Encantado con esta tarjeta de audio externa USB para ordenadores.
Nada ms conectarla a unos Logitech Z333, not la diferencia de sonido (no tengo monitores de estudio por el momento). Se nota el sonido ms espacial y oyes ms instrumentos.
En cuanto a la salida de auriculares, los uso con unos Audio Technica M20x y unos HD-25, y la mejora respecto a la tarjeta de sonido del ordenador es evidente: sonido ms rico y definido ideal para mezclar en tu DAW favorito.
Como otro punto a su favor, trae el Studio One Artist, un equivalente a Ableton Standard, pero es algo ms complicado de utilizar, menos intuitivo. An as, el precio del software slo es de 99 , sin hablar de una cantidad importante de plugins y librera gratuita.
Sin duda una compra recomendada de calidad, fuera de las tpicas Focusrite, para iniciar tu Home Studio.
After using a Beringer UMC 22 for the last 5 years which packed up recently I was looking for something of an improvement
The Beringer was ok and served me well but there were several issues with it the main one was no official driver’s you had to download some 3rd party software for it to use. It didn’t have much gain for my liking
So I did what everyone does scour YouTube and the internet and look what’s recommend. I decided on the presonus studio 26c not only for an upgrade but the value of what you get which was a powerful audio interface easy to use drives and of course the Studio one Artist which usually retails for over 80
I use this with the presonus PD-70 Broadcast microphone and it has enough gain to power the microphone
It uses usb type C which is an upgrade over the old printer style usb I was use too.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good audio interface
it’s easy to setup, just make sure you follow the instruction to install the universal constroller and it’s great to install ASIO driver first. I connect my guitar with this audio interface + Studio One + BIAS FX 2. no latency, good sound quality. recommend to begginers.
I have no complaints at all 🙂 I did my research and this does exactly what it says it would. I could easily use the dials [some people have complained they are too small, hard to use] simple to set up. That’s my review, nice n simple.
Great flexibility in a little box! Have used in multiple applications and it serves my needs perfectly. As an MD it allows me to route different backing track elements to different outputs for easy control and better quality live performances. It also allows me to send virtual instrument signals to my Talkbox independently of the signals going to the front of house. And it fits right in my backpack.
Con las 4 salidas, a travs de DAW puedes enviar fcilmente mezcla independiente al msico o usarla con otro conjunto de altavoces. A diferencia de otros modelos de la misma marca tiene entrada de micrfono, instrumento y lnea, lo que la hace muy verstil.
Los controladores son fantsticos y los previos tienen una ganancia tremenda, ideal para micrfonos dinmicos o de cinta.
Algunas limitaciones es que el phantom o la lnea es seleccionablr para ambas entradas, no individualmente, y no hay un sistema de mezcla independiente por DSP ni nada parecido. Los previos al mximo de ganancia “soplan” un poco.
Por ltimo el paquete de software que viene con la tarjeta es de un valor altsimo en calidad y prestaciones. Studio One es sencillo de usar y muy capaz.
I’m soooo happy I got this I was using a very cheap interface before that did the job but this excels at it! So many free plug ins and even 2 free daws included once you register. What a value.
Me sorprendi bastante ya que no conoca a esta marca. Yo lo uso diario por ms de 8 hrs y sigue sin fallar. Es de construccin bastante robusta, probablemente de aluminio (se siente fro al tacto).
Al ser mi primera interfaz de audio, no tengo con qu ms compararlo as que qued bastante satisfecho. El nico “detalle” malo, es que solo funciona con Windows 10. Yo tena una laptop con Windows 7 y no me lo reconoci. Afortunadamente ya tena planeado comprar una PC nueva por lo que esto no represent un problema, pero si t an usas Windows 7: NO TE VA A FUNCIONAR.
De ah en fuera, lo he usado con FL Studio, Call of Duty – Warzone/Black OPS CD, Teams, etc, etc…prcticamente cualquier programa te lo reconoce y adems trae sus cables USB includos!
The sound quality – I think it’s the higher sampling rate of the ADC-DACs – is superb but the only quibble I have is that the headphone monitoring socket is inconveniently situated at the back of the unit; this is a bit of a nuisance when I want to switch between headphone/spkr monitoring very regularly. Apart from this, the Persons is a great buy for any (home) recording musician/composer. LOVE IT!
I Really like the Presonus Products, the sound quality is excellent and is easy to use for DAWs, I plug my mic and guitar straight in to my lap top and create music easily comes with added extras like the Studio One DAW great value for money for under 100
Only issue is that all the jack and mic sockets are plastic including plastic screws, not sure well they last !!!
Anteriormente usaba una Behringer U-Phoria UMC1820 y se nota bastante la diferencia, principalmente en la latencia de las salidas para monitoreo.

