This is perfect for puzzle up to 2000 pieces! The 4 drawers are huge!
The whole thing is very well made and solid. It has cushions underneath so you can slide it without scratching the surface you use. This is by far one to acquire if you want to keep your cat from messing your progress up! My cat sleeps on it already, and nothing budges under the cover mat!

I was absolutely delighted to discover that this puzzle ready puzzle board was even better quality than I expected. It was easy to get out of packaging, arrived in excellent condition and was immediately ready to use. The board and the drawers are lined with felt, and the drawers easily slide in and out. The wood frame is unstained wood that is smoothly sanded and will not scratch my wood table and it is big enough to fit my largest 2000 piece puzzle. The puzzle cover is rubber backed neoprene (if I were to guess) and should keep curious paws at bay (fingers crossed). I would highly recommend this product to anybody.
I recently got the Puzzle Ready Puzzle Board with four colorful drawers and a cover, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s convenient, practical, and beautifully designed.
The first thing I love about this puzzle board is its sturdy and smooth design. The wooden board is of great quality, and the soft felt surface is perfect for keeping puzzle pieces in place while working on them. It’s super comfy and provides a fantastic puzzle assembly area.
The drawers are perfect for sorting the pieces or assembling smaller parts of the puzzle.
The cover resembles a huge mouse-pad – rubber-like smooth weighted material keeps my puzzle in progress safe and sound, and I can even move it around the house without worrying about pieces falling off. I have two cats trotting around the house, so this type of protection is a must. Also – it doubles up as a gaming area – we play board/card games on top of it, since it provides a very pleasant tactile sensation.
The lightweight design and balanced construction make it a breeze to lift and tuck away under the couch or bed or on top of a wardrobe.

I have always wanted a way to do a puzzle and put it away before finishing (Thanks to cats!) and this is the perfect solution. The neoprene mat that covers it is heavy enough not to move around. It’s pretty large so stores best under a bed or couch when not in use. I got the 1000 piece size and has worked well for all the puzzles I’ve done so far. Pictured is 1000 piece Costco warehouse puzzle.
This puzzle board has been absolutely fricking amazing. Seriously. Super high quality. Thick cover mat. Easily removable drawers. Slides under my sofa for easy retrieval and set up. Perfect for those without a permanent puzzle space. Which is why I got it. Otherwise I’m unable to work on puzzles as much as I want to due to the time it takes to do a puzzle and no extra space to leave it set up. It’s perfect and amazing. Well almost perfect. The felt puzzle area takes some getting used to work on. I’d prefer a neoprene surface just like the cover mat is. But maybe there are reasons for why they did it besides cost. But that’s a minor gripe. It’s not a deal breaker. The felt is fine, just not an intuitive surface for puzzling. But maybe after some years of use it will get smoother and less rough? If you like puzzling and need space this is a must buy. I’m not kidding. Why don’t you have this already! I went with a larger size which when I first got it. I thought maybe it was too big but after using it I’m so glad I went bigger. It definitely helps with the sorting. I could probably make due with slightly smaller but the extra size is worth it to me so I can really spread out and sort. Great brand and you can tell they care about the hobby. Certainly not a fly-by-night operation.

I spent hours looking at puzzle boards, reading reviews, searching the listings for the exact dimensions, and I’m so happy that I kept looking until I found this one! The 1500-piece board fits even my largest puzzles. It’s sturdy, but lightweight enough that I can move it by myself, even though it’s so big.
The wood is unfinished but very well sanded and smooth as silk. The felt surface has enough nap to keep the pieces in place, but I can still slide assembled sections into place if I’m careful. (I use a puzzle scoop that I found on Amazon.) The drawers work well and are very handy for sorting pieces.
I also looked for a larger folding table that would be big enough for oversize puzzles, but I’m glad I decided on the puzzle board instead. I can put it on a standard 34″x34″ folding table, and then move the board to a back room and put away the folding table if I need to straighten up for company. The vinyl cover really is heavy enough to protect the pieces and keep them from sliding even if you tilt the board a bit while moving it.
This table is well built and solid. The felt surface holds the pieces in place well, but might be a bit too “grippy” when transferring a completed puzzle (about to complete our first one soon, so don’t know yet how the transfer will go). The four drawers also came in very handy for sorting and grouping like pieces. We used them more than I expected to with our 500 piece puzzle. The table has a nice large surface area that will be more than enough for our needs.
One negative is we need to figure out a good way to transition the completed puzzle. I bought a large 1/4 inch mdf board that I am going to cut down to size to hold over the puzzle then “flip” the table to get the puzzle out. Hopefully it will flip cleanly and without any need to reconstruct parts of the puzzle. It would be nice if one of the four sides was a drop side that allowed us to slide the puzzle out and onto a foam board for backing. Of course the felt would make it difficult to slide out, so maybe flipping is our best option. We will find out soon enough.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this table for anyone that enjoys doing puzzles and does not have a dedicated space for puzzles. The portability, functionality and ease of use have made puzzle solving a much more enjoyable experience for me and my daughter.
This is brilliant. Board is a great size and draws are great for sorting colors. I use the different color cloths to help enhance the colors of the puzzle pieces. The heavy map for the top is great as well. Was able to put the board away mid puzzle.

