Bought one when it first came out for under 70. Gave it to my daughter when COVID started. She sold it for 150. They now cost 120. A new form of crypto currency? Well made but very bulky and heavy so no need to watm up once you have set it up. Further price reduction would be an improvement.

As an indoor weight bench that can be shoved out of the way regularly this works. It’s fairly robust and the raised deck allows a reasonable range of exercises.

It is a little short so if you’re over six feet you may have problems with back support for prone exercises. Similarly , the catches required to convert it from a ‘step’ to a bench are a bit loose so you need to check that it’s locked very carefully.

Really good and stable, maybe a bit wider for people who are more petite like I am and it’s sometimes difficult to do specific exercises. But the positions of the top are diverse and very sturdy.

Very easy for the two coloured feet to de-lock and injure if you’re not careful! Even without pressing the unlocking flaps.

Very versatile and works well when either space is restricted, or you just don’t want to occupy space when not in use. I don’t use bands, because I don’t trust them, however I do make good use of this with dumbbells

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought on offer and love it. I already have a step, as this would not be sturdy enough for step. Perfect storage, adjustable height and length for me at 5ft 7″. Needs a mat/thick towel if lying down on it to press due to the bobbles

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Usersi recently leased an SUV and needed something to help me reach the roof of the car. initially i considered a step ladder but then decided against that as i didn’t want to potentially fall off or have it scratch the car so i thought about an aerobics stepper.
this has a good height to reach the roof, it’s a decent length so i don’t have to constantly move it and can just move along the stepper. it’s plastic so won’t rust, unlikely to topple over when i’m standing on it and found it’s perfect for car cleaning.
no intention of using for aerobics as i think i get enough stepping up and down it as i’m cleaning the car.

After two years of home workouts I wanted to change things up, the variety of moments and weights meant this was my choice.

Easy to mix up weights deck with my dumbbells and cardio with the step.

A classic piece of kit for a reason. Delighted with it.

I like this product a lot for its versatility, the quality is good as well. The only thing is that it is a bit short when I lie flat on it (I’m 169 cm) so I need to spend some time positioning myself on it properly.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBought for at home workouts, mainly press ups and lying on for barbell weight lifting.

The construction of this is really really solid. As a result it’s pretty heavy but I’d rather have that sturdiness than a bench/step that bends and bows when you step on it or put any weight on it.

Really versatile with lots of positions you can manipulate or into. Whether for stepping low, high, sitting on or resting on or putting resistance bands on you can do all of these and more. Lovely little stow away compartment too inside.

Really happy with this and features daily in workouts. A bit on the expensive side for what it is but that’s the only negative.

    Solid workout bench

Great for what we need, will allow a full range of workouts from traditional bench work to more dynamic moves. We got the white over the black as we liked it better. Would recommend. Plenty of adjustment. Ok for me at 5’8″ but if you are taller you may struggle to lay on it when doing shoulder presses etc.

Loved this deck, and is so versatile. It does fold into a seat but this is probably only best for a smaller person as the seat depth is very small.

    Really easy to use

The same as the one you find in the gym. I was a little worried about laying on it and doing bench press with 20kg in each hand, but it works well. I have had a total of over 100kg on it and it did not move an inch. Always double check that the legs have clipped in when extended or you’ll end up hurting yourself.

Very pleased with the purchase. At first it seems bit pricey but when you start using it, it’s very sturdy and with good grip. Looks good in any room. Portable and adjustable.

Been using for a week now for light weight mobility exercise and no problems so far.

Note that when using it on carpet floor, it feels bit unstable due to carpet itself.

    Sturdy and looks good

It’s looking lovely and sturdy for standing exercise but you can’t do long exercises with sitting on it because of hard surface. I would recommend only for standing exercise not sitting.

I purchased this just before lockdown so took advantage of the cheaper price. As a personal trainer, I find it really versatile to pop into my boot and take to clients’ houses to train them. It adds an extra dimension to workouts that keep clients engaged and motivated.

I would definitely recommend to spice up your own home workout though a word of caution…If you are into lifting heavy from a bench then I would use a more conventional bench as this is too low down and has a maximum recommended loading of 150kg.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHave used this constantly for over 18 months with no signs of wear and tear. Very sturdy and doesn’t budge when using it for step ups and the like (I’m 80kg) Has storage space in the main body which is large enough to fit some fitness gloves and a bag of resistance bands. The bench still feels solid when using the incline feature even though it is entirely made of plastic. Recommend.