Ein besonderes Bonbon ist die Software: Ich war nmlich zustzlich auf der Suche nach einer Software fr Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Da kam mir das mitgelieferte und somit kostenlose Software-Bundle gerade recht: Presonus One 5 Artist u.v.m.
Da ich extrem viel mit Midi und Audio arbeite, entspricht Presonus One 5 Artist exakt meinen Bedrfnissen und allein wegen dieses Mehrwerts” ist dieses Interface allemal sein Geld wert.
An upgrade from my USb 96 – which was ok. More features and love the led screen on front. Food value for money and an excellent upgrade for my home studio.

I had bought this expecting to use it with my 2019 Macbook Pro with USB-C connections, but realized I would actually be using it on my old machine, which is a 2012 with USB A. But it came with a USB A connector and worked like a charm.
This is an absolutely awesome interface …. easy to use, fantastic sound quality, a pleasure to own.
Sound quality is superb. Absolutely clear frequency as you can always expect from Presonous gear. I absolutely love this brand. The extra db range in the -/+ is amazing! I got all the volume I need in either direction. The ASIO driver work great in all programs from making music to editing videos and streaming live through broadcast software, even Discord too. I made an excellent choice. My only complaint is my package arrive with the box loosely flopping around inside another box. I dont expect that lack of care at a $10 product price let alone $300+.
Wanted to try a basic home studio – works very well with my midi keyboard and the bundled Studio One Artist software is good if you stick with it, like everything I suppose!

This was perfect to get me — a novice — up and running with home recording. Excellent in every way. And the free DAW that came with the interface (studio One Five) has been so easy to use that I haven’t even used the Ableton lite free download yet. My home recordings are already sounding quite decent after just a month of using it.
I’m a completely new to sound engineering and bought this product to play music during lockdown with my band with minimal latency using the Soundjack application. I have a Windows 10 PC and I chose the Presonius 24c rather than the Focusright Scarlett 2i2 I was considering as I was advised that the Focusright doesn’t work with Soundjack/Windows 10. I have a very good broadband connection and have had no problems using the Presonus. I aim to learn to record and mix and the Studio One software that comes with the Presonus 24c is a very comprehensive programme so I have a lot to learn. It has a fantastic loops feature which will enable me to lay down drum, bass and piano tracks and I can then add my saxophone and become a one man band!

Great piece of kit, a must have for any home recording. Dual phantom power, clip level, midi in/out. Comes with a professional DAW as well, all the frills, from player to professional musician this is a must have.
This is a very nice little box. I had done my research, and this device has the correct balance of features. I like the very low pre-amp noise. I also appreciate that the XLR inputs are balanced (mix and match), so that I can run 2 mics, 2 instruments, mic+instrument, or whatever. Some of the competing boxes had a dedicated instrument input and a dedicated mic input. I really like that the box itself is metal, so it provides strength and shielding. I’m appreciating the portability so that I can take it on travels. One caveat: I still have Windows 7 (for several reasons). The Studio 5 SW will not run on Windows 7. I contacted support, and they did a one-time release to me of Studio 4, which I really appreciated.
Very easy to use, love the plug and play ability and being able to connect the midi controller directly to the interface meaning you only need one cable to you pc/laptop especially using my Mac with limited ports