J’tais un peu inquite avant de recevoir ma commande car j’avais lu des commentaIres de personnes qui racontaient les dfauts de la planche dj prsents ds rception. Mais la mienne tait parfaite et la livraison a t trs rapide. Bonne dimension pour un casse-tte de 1000 pices , pas trop lourde transporter , avec rebord tout le tour donc les morceaux ne peuvent glisser l’extrieur . Les quatre tiroirs non magntiques sont trs pratiques pour trier les pices et la couverture protectrice est assez lourde pour maintenir les pices en place et super pour empcher un minou aventureux de mler ou perdre des morceaux. J’aurais prfrer que la planche soit faite d’une surface lisse plutt que recouverte d’une feutrine car difficile de glisser les pices mais tout de mme bien contente de mon achat.

The cover is great except puzzle pieces stick to it. Not sure I like the board covering either because you cannot slide pieces. Otherwise it’s great. Fits a 1,000 piece perfectly.
Easily helped me shape my 2000 piece puzzle. Drawers are a big bonus. Colored inserts help differentiate colors of pieces.
Keeps different areas. Nicely separated and you can work on each of those areas individually away from the puzzle so it doesn’t get cluttered.
Bought this for my wife and we both are very happy with it. It is big enough but still portable. It has 4 drawers so you can store puzzle pieces easily.

Product came as advertised- craftsman ship is good and it’s a solid product. Happy with purchase! One item to note that when it’s delivered it’s very obvious what it is so be careful if it is a gift.
I had to give up puzzles for a while because we got kittens and they couldn’t stop playing with the pieces. A couple years later, and they still play with the pieces but this board helps to cover them up great for cat owners.

We do larger piece puzzles and this board accommodates all the sizes. Seems sturdy enough to endure a toddler or two maybe one on each end lol. Easy to stash.

Table is nice. Felt has released a little bit (reason for 4 stars on sturdiness) nothing that affects the table working properly or visually. We have been very pleased with the table and it functionality.
Anyone who has cats will LOVE having a puzzle board. This is large so fits good size puzzles, and also the drawers are excellent. The ‘felt’ makes it a little difficult to move sections around but i imagine that should improve . I will be putting this on a lazy Susan that will help turning it. Overall -very satisfied with this product.
Love the board. Unhappy with the cover mat. It doesn’t lay flat. I thought over time that might change. Nope, have had it 5 months and still has the “crease” in it which prevents the whole mat from laying flat.
As you can see it does not fit the 1000 peaces puzzle I ran out of space to add the last few pieces to complete the corner.So I suggest get the larger board.1050
Great size of board. I have bought it as a Christmas gift. It is really well made and looks excellent. Easy to move if needed. I am really impressed with this puzzle board. Worth the money. It arrived on time, and really securely packed.
Putting together puzzles has always been something our family enjoys doing (especially in the winter), but it was frustrating to find a place that we could keep the puzzle out long enough to finish it. Also… we have cats.
I love that we can pull this out and work on it in the middle of the living room and then easily put it away when we need a break. And we can come back to it!
The only drawback has been I don’t have as many places to store this as I originally thought I would. We have reclining sofas and nothing fits under them. So I thought I would slide it under our bed, but I forgot that our platform bed frame has support posts down the middle so while I CAN fit it under there, it is a challenge.
I am still happy with the purchase and I’m sure we will be using this for years to come.

Good build quality, well designed with the felt lining and the very handy drawers. The cover is nicely weighted so it keeps the puzzle safe when not being used.
I have purchased several puzzle solutions from tables to mats, and nothing has worked this well! This size is perfect. The drawers make sorting so easy! The felt is perfect and keeps the pieces from sliding. We have it at a cabin so people can work on a puzzle then put the mat on and tuck it under a bed when not in use. Everyone who has used it says they want one. As an added bonus, the spacing near the edges of the mat is perfect for playing card games with kids. Put the top on, and the cards slide right in the side so little hands don’t have to try to juggle them.
Well made. The mat to cover the puzzle works well, when you take off the mat pieces do not stick to it. The drawers are helpful to organize and keep pieces from getting lost.
I wish it came with a turntable. Other than that it is perfect.