It really is versatile! Brings home the bands game, makes an excellent bench for several moves, plus a step and a seat.
I got it for 130 and that was an absolute steal as far as I’m concerned. 170 was the standard price and it’s worth that.
I see my local high end gym invested in a load of these, makes good sense.

I had been looking to get one of these since the lockdown started, but they were sold out everywhere. I kept thinking once they were back in stock that if I had gotten through most of the lockdown without one maybe I wouldn’t need it. I’m really glad that I had eventually bought one. I’m totally loving it! I use it for Les Mills step classes as well as for my workouts with free weights and store my bands in the little storage space that’s built in. I would highly recommend this equipment to everyone looking to make their workouts more effective and varied.

Instructions we’re pretty rubbish though, I had to find a youtube vid to figure out how to get the legs out (you just pull them up… they didn’t really go easily when I tried the first time so wasn’t sure if that was how to do it – you don’t need to press anything to pull out)

I’d been wanting the Blue Deck for a while having bought the Red, which seems to be more readily available, for my outdoor workout. Although they are expensive they are a nice piece of kit, very well made and can be used in a range of ways which I like; in a small house you don’t need lots of separate pieces of equipment. It only has 2 heights though, the only improvement might be to have more adjustable heights and the legs can be a little stiff to fold out and in, although they are very sturdy which is a good thing

Equipment I missed most when my PT sessions were no longer allowed in the gym. The minute I saw it back in stock after a year I didn’t hesitate. Takes up little room by my WFH desk so I can take a break doing step-ups, split squats, tricep dips or whatever takes my fancy to keep me moving during the day. Also brilliant for virtual HIIT sessions at home so I’m not looking for chairs or sofas to improvise with. Isn’t too heavy for me to carry from room to room either and I’m 5’1″ and not into weightlifting. Really looking forward to using it outside when the weather improves. I like the inner storage compartment for small dumbbells, resistance bands etc. Haven’t found the raised surface an issue but I’m quite light in weight. Length is more than adequate for my height too. I just love how versatile and robust this deck is – will be in use by me for many years so well worth the money.

Wasn’t sure whether to buy just the step or add half as much again for the step that converts into a seat with compartment. Eventually chose the latter and very happy I did. Will probably now also buy the cables as there are plenty of fixtures to enable these extras. Conclusion… very professional as you would expect from Reebok.

Dithered about buying this initially as not that cheap but I am so glad I did. The deck is well made, heavy so sturdy during training in my opinion worth the money. Lockdown has taught most of us regular gym goers to get creative with our home workouts so this deck has given me the options to train chest (can adjust to incline or decline), back arms and LEGS 😀 with the help of various tension resistance bands.

This is a sturdy (only had it 3 weeks so can’t really comment on its durability yet but feels it will be about for some time), versatile option for in the home. We keep it in a small area 9x6ft and it add a number of dimensions to our home workout needs (till now just dumbbells and a couple of gym balls) particularly with the reebok power tubes that are meant for this bench. They make the bench complete so I highly recommend them.

If you have limited space then this step is for you. Can be used as an aerobic step, flat bench for your pressing exercises like dumbbell press and for incline press, as well as shoulder presses. The step also comes with some storage space. Is very sturdy and well made. Can fold up and take up minimal space so can be stored under your bed.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersAs a Personal trainer I always wanted a multi use training bench at home or to use with clients. I can exercise whole body on bench as moves from low to higher off floor position so all leg exercises can be done.
It can change positions from upright on seat to allow more upper body training and into incline position. It’s has some storage for straps, gloves and resistant bands.
Absolutely love mine and it was affordable compared to other sellers

Such a handy piece of equipment to have around! This increased my options when PTing or training at home by tenfold. The design is so useful and the bench seems sturdy enough, not done any lifting on it yet. I have done some band work; I’m 6ft3 and I thought it’d be uncomfortable but it’s actually a great size whatever angle the bench is at which was a pleasant surprise.
The compartment is tiny though It can’t fit anything I’d need in there, bands and the like can fit but not much else.
    Very easy to clean.
    So good, highly recommended!