Update 2021/03/25:. I’ve been using this as my sound card with Linux KUBUNTU for a while now. You can not go wrong with this device. Great noise floor, wonderful controls, outstanding sound.
Great, versatile little interface. USB-C is wonderfully fast compared to older models, making latency a thing of the past. I love that this box has MIDI I/O also. Already making better sounding recordings than it’s predecessor, and Studio One is a very easy to operate DAW with all the necessary tools you need. Comes with some pretty decent plugins also, which was a pleasant surprise. It was, however, a pain to install all the software and register everything with product keys & such as other reviews have stated. This is minor irritant, though in my opinion and well worth the time spent.
Here’s my use case in case you’re curious:
From the PreSonus website I downloaded and installed the Universal Control v3.4.1.63149 for macOS software (not sure if that was needed, but didn’t hurt.)
Hooked up the PreSonus to my M1 MacBook Pro using a StarTech USB-C Cable (TBLT3MM2M) – didn’t try the cable included in the box.
Ran a line out Y cable from my cassette player to the two inputs on the PreSonus. Then used Audacity on the Mac to record – worked perfectly! Was able to rip a cassette to .WAV file. Sounds amazing. Not sure on other use cases, but that’s what worked for me.
Although ultimately I prefer the more simple interface of the Scarlett, if I walked into a room and was told I had to use this PreSonus with the M1 MacBook Pro I’d feel confident and excited about it. Enjoy!

Ho preso questa scheda per un fattore decisivo, ovvero la possibilit di avere lo switch on e off e quindi la possibilit di alimentarle esternamente dal mio mac.
In questo modo non c’ bisogno di staccare e attaccare continuamente il cavo( in dotazione te ne danno tanti, tipo c, classico ecc)
L installazione stata semplicissima , e ti danno tantissimi programmi, tra cui studio one, ableton live lite, e plugin vari, della izotope, plugin alliance ecc.
La scheda si comporta davvero bene, nessun rumore o fruscio, mai dato nessun problema.
L unico difetto ,come detto da tanti, l uscita cuffie, posta dietro. (Con il tempo il cavo delle cuffie potrebbe rovinarsi)
Detto questo, consigliatissima
Al di la delle caratteristiche tecniche, comunque notevoli se non per il fatto che con il cavo aggiuntivo in dotazione abbiamo anche ingresso e uscita sia MIDI che S/PDIF, la costruzione impressiona subito per la solidit: veramente massiccio, con i fianchi laterali blu in alluminio pressofuso e lamiere spesse. E’ pesante e tutto d l’idea di un oggetto di qualit, dai potenziometri alle prese, che agguantano un jack con una tale solidit che non lascia dubbi sulla bont del collegamento. Sono rimasto meno impressionato dall’alimentatore, ma per ora sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto.
Tiene preamps excelentes, estoy sumamente contento con ella, mi nico pero es que me hubiera gustado la entrada de audifonos en la parte de enfrente y quiz un botn de monitoreo directo, como la Scarlett Focusrite, pero son nimiedades, esta interfaz merece un 9.5/10. Estoy sumamente feliz con mi PreSonus

and of course support is basically not available. if the docs and pics in the docs were accurate and complete this unit would be self serve. but much of what is found in the manuals or on their forums just does not match the actual unit. but if you are willing to take the time you can use it well. For instance, some articles inside the online manual are just empty. Roland has the same issues with their docs as do just about all music products. It’s the one area the music industry could really improve…..and I own a software company so I know the drill.
Edit a maggio 2021: dopo aver acquisito una minima esperienza di utilizzo di Studio One posso ora apprezzarne le caratteristiche (totale assenza di crash, interfaccia intuitiva, ottima variet e qualit dei plugin in stock e offerti in bundle con la scheda) e l’ottimo livello di integrazione con lHardware (latenze ridottissime durante la registrazione). Nel complesso il valore complessivo della scheda e del SW in dotazione assolutamente elevato in rapporto al prezzo d’acquisto. Consiglio vivamente di tenerne conto nelle vostre scelte

