when you use it.
The one thing she did have a problem with was when pulling a weed from hard packed soil the weed got stuck in the jaws and she didn’t have the strength to eject the weed.
Id it because i could get the roots of deep weed roots easily.

Love it. I don’t have to bend anymore. It pulls the root. You still have to make an effort, and it’s a good workout, but my back is less tired than if I had to bend. Sometimes it’s hard to release the weed from the tool itself though, it could get stuck a bit.
