An excellent product, my partner suffers from a bad back & gout, which he was told it would help with, & after only a couple of days he’s noticed a difference. It’s very easy to operate, & good value compared to other machines that were double the price. We are very satisfied with it.
For those with circulation problems I’d heartily recommend this product. As a sufferer of diabetes type 2, I had pain in my ankles. A month after using this the pain has completely gone!
Wasn’t so sure this machine would help with my achy legs. Started gently at first and when I got used to the sensation I turned it up. You can actually see your muscles contract. It has made a difference, less aches, pains and stiffness in my legs.
Brilliant piece of kit. Takes a bit of getting used to on high intensity but I can definitely feel the benefit. Aching lower legs are now a thing of the past.
This machine has changed my life, I have really bad circulation along with arthritis in both knees, I was struggling everyday to get my legs moving but this machine has given my legs a new lease if life.
I have had it since March and this week the machine stopped working, I suspected a loose wire in the adapter so contacted the company who sent a new adapter out straight away and now the machine works again.

Product worked well and easy to change settings. Some of the highest settings were stronger than I expected but not unpleasant. Too early to know how efficient the vibration is in relieving pain or what other beneficial effects are achieved.
Very good have to get use to it easy to use remote control handy have to use more as just had it but you can feel what it is meant to do .
Only had about 4 days because of diabetes have to wear compression socks but this machine is working well also had sciatica in left leg and noticed difference already if it keeps on like this then grea

We bought this machine for my FIL, who had been feeling pain and swelling on his legs and ankles of late, so much so that his confidence plummeted and he had started using a waking stick for even small walks. Within only a few uses he could tell a huge difference, now all the swelling is gone, pain gone and he can take longer walks by himself. This was one of the best purchases ever, life changer.
Extremely easy to use. Was surprised at first , because I thought I would feel more massaging to the feet but of course it is electromagnetic and therefore you feel slight tingling sensation.
My feet are less swollen since using and therefore it is doing exactly what I bought it for.
The time goes quickly when using it and of course this is done whilst sitting so is not hard to do.
Got this for my wife but she does not like the sensation. I have had circulation issues with a damaged leg and had sore and inflamed patches. GP gave me various creams, steroids etc but nothing really worked. I tried this device and it has worked wonders. I no longer have sore itchy patches that are uncomfortable. Even the doctor is amazed at what it has done!!
Love it set it on auto and go through the modes or if there is one or more particular mode you like you just set the time you require on each mode.
I purchased this for my elderly mother who has arthritis and mobility issues, I have never used it myself. My mother has said that it helps her on particularly bad days and in general provides relief from aches and she tends to use it whilst watching movies when the weather is bad or her body calls for it. My niece has had a spin on it and she finds it soothing.

looks good but cannot use it as I have a pace maker and fiscular in my arm I can’t get a label because I’m not on the internet a girl I phone at amazon said she would phone me yesterday but failed to do a courier called for the parcel yesterday but could not take it no code or label he’s calling back today still no label where do I go from here I am a regular amazon custerme
Just want to know where to get more pads to replace the original. I’ve used it number of time and no complaints. Don’t expect merical after 1 use, regular use dose help manage pain.
Bought this as I have some arthritis in my feet and like to run. This is a joy to use and is very light if you want to move it around the house. Easier to use than the footpath which requires water.
Advancing years have meant less activity and difficulty in walking. I have just started to use the Puremate Foot Circulation Promotor and have already noticed considerable improvement in my lower legs. I find it comfortable and easy to use and look forward to my daily sessions.

I BOUGHT THIS TO HELP WITH MY TYPE 2 DIABETES AND SCIATICA AND IT HAS DONE THE TRICK LEGS ARE A LOT EASIER USED IT EVERY DAY FOR 3 WEEKS 30 MINS PER DAY NOW THERE IS NO NEED FOR PAIN KILLERS
Now it has an extra that is sooo useful – it’s also a tens machine, so two machines for the price of one.! However no extra star since it came with no real instructions as to how to use the tens pads nor about where to buy replacement pads. When I contacted them I received a set of instruction photographs (was this an oversight?) However I have owned a tens machine in the past and I would not advise anyone unfamiliar with such a machine to use the photos I was subsequently sent as a guide since it is my understanding that you should not use the pads on conflicting sets of muscles (for instance,. on biceps and triceps) at the same time, nor should you place the pads on your back and belly at the same time. Also no mention is made about not placing pads near the heart or on the forehead.
But with that caveat, go for it! I’m delighted.
I bought this for muscle stimulation to use during lockdown as I am not able to go out and unable to do much exercise. I thought this would be a good way to prevent deep vein thrombosis.
I also have foot and ankle pain from arthritis.

I was not sure about buying this,so glad i did,the front of my right thigh has been a bit numb for years.
This machine has given me the feeling back now,i can,t believe it but true.
I was hoping it could help with a hammer toe which started about 6 months ago.
Still working on that one,but i love this machine,i don,t use the remote.
I bought for my mam and she said it was east to use just plug it in and away you go gave her great pain relief in her feet and the RC was so easy to control
I had a problem with the soles of my feet burning – particularly when they became warm – as in bed for instance.
I’d consulted my Doctor who said it was the capillaries expanding but did not offer any solution to the problem. Within a couple of weeks of using this the problem went away. If it seems like it’s coming back I just go on the machine for a bit.
I do think the product is really good set it on 60 do have a lot of pain in my left leg muscle damage but when i switch it on the pain is much worse in my left leg really pumping in my calf any suggestions
The instructions/information could be fuller but it’s a good machine. It reduced the swelling in my legs, also reduced the numbness in my leg from a back injury.
Only used 3 times up to now. Cannot state on pain relief at the moment need to use for longer. Remote control isnt very strong
at all. Tried to register machine for guarantee wouldnt accept my e.mail account.