The first delivery was disatrous as the puzzle board was delivered without an external box to protect it and I received it in near shreds. Amazon was super quick to respond and I received my new puzzle board in perfect condition and am enjoying it immensely. The storage drawers are a nice feature and we are looking forward to much use from this board.

This puzzle board is Fantastic, remember Puzzle Ready when you are Ready to buy, you will be glad you did.
I gave this to my mom last Christmas, and she absolutely loves it! She loves not having to break down the puzzle when she wants to put it away for a while. We live in an area that gets a lot of dirt, and the cover does a great job of protecting the puzzle. She likes to sort out the puzzle pieces by color, so the drawers are helpful and keeps the pieces in one spot. The drawers do pull out all the way and it is easy to put back in once you are done with it. Because of the size of the board, it is hard to maneuver through certain doorways, but otherwise it is easy to pick up and move.
This is a great puzzle board. I’m glad I spent the extra to get a good one. The drawers are colorful and add to the fun. My husband is really loving it. They suggest storing under the bed; but for seniors that can be a challenge. We have square pub table and my husband made rails under the top to insert the board into (don’t for get to include the knobs in the measurement if you do this). Now we can just store it for dinner and bring it out in the morning. Saves bending over as it is a little heavy.

This is a great board! The 4 drawers are wonderful for sorting your puzzle pieces into groups, and doing that makes more room on the main board for building the puzzle, too. The drawers come all the way out, so you can use them as little mini puzzle boards for working small areas of the puzzle and then move those to the main board later. The felting on the board and in the drawers is perfect, holds the pieces still but doesn’t grab them when you want to move them. We got the 1,500-piece size board for doing 1,000-piece puzzles and we find the extra room really helpful, so I recommend doing that. The rubbery mat for covering the puzzle in progress is designed really well — thick enough to stay put well and to keep kitties out, and easy to roll up and unroll without disturbing the pieces on the board. The board is light enough for me (a woman) to move by myself for putting away. My only complaint about the board is that it came cracked in one place, but a little wood glue and a clamp made it good as new.
Anyway, not sure that makes any sense or is helpful, but those are my thoughts from my experience.
I am a dedicated puzzler who always had to “share” my puzzles with my cat. Now, I can work on my puzzle, tuck the drawers back in, cover the puzzle and let my cat lay, sit and walk all over the cover to his heart’s content without messing ip my puzzle. This is a great table. It states that you can do a 1000 piece puzzle, but I disagree. I did a 500 piece puzzle and was able to fit all the pieces in the side drawer while working on the puzzle. When I started a 750 piece puzzle, I had a lot of piece left over that couldn’t fit in the side tables and had to leave the pieces in the box. So I would say 500 pieces is a better fit. But I love the velcro that holds the pieces. The different colors of the side tables are great too. I added a clip on lamp for lighting as well

It is a great board and the drawers are nice. I now wish I had bought the smaller one though. After some reviews saying that the regular size was too small I went with the larger one. But it is hard to move the board into and out of my room. Plus the board is too large for where I had originally planed to use it.
I’m sure I could return it and order the smaller one but returning such a large item seems daunting.
This board is exactly as advertised. The felt covering, which lays on top, is very high quality and has weight to it which keeps all puzzle pieces in place. The board is made of quality wood and nice felt and is a little on the heavy side but can easily be moved from place to place. A couple of handles would be a nice addition for when you want to move it from place to place or transport it. The drawers are large and can be removed easily. Plus they hold a lot of pieces. I thought the colors inside the drawers would be gaudy but they look really nice. This is well worth what I paid. I would recommed this to anyone who’s looking to upgrade to a nicer, larger board or someone just starting out who wants to just buy something once and done.
The good:
Ideal size, love the colorful drawers, feels sturdy, the weight of the mat keeps the cats from scrambling the puzzle pieces
Improvements:
Felt is not soft enough to easily slide the puzzle pieces – they “catch” as they’re moved, the felt is not flush with the bottom of one of the drawers, and finally (this is my biggest complaint really) I really wish they had put a smaller, more discrete logo on the cover mat. I don’t want my decor to yell “PUZZLE READY”. If they ever offer covers in additional colors I would probably buy one.
All in all, a good product at a reasonable price
I am a senior citizen. The product is very heavy. It has no handle to carry it to a table. In fact, it was troublesome to even get out of the box. I also would have rather it had a cover that snaps shut than a leather cover. But for the most part it looks like it is a nice product. Haven’t tried to put it on a table yet Not sure if I would gift it because I am not really 100% comfortable with it. I do like the drawers it has for the puzzle that is a plus for me But if I put it away I figure the puzzle pieces will get jumble around. I think I will have to look around for an adjustable stand to put the board on.

