How to use?
Step1: Sit down on the chair
Step2: Keep your back straight
Step3: Turn on the massager by Remote Control and then wait for it Reset.（When it was resetting. The back massager will back to the bottom by default. )
Step4: Measure the height from the seat to your neck. The neck massager will walk to the position which suits your shoulder and neck.

THE KEY POINT:
When you turn on the massager and you see the control panel on/off light is blinking. That means the back massage nodes will reset to the lowest site(you can feel the back massage nodes move to the lowest site). Just wait for 10-15 seconds. When it finished the reset. It will stop to flash. And you can try to turn on the power again.

This hits all the right spots. The neck massager is height adjustable and it is awesome. I am 5’3 and I can lower it even slightly below my shoulders. The back massager hits my lower back perfectly as well. I have an arched lower back and this S-shape really does hit my arch. I bought a gel-node one similar looking and it did absolutely nothing. I’m so glad I found this one…even puts me to sleep!
I’ve bought many things from Amazon over the years, however, this is my first product review. I felt inclined to write a review because I’m very surprised and impressed by this product. This was purchased as a mother’s day gift and my wife loves it. Upon unboxing this, first thing we noticed was the high quality of the product material. The back and neck massage is amazingly good. I gave it a whirl and agree, this massager is what we needed in our home. The back intensity can be adjusted to three levels, low, medium and high. There’s also back and neck heating that can individually be switched on and off which is perfect. There’s a seat vibration with also three different levels. The neck massage can be adjusted up and down for different height or apparently it has auto detect feature. My wife is a fitness instructor and enjoys her workout, so this has been used almost daily. It fits nicely over an Ikea chair. Great product.
Awesome massager taking into account that it just needs to be propped up on your seat of choice and plugged in. Very user friendly. The upper back rollers do a better job than lower back rollers but it’s still a great massage. The only downside is that it does not give a head massage despite it’s ability to reach the top of the head (at the start of the session, the rollers go down and up, from lower back to the top of the head, to determine your torso length and where the nape of your neck is).
This is a pretty good massager. Only reason i am giving 4 star instead of 5 – the neck portion isn’t very easily adjustable, thus makes it harder to use for different heights.
I bough this for my elderly parents. They use it a few times a day and love it. It’s a great value for the price.

Ours stopped working after about 6 months. Wrote to the company and after submitting a short video showing what was wrong, they sent us a replacement unit. We are very pleased with the customer service. Communication was very prompt and the replacement was sent quickly. My husband loves this model and was so disappointed when it stopped working, But we now have the replacement and he’s in his glory!
J’aurais prfr que la tlcommande soit situ sur le ct du dossier car ct du sige, celle ci est porte sortir de la pochette !!!! Pour ne pas dpasser le temps limite d’utilisation, je croyais que sur la tlcommande, je pouvais slectionner le nbre de minutes / ce qui n’est pas le cas. De plus, le massage derrire la tte que j’apprcie mais qui ne perdure pas, celui-ci s’enclenche lorsque je pars l’appareil mais par la suite, l’activation des rouleaux ne cible que le cou/paules et dos !!! Pour avoir nouveau un peu de massage derrire la tte, je dois fermer l’appareil et le ractiver !!!! Le hic aussi, c’est que rendu cet endroit …. iiiii y a un vrombissement qui ne se fait pas dans le plus grand des silences !!!! Mais pas le choix, je dois faire avec … la limite, je ne l’utilise pas si mon conjoint est dans les parages car c’est drangeant si entre autres, il lit (ce que je dplore moi aussi).
I like it a lot, our family use it often, I like that the neck height is adjustable meaning it can accommodate someone shoe like me and also someone who is taller like my husband. We strap it to our Ikea chair for comfort.
This massage unit is exactly what I was looking for. It helped my neck and back pain. The only reason I gave it a 4 was I feel like the seat vibrator unit is not necessary. I never use it. Another thing is you can not use this unit lying down. The directions say place in a chair for use. Otherwise I have gotten my money’s worth out of it.
My favourite after-work indulgence…my RENPHO eye massager (which is awesome), while sitting on this massage chair, while sipping some liquid refreshment 🙂
Neither of us has serious back pain or issues. So I don’t know if this would suit that or be safe.
The unit automatically adjusts to your height. I’m 6-4 and my wife is 5-7. It magically adjusts the head rest neck/shoulder massager to fit. We have it on a chair that is tilted a little back; which seems to work better than on a stiff upright chair. Pressure is adjustable, but that only goes so far. It has good pressure on neck and shoulders, where you can lean your body in to the device a bit. But, the pressure is a bit lighter than I would have liked in the lower lumbar. The instructions warn not to lie on it (on flat bed for example), so there is no way to make the pressure firmer aside from sitting back as far as possible.
We still love it though.
Practical and effective massager. I have been using for a week now and it looks sturdy enough for long-term use I would say. The massage heads are well positioned and with the help of the remote controller there are various ways to tailor the kind of massage do you want. Did Heating functionality works well too. Comfortable and pleasant experience to relieve back pain and tension. The neck massager part is very effective too, this is some thing that other massage chairs usually not very good at.