Had to use the machine on a medium to high, at number 58 and it works great.
I have been using this product for 4 days now, 30 minutes daily. I have chosen to use the Auto as it goes through the 15 programs giving you a choice of what might suit your needs. I am a diabetic type 1 of 47 years. As I am currently shielding and work with the NHS, I have been at home since 11 March. My muscles, bones and circulation became problematic with me in pain especially joints and circulatory. This new product is wonderful and really does work. Best but of equipment and well worth the money.
Not had the machine long yet just a couple of days, but I think it’s already making a difference to my feet and legs, and my husband says the same about his legs, we have been using it twice a day.
Overall great product and benefits my knee joints which have been feeling weak recently.
She uses four times a week and she told me it has improved things considerably.

Had it a couple of weeks now. Easy to use and its so many settings to use. I’m loving it. I use it for one hour a day. 68 year old male with bad blood flow in my legs.
Initially quite sceptical but after using quite a few times now, 30 minute sessions every other day,I can say it has made a difference.
Dont make the mistake of setting it too high to start with. Gradually increase the setting as you get used to it.#
Very pleased with my purchase
Good intensity of ems on feet area. The pads are able to reach as far as upper back area. Purchased for my father he is delighted with it. He responded well to ems therapy on his back it was time to see if it would help with the pains in his legs and feet as successfully. Early days only 1 week of use but he is now able to feel his feet and the pains are less.
The infrared light is a bonus. Multiple programs and intensity. Worth its money!
My wife has been on at me to purchase one of these for a while, I was dubious. I am in my 70’s disabled and incurable with mainly RA but going with that I have poor circulation. I have had an ulcer on my lower leg for a year now and in case you don’t know they are painfull, especially at night. Ulcers are aggravated by poor circulation. The pain of the RA and the ulcer would wake me up at between 4 and 5 am in the morning. The pain would drive me out of bed.
My wife has sarcoid disease which causes very uncomfortable restless legs at night, she also has mild varicose veins.
So we splashed out on this and have both used it once a day for the month.
We can see the difference!
The ulcer has started to heal and is much less painfull, I also have much less swelling in my legs and ankles, I am sleeping much better, I can still wake up but I take a couple of pills for the RA and have been sleeping through to as late as 8 am!
My wife is also sleeping better, the restless legs thing is not bothering her anything like as much and her varicose veins seem to be shrinking. I may come back in a few months and add to this.So far I’m very happy with it.

It’s now six months since I purchased this, I have used it every morning in that time. The improvement is quite obvious. The swelling in my feet and legs is gone. The ulcer on my ankle that has plagued me for well over a year is gone. I used to be woken up by the pain of my Rheumatoid Arthritis, mainly in my knees, I no longer get woken up by this pain and am sleeping though till 7 or 8 every morning.
I am very impressed and happy with this product. I recommend it most highly.

I am surprised by how effective this machine is – it’s not a cure but it does relieve tension in my lower legs and feet; a real bonus are the 4 pads that can be applied to other parts of the body. My neck and shoulder pain was much relieved yesterday and today my lower back. So it’s very good value but don’t expect a cure.
I like it however slightly disappointed that the red light doesn’t heat up, if it did it would make this machine great and I think in hindsight I would have really preferred one that had rotating balls massaging your feet again …
However that is just personal choice & the machine does do what it says it does so on the whole it’s good, works well on the different settings. I hope it lasts well only time will tell!

Recently my previous machine decided after many years of fab service it had had enough. I was unable to replace like for like due to its age. However after much research I chose this model at a greatly reduced price and am so pleased that I did. It has all the functions of my previous machine. It is slightly larger but has the added bonus of being slightly elevated which adds to the comfort of use. If you are hesitating DON’T. Furthermore Amazons excellent delivery service on PRIME added to the shopping experience.
Since my purchase I have used the machine only on four occasions, I feel that it may being doing some good but give it time, contact me in 2 to 3 months for an answer to any questions.
It’s very light plastic but seems to be doing the trick
Have only had for 1 week. It was for my husband who has difficulty walking. He has used a few times now but too early to give a progress report. He can feel his muscles being worked so willing to continue which is good.
It runs through the stages fine supposed to beep after each stage but neither of us can hear a beep.

It has helped me sleep by overriding my RLS which is wonderful, I can now sleep without medication, this is a genuine review, after a skydive gone wrong and hurting my back then a year later, having a hip replacement my RLS took off, there wasn’t a night that I could fall, and stay asleep, my legs would “itch”, jerk, and feel like ants crawling under my skin, after using my Puremate this reduced greatly and now I can go days without using it, I cannot thank this company enough. Bought to help recovery of hip replacement and to encourage or improve circulation in my lower legs when I return to work… especially with having a ‘sitting’ job so yet to use and establish if it does that I need it to!
He’s been suffering from cramps in his lower legs which have been waking him up during the night and in the morning and this has stopped. He does also believe that his legs ache less when he’s been walking as well.
I don’t know what setting he has been using as there are so many but he just turned it up till he could feel it, it’s not an unpleasant feeling, and he just uses it for about 20mins once a day.
I’ve left leaving this review till I was sure that he felt he had benefitted and now I can happily say that for him he has really benefitted from it.
The only – is that the remote is a little small but works well enough.
I’ve been using the machine for 3 months and I’m giving it 5 stars and 5 stars to the nice man who dealt with my query.

When using the footpads element, I would set the unit at a high-ish intensity (50+) initially and use for a full 30 mins. You can adjust the intensity to suit yourself on subsequent use. I use it at the highest intensity to get the full experience on the footpad but lower intensity when using the stick on pads.
NB. Do not expect the unit to vibrate – it doesn’t – it stimulates.