Excelente tarjeta con buenos materiales de construccin, solamente necesita alimentacion USB y es tipo C , la utilize para reemplazar la tarjeta de un NI S4 que utilizaba como tarjeta segn equivalente a una audio6 pero tenia crackles, pops y hisses, con esta tarjeta no tengo ninguno de estos problemas ademas de tener una latenia de 25ms a 512 Samples, viene con algunos plug ins y la version de studio one artist que no he probado todavia.
I’m pleased with this, I considered interfaces twice the price and finally decided on the 68c. the sound quality is very good with virtually no background noise, even when the gain is tweaked up. the functionality is excellent and recommend for a mid budget studio recording
Orami sono mesi che utilizzo questa scheda audio, e devo dire che le qualit delle registrazioni di chitarre acustiche, elettriche e bassi elettrici, nonch di voci (a prescindere dal resto della strumentazione) alta. Inoltre apprezzo molto la latenza zero in acquisizione e la disponibilit di diversi tool e plugin gratuiti. Unico neo forse il potenziometro del volume dei canali, che sembra non essere proprio lineare.
PROS:
1- Excelente respuesta en frecuencia de las entradas a volumen moderado (en volumen mximo hay una distorsin en las frecuencias bajas)
2- El ruido de los preamplificadores es bastante bajo (no encontr diferencia perceptible contra una focusrite)
3- Cuenta con “monitorizacin directa” para evitar latencias (que por cierto encontr que son muy bajas) NOTA: he visto en algunos foros que la monitorizacin es monoaural, sin embargo yo escucho la entrada en ambos canales
4- La respuesta en frecuencia de la salida principal es totalmente plana (por lo que tus monitores van a sonar exactamente como deben sonar)
5- Tiene indicador de nivel tanto para la entrada como salida, sin embargo tiene un contra (ver ms abajo)
6- Puedes modificar la mezcla del monitor y de los tracks reproducidos en la PC
7- La construccin se siente bastante slida
8- Funciona en iPad
9- Tiene MIDI y funciona impecable (probado con una batera ALESIS)
CONTRAS:
1- La ganancia de entrada es un poco ms baja de lo normal (lo cual no es problema puesto que la puedes aumentar el post produccin)
2- Los indicadores de nivel de entrada y salida apenas y se mueven (no los puedes usar como referencia para configurar correctamente la ganancia con el potencimetro, tienes que basarte en el DAW)
3- Si usas audfonos de baja impedancia tienes una pequea distorsin en frecuencia (Para esta interfaz es mejor utilizar referencias de alta impedancia)
POSDATA:
Hay bastantes videotutoriales sobre Studio One en Youtube (si haz manejado otro DAW sinceramente ya sabes de antemano usar este). Sin embargo, si no entiendes bien el ingls (Ponte a estudiar porque las mejoras referencias estn en ese idioma) y eres totalmente nuevo en el mundo de la produccin de audio, busca el “curso oficial de studio one” de GusLozadaTV (encargado de presonus en Amrica latina) est buensimo y super completo.

This is really an amazing piece of kit. We stream and record games together as a couple and prior to buying this we always had issues with echo in the room. It’s the age-old problem of mic bleed and we had tried heaps of ways to get around it, even mounting a perspex wall between us when streaming (which was a bit odd tbh) eventually we decided to buy this along with a pair of R0DE mics and we haven’t looked back since. Seriously the quality of the audio from this little unit is amazing, and the dials on the front allow you to get a pro audio sound with very little messing about. We currently go through this straight into our computer via the USB output and straight into OBS or our recording software and we get amazing sound quality and 0 echo. If you podcast/livestream/record with another person in the same room this could totally be the answer to your echoey dreams. Highly recommended and the software you get with it is pretty decent as well! All in all a great little package and something that will really step up your audio game!
I had the older AudioBox USB from years ago and it developed an annoying high pitched whistle. I already have software so I didn’t care much about the other products that offered additional software with purchase. And, not all interfaces include MIDI in and out and that was a must for me due to keyboard/controller possibilities. I’ll be honest and say that I’ve not put this interface through the paces, but I was immediately pleased with the sound, without the annoying whistling I was getting through the monitor lines from the older model when listening to any audio off my PC. I’ll update this review if I have a chance after I use more of its features in conjunction with my software.
Oh… I did have to return the 1st one I ordered due to some defect that kept it from even powering up. I Amazon promptly fielded my return request (as always, in the rare instance it’s needed) and immediately sent me the replacement and got that in 2 days…Place the request for replacement Sunday evening after dinner and received it Tues. after dinner.

but Not the best for output side.
Only issue i had with it is the output DAC, the noise floor is terrible making it almost impossible to use with my monitors to mix with. Constantly high pitch frequency. Can’t seem to get rid of it. Even with all the power conditioning being used.
Using aggregated audio, with my old Scarlett 2i2, and Avid Mbox 2 (which are my main outputs)
When using this device with Studio One Pro and Windows 10 Pro, some minor sound problems occurred for me. Tech support unable to solve problem. However the device itself is excellent.

