One piece was printed upside down but its not really noticeable. It took me several hours to put it together but its sturdy and was pretty easy to do. Just time consuming. My granddaughters love it and overall it was easily worth what I paid for it.

My toddler really likes this doll house. It's about the same height as she is. The accessories that come with the house are cute and good quality. The house was DIFFICULT to put together as a single person, I'd recommend 2 people if possible. It is quite light, so for kids who like to move things around, attaching it to a wall would be a good idea. She got this at Christmas and it's still holding up well.

This is super cute but some of the pieces were broken like the faucet for the sink and such. The holes didn’t line up at one point which made the elevator not slide properly. I was able to make it work after aligning the walls, without using the holes and screwed it together.

It is wooden and will last many many years. Something that can be passed down to other children. The house is very sturdy and comes with all the furnishings, dishes, accessories, you need. This thing is great. The issue I have is that theres6 no easy way to open and dry the tub, sink, or hot tub. I'm afraid that my kid will fill it, leave the water inside of it and it will mold. I can say I'm going to make sure its emptied every time, but I cant actually guarantee it. I think this would be a simple fix.

I was a little worried about buying this, as there were several bad reviews about upside down parts and misaligned screw holes. But I am so thrilled that I bought it. It is huge, beautiful and my granddaughter was thrilled to pieces. It did take me almost 2 hours to put it together, but I was going slowly, making sure that I placed screws carefully, plus I have a bad knee so that slowed me. Heads up. This is really heavy. The box was hard to lift, but the way you assemble it, makes it easy to move the pieces. Once it’s assembled it is sturdy and easy to lift, by 2 people, and easy to move. I added a box of Kleenex for height comparison. The dolls are the Monster high dolls, as opposed to Rainbow high dolls. The furniture is beautiful, I just wish they sold other pieces so that you can customize it.

Bought on Black Friday and it came pretty quickly. The box was in two boxes and came undamaged. The assembly was pretty easy but very tedious and could be messed up easily. The only issue I have is that the fridge case was super dirty. I had to wipe it down a few times and I got all the dirt out. I’m unsure if it’s a manufacture issue or it wasn’t kept clean. Otherwise, it isn’t the biggest dollhouse I have ever seen but has some height to it. Super cute though!

My daughter received this last Christmas and it has been a FANTASTIC gift! It took two people to assemble as the wood pieces are big. The house is large but very sturdy. I looked at LOAADS of doll houses but all are quite busy/cluttered looking, filled with plastic, and overly pink. We love the sleek current design and that it is white and blends into her room better than the over the top Barbie and KidKraft houses. The RH one is sleek and uncluttered and just very modern overall. Much more calming to look at and it makes the accessories, furniture and dolls pop that much more. If you are in the fashion world this is the house to go for! The details are top notch! The laptop, make up palette, toaster, water bottles, furniture design…. everything are on trend. We did need to superglue where the doors attach to the floor/ceiling in place as when we lifted it to go upstairs they kind of came loose. But an easy two min fix and have had no further issues. House has held up really well with regular play and will be used for years to come. And it fits the Barbies too as RH and Barbies are the same height. Couldn’t be more happy with this house!

Assembly with sealant (optional) requires accurate alignment – using toothpicks in attached photos guided the panels with precision. Total duration from unpacking to cleanup = 6 hours for us. We used Liquid Nails and it’s solid as a rock – Children love it!!! Yes, all of the furniture & accessories listed in the description comes with the doll house. It’s 1:6 scale which is the same as 11″-to-12″ Barbie-size dolls vs. traditional doll houses are 1:12 scale *if you’re curious about purchasing additional accessories. Rainbow Dolls are not included.
We bought this today and it only took less then an hour to assemble. I was amazed at how big and sturdy it is. And how many accessories it came with. We got the pool today too. Had the dolls and wardrobe. It’s all very much worth the money.

