Exactly as pictured, took about 2 hours to assemble. Lots of little pieces. Not suitable for any child who puts stuff in their mouth, regardless of age; some pieces are super small.

Rightly, Playskool made the decision to focus more on playability for kids than display for collectors. Entire walls are missing as well as the roof. This lets children play with it more easily and enjoy it more but it’s not really something you would want to display on a collection shelf.
Highly recommended for children who want a terrific Ghostbuster’s toy. Not really recommended for adult collectors wanting a display piece.

My grandson loved this! It requires a bit of assembly but is well-made and sturdy. It has already provided hours of fun for a four year old and his six-year old sister. Would recommend!

Como siempre Playmobil de excelente calidad. Altos detalles. Eso si, como marca en la caja, al menos una hora de ensamble con un adulto, pero es parte de lo divertido de estos juguetes, estar con tu hijo/a armndolos y despues jugar con ellos.

We debated back and forth about getting this for our 3 year old since the packaging says it’s for 6 and up, but since he asked Santa for Ghostbusters Toys (and saw this one on YouTube) we decided to go ahead and buy it. So happy we did! Yes, he doesn’t have the fine motor control yet to put the phone in Janine’s hand or take off their proton packs, but he can simply come to us and ask for help (which is a skill we’re working on anyways!). He has already gotten hours of play with this since Christmas, and we also purchased the Ecto 1. He is very careful with the pieces since we have told him what a special set it is.

Great product but hard to put together.. Bags aren’t labeled well so you have to empty every bag to find one bit. But looks great when completed and kids love playing with it.

I gave this four stars only because my son LOVES it. Personally, I found it very annoying to put together there are all these teeny pieces, which are randomly packaged in tiny bags, so looking for all the pieces for each step was annoying. There is a little tool included to help press some of the smaller pieces into the larger ones, and it was actually harder to do with the tool. It kept getting stuck in the pieces and would pull them back out. I found the number of pieces really unnecessary in some cases, like having to assemble each step in the staircases, and three small pieces for a computer monitor. It felt like putting together a LEGO kit, only not as much fun. I’m not sure if that’s the point.. if it’s supposed to be enjoyable to assemble before you play. If it is, I wasn’t feeling it.
Gave to my son for his birthday. He loves it! So many tiny details, he has spent everyday playing with it! He also go the car and some of the other character sets. The car is awesome and lights up and plays the siren!

Il tutto perfetto se abbinato alla riproduzione della Ecto-1, venduta separatamente e che io ho acquistato.
I fantasmi catturati possono essere custoditi nell’Unit Contenimento Fantasmi al piano terra. Per depositarli basta aprire lo sportello, inserire la trappola per fantasmi e azionare l’interruttore.
Eccezionale Ia replica del palo da pompieri a cui i personaggi si possono ancorare per scendere velocemente al piano terra ed entrare in azione.

L’ufficio con molti accessori (alcuni davvero piccoli, quindi attenzione ai bambini di pochi anni ) al secondo piano.
Altri accessori: zaino e fucile protonico, trappola per fantasmi apribile, misuratore di energia psicocinetica. Fantastici i vari schizzi verdi di slime in silicone che si attaccano facilmente alle superfici lisce del parte esterna.
Spedizione puntuale come sempre. Consigliatissimo.

I bought this as a surprise gift. I wasn’t sure my son would find the characters a bit babyish. He does really like it though. Not as overwhelming to put together as Lego. The bags of parts didn’t exactly make sense so we ended up emptying them all out and organising. Some great details though in the furniture etc. I bought the car as well which I’d recommend.

Y la cara de felicidad al jugar con el es invaluable, el cuartel es una muy cuidada versin del mostrado en la pelcula bonitos terminados, con la calidad Playmobil.
El paquete llego bien y en tiempo, el kit viene desarmado y aunque toma tiempo el armado del mismo, el resultado final es excelente, la foto del empaque es un poco engaosa ya que es ms pequeo de lo que se podra pensar, pero an as es una excelente compra.

I spent a evening putting it together for his birthday so he could play with it on the day, a friend had pre-warned me about how long it takes to put together.
Grandson just loved it. A lot of little pieces. Took me a few hours to put it together. He is happy and so am I.
Great set of toys. Solid construction. My son gets hours of enjoyment from them.

My 5 year old sons loved it! There is also a lego ghostbusters hq but feel this is probably better value for money and not so heartwrenching when the kids dismantle it as easy to put back together!

Ya haba comprado el Ecto 1, el cual esta genial, necesitaba el cuartel y lo adquir en oferta de 899, Es laborioso de armar, pero nada difcil, muy buen detalle exterior e interior, ya con el Ecto uno y sus luces, se ve genial. Muy recomendado

Although the age on this toy is aimed at 6+ I bought this item for my 3 year old for christmas. As he is crazy about Ghostbusters and the only other toys I could find within the Ghostbusters range were lego- and he’s certainly too young for that.
He adores this toy and it’s so far been the most played with toy he got for christmas- along with the accompanying toys that join this range.
It took FOREVER to build!!!!!
But once assembled- it’s a superb item- and the attention to detail is second to none! And the Ecto 1 car from the same toy line fits inside the building perfectly.
There are a lot of small fiddly pieces- which inevitably will probably be lost in a short period of time- but for now my 3 year old is delighted with this toy!
My kids loved this one. We had a great time building it. I had to buy the Ecto mobile after we had the garage working.. looking forward to play with that one as well.
Awesome firehouse! Be warned, it comes in 200+ pieces and took me over an hour to assemble, but the quality is great and it looks amazing. My son loved it!!

my son loves it, just finished putting it together Christmas morning. had trouble with the stairs so used some pliers to nip the ends to help. other than that it was ok.

Like all Playmobil of this scale it takes some assembly, however it has made our little boy very happy indeed.
Again as with all Playmobil, expect a good quality finish, and a nice sturdy toy which will take some (if not a lot of) bashing. Comes with a lot of little accessories, desks, phones, computers, as well as other bits and pieces. Really like the “rolling” door to the firehouse as well.

This was a bit tricky for my 5 year old to put together but he loves playing with it. 228 pieces were just too much – he would have preferred for it to arrive ready assembled to play with. Good clear instructions to make it which helped.
It has two sides of the building and if it’s turned around there’s two open sides so it can be played with. The action of the red garage door is really smooth and well designed. Also the Ecto-1 car drives nicely through the garage door and sits on the base plate. [great for storage!!] There is a middle floor and a smaller top floor. There are so many carts, machines, etc that it’s difficult to use them all in one go but that does lead to a bigger variety of set-ups for playtime.
There’s even a fireman’s pole for the characters to slide down! Fun.
Well designed and all 6 items in the Playmobil Ghostbusters collection go well together (yes he was a very lucky birthday boy).