I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas because he’s always complaining of back aches and His hips ache after work. He uses this massager every day after his shower and tells me how good it feels and how much is helping him during the day at work. He’s amazed us how good he feels. So I decided to try it too it is wonderful massages you from your head all the way down to your tailbone and has a vibrating seat and with heat. I’m very impressed with this massager. I’ve had some shoulder issues recently so I am able to use this while I work. Love the ability to move the neck / shoulder portion up or down so it massages right where I need it! The back and neck portions of the massager are adjustable separately, so that is a wonderful option! Super impressed! Definitely would recommend this to anyone.
I had an old massage cushion 5 years ago. The remote control started having problem. That is why I bought this one. It has a wider range of movement on the back than the old one and I also I love the neck rollers which massage my shoulders, neck and head which my old one doesn’t have.
If you never have massage cushion before, you may prefer the gel or softer rollers because this cushion has the hard rollers that may not for everyone.
If I had to complain about anything on this product, it is that the writing on the remote is very small and next to impossible to read. Otherwise it is a fantastic product.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It’s not that easy for him to use. Doesn’t hit his neck the way it should. But, I’m sure he will use it all the time. And figure out how to use it.
What a nice option for massage during these times.
I order a different massage chair and after receiving it and unboxing it did I realize a couple of things.
1.) Wrong size for height and the pillow only adjusted partially. Could not hit that spot on neck and shoulders.
I called the manufacturer and spoke with a very helpful associate.
She provided the model number for one that works best for 5′ tall frame.

I’m a dental assistant and I sit hunched over most of the day so my back is a mess. I have been on a hunt good chair massager and have done a ton of research and decided to go with this one and I’m so happy I did! Super easy to use and works wonders! My mother in-law came to visit us she tried the chair and ordered one her self that same day. Just an all around great product!
My wife and I spend $65/ hour for a personal message. Mainly it is our backs that need all the love. I got this chair for her for Christmas and it has single-handedly paid for itself with over 6 hours put on it. It is heaven. It loosens her muscles up from work and mine from sports. I would buy everyone in my family this to share the joy it makes me feel while watching Netflix. 2 Thumbs up. Cons: the lights on the controller make the text hard to read, you may want to use a remote control lighting system on that part. But overall a 9.5 out of 10.
It’s far from a real massage. It doesn’t quite spot and focus on the right area on your back. You may still want to go to massage studios for a good massage. This device is a backup.

Moi j’avais des douleurs base du cou, homoplates mais surtout les fessiers et bas du dos. C’est la premire chaise qui masse aussi bas que a dans le dos. Les mouvements sont forts et en profondeur. a rgl mes douleurs 90%. La seule chose c’est que la manette, l’intensit rouge est trs ple.
Aussi vous pouvez seulement faire masser le dos sans le cou ou choisir une rgion spcifique dans le dos avec le bouton spot.

Really great. Love all the adjustments. Great for a rocking chair. However. The neck part is awkward because it forces your head forward and is very uncomfortable. Wish the neck part was removable.
This chair is the best thing ever!!! My office chair is a little to big for me so including this product has helped a lot and has included a free massage whenever I need it! I initially wrote a poor review because I had an issue when the massager stopped working after 2 weeks. The company has been incredible to deal with and sent a new one. Massager is very nice!!!
I was surprised at how heavy this seat is and when not in use, very uncomfortable to sit in. The unit shuts off at 30 minutes to protect it from over heating. The rollers really go deep, even in the “less” intense setting. I am 5’9″ elder and the lightest setting is all I can handle. I equate the pressure to when a massage therapist puts their elbow into your body, but 2 to 4 of them at once. The remote control font size is small and tough to see but the instruction manual is good for explaining what buttons change settings, such as intensity and the heat. Speaking of the heat, it is good, not too hot but really helps the muscles relax.

I needed a serious shiatsu rig for my back and have broken all the cheapies. This baby is obviously quality. And it digs deeper than my wife, so everybody is happy and nobody has to stand on my spine. Its 48watts, 12volt, 4amp and has a power plug so even though it is not recommended for the driver of a car because it would break your spine in a hard wreck obviously, the power needs would work easily.