Been using this for a few months. It’s a great piece of kit for recording and also using as a Zoom interface for playing music live. Software seems perfectly adequate too, but you can use other DAW products.
Interface is of high quality. Has a almost none existent noise floor. Latency times (round trip) are sub 7ms and can go lower depending on spec, workload etc. Seems stable so far will update with more intense use if anything fails
This is a well built capable interface. What sets it apart from the competence in this price range is the great LED metering for me. Superb!
I upgraded this from a gen 2 focusrite 212 and this does so much more without breaking the bank. 4 outputs + headphone output 2 mic inputs MIDI in and out but the icing is usb c to c for power wow the future is now also a usb to A for the old school lol

I know nothing about managing a recording studio. All the equipment that you see in one is overwhelming. This DAW is awesome. Without instructions I laid a musical track and a vocal track. That’s just 2% of what you can do with this. The rest will be a learning curve but I’m so looking forward to it. Oh yeah the shipping was AMAZING. Thank you.

Sehr differenziert und klar.
Problem beim Installieren der Steuersoftware waren die nicht signierten Treiber, da hat sich das Windows etwas gegen gewehrt.
Die Eingnge und Ausgnge stehen dann in der Systemsteuerung als Wiedergabegert und Aufnahmegert zur Verfgung, und knnen im Rahmen der Anwendung, die man nutzt, verwendet werden. Auch mit ASIO.
Einige Einstellungen sind sehr gut in der Steuersoftware “Universal Control” verborgen, und finden sich erst nach langem Suchen.
Die Buchsen bieten festen Halt fr die Stecker.
Bella esteticamente di dimensioni simili alle vecchie autoradio anni 90, comodissimo il display dei livelli in entrata, ZERO latenza, l’unico problema che ho riscontrato che non riesco a far funzionare contemporaneamente i 2 canali in entrata ma forse un problemi di impostazioni con audacity, comunque la consiglio.
I had persistent problems with failing to get a connection to my computer. The bundled USB-C to USB-A lead proved to be the problem. Once that was replaced the item worked fine.
I use this alongside a DT770 Pro 250ohm version for gaming and the quality and sound is so much better than any of the “big” gaming products!
Ummed and aahed for ages as to which sound card to get set. I wanted to get headphone socket on front as I I’m constantly plugging and unplugging them for use on other instruments. but I liked everything else about this, so I went for it and bought a short adaptor so the headphone socket is readily accessible

