These PhysKcal 3kg dumbbells have no flaws in my opinion. They’re great for conditioning your entire body and sculpting your arms, shoulders, back, and legs. You can perform a range of exercises with them.The tight grip makes working out a lot more enjoyable. The anti-roll feature ensures that the dumbbell does not roll away after the workout. The weights are compact, stackable, and easy to store. Overall, it’s a great design, and I like how these weights have a non-slip touch. They’re built to last for a long time.
Those weights are well made, and I like the plastic cover. I use them at home for light training on my day off to do accessory exercises.
I think they’re a bit pricey, but at the same time, I do prefer having around my house those nice looking weights over some cheap-looking weights.

I like these, they’re comfortable to hold and the weight of them is just right for my current workouts.
They’re designed ergonomically well, making them easy to hold.
Another thing about these is they don’t make your hands sweat, which is great.

I required a set of dumbbells for my 6 year old grandson, who struggles to make a fist with his right hand. Heavier dumbbells proved difficult for him to use, due to a wider grip: but these, with a much narrower grip are perfect. Even better, I was able to purchase a set in green – his favourite colour.
These dumbells are a joy to use. They provide good grip, and don;t mark floors. The polygonal shape of the ends means that they stay put when not in use and don’t roll away, and they look great.

Cute colour, rubber finish, easy to grip and hold. It’s also the perfect weight for my shoulder injury recovery as it doesn’t stress the muscle out.
The all over rubber coating on these 3KG is lightly textured which helps with getting a safe and firm grip, the coating reduces the chances of damage when putting them down. The hand grip portion is actually quite wide, which may not suit someone with small hands.
These dumbbells are good. It is good quality and easy to hold. The two dumbbells had a zip wire tied together and bubble wrap.
Good sets of dumbbells for home gym exercise. I choose them in 2kg weight. They are covered in sweat resistant neoprene coating in nice purple colour. Has very good grip and are comfortable to use.
You can use them in lots of different way. I usually browser some exercise ideas in internet and depending on what part of body I want work on, choosing best set for myself.
These are nice weights, solid, sturdy and sit comfortably ion the hand.

I’m pleased with these. The dumbells have a thick, durable layer of grippy neoprene type material that cover the whole of the dumbells. This texture works well at allowing good grip during use. Even with sweaty palms.
These dumbells seem to be made from cast iron. They’re solid.
Theyre a good size for comfortable holding in the hand.
Very good quality that would incline me to purchase more from this range of different weights.
For those that are unable to work muscles using heavier weights, eg those that have medical conditions, these are a very good size and weight.
The handle has a diameter of approximately 4cm, so easy to hold even for the smaller hands. The length of each dumbbell is approximately 17cm. Lilac means they’re difficult to misplace !! Additionally, each end has ‘PhysKcal 2kg’ at each end.
Weighing these on scales, each weighs marginally over 2kg (one weighs 2.039kg and the second 2.058kg)
As mentioned above, these are easy to hold and easy to grip. Neoprene coated means they don’t slip out of my hands irrespective whether my hands are dry or sweaty. The material also means that I can’t scratch the floor with these. On the floor, these don’t slide and being oval and with two flat sides, means that can’t roll easily.
This 2kg weight is great for those that are looking to rebuild their arm and shoulder muscles.
Overall, these are incredibly compact and, I believe, a really good choice of barbell and weight.
My only criticism is that they smell plasticky. I hope this goes soon. That said, I’m not marking them down for this !!
Perfect for light home training, a good grip, won’t get too wet when you sweat, and will keep the grip well enough. Do their job
Grip is 3.5cm for my small hands is bit big in hands. Is manageable by doing workout but I prefer thinner grips. Packing could be better they come wrapped in bubble wrap and tied. So don’t order anything else with same order. My dumbbells are used mainly for swimmers jumping from 1.5kg to 3kg. Sweat-resistant Neoprene Coating, looks solid should last ages. So price is fine if they last as they look so. I’m thinking of buying 9KG Set with Portable Stand for my wife also so can recommend them if grip size is not a problem.
These are comfortable to hold and are a good size for me to weight lift at home.
The dumbbells have a good thick rubberised coating all over them, meaning less damage to floors, easy to grip even with sweaty hands, they have flattened edges so don’t roll and with a 10cm wide handle these are comfortable to grip even if you have larger hands. Obviously not a huge weight at 3kg each but work well for some exercises which involve punching out with the weight. The weights look well made and should last a very long time.
I’m just getting started on weight training, so I got the 1kg to start me off!
They are very comfy to hold, the robbery ish outer layer means they are easy to hold on to, very easy to clean and help to soften it in your grip!

Have been using similar 2kg ones (except for in purple!) from another brand now for a while so these came along at just the right time for me to step up my work outs now I;ve gotten used to the 2kg, I use them predominantly for triceps/tacking bingo wings and light weight lifting to tone rather than build bulk. Really comfortable to grip and they look nice in the neutral grey too. Good value compared to my 2kg ones so would definitely recommend as very happy with them.
The neoprene coating has a few very minor scuffs and even looks like a few bits of detritus have managed to get stuck in it, but it’s not an issue really. They are absolutely fine for grip. The ends have two flat edges so they don’t roll about on the floor (I think the hexagonal ones you see are better because they have no rounding at all, but that’s just a preference). There is sufficient clearance between handle and ends on these 3kg ones to be able to do push up type exercises holding them with your fingers curled underneath between handle and floor. They’re decent dumbbells, no better or worse on the whole than other ones, no reason to not buy this brand.
I made the mistake of ordering these at the same time as something made from glass. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake as weights and glass don’t mix and only one of the pair will arrive in one piece. So try to ensure you only order these when nothing else is required.
The weights are simply wrapped in bubble wrap and the pair are tied together with a cable tie. Simple packaging and pretty foolproof, as long as you don’t have anything else combined with the delivery.
The weights are easy to hold thanks to their textured exterior, even when hands get warm and moist due to a workout, my grip remained firm. I doubt the weights will be damaged by getting dropped, they certainly survived the delivery process unscathed, which is more than I can say for the glass as well as the outer box.
The dumbell are 3kg each and is ergonomic to grip. Good for weight training and toning arm muscles.