-At first I didn’t like it, I found it hard, but I kept it going and started to noticed all the knots

The back massager is definitely my best investment for home office improvement. As a former weight-lifting athlete and now an active hiker, my back suffered from muscle tensions and a few old injuries. Due to the safety concerns of COVID-19, I can no longer easily access physical therapies. After seeing this beautiful white chair (and I must mention that this white color really makes it stand out, very stylish), I decided to give it a try. I must say this product is a real miracle! It helped release my back tensions by rolling up and down in circular, gentle, yet powerful motions. This chair is lightweight and fits easily into my Herman Miller chair. Often staring at the monitor for a few hours, my neck is often sour and tired, the neck massager with a heating mode is just so amazing. The best feature of the neck massager is that it has a large range of motion, giving my full upper body a nice massage.
I’ve used a number of different massagers and devices and they have all focused on specific areas. This is the first time I’ve tried a whole body type device, and let me tell you, it’s a game changer! I have a massage gun to work out very specific knots, but for a holistic approach this is my new go to. Relieves tension, helps me recenter, and has become part of my regular routine.
First and foremost, it is super simple to use. We didn’t even need to look at the instructions. The remote is very simple and you can start enjoying this right out of the box. There are 3 intensities for both the neck and back massager and both can be heated or not heated, and I loved how they could be customized separately. Theres also seat vibrations that can be turned on and off which were really nice too!
I really liked the massage on the lower back and the neck (which can be adjusted depending on your height btw), but the higher back massage was a little strong for my taste. But the good thing is that even that can be adjusted: you can adjust the back massager to do the full back, or just upper or lower. Also, I ended up adding a thin blanket behind my back and with that addition, the massage was a dream! In fact, it almost put me to sleep LOL.
Overall, I am very happy with the value! depending on the person’s build, the massager heads may be a little strong in some areas, but it’s nothing a blanket or pillow can’t fix, or you could also enjoy the lower back massage separately!
Packaging is great, I would recommend to keep the box for storage as it comes with a handle and is easy to carry.

The back massager is amazing and easy to use. There are a lot of settings to adjust the intensity, and position of both neck and back level. Also it is a nice addition that the chair is vibrating, it is even more relaxing.
You have to keep the back massager plugged to the wall at all time but I didn’t mind. I also have a neck massager from costco that is cordless and I always have to recharge it, plus the intensity isn’t always high. With this one you won’t have a problem!
As you can see in the picture it is easy to fold for storage.
Bear in mind you need a chair with a solid back. You can use it on a sofa or a chair with a plastic back but it won’t be optimal. The stronger and higher the chair is the better.
It is really relaxing and easy to use, a great buy!

Functionalities:
– Massage intensity can be changed. I suggest starting with the Low intensity, default is Medium intensity

– There is also seat vibration option that I don’t think I’ll be using much, but my daughter enjoyed it.
If you have chronic back or neck pain, I’d suggest consulting to a Chiropractor before using it.
Now that I am more aware of such devices, what I’d love to have would be a leg massager, being someone always sitting on chair while working.

