Project Cars 3 is the third instalment in the best-seller racing franchise that brings all the intense thrills, emotions and fun from the vibrant world of motor racing to vivid life as players undertake a whole new exciting career journey that sees them rise from weekend warrior to racing legend.
Also new to the franchise is a deeply engaging metagame that challenges players to race hard and earn in-game Credits with which to buy and own hundreds of cars from the worldâs most elite brands and race them all on dynamic and spectacular circuits around the globe featuring stunning all-weather, all-seasons conditions.
Race-won Credits and XP will also entice players to buy authentic performance upgrades and customisation options for their stable of exclusive cars, including wheels, tyres, body kits, rims, as well as personalisation options to create their own racing hero personas.
With a completely redesigned and unrivalled controller experience, an even more accurate and fun handling model, adjustable skill settings for every level of driver and every element of weather-affected races, Project CARS 3 is the biggest, most exciting and authentic evolution to the definitive racing franchise.
I know there has been a tonne of bad press about this game being too arcadey. I play with controller and for me it is excellent. I prefer PCars 2 and ACC but it’s better than any version of Forza
There’s a lot of negativity over this game but it’s not necessary.
It’s a good game, not perfect but good and very enjoyable.
I hated the first 2 instalments because they were over the top sims and impossible to control, in fact they were completely unrealistic in my opinion. PG3 is perfect for someone who likes a racing game that doesn’t take itself too seriously a bit like Forza motorsport but weaker graphics.
I’d give it a solid 7/10. I’m glad I bought it and worth say 28.
I am playing this on an X BOX X 4k Console … with a desk mounted 4k monitor…….along with a TX Thrustmaster wheel and it looks & plays absolutely spot on ……..
I am comparing it with Forza 7 & Project Cars 2 which I own…and for me it blows both those games out of the water ..
By comparison Forza 7 looks dull with mainly miserable weather and poor lighting …
PC 2 is a difficult beast to get all the cars running the way they should……….
This game oozes pleasure / fun …..with loads of circuits great graphics and wonderful drivability ….
When driving the MERC AMC A45 around Cadwell Park for instance…. it replicates the British Touring Cars series you see on the tele. ….putting a smile on your face all round the circuit….
If you want to get the absolute best out of this game…. my advice to you…. is pick up an on sale X BOX X… or wait for the Series X….. on which I am certain it will run beautifully
Best Regards, Barry / Tool Man……….
There is so much hate for this game but I am really enjoying it. It’s not a sim racing game it’s an arcade style racer. Accept that and you’re in for a treat. It’s a great pick up and play racing game. Ok the graphics could be cleaner and they shouldn’t have called it project cars 3 , if you want a decent arcade racing game then this is it.
Whilst a step back in terms of the realistic simulation offered by the two previous games, Project Cars 3 is a joy to play using a controller.
Surprisingly good and a very worthwhile purchase!

Fills the gap between Sim and Arcarde racing. It isn’t a Sim like PC2, it better suited to users who want to race without the full Sim nonsense
I use a wheel and it is fine.
