I loved the product but it’s only last a couple months and is now not working
Ho preso queste cuffie per poterle utilizzare in ambiente rumoroso. Dall’altra parte sentono molto bene e i rumori dell’ambiente sono pressoch annullati. Funziona bene con l’interfaccia USB ma meno bene con il collegamento bluetooth dove riscontro parecchio rumore di fondo

I bought this to use when I work-from-home and I use it via a Remote Desktop connection on my work PC and it works great! Comfortable headset, sound quality is great, integrates seamlessly into TEAMS and Skype without any downloading or configuring, just plug it in and pair it, good to go! Charges quick and gives you 12 hours talk time.

– Das Mikrofon ist zu leise bei Video-Konferenzen, selbst bei 100%-Einstellung in Windows Settings.
– Teams ‘hrt’ manchmal das Mikrofon nicht, obwohl sogar der Balken am Mikrofontest ausschlgt:
Ich vermute weil es so leise ist, da es unter der Ansprechschwelle des Tests liegt.
– Die Ohrhrer liegen bei meinen eher kleineren, anliegenden Ohren wie geschlossene Kopfhrer auf.
Whrend ich spreche hre ich meine Stimme so wie man sie hrt, wenn man dabei die Ohren mit den Hnden verdeckt. Das ist unangenehm.
Fazit: Es gibt sicher Anwender fr die es ok ist wie es ist, fr mich bleibt es beim Logitech Headset mit USB-Anschluss, leider mit Kabel, aber sonst in allen anderen Aspekten besser.

I had one of this for two or three Years. Once I left my company I bought right away same ones for my meetings. They work perfectly, noise cancelling is Superb and allow movement around the House while talking. Even some noise from kids or voices are not added to my meetings. I bought recently a pair for My wife s I wanted her to enjoy this amazing gadget.
Amazing headphones…..it will cancel your back ground noise while speaking on call. People on other side will not hear noise from your end.

I bought these for work. They sound clear and they’re comfortable, for a little while. I only work 5-6 hours every couple days. They start getting uncomfortable around the third hour. That’s including the time I take them off in between calls. I do wear glasses so that adds to the discomfort but even without my glasses they do get uncomfortable after a period of time. I love how far I can be from my computer with them. The distance in which I can still hear clearly is very nice. The battery life is great too considering that I only work a couple days a week. Overall I’m happy with them.
Although the voice quality isn’t as good as wired mic, the level is good enough to have clear video conferences/calls.

Conocia este modelo , pero en mi caso no se han sincronizado , creo que estn defectuosos, por eso los cambien , pero tengo que reconocer que los compre a conciencia porque he usado otros de esta marca antes. Si estas buscando auriculares para hacer teletrabajo , no te los dudes porque ser un antes y despus !

This is completely Bluetooth and was easy to install and use.
Battery life is excellent, it lasts me all day, 8hrs
Noise cancellation is not 100% but good for what I need. When talking it’s sort of like talking in a tin can but I think that it to be expected. I am 100% satisfied with the head phones
So far this headset has far exceded my expectations. Everyone can hear me crystal clear, and I can hear them crystal clear. Also these are the best pair of bluetooth headphones I have ever owned, like they are audiophile quality. I will post more info as the headset ages.

The Bluetooth pairing experience has been painful. It loses connectivity far too easily and is difficult to re-pair. Otherwise it’s an excellent product.
This is used everyday and all over the place. Strong, durable, and super easy. Plug it in and go! Even if you’re not tech savvy, this purchase makes sense

The performance of this is so good that I bought a second one for my boyfriend after having this for a week. It’s great for work from home that it totally is able to just capture my voice with no background noise during a call.
Both of us have been using these for close to a year now and these headsets are still going strong. We are able to do zoom calls sitting beside each other and the mic won’t pick up any background noise. The ear mugs can be a bit uncomfortable if worn for extended period of time. Great battery life as well.

