Let the Lat Pulldown Become Daily Training
The pulldown exercise works the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi or the “lats.” Pull-Downs do not require as much muscle recruitments but isolate your lats more due to the fixed position.

Faltaba la cuerda de trceps y me han solucionado el problema a la perfeccin. El resto de material es de calidad
Sin duda si tienes gym o gym en Casa con las maquina adecuadas es lo mejor que hay lo pill con eferta pero an as es perfecto, la calidad del material es brutal y los mangos y el agarre son impresionante dira que son mejores que lo que tiene un gimnasio normal, muy contento con la compra
Solo con tenerlo en las manos ya se nota por peso y sensaciones que estamos ante un producto de mucha calidad, se notal el metal macizo y la solida construccion, tiene pinta de durar muchos aos con mucho uso, lo recomiendo totalmente, el producto es caro , si, pero la calidad es suprema.
Los 3 accesorios son de muy buena calidad; el que ms me gusta es el de dorsal, pues gracias a la textura de las asas, es decir, a las empuaduras, ya no necesito las cintas de agarre, pues su rugosidad y textura son suficiente para que no se me resbalen las manos al ejecutar los ejercicios. Del agarre curvo (en V), opino lo mismo que del anterior, pero no le doy las 5 estrellas puesto que la interseccin de la V, es decir, donde va el mosquetn, no es giratorio, tampoco las empuaduras giran, son fijas; eso s, agarran bien a la mano, y el ejercicio se puede realizar perfectamente, pero como le falta lo comentado para ser perfecto a este agarre le doy 4 estrellas. La cuerda es el accesorio que menos me gusta, pero es una opinin personal ya que, aunque es sper robusto este accesorio, los topes de esta cuerda son de plstico, muy robustos, s, pero con el sudor de las manos se me deslizan y no puedo mover excesivo peso, por deslizar y perder el agarre, no por fuerza en las manos. Y acabo diciendo que al vendedor le doy 5 estrellas, pues se nota que su objetivo es la satisfaccin del cliente.

Piezas de buena calidad, pesan bastante. Los agarres de goma son cmodos. Compr otro para un primo y quedo igual de encantado, aadi que estn muy bien soldados y que carecen de tornillos.

Due to COVID, I built a commercial quality gym in my basement with Life Fitness equipment: treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, treadmill, weights, etc.
I was missing the gym attachments. These were a little more expensive, but they had the rubber on the handles which helps prevent calluses on your hands, and are more comfortable. Heavy, sturdy, exactly like the ones you would get in a high quality commercial gym. Highly Recommend.

We have used these attachments for a few weeks now and could not be happier. They are sturdy and feel like the commercial grade ones at the gym. I also like the black grips on them as well.
These attachments are really well made–solid and durable feeling, with textured sturdy plastic grips. My only disappointment was receiving them without the clips. I can see others have had same issue–these seem to be packed incorrectly from overseas. I emailed [email protected] to get help; very pleased with how fast they responded. I especially liked the customer service rep asking for pics of my package labels so that she could track down the troublesome batch and try to fix at the source. What a good idea.
The missing clips were quickly shipped to me. I received them just a couple days after the original package. With 2 extra clips included. (I like!) Overall, this is a quality product with excellent and kind customer service behind it.
I have worked out at multiple gyms in multiple states and these are of higher quality. Commercial grade. Very heavy. I am so impressed with these. Tried to save some money and originally bought a cheaper set, which I had to return because I hated how “cheap” they were. Buy these.. You will not be disappointed.

Used them to workout on my cable machine. However, it was missing the two the snap hooks as show in picture.
I ordered the 3 piece set which came with the V handle, row attachment, and the straight bar. The quality seems very sturdy and they are quite heavy. The only thing that was missing was the carabineer. I figured it was just out so no big deal for me.
A day after I received the order, I got a message from their customer service to see if there were any issues with the order. I mentioned the carabineers were missing and they addressed it quickly. They quickly sent me the missing carabineers and they look solid in terms of quality.
Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and quite impressed with their customer service!

The value of this package is great. Sadly, the included carabiner clips don’t seem to close properly most of the time for me and get misaligned and stuck. Everything else is amazing.

Was initially concerned that the 8 piece package I ordered did not include d handles as the writing in the description didnt mention them depsite the picture showing them, but they turned up. They may want to change the description as they are selling themselves short.
