I tried many shampoos but this is my favorite so far.
My husband is in his mid 40s and did a hair transplant and wanted a good brand shampoo and conditioner for his hair. Once he switched to this brand, he has not gone back. He got rid of all other shampoos. The silver lining, his hair has darkened on its own and he barely has any grey hair. This might deter some folks but he and I both are happy with the results.
I used to have a glorious head of thick curly hair but as I have gotten older, my part is getting wider and my crown is getting thinner…sigh…So, I tried this best seller on Amazon because I thought, How can all these people (thousands) be wrong? I’m not sure it grows hair but it sure looks like I have more hair. My hair is much fuller and softer. I have it on “subscribe and save” and get a shipment about every 3 months. It lasts a long time if you are a 50ish woman like myself and don’t need to shampoo your hair everyday. I usually shampoo and condition every 3 days at my age.

I was skeptical on trying this brand, or any shampoo I have tried everything. This combo here has gave life to my hair. I have been using it for over 4 months and I will never change. My hair is thicker, shedding has stopped and it’s growing. I can finally run my fingers through my hair. Tip: if you do not rinse the conditioner several times your hair will feel oily. After washing I use a blowdryer brush and I get all the compliments. There was an issue on the formula on my second bottle, reached out to customer service directly and within an hour they refunded me the conditioner. Another plus for that type of service. Give it time.
I am on my second set. Absolutely love this set especially the conditioner. My thinning hair is thickening up and it makes my hair look very nice. It also gets your scalp nice and clean and doesn’t leave residue. Don’t ever stop making this. Even though this brand is available for me locally, the specific set is not. Also wish I could buy the conditioner separately.

The shampoo from my latest order striped my hair of moisture almost immediately. Even after leaving the conditioner on for an extra five mins I had dry tangled knots. My hair felt like straw.
Fingers crossed that it doesn’t start falling out. I feel like I wasted my money because I can’t possibly use it again.
Had been using other hair product to reduce hair loss. This shampoo & conditioner seem to be performing better and is slowing my hair loss.

I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for 3 months. I have very fine hair and had a lot of thinning on one spot on the back of my head. My hair is a lot fuller now and you can’t see the thin spot on the back of my head anymore. Even my husband has commented that my hair seems so much thicker! My hair also has a lot more body and shine. I just love this product! the pump to the shampoo bottle recently broke and I contacted the company and they replaced the whole bottle immediately when I only asked for a new pump top. Great company and great product. Highly recommend.
You name it and I’ve done it to my hair, let’s just say that at the end of this bottle and healthy washing habits (only washing when my hair gets greasy) my hair actually has a shine I havent had since I was little. That said I cut all the treated hair off in several pixie cuts and I have not gotten it treated by anything for over six months so dont expect it to work magic on hair you keep messing with.
After using this product for about 5 weeks I have seen a change in the texture of my hair. It appears thicker and fuller. I don’t especially care for the smell but it’s not too bad.

My Caucasian, fine hair is nice and soft.
bought this product because the hair on my head begin to thin a couple of years ago but it picked up speed after having covid. Not only do I have a full head of hair with continuous new growth, my legs have started growing hair again, which stopped at least 10 years ago. I am having to shave my legs for the first time in a decade. Lol how is that for an endorsement? This stuff WORKS!
PS. I do not use it as a body wash. I assume the growth is from when I rinse the shampoo out and it runs down my legs.

I bought this shampoo due to my hair thinning. I havent used it long enough to know if it will help with the thinning but I love the way my hair feels since using this shampoo. From the very first use, I was sold. Even if it doesn’t help the thinning, I’d be willing to buy it anyway.
I got TE (telogen effluvium) after I got covid in Aug 2021. I noticed my hair started fallling out in chunks beginning of November 2021. It felt like 50% hair loss and I use to have very thick hair. After doing some research, I started taking supplements like biotin and vitamin D3. They helped a little but I still didn’t see the results I wanted. After doing some more research I came across Pura D’or. This hair formula is amazing. At first the consistency was intimidating. I use as directed with the conditioner and it left my hair with so much volume and softness. I notced my hair barely fell out especially after washing it. I’m still taking the supplements and using Pura D’or at the same time. This combination seems to works for me.
I didn’t buy this product for moisture or softness. I bought the shampoo and conditioner because my hair, suddenly, started coming out in clumps. Needing help, after some research, I found this product. After one and a half weeks, it did exactly shat they claimed. My hair stopped, not only coming out in clumps, but I’m not shedding like I used to. VERY happy with this reasonable priced product.