I know Plantronics is a well regarded brand and did considerable research on the options reading reviews and the Voyager series ranked highly. I finally landed on this headset because of price and features. It has noise cancelling for the microphone, excellent range over bluetooth, and looked comfortable. I did not buy the stand, as the battery life is about 12 hours and I find that simply charging it overnight is more than sufficient to keep it charged.
The sound quality is clearly tuned for voice calls as it is a bit tinny. Don’t expect this to compare to the Bose QuietComfort or Sony WH models of wireless headsets you might use when flying and listening to music. These headphones are purpose built for unified communications, not accurately reproducing the sound of the gentle fade of a plucked guitar string. Voices are clear and easy to listen to.
As a UC headset they do the job and do it well. The microphone accurately and clearly reproduces your voice. In my tests recording voice mail messages, I will say that the voice is clear but somewhat tinny, distant with a bit of a compressed digital sound to it. It isn’t a Blue-Yeti or studio microphone. It sounds like you are speaking to air traffic control. However, I use these headphones on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Mitel UC calls without any issues. The other participants hear me clearly without any annoying static. I have not fully tested the noise cancelling feature for the microphone as I tend to use these in an office with the door shut. In comparison to the microphone that came with the Mitel headset for my Mitel VOIP phone, I would say that the Mitel headset mic is better and reproduces voice calls more clearly with a broader soundscape. My wired Logitech headset also has a better sounding microphone. However, neither is trying to transmit that voice over bluetooth.
I think I’ve worn them for as long as 2 hours uninterrupted. They are comfortable but you definitely know you are wearing headphones. The cushions are soft and I could see them getting a bit hot if you were not in an air conditioned setting. The band over the head is also soft. They do block out extraneous sounds to some extent but the most important aspect is that you can hear your callers.
The bluetooth range promises to be excellent and in my tests, more than adequate. I have some cheap bluetooth earbuds that will lose connection if you get more than four feet from the computer. These ones allow you to easily get up and move around a fair sized office without any loss of signal.
I like that you can pair multiple computers or devices (including your phone) with this headset. It comes already paired to a USB dongle which is what I use when at the office. However, I believe you can pair up to two more devices directly via bluetooth and I have used it in that capacity on my home computer without any issues.
Included in the box is a charging cable (micro USB) but any micro USB cable or charger will work. It also includes the USB dongle and a cloth carrying bag with a special slot just for the USB dongle. I separately purchased a long micro USB to USB-C cable from Amazon so I can run them wired from a USB-C equipped computer or phone or charge them from a USB-C port and they work seamlessly with that cable.
I highly recommend downloading the Plantronics software to your PC and installing all of the firmware updates on both the USB dongle and the headset. The software also allows you do to some custom configuration, especially of the notifications. I found that the voice notifications (e.g. “mute on”) were annoying because they block out what people are saying. Instead, I substituted tone notifications.
If I was to buy another headset, I might consider going with a one ear model, as opposed to both ears, simply because I feel that my head “breathes” better without both ears being covered. However, in all other respects I highly recommend this headset as a unified communication device. They are not a superior audio device but do what they were designed to do well — reproduce voice, wirelessly, over a decent range with clarity and long battery life while remaining comfortable to wear.

3. Range is quite good. Only after I close the door in my bedroom, does the laptop get disconnected. Laptop is in the living room
4. Quite snug and comfortable, which means can wear for long hours, you need to have a medium sized head.
5. Noise cancellation is above average, if there is the fan is blowing in your face, the mic will capture. People talking is reduced. Need hear it myself, which is a difficult task
Connectivity – has been above average, switching between devices is a concern on some occasions. You have to drop the first call on one device, before answering on the other one. Not sure if it’s headset or my phone/ laptop issue.

I work from home, much like many these days. I am on calls about 6 hours each day, I also listen to music on these and the sound is good (not amazing but not it’s real purpose). I would say the only issue is the mic side that rotates up and down has a bit of a gap to it and you can feel it move but it really does not bother me.
Great thing is the battery life. I get a good 14+ hours off a full charge.
I would buy again if I need another headset.
Connected to my Yealink T57W but the audio is not as good as my USB Plantronics headset.
I love this headset. I would purchase the same ones if I lose them. Connected to PC, Cell Phones, Business Telephones. Cool, you can have one than one device connected at the same time.
Much better range and battery life than the headset I had before this one, but not as comfortable on the ears. I almost sent this back due to the discomfort, but got used to it enough for an hour or so at a time.