This is the second one I’ve purchased—the first being for myself. Mine did come with a small ding on the underside of the board. It was insignificant and did not affect its function or aesthetic, so I opted to not send it back.
My daughter’s puzzle board was flawless.
I do feel these items could be better packaged, but in general, the product is pretty good. It’s currently the best I’ve seen available in this price range.
We have cats. Cats and puzzles don’t mix. This keeps the cats off the puzzle.
It’s pretty well made. One drawer is warped so the center curves up and I can’t really place pieces in the middle. Maybe I could buy a replacement drawer but it isn’t that big of a deal since I still have 3 other drawers that are in good shape.
It was a great buy!
Update: the warped drawer actually seems to have fixed itself, which the directions do mention can happen. So that’s pretty awesome.
I’d also like to mention how great the customer service was at JD Brands. I bought this board as a Christmas gift and when it was unwrapped on Christmas Day, there were 2 imperfections. Although the imperfections didn’t impact the functionality of the board, It was disappointing when giving a gift. I immediately emailed the company and they responded within a few hours offering to replace the board, all on Christmas Day. I was so impressed with their professionalism.
EDITED: my orange drawer is warped so it bows up! The other drawers are much deeper! Maybe I just need a replacement drawer! That’s good news!

I am a puzzle lover and a puzzle board is a necessity for me especially when I’m working on large puzzles. I have tried many puzzle boards in the past, some of them not lasting for a year. When my last puzzle board broke after just a couple of months of usage (I know, frustrating) I searched for a new one that would fit my needs and would be super sturdy to last me for a long time. Thankfully I came across this puzzle board because this board really made a big difference in my puzzle assembly experience – it’s a very neat way to keep the puzzle pieces together.
What initially caught my attention while I was searching for a new puzzle board is how colorful it is. Well, I don’t usually like colorful stuff especially that my previous board is just a plain varnished color, but hey, I think this will make my puzzle assembly more lively instead of working on a plain colored board. So I bought it and I can say that my money was well spent!
I am amazed at how good looking this product is when I unboxed it. Great packaging by the way! The seller made sure that the product will get to me in one piece. No chemical smell, no missing pieces, everything is intact and it exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent and I have received numerous compliments on it. It looks nice sitting out and as family and friends walk by, they stop a minute to place a piece or two. It’s a great conversation piece as well as a nice place to gather and visit while we work together.
Some points that I really like about this product:
Size – This board is just the right size for me. It easily fits my 1000-piece puzzles, it is compact enough that I can easily slide it under my bed or the couch when I’m not working on my puzzles.
Color – I mentioned this already, the color of this board stood out among its competitors. The black surface allows me to see each and every piece of the puzzle.
Board Surface – Aside from its color, I like the felt finish of the surface, it lets you slide the pieces around yet holds it in place especially when the cover is placed over them.
Raised Edges – I super like that this has a raised edges ensuring that I will not having pieces falling off the floor (where my cat could get it).
Colorful Drawers – The drawers on this puzzle board can be completely removed and slide out. I can slide the drawers closed when I don’t need to work on certain pieces making my work surface very neat and tidy. I use the colorful drawers to sort the puzzle pieces which makes it easier for me to look for the puzzle piece that I need. The drawers are super helpful! I put my puzzles together faster because of them.
Removable Puzzle Mat – not all of my puzzle board before has this and I never knew I needed it until I got a hold of this one. The puzzle cover is made from a flexible mouse pad-like material. I often use it as a cover but sometimes I use it as an additional space to organize my jigsaw pieces. This puzzle mat also protects my jigsaw from my cats (I have five). I like that it weighs down the my jigsaw pieces when I take a break without having to worry about pieces getting messed up.
Lightweight – It’s also pretty light so not hard to move if needed. I can easily move the board from my dining table to the living area or shove it under my bed when it’s not in use. Even though it’s lightweight, I can feel that it is sturdy enough to last me for years.
I highly recommend this board to all my puzzle lover friends and will be buying a few units so that I could give it as a gift to my closest family and friends for the upcoming Christmas.

This larger size will truly accommodate 1000+ piece puzzle. I’ve attached the photo showing the difference between the old and the new. Can’t wait to finish my current puzzle on the old and work on the new mat. I love being able to tuck away my puzzle board under my bed when company comes. The drawers all pull out smoothly. The customer service of JD Brands is outstanding. They have kept me in the loop while waiting for the new puzzle boards to arrive. I’ve given this as a gift to others, everyone absolutely loves it. When I share pictures of my completed puzzle someone always asks about the board.
