Muy estable. Respaldo bien, aunq depende de la estatura y ancho que sea el usuario. Para m con 1.74 y 73 kg es perfecto. Es bastante slido y fcil de plegar. Para entrenar en casa es suficiente. Y con ese precio no esperes un banco de gym
Despues de varios usos comparandolo con algun banco de gimnasio, para usarlo en casa es perfecto, es bastante estable y al ser plegable se puede guardar en cualquier sitio. Es bastante comodo y para gente alta el respaldo cubre muy bien para poder apoyar la cabeza (mido 1,87m).
Si lo compras con alguna rebaja es perfecto en cuanto a calidad precio.
The pin that attaches the pleather to the bench itself is loose and flimsy, which is just sad, as you’d expect better quality. Obviously it can be fixed at home but this shouldn’t be something that needs doing. Otherwise the bench itself is not bad, though it would be ideal if it wasn’t fake leather as that stuff wears down and separates easily over time.

Great bit of kit , I use pure gym but wanted this for days I can’t attend. It’s well made and easy to assemble. Not that I need it but it comes with a chart for exercise manoeuvres. A+ FROM ME.
Risulta abbastanza stabile e inamovibile nella distribuzione del peso asimmetrica, infatti non d alcun segnale di ribaltamento laterale.
Unica titubanza durante la fase di montaggio che ho trovato un po’ macchinosa e nello stringere le viti (vuoi per una sicurezza mia in pi, forse ho avvitato troppo forte) si deformata la lastra in metallo, questo mi fa credere che i materiali non siano molto forti e resistenti ma, ripeto, son passati diversi mesi ormai dall’acquisto e non ho avuto mai problemi di cedimenti vari.
In conclusione, sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo e consiglio.

When I placed order, I had worry it may not be strong enough! I have tried it out many times. Me 70Kg and 2 dumbbells 20Kg each, a total of 110Kg when I do horizontal chest press. This bench proved to be very strong. I am sure it can take very much more weight than 110Kg. This bench saves space! Shove it to the wall and place the rubber coated hexagonal dumbbells underneath! For home use, Hexagonal rubber coated dumbbell is the best!
Excellent bench and value for money. Comes nearly fully assembled and easy to put together. Worth noting this bench is a good width and better than some gym benches I’ve used.