My hair stated to shed after having Covid. Unaware why I was losing so much hair until my hairdresser made me aware it was due to Covid. Long story short, by the time I started using this product, my hair shedding was less. I don’t know if this helped with the stopping of hair loss but it does leave my hair super soft. I no longer shed. But suffer from thin hair. I’m hoping in time, my hair will restore back to its thickness. I’ve stopped using this product and bought another product for regrowth and adding volume to my hair.
Pleasant scent, not overpowering. Cleans and conditions without any build-up or oily residue. I have fine hair which tends to become weighed down with some conditioners especially, but not the PURA D’OR set. It’s hard to tell whether the shampoo and conditioner has resulted in my losing less hair, but I think any hair loss is at least stabilized.
There wasn’t a lot of foam and the smell was a bit strange, a bit of Chinese medicine. If you don’t use a conditioner to go with it, your hair can become very slippery.
I love the scent of the shampoo! I dpnt use it every day but I do use the conditioner daily. I feel like my hair is falling out less.
I have been very pleased with the results from this shampoo. It smells very nice and people have commented on the noticeable difference. But why listen to me when you can look at my photos? You can make your own determinations, but I feel there has definitely been a change for the better.
I am taking off one star because this shampoo is absurdly expensive: $30 alone, or $40 for the set. I don’t use the conditioner very often. They really need a more reasonable stand-alone shampoo option. Also, I feel like they may have recently increased the volume of shampoo pumped with each squirt, as the bottles don’t seem to last as long.

I went from losing a handful of hair with each wash to losing about 5 strands when I started using this shampoo from the second use. I’ve continued using it twice a week for 3 months now and my hair feels so much thicker and my scalp is less visible when the hair is parted.
My hair looks healthier. I find the conditioner is not quite enough for my fried ends, so I dab a bit of oil on the ends before I shower, but it works perfectly well for the rest of my strands. The scent is subtle and doesn’t stay long once my hair is dry.

I am a man in my early 20s and noticed my hair starting to thin in about 2019 I immediately decided to take Finasteride and buy a Anti thinning shampoo. I did some research and found PURA D’OR in a last ditch effort to save my hair I decided to give this product a try and so far I’m very impressed with the results. Recent reviewers are saying clumps of there hair are falling out but I have NEVER experienced this at all. After I use this product my hair feels very soft after my shower but later in the day its does feel very dry, perhaps I need to leave coconut oil in my hair overnight? You must also leave the shampoo in your hair for about 2 minutes and the same for the conditioner you must also massage the product on you head while you do this. I have been using this product consistently with finasteride since 2019 and right now in 2021 my hair is what you call “fine hair” it feels thin but I still have a full head of hair no bald patches, even family members have said my hair looks more thicker and my hair loss has stopped. If your a man suffering from hair loss try finasteride and this shampoo also consider a hair transplant I’ve heard the procedure is more advanced in 2021.
I was very skeptical buying the product bc of the mixed reviews but I purchased it because it has Amla oil which is so good for hair loss! When I first started using it my hair fell out quite a bit more than usual but I’m sure it was my hair getting used to it.
After a week I had zero hair loss, maybe a strand or two here and there after 3 months of continuous use my hair was growing in like CRAZY!!! Even my hair stylist was shocked at how much new hair growth I had. I stopped using this just because it was a bit pricey but coming back to repurchase because it was THAT GOOD!! It also helped my hair grow SOOOO much!! 3 months I had about 5 inches of hair growth. Got my hair bleached and the bleach damaged my hair so bad that I’ve had to dye it dark again and will be having to cut it short but I’m excited to get back to using this shampoo and conditioner and post my journey results. but you HAVE YO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! make sure you leave the shampoo in your head for two minutes after every shampoo session, it will not larger up if you don’t do this. and make sure to lather it in your hands prior to putting it in your hair!!!!!
I used the shampoo and conditioner for the first time today. My hair now feels so soft, silky and lightweight. My hair is thinning and my hope is these products are the answer. My only negative is the smell of the shampoo which seems too herbal, but once I used the conditioner that odor was gone. I couldn’t be more pleased!
I followed the directions on the bottle and my dry hair issue was corrected. My hair is no longer breaking and it is soft and shining again. My hairdresser keeps commenting on how healthy my hair is again.

