If you are 6ft and over or 125kg (20stone) or over and you are going to use this chair everyday for hours at a time then this is not for you.
Saying that it is a nice looking office chair and fairly simple to put together.
Value for money = Yes
Good looking = Yes
Rock tilt and swivel =Yes
Only downside is its not meant for tall or large bodied people.
I wrote the original review below – for transparency, I am leaving it below. However, I am happy to report now, thanks to some great customer service and sending photos of the chair, I have received a replacement chair, which has rectified the original issues I had with the product. The seat cushion is more than adequate for my needs and is comfortable – yes for much longer than an hour this time. The new chair is much more stable than the old one and a useful addition.

I thought this would be a good chair for the home office, but, it has got such a hard seat that it’s uncomfortable to sit in for more than an hour. The back is firm, but not giving. It is not a very stable chair and wiggles a bit when you sit in it. The wheels are good and it moves freely about, however, that doesn’t make up for its other shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend this chair for anything other than the occasional use.

I bought and used this chair for 6 months straight. No issues at all and I used it quite a bit. Would definitely recommend.
I didn’t expect miracles at this price point but I was pleasantly surprised. Chair is comfy with loads of supports. Holds my weight ok. Only problem is … it’s wobbling a bit.
The chair is amazing. It is very comfortable and helps support my back so my back pains are reduced. The neck rest is very sturdy and supportive. It was very easy to assemble. I managed to get it all built within an hour. All around a very comfortable chair.
The chair is easy to install and comfortable to sit in. There is no discomfort in the lower back from sitting for a long time. The sitting height is also suitable.
I need a chair to sit and feed my baby, and it can also relieve my back pain. Im completely happy with this one . Very comfy and good back support. Also very easy to put together highly recommended
had bought several office chairs since the beginning of the pandemic because of work from home. I must say this is by far the most comfortable chair I had bought. It was very easy to assemble and once assembled it also looked beautiful in my office. I have been using it for a while now and I also suffer from back and neck pains however I have not had any complaints as it is very comfortable and the neck rest just makes it all a well round packaged chair.
Good quality chair, parts are well made and instructions easy to follow. Assembly takes less than 10 minutes and once assembled, the finished chair is strong and sturdy. The finished quality is good, the chair is easily adjusted using the gas lift mechanism and the armrests flip up and down to allow you to get under your desk without constantly changing your preferred seating position.
Hard to find a complaint and when you look at the price it really is great value for money. Overall a good quality chair, a fair price and great value for money.
A few days after purchasing this chair, I think it is fair to say this is a good product. I really like the soft material that support the lower back. The material of the frame feels quite strong compare to my old chair. The arm rests are also very nice to have. But it would be better if I could adjust their height vertically instead of rotating them. Well, after all this is a good one so far. (I barely take photos as such chairs look similar to each other. it is more important to feel it than watching.)
Chair was fine whilst still in one piece I’m 6″3 so I had to take the headrest off as it was only at my shoulders and then after 6 months of use (8hrs a day) a component under the seat snapped and now the seat is wonky to sit on and so I’ll have to find a replacement or worry about a wonky spine
I have been sitting on this chair for most time of the day and still feeling rather comfortable. The design well supports my back and waist area, and I can rest my arms too. I will definitely recommend this as one of the cheapest ergonomic chairs that you can get online but still remains comfortable!

Let’s see if this chair last more then 9mths.
Although the picture instructions were a bit on the small side, my husband was still able to follow and assemble the chair within 15 minutes.
Very comfy to sit on as the base is twice the thickness as my old one and feels very sturdy.

The headrest of the chair can be adjusted both up and down by 5cm. The armrest can also be flipped so that we can free up some space. This chair is provided with brand-new weaving technology. The backrest of this chair is provided with a mesh fabric that is elastic and breathable, hence it is very comfortable. The height of this chair can be adjusted up and down according to our needs. The chair is designed in such a way that it can raise and lower and even rotate 360 degrees.
There was a part missing from the box. The supplier offered me a number of satisfactory options to resolve the issue. A highly recommended and trustworthy seller.
The chair is very easy to put it together, it gives nice lumbar support.
Very comfortable cushion and backrest. I can adjust chair hight to fit with my table highet. Very stable and comfortable chair.