To all the negative reviews of 1 and 2 stars that complain about the post office or that the packaging says what it is on it or any of the other reasons that have nothing to do with the actual rating of the productabsolutely ridiculous. We got this dollhouse for my daughter for her birthday, and she loves it.
Pros: It was fairly easy to put together. Instructions are illustrated and easy to understand. Once assembled, this house is huge, and very sturdy. It’s bright and roomy and comes with an amazing amount of accessories.
Cons: The actual house pieces were only separated in their box by some thin tissue paper, and very small, flimsy styrofoam. Because of this the pieces slid against each other in shipping and there was some wear in spots. This could have been avoided with better packaging. My only huge complaint is that one of the walls that holds the roof is supposed to have an angled edge for the roof to sit on, and this angle was put on the bottom of the wall piece instead. You can see how they don’t quite fit together in some of my pictures. I was able to really secure everything despite the mistake, and my daughter was too delighted to care, but there could be a bit more quality control because this dollhouse is pricey.

Fabulous Dollhouse Elega
This is the best dollhouse ever. It arrived a few days early. The packaging blew my mind. The wooden parts where wrapped in tissue paper. When I saw that I knew I was getting something elegant l, and pricey.
Let’s begin about set-up. The box is extremely heavy. You will need 2.people or a dolly to bring it in the.house. (if you have stairs I feel sorry for your legs and back). I began by pulling several individual boxes out of a regular brown box. (BEWARE the packaging does say Rainbow High Mansion on it).
3) the assembly took me 2.5 hrs I used an electric drill. I placed all the pieces on the ground. Instructions. Where clear and precise. I was in aww of.how easy it took to put together.
4. This is a gift for my 4 & 9 year old granddaughters this Christmas 2022. We just started collecting Rainbow High Dolls, and I thought.this would be a.great piece for their collection.
5) price point of 99.00 is a steal and bargain. All the accessories that come with the doll house is very elegant and modern.
Cons I wish they would offer more accessories for the doll house. Also a power operated elevator. Power operated jacuzzi like the pool & corvette.
Overall, don’t wait for the.price to go.back to the original $200 price tag. Myself as an adult I can’t wait for the girls to arrive for their Christmas break. Here in NC we usually have fabulous weather in December, so I’m hoping we will be able to have outdoor playtime.

Some of the reviews suggested using a drill that it was a must! I did not have one and figured I was looking at an uphill battle to put the house together. Well let me tell you that was not the case I used my handy dandy good ole screwdriver followed the directions and easy peasy lemon squeezy the house was built! You DO NOT need a drill the directions do not call for one in fact it discourages its use. I did it alone and it did not take long at all to assemble and screw all the parts together! I love it! I absolutely love it! No scratches on the walls, everything fit exactly as stated! It is sturdy and well made. The box was heavy when it arrived and I was completely flabbergasted, but once I opened it and took the pieces out was relatively easy going from there! I love the colors and the furniture that came with it! I would definitely recommend! 🙂

It's as big as my 6 year old! She loves all of the accessories that came with it! Works with Barbie sized dolls in addition to the Rainbow High. It's better quality than the plastic Barbie brand house. My daughter had. Lot of hours in playing with this. Water that pumps, furniture that is sturdy etc.

This is a big dolls house, it was a little tricky to put together as internal wall part crumbled a little when connecting with the screws, luckily I could hide it with furniture. Once it’s all together it is amazing, lots of furniture comes with it and great that full size dolls can be used in it.
Most importantly, my kiddos love it. It ended up being a good value when it was on sale and my girls split the cost of $50 each. I would have rated it higher but there were some small issues. It was pretty easy to put together and so much more sturdy than Barbie dream house. There where some slight print issues where the print just wasn’t completely lined up. I bought this for my daughter’s 8th birthday and she is so in love, me too with the quality! My thumb is a little bruised from all the screws, but this thing is sturdy as hell! With all 43 screws, I was anticipating each next one to pop through the particle board, didn’t happen once! I was floored! The accessories are great and super cute, as in even the bed and couch are plushy/puffy. The washing machine is the cutest thing in the world! I can see this withstanding many, many, many years, and being able to either recycle down to a friend, or give to someone in need, flawlessly.
Take your time putting it together. I used my fingers (reasons why my thumbs bruised) to pre-screw into the little tiny holes, and then linned them up until I felt it grab. Definitely dont use a drill (it’s not recommended anyway).
For reference, I do not have the patience of a Saint, and with 1 trusty, rusty screwdriver (not included) it took about 3 hours to assemble. The 3 hours flew by, because it was so adorable to see it come together, with of course a childs glowing eyes to encourage you along. Haha!
This doll house is definitely unlike no other! I bought it for $99.00, if I was able to see the quality before purchasing, I’d definitely say it’s worth way more, Id prob max out at $185.
Only down fall, it DOES NOT come with dolls. Fortunately enough, you can find some 9″ dolls for 13-19 dollars at anytime.
But the upside, LOL Dolls fit perfect in it too!