Just bought my second bottle of shampoo. I knew it helped but honestly didn’t realize how much until I ran out. My hair loss was much less while using. I’ve been very satisfied with the shampoo. I ordered the conditioner for the first time and need a little time to see how happy I am but I’m very hopeful.
My husband had thinning hair on the top of his head so we decided to try some hair products and see if that helped. This was the first product we tried and I’m glad we did!! His hair is most certainly thicker on top!! Will continue with this product because it works!

However, I purchased these because my hair barely grew back after chemo/radiation and is very thin. Unfortunately, while I love using it, it’s not helping. Actually, my hairdresser, at my last appointment, said I am loosing hair. While I am NOT blaming this product, it is, sadly, not helping my situation. I wish better luck for others!

I think our water may be a little hard and this shampoo and conditioner performed like I had the softest water ever. It left my hair very manageable. We’ve all seen those commercials that use that magic word “manageable.” I couldn’t believe the difference. So, yes, it does leave the hair looking healthier and thicker in my view. Yes, it made my fine, thin hair more manageable!
A friend recommended this shampoo conditioner to me as my hair started to thin. (Another lovely result of menopause). The shampoo does not suds up a lot and leaves hair feeling squeaky but the conditioner does add lots of moisture so overall the effect is great. Haven’t used long enough to tell if helping with hair loss or not. Fragrance is a little different but I don’t mind it, smells like an herb instead of typical flowery shampoo fragrances.
I am a true fan of the shampoo. Can see the fullness after consistent use. Decided to get the conditioner as well. Disappointed. Leaves my hair feeling greasy and flat looking. Keep the shampoo, get rid of the conditioner IMO.
LOOK AT THE DATES ON THE TOP OF PHOTOS I POSTED! My photo is a 1 month difference! I have extremely thick hair and I just wanted to get it longer and healthier quick. I used this every other day for a month and I had incredible results! I am 20 years old and had previously bleached all my hair recently so before using this my hair was extremely damaged and not soft at all. But now it is super long and soft and finally feels healthy. I recommend using a shampoo brush to get the shampoo distributed well on your roots and stimulate growth. Another great thing I noticed was that my hair became smoother and less frizzy. The bottles lasted me a month but because I have extremely thick hair that was a long time! I’ve been using this now for 6 months and my hair goes to my waist. I recommend this to everyone!
I do not see any improvement on new hair growth. I am still shedding like crazy. I plan on going on to yet another product. This smells wonderful and leaves my hair soft and shiny but it isnt revitalizing new growth.
I have never really had good luck with shampoo or conditioner until today the conditioner is a full coverage which is like the conditioner when you dye your hair that gives you that moisturizing shimmer look but it’s not till oily fortified my hair and actually healed the damaged roots and I am so happy that I bought this product because it’s going to heal my hair I have always suffered with alopecia and scalp damage due to me playing with the color of my hair consistently I am a blonde but I dye my hair dark and because of the damage over the years it’s nice to find a product that actually revitalize my hair makes it soft makes it controllable with a brush and I can brush right through I actually wash it with the brush so it clearly goes through but that’s just to make sure there’s no leftover residue it’s very thick but it does it’s job awesome product my hats off to the person that manufactured this
The packing says wait 3 months to see any improvement. Also read the reviews about not using the conditioner and I’m going that route. I have so far seen no improvement.
Smells like ginger. I like it as a shampoo but have to continue to use daily for 3 months to see if it actually does anything.
Been using this for a year and a half. I don’t know about the anti hair thinning, my hair has still been thinning. Is it thinning slower? Hard to say. But I do like it as shampoo and conditioner, it makes my hair feel good and my scalp itch is minimal. Buying it again.
I don’t primarily use this to prevent or reduce hair loss but when I switched to using this shampoo/conditioner combo regularly, I did notice that I now have almost no hair falling out when I take a shower. My girlfriend has thin hair and she uses this for hair loss, and it seems like it does the trick and she keeps using it. She recommended that I try this as a replacement for the harsh anti-dandruff shampoos that I didn’t realize were actually causing my own hair loss, and it seems to works great for that purpose. The added perk is my hair feels fuller and healthier than it has in years.
The smell is…. ok. Not bad, not great. The shampoo reminds me of lemon bars and the conditioner reminds me of the drive through car wash at the local Chevron.

Love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair was getting very thin and you could see my scalp. This shampoo and conditioner has been thickening my hair. This is the second set I bought. I left the first set at the winter home and after we had been north for a month I could see my hair getting thinner again so I got another set to have here. I won’t be going without this product again.