Much better than my old Lexicon Omega with extra mic inputs. Like the bundled Studio One Artist, too. Used for a while without too much problem. One noticeable thing is static cracking noise in monitoring headphone. Studio One would lose this audio device when the computer comes back from sleep; should handle this better.
Driver usb universal loads of other product personus only one correct for 24c.
Very pro this for studio sound but you must use a good quality condenser mic to get the best out of it. Install was very easy plug and play almost I just had a bit of a time with the software that came with it setting it up to work but after this its brilliant I absolutely love the recording software so easy to use even without a manual you can get to grips with it so easily. Highly recommended this kit.
I’ve used a handful of other interfaces over the years with varying results. This one has been the best of the bunch. It’s been flawless for me. The pre’s are quiet, setup was plug and play, and it works seamlessly with Studio One. Of course you also get a Studio One Artist download which is my favorite Daw. The upgrade path to pro is a great deal too.
Problems: I don’t know why, but within two weeks of turning the knobs just a few times, TWO of the knob caps have come off! It’s not a huge deal because I can just super glue them back on. Must have been a made on a day where the glue wasn’t working properly in the factory. _()_/
Also, I find it finicky to get the Universal Control software to show the output settings of the device after plugging it in.
Otherwise, it’s been great so far!
Purchased to upgrade cheap behringer. It’s a decent step up ?! Nice build quality and solid sound. I was looking forward to try studio one which is coming free (artist) however, this version doesn’t allow to use VST other than presonus and, as I am using Bias FX – had to say “good bye studio one” 😉
2 volume knobs allows 2 sets of monitors (one need to be going trough 6.35 headphone jack). I didn’t found any downsides. It does the job and drivers seems to be stable.
Confession…I wanted one of this family because I’m a Presonus fan…but I didn’t want to buy the most expensive in the family. But it’s the only one that had a front power button and front headphone jack. Yup, that’s why I went for the 1824c. Ha! Way more inputs than I’ll ever need. But the front headphone jack and power button are super convenient for me and worth the extra cost to avoid the frustration of rear jacks. Presonus suckered me good and proper. No hard feelings.
Looks fantastic, sounds fantastic, and operates fantastically. Runs on Win 10 like a charm, Studio One loves it and my studio monitors love it, too.
This did EXACTLY that!
Preamps are very good. I’m using Rode Podcaster mics, and have tried out a few condensers/48v mics (Aston, Sennheiser). All sound great.
Lots of inputs and output options. Works seamlessly in Logic, just plug n play!
I use a UAD Apollo Twin MkII as my usual interface, and it has the best preamps I’ve ever used in an interface. That being said the Presonus is no slouch and can keep up with the Apollo if needed. All in all, very good interface!

This usb interface is actually pretty ok.
Maybe It felt shy or something the first time I tested it, but I have tested it again both on an sm7b (with Cloud lifter) and an SE X1S
The Preamps- have a very clean -deep sound
The Gain is 50db on this unit, the Focusrite Scarlett range boast 56db so slightly better gain and again a different sound.
The 26c report 80db which, for sm7b users, may be the better option.
Can’t fault this device,

Absolute brilliance.
Beautiful set of Pre-amps
All +65 Dbs – It’s like comparing a focus and a jaguar, no comparison, these pre-amps drive my mics powerfully and no noticeable mic noise at all.
The headphone amp is super powerful. and brings a real lively tone to my music
The USB Interface works perfectly, I had issues with getting ‘stereo’ sound when using the 26c but the drivers for the 68c has sorted everything without complication for Windows 10 users.
So I can run webinars, record videos, run FB Lives etc and have no concerns with sound at all.
Using Adobe Audience is wonderful and mapping the channels is really easy.
Presonus state the USB quality is 24bit @ 192KHz using USB C – I am getting 32 Bit Recording quality from this unit (it actually states 32bit @ 192Khz) – What more can I ask for???
Solid 5 stars for the 68c – It takes the Presonus into a completely different league
It drives the Shure sm7b Dynamic mic wonderfully. It’s the best sound I have achieved to date and do not need a Cloudlifter at all, as the levels are perfect for my voice.
I may consider re-enforcing with another pre-amp, just to get more headroom, but I do not have to rush, it can do the job effortlessly as is.
If you are considering a solid, Audio Interface to drive ANY mic, and have brilliant sound quality for a very competitive price, with USB C delivering 32Bit quality recording @ 192KHz, then look no further than the presonus 68c!

comme Mixcraft, ou Studio loop heureusement, eux pas de problmes ils s’installe sans soucis.
je compter essayer Artiste studio one 4, il tait soit disant gratuit avec l’achat du studio24C.
J’ai fini par cliqu sur dmo dans l’activateur, mais ce n’tait pas la version dmo du studio one4 complet
que je voulais, alors je l’ai dsinstaller bien en grogne, j’aurai du acheter comme mon frre la carte audio Focusrite Scarlett avec Ableton fourni.
J’ai bien cr un compte, enregistr mon matriel, tout tlcharger, tout installer, mais le numro de serie