Exactly what I needed. I previously owned a traditional gym bench that folded flat and could be stored vertically which was heavy and clunky. In comparison, the Reebok Deck is compact and just light enough to be able to move it around with ease but heavy enough to feel sturdy and substantial- you feel secure when seated. The backrest can be set to three incline positions in addition to being flat. It has a super grippy texture on the surface too which is great for standing on. Whilst the price is relatively high (I think the cheapest it has been selling for is around 120- I bought mine from Amazon Warehouse just slightly under this price) I do think it is still worth that price, given its functionality and excellent build quality. Without a doubt the best gym bench/deck for home.

We purchased this as a compromise between step cardio and strength training. I originally wanted the Reebok step but am very happy that we bought this one instead. It’s sturdy and excellent quality. We can use it for various workouts. The two people using the deck are 5’9″ and 6’2″. Neither one of us has a problem fitting on the deck. Any taller than 6’2″ and you may struggle (obviously depends greatly on your torso size). Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to do various home workouts without spending a lot or taking up all of your space.

    Be careful.
It very good step sturdy and you can do hip trusts atach resistance bands .
You can do cardio. I love it I would like to buy another one. But with this price is impossible.

It’s strong sturdy and versatile and takes up little space. With the gyms closed due to the pandemic this is ideal for a home gym.

The only downside is that it is pricey for what it is. Beware that it is quite a solid surface so if resting your knees on it to do exercises like a single arm row bent over row.

Great that it doubles as an adjustable step and bench.

Overall very happy with the purchase.

Looking for a replacement for my old Reebok Step I found the Deck. Prospective buyers should be aware that the lowest height for the ‘step’ may be a little too high for some however the additional features clearly offer greater versatility, including the useful option to attach resistance tubes. Very pleased with it; although pricey, it’s high quality and proving to be very good value for money.

Golden Review Award: 46 From Our UsersI use this when at gym and had to buy my own.

I keep reading reviews on height restrictions. I’m 6ft2in. I don’t have any issue doing sit ups or crunches etc. It all goes on where you position your body & how controlled you are with doing sit ups & crunches (and also do you lay/try to rest on the deck inbetween sets) cause this is where I will state, my head hangs over the edge. It’s not for laying on and it’s not meant for relaxing on between sets like you can a mat). I find that helps me get done what I need to get done.

It’s a sturdy piece of equipment. My only complaint, when doing tricep dips, because of the bobbled surface, it can cause pressure pain and indentations over a few sets. But that is a solveable issue.

The compartment: I use 20kg iron York dumbells. They don’t fit within the compartment – I have to take them apart. But, the M resistant band fits in without an issue, as does a water bottle and your personal items (Phone etc).

It can be used outdoors, though I would bring it in after using. It’s incline has 3 positions, 4 if you include it been put down flat.

It’s legs are easily put down and clipped back into place with a locking mechnism – which is what i find brilliant. It won’t just suddenly fold up on you. Listen for the click and recheck before doing steps – safety check, as not all of them make that click into position noise (experience with using this step).

The material: hard wearing but marks easily – trainer rub and everyday dirt. To clean, i use antibacterial spray and a microfiber cloth to clean it and paper towel it dry.

Golden Review Award: 43 From Our UsersThe deck is great. The customer support (Amazon), not so much!
The deck is sturdy, adjustable and does exactly what I want it to, a portable step/bench for PT clients. I can’t fault it, I reccomend you buy it.
When you do buy it, keep an eye on the price. When I added the deck to my basket it was priced at 93.99, two hours later when I decided to check out the price had increased by 16.
I checked out, assuming I’d missed the cheaper priced item. The deck arrived the next day and the price on amazon had reduced back down to 93.99.
I contacted Amazon immediately expecting them to refund the difference. They refused. So I returned the deck at the full price and re ordered it at the lower price. It was a hassle and took a couple of hours to organise/find drop off point etc.