I’m on a quest to grow my hair super long so I read review after review of hair growing shampoos and conditioners. My hair normally takes forever to grow and on top of that I just had a baby and postpartum hair loss is REAL. I just purchased my second set of this. The first lasted about four months. I loved that the smell isn’t strong as I’m sensitive to perfumes and the clumps of hair that would fall out from PP hair loss were a lot smaller in size. My hair also got slightly thicker which I first noticed when braiding my hair and as I got to the end of the braid it wasn’t as thin as it usually was! I tried out function of beauty after my bottles were gone and clicked on their lengthening formula but didn’t notice any of the differences with their set so I changed back over to Pura d’or and I’m excited to get my hair even longer!
This is definitely very high quality shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been using it since the beginning of the year and it does make my hair feel much healthier and look fuller. However, it hasn’t fixed my breakage much. I still have a decent amount of hairs that are in my hand after rubbing in the conditioner and trying to work through knots.

Due to the medication I have to take daily I started noticing my hair was thinning so badly and whenever I washed my hair I had to unclog the drain a few times. I read the reviews as everyone should and almost didn’t try it but I’m glad I did. Yes the shampoo smells not great but the conditioner smells good. My hair dresser has even stated that my hair is a lot healthier and getting thicker! I’ve noticed I don’t lose much of any hair after the recommended usage of 3 months. I will continue to buy this shampoo even tho it is rather expensive but my hair has never felt this good

I decided to try this combo and see what it does for me. I shed ALOT and Ive decently heard of the sulfate issue on shampoos so thats another reason too.
The shampoo doesnt foam up much given the sulfate free so dont overuse still, itll get the job done. The fragrance isn’t bad just doesn’t have that artificial fragrance like other store bought products. It didnt feel like it left my hair dry after washing.
The conditioner smells like bananas, or at I think lol, so it was a pleasant smell. It really left my hair soft and shiny once dried.
It would be cool to have a serum to this brand, or if there is then I gotta go check it out.
As to hair results, I do still see shedding but not as much as before and it seems to have helped my hair grow longer.
I’ve been using this combo since December and I love it!! I used to have at least 1 to 2 handfuls of hair falling out every time I showered. Now it’s maybe 10 strands of hair. I have a ton of baby hairs all over the top of my head so I’m pretty sure I’m getting some new growth out of this too. This did not happen overnight. I wash my hair every other day and it was about a month and a half after I started using this product that I noticed the fallout had seriously decreased. It’s just been the last month or so that I noticed all the baby hairs. This stuff was worth every penny.
Okay, I’m 29 and losing my hair. Panic mode. I bought this on a whim with questionable and desperate intent. It smells AMAZING, almost like a renaissance fair??? Very herbal and natural. I wash my hair pretty frequently, this set lasted about 5 months. I can’t tell you if my hair is growing back, but after taking a break from it and coming back…it does make my hair appear “Thicker”. Why 3 stars?? The conditioner is NOT conditioning, my hair feels like I didn’t condition at all (I supplement with leave in conditioners and oils). I have tried SO MANY drugstore brands and THEY ALL MAKE MY HEAD ITCH. Even medicated shampoos made to make your head stop itching. THIS STUFF KEEPS MY SCALP CALM?? I don’t know the voodoo but I would like to the it attests to how natural the ingredients are. No residue, my hair feels really clean and nice when I get out the shower. After pairing it with my leave in conditioner, my hair is curlier and shinier than before!!
I started to panic when I noticed that my hair was practically falling out by the fistfulls. I stopped using the cheap stuff that I bought at Walmart and started to use this. I didn’t even know that hair follicle pores could get blocked up and cause you to stop having hair growth but that is exactly what happened to me. Oddly enough I noticed that many women as well as men were having the same problem. So what did this product do for me? It took some time but my hair has come back and strangely enough it came back curly and full. I now have more hair than I have had for a long time and I do not seem to be shedding as much hair. Also, this stuff smells great, and while that is an added bonus, actually having a product that works is the main reason to use this. Hello there! So I have been looking for so many shampoo and conditioner for my hair for ages and I guess I found it in this brand called Pura d’or I guess it’s 90% natural product with no harmful chemicals as what exactly you should use for your hair care go ‘Natural it’s good Karma’ plus it’s local product for me it’s made in Southern California!! It is recommended to use on daily basis but I’m not using it on daily basis at least 1-2 times in a week plus I apply hair oil to my hair to keep them moist and conditioner, if you don’t want to apply hair oil for overnight you can apply 2-3 hours before shampooing it!
I’m using this shampoo and conditioner for 30 days for now so can’t say that it’s working for 100% on my hair but yes my hair full is reduced to what it was, specially when I is to use other brand shampoo and after my hair wash I feel the thickness into my hair and mostly I ‘Air Dry’ it I don’t use hair dryer unless I don’t have time which is very rare, so I’m going to continue using this product ‘Pura D’or’ both smells awesome to me specially I like the smell of conditioner and feel my hair so soft, so if you are thinking of using a Natural product for your hair you can definitely give a try to ‘Pura D’or’ 05/25/2021.
The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful. I have used the shampoo for approximately a year now. I can absolutely tell a difference in the texture and thickness of my hair. My hair has always been very fine, and as I have aged it had become thinner. I swear, every time I go to a hair stylist, she tells me what beautiful healthy hair I have. My hair has a lot more body, there’s more of it and it shines like crazy without any product on it. At 73 years old I am getting compliments on what beautiful hair I have from strangers. I do not color my hair. This Pura D’or shampoo and conditioner have really helped my hair.
So far it doesn’t seem extremely moisturizing but very clarifying and gives lots of body and fullness to hair. I had dandruff cleared up and experienced some dryness after first use when had zero flakes for weeks. I have hypothyroidism so scalp and hair issues have been a problem. I’ve used twice and the smell is okay. Not unpleasant and not fabulous. Both times my hair was clean and full of body but my curls I get with my Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo and Conditioner wasn’t there. I’m going to keep using and add some of that conditioner to my hair. Hopefully the scalp issue was just coincidence and will go away. Hopefully a few additional products will camp my curls back up. Going to keep trying and will update.
I used other shampoos for thinning hair that left it a dry, frizzy mess. Couldn’t get rid of the fly-aways. Had to use so much hair product to control it.
Pura D’Or has changed that. It smells great and leaves my hair soft and manageable. After using it only twice there was a noticeable difference in my hair. It is so much easier to style. Really don’t need gels or pastes anymore. It feels healthier. Glad I switched.