Super- hat zwei unabhngige Ausgnge und echte MIDI Ports.
Luft perfekt bei mir, nicht nur mit Studio One, sondern auch mit Bitwig und Cubase.
Detto ci, devo dire che per il prezzo mi sembra molto buona: ho un microfono con USB e XLR (Audio-technica AT2100), ma da quando l’ho collegato a questa scheda, l’audio delle registrazioni migliorato sensibilmente rispetto a quando collegavo il microfono direttamente al PC.
Il suono pi corposo e definito, oltre che molto pi pulito.
Molto comodo il display frontale per evitare picchi, mentre non non ho utilizzato (e non credo lo far mai) i connettori MIDI (per i quali non ho feedback).
Unico possibile difetto il jack per le cuffie sul retro: personalmente non mi importa molto, ma pu esser fastidioso.
I am a Studio owner with tons of gear and do extensive testing and recording with said gear. I own several pieces of PreSonus gear all the way to the flagship StudioLive 64S Series III. I picked up the Studio 26C as a portable interface I can grab and go along with my old 2011 MacBook Pro running Capture and StudioOne 4.5. I have run this interface thru its paces and it sounds and performs extremely well. Very stable with Universal Control and allows zero latency monitoring in Studio One. I am using the Pro version, but this interface comes with the Artist Version and some great plugins. Not sure why some reviews are giving low ratings and stating that the interface can’t be used without a computer. Well, it is an INTERFACE! Know what you are buying. As far as sample rate and sound quality, this price point is awesome. Would highly recommend this product.

Ottimo prodotto per chi inizia con l’home recording, ma anche per il PRO che ha bisogno di una interfaccia da infilare in borsa per averne sempre una a disposizione.
Came with a bad USB-C cable, apparently a large batch of these has this problem. Contacted Presonus and they are sending me a new USB-C to USB-C cable as we speak! No problems there, just a bit annoying.
Other than that it’s plug and play! It also came with a USB-C to USB 2 cable, so I’m using that until my new cable comes in. Plugged in my speakers and everything is golden, super easy setup on a 2018 Mac Mini. Just set it as your audio source and you’re good to go.
I’m mainly using it for monitor output, not recording *yet* since I’m just an EDM producer. But it looks solid and comes with a pretty cool set of software as well! The output level bars are nice to see so you dont overdo it.
Overall happy, wish it was a bit cheaper, but I think its the cheapest USB-C interface on the market!
Ive been using presonus studio one for years so always liked their products saw this interface and thought it would be perfect for me to replace my now old M-audio interface . Sturdy and great value
Not anymore. With each of us using the Rode Procaster, coupled with this interface, the quality and consistency of the recording is so much better than before.
I did find that even though the Procaster isn’t in need of the 48v power, it benefits from it enabled. There is less static in the signal.
The suite of extras PreSonus includes is also really cool. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase.
the four meters are great, two for the inputs, and two for the mains. The mains are useful when using the headphone jack. The inputs are useful for quick gain adjustments.
The idea of a single USB-C port for both power and data is great. But in practice, I found it somewhat wanting. With a laptop, it’s actually very nice as it’s a single cable for both, and the sound stays very clean.
But for connecting to a tablet, it’s less useful. iPads don’t send out enough power through the lightning port or the new usb-c port to power up the 24c. So, you need some kind of hub in between that handles both powering and data pass-through to the iPad. I don’t have any such hubs, but even if I bought one, it’s one more thing to carry. If I have to run off a usb battery, then that’s 4 things to carry, not including the mic and headphones.
So, I would have preferred split ports with the option to run data and power through a single port, or the option to run data through one port and power through another. A simple toggle switch to determine which is preferred.
A lot of audio interfaces in the same price range do this. Those devices use older USB interfaces, and frankly, for those devices, the single-port-for-both-power-and-data options is not good, nowhere near the cleanliness of the presonus. But still, I would prefer that choice.
I also with the xlr inputs were in the back and the headphone jack was in the front. Seems like most interfaces have the xlr inputs in the front. Not something I prefer, but oh well.
Though this may be a lot to ask for such a cost effective device, it would have been nice to have a couple of HPF options and a couple of limiter options. But for the price, maybe that’s pushing the desire a bit. I currently have a sound devices 302 in front of the presonus to handle HPF and limiter duties. A rather expensive way to go, but it works well.
All in all, a great little device. clean sound, easy to use potentiometers, simple button for phantom powering, indicator for USB power on. For under $200, damn impressive.
The only thing I would wish for is an on/off button .