Golden Review Award: 42 From Our UsersAgree with several other reviewers here, this is a compact deck which has some reasonable bench capability, but it is by no means a ‘proper’ bench. I’m 5′ 8” and the length is OK for me lying on my back but there is not a lot of room to spare. There is no padding at all on the top, which is covered by quite a nice rubbery bumped surface, so if you want to kneel on it you may quickly want to use a mat underneath you. The two heights are fine for step-type activities, but it sits noticeably lower than a typical bench on the higher setting, depending on what you’re doing that can be restrictive. Mine didn’t come with the illustrated exercise band but it was on a discount, that may be because the band was missing. To Reebok’s credit they don’t make much of the exercise band functionality in the promotional video, it’s a fair enough idea but you probably want to get your own bands and make some adaptations for that. Overall, I think it’s a solid, compact ‘stepper-bench’, stepper first bench second. A big plus for me is the compact size, it does pack down easily and much smaller than a typical bench so that is a big benefit. Happy that I bought this overall.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was looking for a bench for my home gym and came across this outstanding piece of kit from Rbk. Why it’s marketed to women escapes me entirely! Anyway, I had my eyes on it since last November and finally Amazon halved the price last week, it’s now sitting proudly in my gym! It’s rock solid (made of heavy-duty plastic), yet at 11 kg it can be moved without too much effort, there is no wobble in it, it feels very stable and safe in all configurations. It replaces entirely* a conventional bench with added benefit that it can be used as a stepper. Only criticism I can find is that it’s hard to sit on (to be expected, it’s a stepper) but a gym towel easily solves the problem. I needed a bench but I didn’t want a bench…..this fits my gym perfectly!

*The Rbk website doesn’t give a maximum load rating, I found online shops rating it as low as 110Kg (in tilted position) and others as high as 170Kg (in flat configuration). Keep this in mind when purchasing!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is the same product as the other Reebok decks (i.e it says women’s but just the same as mens – but listed cheaper?)
It is a great compact piece of equipment. Very sturdy and well made.
Versatile for cardio exercises as well as pushups and dumbell weight use.
I bought this because I didn’t have the space for a conventional bench and i’m pleased I got it.
It comes with a DVD (which I havent watched so I can not comment on it) and a resistance tube (havent used that yet either).
But for use doing pushups and using as a bench for dumbell weights its great.
Research the price though because they are listed on amazon for vastly different prices (100-250), they are all the same product just different colours.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI bought this to act as compact weights bench, predominantly for dumbell presses, but find myself using it just about everyday for a whole variety of exercises. I don’t lift very heavy weights, 30kg dumbells on flat dumbell presses, but the bench copes fine. I weigh 11st (70kg) and I haven’t encountered any issues in terms of the strength of the bench. I wouldn’t really want to go much heavier though.

My favourite use of the bench is using it for seated incline db curls or using it in conjunction with some bodylastics bands and a chinning bar to practice pistol squats (or single legged stand-ups) from a very low position.

If you’re taller than 5ft10, you’ll probably struggle using it as a weights bench.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’d agree with other reviewers that this bench looks good and is very sturdy considering it’s plastic – I have no concerns that it won’t hold my weight combined with dumb bells.
When laying/sitting on the bench, the knobbly bits that provide grip when stepping on it also tend to dig into your back. This is especially so when performing a weighted/called exercise which requires firm support from the bench. I would recommend you use a towel or similar padding.
I would recommend this bench. It looks good when not in use, unlike a traditional work out bench which, although has more functionality, tends to look a bit out of place in a living room.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLiving in London with limited space and high gym prices, was in need of a bench for my mini home gym. After reading the great reviews, I thought it may have been over exaggerated. Now however I completely agree with them.

This is a solid, compact, high quality piece of equipment. Though it made from plastic and rubber it seems extremely durable. What I find best of all, is the simplicity of packing down the deck and tuck it away in the corner of the room.

Having bought some of those cheap flat pack benches in the past. There is no comparison. For the versatility of the deck and its straight forward design this is by far your best choice. At around 130 it is a little on the expensive side but after your first workout you will agree it was worth the extra.

The DVD I find is a little point less but does cover some interesting exercise for those who are beginners. The Resistance band is alright but have only used it for stretching.

Finally, the blue and white color is the best combo in my opinion.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersHi, I received my order nice and punctual, I was even given all delivery details.

When it turned up, I thought WOW, LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT!

It was nicely packaged, in a Reebok box, displaying the Item.

The DVD and the resistance band are inside the seat.

    The quality is fine.

    Very sturdy piece of kit.

However when purchasing such a large item, think of where it is going to be stored first. I don’t like the idea of hiding things away, or you will never use them.

I brought this item with the step test in mind, I have since ordered a metronome, so will be able to do it correctly.

The DVD, Is ok, although I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and use the Gym frequently.

However the deck is to big, if you are looking to transport it around to other locations.