Well, I don’t feel that this shampoo and conditioner is helping with hair loss, which was the reason for purchase. I will say that I love the way it makes the hair that I do have feel. The scent is amazing and the conditioner makes my hair feel luxurious. My curls hold up and are not weighed down either. I will continue to purchase!
After finishing treatment for Breast Cancer I desperately researched for a product that I felt comfortable with to begin growing my hair back. The formula of the product is everything that I could ask for. I ordered the Shampoo and Conditioner and my hair is growing !! I just reordered both as I am thrilled will my hair growth and how soft and thick my hair is growing back in. It smells heavenly and I feel good about the ingredients that I’m using daily on my scalp. The bottles seem to last forever too. I like the pump dispenser so there is no waste. This product is Awesome !! So grateful for such a natural holistic product that works !!
First of all both shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. It’s the second time I purchase them and will say it’s really worth the price. I have really thin hair and go to the beach a lot so my hair always is kinda dry in the ends and breaks really easy and this stuff really helps with keeping healthy, also got lots of new hairs growing as well, so def it’s a keeper.
I bought these for my husband who has made it 50+ years with a full head of hair but has now started thinning. I have not tried them myself because I have very thick hair and have ZERO interest in making it even thicker, but, he says he loves it. He says it makes his hair feel soft and moisturized and he believes it is thickening up his strands as well. I also oil his hair with Jamaican Black Castor oil, so I think that helps, but he’s pretty happy about adding this shampoo and conditioner to his routine.
As for scent, it doesn’t smell like much. I would love it if it smelled good! I have thin Asian hair and had to wash almost everyday because my hair gets super oily with other brands. Trust me I’ve tried to train my hair to stop producing so much oil by not washing it everyday and it just doesn’t work!! After getting this product I’m able to get away with washing it every other day (most of the time)
I have thin/fine hair. I notice if I stop using this shampoo, more of my hair seems to come out when I wash it or brush it. I have not noticed a huge difference in the thickness, but at least I am keeping what I have for longer!
My biggest complaint is that the pump puts out a lot at one time. I wish it would put out less and I could pump twice if I needed more.
I would love it if a more environmental friendly larger refill were available so I did not have to get a new bottle every time.
I recommend this product, mostly for the shampoo.
Background: I always had thick full hair, but after 3 kids and an emergency hysterectomy my hair had begun to thin and was taking forever to grow. Not to mention I had been dying my hair for the past 20 years. I recently went back to my natural hair and have been trying everything to get my hair healthy again. I’m a big fan of Redkin All Soft and Mega Soft shampoo and conditioner and attribute a lot of my hair’s softness to using that before, however my hair was coming out by the handfuls in the shower so I looked for something that would help. I found this product because of all the positive reviews and decided to give it a shot.
My experience: First off, the conditioner pump came broken, so that was frustrating but not a deal breaker. The scent of the shampoo is strong, but I actually really reeeeeally love it! I think because it reminds me of the bath soap my grandma used to use lol! So to me, it’s a smell of clean. The conditioner doesn’t have quite as strong of a scent, and to me smells apple-y? Very light sweet scent. The shampoo has a light lather. I like to leave the shampoo on while I wash my face and body, rinse, then add conditioner and leave it while I shave my legs. The conditioner is thin and I have to use way more conditioner than shampoo because it doesn’t give good coverage. The conditioner in my opinion is just “meh”. I went through the bottle of conditioner in about 10 uses (I wash my hair every other day). The shampoo lasted a couple months. So I began to use the shampoo with the Redkin mega soft conditioner and my goodness it is working wonders!