Bought this for my husband’s desk chair a month ago. He liked it so much thought I’d give it a try. Now both of us use it almost daily. Love that it reaches to the very bottom of your back. The massaging balls feel like someone is pressing on you with their thumbs, especially when the neck massager pushes down on the top of your shoulders. The pressure took some getting used to, but after a few uses on “low” have now switched to the “medium” setting. A nicely made/looking device with a handy pocket to store the control when not in use.
Found no benefit when using the seat massager so we leave it turned off.
Some of notes from my experience with the chair so far:
-Shipping was fast, and everything was packed very well
-The chair is of good build quality and I don’t have any immediate fear of anything breaking down. Surfaces seem like they would be easy to clean and the underside of the seat has little grippy dots to keep the chair in position in addition to the back straps
-It works on both my office chair and couch (where it even matches my Ikea Ektorp colour)
– the control pad cable is long enough that you can comfortably use it on your left or right side. power cable is also decently long so no issues there
-Using it after a long day of office work really helps to revitalize your back. Using it after lifting weights and going for a run is also a treat.
-The adjustable neck massage is amazing, really lets you dial in your massage depending on your height
-I can’t say too much about the heating elements of the massage chair yet, it’s still too crazy hot outside where I live, but I’m excited to try that in the winter
I hadn’t really heard of Renpho until I was shopping around for and purchased a smart scale from them. I’ve now added this massage chair to my collection of their products and can certainly say that I trust them as a brand moving forward.
Neck & Shoulder massage was pretty good. I could adjust intensity to 3 different levels which gave me flexibility to set it to my desired pressure. It was hitting the spot needed to be massaged and help loosing up tight muscle.
Back massage go to my lower back to the spot which I have the pain most of the time.
I enjoyed the back massage way more when I didn’t mix with neck and shoulder massage.
The only down side is that top strap for the back is high and it doesn’t fit in most of my chairs and only fits in my office desk chair. I’m gonna save lots of money and time by getting daily massage at home
We just received our massager after a few days. We’ve been looking for a unit that would work well with our family. Our heights vary from 5’1″ to 6’2″ so I really like the easily adjustable neck massager. My husband has had chair massagers from other brands that did not work well so he was super skeptical but he’s now used it multiple times. Setup was super easy as I just had to plug it in and I love the little pocket on the back to house the remote. All in all a great purchase that works really well.
I received this back massager several days ago and have been using it every single day! I chose this particular one after reading many of the positive reviews. Also, this was the only back massager that was a light color (I didn’t want a dark one). It feels awesome! I particularly love how you can pinpoint a particular section on your back to work on. I have to admit that the neck massager is a bit intense for me, so I tend not to use it. I wish there was a choice of intensity for the neck (like there is for the back). Regardless, the back massage itself is well well worth it and I happily give this product FIVE stars. I am sooo glad that I purchased it! You will not be disappointed.
– The Neck massager has auto function that it keeps going up and down, you can set your preferred high so it will be massaged in a fixed position, next to your shoulders or head. I loved this function.
– The back massager can also be set to a fixed position, so you can work on that specific pain area for a while.
– The heating function is awesome as in cold days it can be a helpful resource while you watch TV and warm up.
-For those that like heavy or light massage you can set this mode on the remote
Suggestions for improvement:
– Offer different colours to adapt to the customer’s different chairs.
– The red lights installed on the back on the remote buttons can some times confuse the function reading. Maybe a light above the button can have a better effect. Also, a little bit of bigger letters, or maybe I’m at a need of a pair of glasses :-).
Overall, it’s a great product that I’m very satisfied with. The first-use sensation is very good and it’s a good cheaper way to have a massager on your couch instead of buying those expensive 2000 dollars expensive couch massagers.
Received this product last week and it’s been a treat. As someone who does a lot of physical activity this is great for winding down after stretching. My Dad has back problems and having the heat also is a nice pain reliever for him. He uses it every morning and night now.
The ability to adjust the neck position with the remote is very convenient. It comes with a strap that tucks the butt pad into the back pad making it easy to move around the house.
The one thing I find personally is the high settings are a bit painful on the spine but overall it’s great for the price.

This massage chair is fairly light weight and easy to set up. It fits well on a standard sized office chair, or even better on a reclining chair. The cord is long so you don’t need to sit next to an outlet. The rollers move up and down the back in different preprogrammed settings. Both the neck and back massagers heat up, and the seat cushion vibrates. The rollers and vibrating cushion have 3 different intensity settings. The best part is it’s surprisingly strong for something so light weight and affordable. It’s much cheaper than a full sized massage chair and is portable enough to take with you to different rooms as you move around.

I’m only 5’1″ so I was concerned that the neck massager would end up massaging the top of my head (as happens with other massage chairs) but the adustability is fabulous. Not only can I massage any point on the back of my head, but all the way down my neck and into the top of my shoulders. I love this!
The heat is a nice feature – it warms the muscles as the knots are being worked out and the heat is not over powering. I find the remote easy to use and as a whole, the system is quite intuitive.
For the price, it delivers an experience worth more than double what was expected. The setup was very easy and make sure to note that to adjust the neck massager, you must use the controls!
The Renpho back and neck massager also massages the shoulders. Just place on a chair with a stable back rest, plug and and adjust the settings with the remote. I hurt my back a few years ago and was happy to get this simple way of getting a massage at home. Helps a sore neck, shoulders and back. It has a built-in 15 min timer, I’ve been using it at least twice everyday. It’s a good alternative to the massage chair at the gym or a simple massage. Good for the family too. The lights on the remote could be a bit brighter but you get used to it quickly.
Boy was I wrong…
Firstly, I bought this one because it was from Renpho and I bought a scale from them before which works pretty well (bluetooth with my phone) and it’s pretty reliable and accurate. I haven’t had any complaints or issues with it thus far which is why I chose this one since I knew the brand was atleast somewhat serious… Even though it isn’t a common thing from these guys.
Upon unboxing, this thing has some weight to it which is nice! It feels sturdy and the power cable was plenty long that I didn’t need a extension cable. It had some straps to put it against a chair so it doesn’t tip over or move when not in use or even in use. In terms of actual massage function, it massages to the middle of your back to the top of your neck, this is the red thing (in the pictures) that goes up and down. There are additional vibrational motors in the lower portion of the seat and the lower flap for your bottom. They can work quite aggressive or can be changed on the remote (picture 2) for low, medium or high. It even featured a back heater which was a perfect bonus with a auto mode for it to do all the magic for you.
Overall, for $200, it’s not really a steal of a deal, but it works nicely instead of those $30 ones from Canadian Tire. Would I buy it again? Probably. But I don’t think I’ll have to with the build quality.
The only suggestion I have is that if they can include a version for cars or an adapter for cars, it’ll be really nice. Imagine getting a massage while driving a Corolla!