Typically I’m not a fan of decor items on the walls, however I think the decor in this dollhouse is really well done overall. I love the bookcase in the living room and the details in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. My inner child loves that this house has a front door, I dreamed of my dollhouse having a front door when I was a kid. My kids and I both find this to be a great feature. The furniture that comes with this dollhouse was a great selling point and I am happy with the quality, it’s realistic and durable unlike the Barbie furniture I have purchased in the past. I built this for my daughter (11) with her help here and there. There are a lot of pieces so be prepared to curse a little, contemplate tossing it out a window and just simply walking away for a quick meltdown if needed. Took me about two hours to build it using a screw driver (i’d advise using a drill- gently, it will save your hand) BUT once it is built it is actually very pretty and sturdy. Nothing came damaged and her dolls loved moving in. All the accessories came as shown and in great condition. If you are a RH fan you know the packaging on the dolls is a nightmare this dollhouse was not exempt from the unboxing torture. Be prepared. I do not think its worth the regular price but on sale why not? We plan to redecorate the whole this this summer and will add an updated picture. (De’Vious twins welcome you!)

A few minor nicks on some corners but nothing to cry over. Beware when screwing it together the printed board scratches easy. I need to touch up a spot where the screwdriver slipped and took the paint off super easy. Over all it’s a great doll house. Lots of furniture and a few little accessories. My kids 7 & 5 are over the moon happy.

It honestly is a really good price to get online instead of retail stores because you can get a good deal on it it is super heavy and the box is quite big it took me an hour to assemble it because there’s so many wooden pieces but it’s such a good sturdy house

My daughter bless her heart is short so she can barely see the top floor of the dollhouse so she climbs on it, so far it’s held up pretty great. My only suggestion would be to add a kid lift so they can see all of it if they’re vertically challenged but since it is so sturdy my little one can just climb up it like a King Kong type of gal. Yes I used the wall anchor.

This was a fun doll house to put together. I found that the holes did line up, but it did require the use of a drill. I am glad that I had read the reviews on it because it helped me accept some of its faults. The biggest fault I found was that the paint is easily scratched. The elevator is a little hard to maneuver, I found if you just wiggle it it works fine. I
absolutely love the furniture. The pieces are well made, and a lot of the drawers open. The wheels actually roll on the clothes rack. The water features are fun. The food accessories are also nice addition, they are also well made. I would recommend this dollhouse, it is nicer than the plastic Barbie ones. I am so excited for my granddaughters to see it, I think they will just fall in love with it!!

So I decided to wait for the holidays to end and kept checking and it finally went down to $100. I just finished putting it together, took me a couple hours but it’s so worth it. So adorable. & it’s wood so no falling apart like the Barbie dream houses! It’s so worth $100! Has the cutest furniture to go with it. I also got her the car... I can’t wait til she wakes up to it tomorrow! 💕

Absolutely stunning had every piece it said it would not damaged and wow it is like a real fancy miture doll house never found a doll house for my personal doll collection that was like a real live doll house until now do not regret this buynone bit!!! I love it my kids love it definitely gonna buy one more as back up and another for the kids play room

The best fashion doll house on the market at the moment despite one or two minor faults.As stated in previous reviews the sprayed painted interior can chip a little but mine was fortunately very minimal.I had no trouble getting the majority of the lettered stickers off but one or two left a very small mark. The furniture is top quality and has a realistic look to it.The house itself is very sturdy once constructed {ideally by 2 people!) The house is also very heavy and I put my back out for a week carrying it upstairs but it was worth it!