I didn’t take a “before” picture but I did take a picture of myself at about the time I bought this shampoo (The full body picture, with the date so you can see I took it in November) and the “after” picture is now. Within the past couple months my hair has grown several inches and feels healthier than ever. I’m super impressed with this shampoo!
I am a millennial woman of the Afro persuasion and this is my favorite shampoo hands down. I love the lather, the scent and fresh clean feeling that isn’t stripping to my hair. I have naturally thin hair and this shampoo lets my hair live to its fullest and healthiest potential. I used to see giant clumps of hair when detangling my hair and now that I use this I barely see anything at all. I could not believe it but honestly this works for me and I highly recommend. The conditioner is nice too but I am not a fan of conditioners overall as they do nothing for me. I will just buy the shampoo by itself next time
Great soap, a little to pricey for the amount but I guess they use good ingredients so maybe not. I went from loosing about 20 hairs every time I took a shower for the past year, to only loosing 3 or 4 hairs in the shower with only 1 1/2 weeks of use. I was skeptical but I am sold now. P.s. I did spray my hair with water and lather in the shampoo and let it sit for about 5 minutes before I got in the shower just to let it soak into my scalp.
Right off the first use, this product (shampoo & conditioner) left my hair feeling super clean and moisturized with a very fresh scent. I am a 38 year old male looking to switch over from decades of Head&Shoulder use and now I am experiencing hair thining. I have not used this product long enough to give a full accurate review. So far custermer service has been superb and the product seems like it may deliver it’s promises; but time will tell! Will continue updating my review…
The scent was a little different so I was skeptical, but the joy I felt when I realized just how soft it made my hair was overwhelming. I’ve been struggling to get my hair healthy again and I’m very confident that this just might be my perfect match.
Bought it for my husband whose hair is thinning. His hair looks very nice and feels soft, smooth and full. Can’t say if it will help hair grow as it hasn’t been very long but I liked it enough that I’ve been using it too. It smells like essential oils so not the typical fake perfume of other shampoo/conditioners. I may switch from Aveda for this.
I’ve been experiencing hair thinning (especially at the temples) & over the past year I’ve seen all kinds of doctors & did all kinds of tests. We didn’t discover any condition or definite cause, so I’ve decided to admit that my hair thinning is probably an overall result of a few lifestyle choices.
Here’s my conclusion (in my case):
– stress management like daily meditation (to lower cortisol)
– regular exercise (to balance all kinds of hormones + help stress management)
– healthy diet (make sure I get essential nutrients + vitamins + proteins + fats)
– hydration (dehydrated hair break)
– zinc, iron, vitamin D supplement
– regular trims, heat protectant
– this ALL NATURAL NON TOXIC SHAMPOO + CONDITIONER set.
These steps have added up into a SIGNIFICANT improvement and a bunch of new baby hairs all over.
This shampoo + conditioner set cannot possibly improve the quality of the hair unless I’m doing other things too. The root cause of a hair thinning is not a wrong shampoo.
But! If you are hydrated, exercising + eating healthy, THIS SHAMPOO + CONDITIONER IS THE BEST HEALTHIEST CHOICE possible. Simply cuz it’s all natural & your body doesn’t need toxins to grow hair.
Anyways. 100% recommend