I received this product within a few days of ordering and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It is packaged in a large box and has some ‘heft’ to it when you take out of the box – you can feel with the weight and design that it will quite durable for long term use. I’ve tried other back massagers and they feel made out of plastic – this one feels quite solid as it is built to last.
It is very easy to plug and play and the attached controller is simple to use. Option for back and/or neck massage with manual height or automatic mode. You can turn on/off the heat mode and also on/off the separate vibration settings. Of course, the strength can also be set low/med/high.
The massage itself is quite powerful even in the low setting – which is great. Increasing the intensity really eases loose muscles.
Highly recommended – although I’ve only had it a short time, based on the solid construction I am sure it will last a very long time.
e received the box from Amazon, which was packed well. The Renpho box was inside the larger box, and the Renpho box was lightweight and its contents were also packed well. The manual was straight forward and easy to follow.
We placed the massager chair on a computer desk chair that my wife uses daily since she has been working from home. The massaging chair has a pocket at the back to store the remote. The power supply has a green light on it to indicate it is on when plugged in.
The massager is well made, and now it was time to try it. My wife sat down and started to use the remote control which has quite a few settings on it but it is easy to use. My wife was instantly amazed at the massage she was getting. She said it was just like going to her regular masseuse and getting a deep tissue massage which she loves. The look on her face as the massager went through its cycle was priceless. You can turn the heat on or off, and there’s many setting options based on your needs. She loved it. Since the coronavirus she has been unable to get her regular massage but now with the Renpho Neck & Back Massage Chair, she is not missing her massage as this massage chair gives her the same relief without leaving the house.
My son and his partner came over and tried it, and the results were pretty much identical.
The looks on their faces told me that they were suitably impressed. My son’s partner said that in the past she has tried various massage products but had never got a massage like this one gives.
My son said that he could afford to buy this one, just by the savings for not going for massages from work where he only has 50 percent coverage.
To make a long story short, this is an excellent product, and I can definitely recommend it.
This movable massage chair is great for the office or at home. The back and neck massaging is superb and very relaxing. It gets right into the shoulders where there common tension build up. The neck massage can be raised or lowered. The vibrating seat is nice bonus too. Heating gets warm enough to be comfortable but not overly hot.
Something I should mention is the lights indicator on the remote could be a little brighter and the stitching on elastic/ Velcro could be a little better. Not sure how long the Velcro would stay on the elastic if your moving this thing around a lot.
Overall my wife and I love it and were fighting over it! Looks like it’s time to purchase another one.

Purchased this back massage cushion because I was having back pains from sitting at my desk all the time. My neck and lower back would be sore, and since its covid, its impossible to get a real human being back massage right now. For this price, i have to say, its amazing! You have various settings you can click, such as lower waist massage, neck kneading, and even have heat functions. You can move the massage heads up and down to position it to the right location for you.
If you wanted to go for seat vibrations, there’s also that option which helps relax your legs a bit, although it can be quite intense ( i prefer things intense :)).
When you want to put it away, you can easily fold this up and put it into the closet. There’s no bag for it, but you can wrap it up and tuck it using a black velcro tape that comes with it.
This would definitely look better if you have a white seat, so if you have a black seat, you may want to go for the black option and just pay a bit more.
This item pairs perfectly with the massage gun deep tissue percussion muscle massager which i think is a life changing item. Would recommend for sure! Great customer support from Renpho!
There are three massaging components to the product: neck, back and seat. The neck component is adjustable by pressing on the up/down button on the remote and it’s surprisingly powerful. The back component can do the full back (up and down), just the upper back, or just the lower back. The seat component just vibrates.
I like the fact all three component can be adjusted to the right intensity level. I like them high intensity while my wife prefers medium intensity. The heat functions for the neck and back are nice touches.
My wife was skeptical when I purchased this item, but now she enjoys it after having a couple go on it. Yes, you can spend thousands and get those fancy massaging chairs that does the entire body. But this is a very competitive option if you have already a chair you like (or don’t have the space for another chair), especially at its price point. We have spent 2/3 of its pricing getting a neck massager from Costco that requires you to keep the pressure with your forearm. This is a much better option since I can just relax and let my body weight maintain the pressure to the device (especially since my lounge chair is designed with a decline so my body naturally sinks into it)
Pros: Very impressed with the neck adjustment, that you can press a button and it either stays where you want on your neck or it self-adjusts to your vertebra. You can also change the direction, intensity and height of the neck massage.
The neck massage feature is amazing, it uses different amounts of pressure and relieves tension quickly.
I tried it on my office chair and on the sofa and it worked great on both.
It is quiet and offers a wide range of settings of massage.
The manual is very easy to read, and the remote control is intuitive.
Cons: the backspot feature where you stay at a spot really targets a very small spot. I guess that was the intention but maybe it could go a bit further, in my opinion.
This is not just any cheap massage pad. It’s well made and is very similar to the professional chairs they have at our gym.
The product was delivered and very well packaged. It was easy to assemble, only having to plug it in and remove a strap that was holding the seat together, then attaching the straps to a chair. It is stiff enough for soft surfaces like couches and fits well even on small chairs with a half back. The controller is straight forward with options for the neck and back including heat, intensity, vibration and spot treatments. Just 10 minutes sitting on the massager has helped loosen my shoulders and upper back which I was very surprised with. The seat is well made with wipeable, heavy duty fabric and looks good against furniture. I would highly recommend this chair if you are looking for a good quality massage chair that can really help with sore, stiff muscles.