I looked for awhile before ordering this Rainbow High Doll House and I could not be happier! It is 4′ tall and 3′ wide, very sturdy! The rooms are all decorated and it comes fully furnished. The quality is better than any of the ‘big name’ fashion doll houses I’ve seen, because it is made of wood, not plastic! The drawers open and close and are large enough to hold clothes or doll accessories. There is an elevator that can be slid up and down to each floor. The bath and hot tub actually hold water! The dolls can be sat on the furniture without tipping over. The house also comes with accessories like a lap top, phone, dishes, some toy drinks & foods. It is fairly heavy so I’m going to put it on a wheeled platform (like the type used for planters) so it can be moved easily. Our kiddos haven’t seen it yet and I know their heads are going to explode!
My partner put it together, it took a couple hours. I would absolutely recommend this to family or friends. When I purchased this 1/22 the price was listed as $199.00 and sold for $99.00 all furniture included. Dolls are sold separately. Rated 10/10
This house is absolutely huge and my 5 y/o was tickled that it was taller than she was At one point we had 3 cats sitting in it.
It took me about 2.5 hours to put together using a screwdriver (I stripped out the first 2 screws with a power drill oopsie). All of the screw holes were lined up perfectly and all of the panels sat snugly with the exception of one of the sides, which is barely noticable. The letter stickers that label the pieces are kind of a pain to get off, but a little bit of water and some rubbing and you can’t tell they were even there.
As for the accessories, they are great also! Some of them (hot tub, shower, sinks) can hold and pump water with the push of a button, but I don’t recommend it because draining it and preventing mold would be tough. The shower was really the only piece that would not stay together, but when placed where recommended in the house it doesn’t matter much. One of the drawer handles was broken, but that was fixed easily with super glue. The elevator also sticks like crazy, but I just told my kiddo it was a balcony
Totally worth the price and it will last for YEARS to come. Not looking forward to relocating it when we move though- it’s a bit heavy!
I never leave reviews but I thought that this deserved one….I bought this for my daughter’s 10th birthday and I am NOT disappointed!! The quality is superb…the colors are amazing….the thought process went into manufacturing this let’s me know that the customer was kept in mind the whole time!! this is like my daughter’s 5th doll house (she has a little mini collection) and the whole family is dangerously inove with it

This is the first doll house I ever got and the thing that decided me was the fact that it’s actually wood (pressboard, I think) and not plastic, and comes with the furnishings. Pricing out a kitchen with drawers that open, a furnished bathroom, and bedroom and living room furniture as well as the sturdy construction, it was very worth the $99 I paid. It took about 30 minutes to assemble and was very easy to figure out, the order is in the letters stuck to the wall. I went over the pieces before construction and aside from some minor dust and a slightly odd printing on the red bedroom wall which was almost covered by the ceiling piece, my house was perfect. This feels like an Ikea shelving unit (most of our house is Ikea furniture) and with the high ceilings it’ll be fun to move the dolls around. I decided to leave off the elevator and I’m excited to fill and customize it.

Overall the house itself is very solid and pretty easy to assemble. My kids loved it, though like most toys the excitement last like 10 min.
The only issues I had were with the accessories. The “hot tub” bubble action is none existent. Not a total lose as it makes it easier to go with the whole no water rule.
The bed legs don’t stay on the frame so once its in place they cut move it. The shower head came broke so I had to fix that myself and come up with a way to make that work.
Very small annoyances at best which is why I’m 4 star overall. Especially for the sale cost we got it on. Hoping that the longer its here the more in depth thier play gets.

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for this rainbow high house. After reading some bad reviews about misprints, broken pieces, etc- I told my daughter we might have to send it back if it wasn’t good. But it was her favorite one available because of the different color rooms and the hot tub!
After opening it and putting it together, we are very pleased with the product! She is using it with Barbie’s but is in hopes to get some rainbow high dolls now!
Addressing the bad reviews:
-my sticker labels did not peel the paint.
-none of our pieces were broken or misprinted.
-the elevator is indeed difficult to move. My strong 6 year old girl can do it. But it takes two hands placed in the correct area and applying force.
-the water features are not super strong- but for them to be manually operated, they are of reasonable functioning.