Fantastic back massager, personally use it for my office chair while I’m doing schoolwork. I often times have a lot of back pain so it really helps. I would recommend people to buy it!

It fits on my large office chair, my husband’s big and tall chair, and the couch! It’s SO GOOD! I prefer this much better than the massage chairs I have at work and at the chiropractor. I’ve tried other massage products before but they were either ineffective or expensive. The Renpho Neck & Back massager has enough power and seat positions to work tight muscles without being as expensive as a dedicated massage chair. Although not a replacement for a massage therapist I will definitely be using after a back workout at the gym, after a long car ride, or after a stressful day at work!
Love this product, with COVID19 I still havent gone out to see my massage therapist and this neck and back massager chair completely makes up for not being able to go. This is the first neck massager that I have actually enjoyed. – Being 6ft tall, I find neck massagers typically dont reach all the way up my neck, however with this Renpho one I have no issues. I’ve been struggling with back pain for years. I always wanted a massage chair except they cost thousands of dollars.. When I seen this had the same features at a fraction of the price I had to try it.
It’s very thin and it has straps on the back to attach it to an office or kitchen chair. The cord is over ten feet long so it was easy to find an outlet.
I used the Auto function and I haven’t been that relaxed for a long time.. The rollers dig deep and go from my lower hips all the way to my upper shoulders, into my neck and scalp. I was aligned after that and all the tension melted away. I didn’t think a robot massage could feel so good.
All of my initial impressions are all good. It has lots of ways to customizise the experience but the auto mode is unbeatable.
Pros:
– Tons of features, can change between full/upper/lower back massage, forward/reverse, heat, vibration, intensity..
– You can use it without the pillow for an even deeper knead
– Well made. The stitching and materials are good quality. The cushion is comfortable and firm too. Feels like it will last.
– I’m tall so being able to adjust the length of the chair is great and my girlfriend is short so she’ll love this too.
– Folds up neatly, could store it almost anywhere.
– Lightweight.
– Renpho has amazing customer service if I ever need help.
Cons:
– Colour might clash with your gaming chair.
– Can not get food or drink on it.
– Girlfriend might get jealous.
– I don’t have two so I have to bring this with me when I change rooms.
I have been using RENPHO’s bathroom scale before and this massage cushion is the 2nd product. I think massage cushion is a great option if you do not want to spend so much on those bulky massage chairs.
The following reasons made me to go for this product:
1. Really compact size and looks great too: this one does not take too much space and it looks great too.
2. Light weight and portable: It is not heavy or bulky – If you are traveling for a holiday or something probably you can take it with you too. The increased portability of this massage cushion will allow you to take them with you wherever you go.
3. Noiseless: I like this cushion more because it is incredibly silent, and you can easily be watching TV or listen to music of your choice as it is almost noiseless.
4. Multi talented with Multi functions: I found it multi talented it can help massage not one part but several. For sure you can do your shoulders and neck — helps you with lower back upper back and so on.
5. Part of any lifestyle: I am a person who is busy in the morning so I can use it later part of the day. In fact, it can be used any time to fit your lifestyle. Be it day or night also at any place and wherever you want. It is not a bulky or heavy thing and you can get a massage where you want, whether it is in front of the TV or outside by the pool.
6. Efficient and safe to use I found its features efficient and safe to use. I used it for about 15 minutes and my wife used it for the same amount of time. We both found it to be very safe and effective.
7. Inexpensive/reasonably priced: I must admit that the price is reasonable and is not overly priced. Normal person will be able to afford this cushion with ease. The bulky chairs can cost anywhere from $1000 – $5000 so this one is very inexpensive.

Like most people, I have been cooped up at home for the last several months due to the national pandemic. I’ve had a lot of anxiety over my finances and I’ve been worried for the health of the people I love. Stress has become a major part of my life. I was really starting to feel the effects of that. I decided to do something about it: (1) stop watching the news and (2) find new ways to relieve stress. Enter the Renpho Back Massager w/ Heat. I was so happy to find this massaging chair cushion with so many neat features for such a great price!! The cushion is excellent quality with a nice thickness. It sturdily straps onto any chair in two spots. I love the red-light heat sensors (check out my photos!!) but most of all, I love the massaging action of this pad. It was less mechanical than others I have tried. In using it, I closed my eyes and almost could feel a human touch, which is so comforting- especially in times like this. I totally recommend this massaging cushion. It has helped my muscles just RELAX. It offers different intensities and you can turn the heat on or off on each the back and the neck. The heat is an enjoyable warmth, definitely not like some others I have tried that practically burn you. The comfortable seat cushion vibrates at two different intensities. The neck massage can even go in reverse!! I love, love, LOVE this massager. Renpho is such a great brand. I recommend their scales, as well! Their technology has always exceeded my expectations. With this awesome chair Massager, I’m not sure I’ll even want to leave my house again!!

I had bought another RENPHO back massager about a month prior so when I saw this one i jumped on it. Plus it gave me a good benchmark to compare to.
Pros:
Neck massage function, heated massage function, strong seat vibration
Cons:
Timer function; Unlike the other model there is no timer function where the other had a 15min or 20 min timer. I thought that was a good feature and would love to see a countdown timer on the remote as well.
Massage Strength: Even on high it definitely does not get as deep as the other model. Feels more like a light to medium massage.
**update** I had a problem with my model and customer service immediately took action to resolve.
This is by far the best massager I have owned. Nothing can compare to a professional masseuse, but especially now that you can’t get a massage due to COVID, this is the next best thing. It is very comfortable to sit on, and the massaging is really deep and relieves the tension in my muscles and neck – and the heat is also a really nice touch! The neck adjusts for short people like my wife, but it also can accommodate taller individuals, and you can control the neck height with the remote, so you can set it to exactly where it feels best. My whole family wants a turn 🙂
I have tried it out on my couch and on harder surfaces and it seems to work really well on both. The only thing I would say could be a bit stronger is the seat vibration. It is a nice feature, but I think if it were stronger it would be even more relaxing. Overall a really good purchase.
I waited to give my review because I wanted to test this massager thoroughly before giving my review, and I am truly impressed by this RENPHO massager. Having dealt with back and neck pain for some time, I have had several massagers and this one is far above the rest. It has many functions providing many variations of massage. I would typically need to sit for at least 30 minutes to get relief from other massagers but with this one I feel relief instantly and only needed to use it for 10-15 minutes. Plus the relief I would get from the other massagers would be brief with the aches and pain coming back within an hour or so, but I find that with this massager the relief and comfort I receive lasts for hours. The massage coverage it provides for your neck and back is great. I especially love that the neck massager continually goes up and down the neck massaging the entire neck without me having to move or adjust. An exceptional product, well worth the cost.
– The neck massager can be moved up or down, so I can put it on my upper traps and get a good pressure massage in a specific area. This also helps make it adjust to fit you, whatever your height. I am 6’2″ and weigh 190 lbs.
– The motors feel strong. I can get good heavy pressure on the knots on my back.
– It feels solid and well made.
– You can set the massager to hit your lower back, or your upper back or do a full back massage.
– You can turn the heat on during your massage to help relax and loosen your knots.
Cons
– This is not shaped in a way for me to get good pressure on my upper and lower back for the full body massage. I can either lean forward and get a good lower back massage, or lean back and get a good upper back massage. It would be nice if it could adjust the lumbar area or if it had more arch in its shape.
– The neck massage doesn’t stick out far enough to get good pressure on my mid neck.
– It would be nice if it came in a black version. Grey is the only current option.
– The remote control is difficult to read in the dark. It would be better if it had a dot above or below each option. When the word is lit up, it is difficult to see clearly. You will get used to where everything is after a while though.
– The seat has a low, medium, and high vibration, but there doesn’t seem to be any difference between medium and high. It should just have low and high option if there is no significant difference.
– The strap around the back should be a little longer so it can strap around a chair more easily. It barely fit around my office chair.
Overall it is a good product. I’ve tried one without the neck adjustments before. It did some things well, but this one gives more options for people of different heights (My wife is 5’3″ and I’m 6’2″).
This massager is great, it is so much more powerful than ones I’ve had in the past. The massagers knead harder than others I’ve tried, it won’t replace my monthly massage but will definitely keep me looser in the mean time. I am currently working from home and have gotten really tight, this is so helpful to take breaks and get a 10 minute massage without leaving my home. It had a $15 coupon when I bought it so was an even better deal!
The best value for money massage seating. Good think about I have seen after using it for a month is It’s very thin , fits to most of my chairs and also does a very good massage to neck and back. It has straps to wrap the chair and a remote pocket to keep the remote in it. It’s Portable and worth buying it instead of spending huge money on big massage chairs. I would 100% recommend to buy
This is my second back massager, although this one was cheaper, it is a lot better than my old one. Everyone in my family loves it. The instructions make it very easy to use. It looks very durable. What I like the most is the fact that you can adjust your message depending on how you would like. You can increase the intensity, reverse it and you have the option to either turn on the heating or turn it off. I think its a great product.
Opertion: It’s very similar to the Home-brand unit I had in the past, just flatter (for some reason it’s more comfortable to lean again without the bulge) and it offers more features. It has:
1. vibration in the seat you can turn on or off
2. A padded cover you can fold down over the head/neck rollers. I really like this as it makes the kneading action a bit softer.
I haven’t used this too much but I think I will try using a towel to make the rolling action a bid softer (I did this on my old one as well). That being said, it does Low-Medium-High settings that seem to work well.
Finally, whatever the material is on the outside and padded surfaces is really soft and almost skin-like warm. Not leather, but some kinda fabric and feels nice and looks modern. I don’t know why they don’t make clothes out of this stuff.
All-in-all, I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy again. I’ve been “working” from home a lot and I’ve been having upper back soreness a lot. This device really helps. Also, it has a HEAT function that will be very nice during the cold months.
Will update if I have any more thoughts.
I have been working from home in a non ideal scenario as far as desk and chair setups. This has caused my back to be in a different position than at my normal office. This massager has really been great to work out those kinks. I am so thankful I have found a product for such a great price that actually works! I will definitely be using this in the future and will probably even bring this with me to work…..whenever that time comes.

I just received this item and very glad I got this. I love that it’s a neutral beige color which goes with more decor, rather than a typical black that most massagers are. The massager has 3 points of massage features. A neck massager that rolls and kneads, a FULL back massagers that rolls and kneads, and a vibrating seat (butt) massager. The back massager can be placed on any chair or couch as the back massager is a solid and rigid structure, so even if your seat is a low back, it will support itself with Velcro straps. The neck messager can be adjusted to where your neck is located, so it doesn’t matter if you’re tall or short. The back and seat massager has three intensity settings which is really nice. I do wish that there is an option to turn off either the neck or back massager if you choose to.
The unit is very easy to use and intuitive. Plug in and turn. I would totally recommend this to anyone.
I’ve always thought that buying a massage chair was a bit overkill, and ruins the ascetic of your living room. This product is perfect for someone like me that appreciates a good massage, but doesn’t have room for a full massage chair, or doesn’t like the ascetic of a full massage chair! This is just as good (or better) than any full massage chair I’ve ever used, at a small fraction of the cost, and more portable.
It’s also incredibly easy to setup and to use. I expected a decent amount of setup time, but it’s literally as easy as placing it on your chair and plugging it in!
I would definitely recommend this product, it makes full massage chairs seem expensive and obsolete.
I gotta admit, I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. I own a massage gun which I always use post workout and to help with soreness, and is great because you can target anywhere you want on your body. I also own a massage wand for those hard to reach places such as my back which would be really awkward to get to with a massage gun. The only thing I was missing was a massage chair; commonly found in Asian households, I could never get myself to buy one because it takes up too much floor space. This massage chair solves both of my problems; you just set it up on any chair and sit against it and let it do all the work for you. You can also fold it flat and store it under the bed or something when you’re not using it.
Set up was easy, after unboxing it, there’s 2 straps to strap it to a chair of your choice, and a power cable to plug into the wall. After that, you sit in the chair and turn it on from the remote, and there are several options to massage your back and neck, as well as a vibration mode for under your butt. The first time I turned it on, I was surprised that the neck massager was motorized and it self adjusted to the height of my neck. I know it said it in the description, but I just assumed that I’d still have to manually do some sort of adjustment, but it got it completely right the first time. I found the massage intensity appropriate, and I personally enjoyed it on High setting with the Heat turned on. Highly recommended!
I tried this product for a week on my office chair, and while I liked the massage function a lot, it wasn’t great to keep it here. Specifically, the seat portion (used for vibrating your rear) was uncomfortable to sit on in my office chair.
I ended up moving it to one of my living-room armchairs, and I’m much happier. Anytime I need a break from work, I’ll go and sit in it for a full-cycle while reading on my phone. I like the heat function, and the massager rollers are very firm (though it has softer settings, but I don’t use those).
