This is a nice piece of kit. It is fiddly to get on as there are the four pieces all connected with tubes but once on it works well. The Velcro fastening is ample and grips well. This is an indulgent item but if you have the spare cash it’s very pleasant way to relax.

The product is excellent quality and powerful. It is not a massager it is a compression machine which is exactly what I wanted and could see from the descriptions and reviews that this was its function. Again others have marked it down because it’s not a massager, again this is user (or reader) error and not the fault of the machine or manufacturers.
It can be set to work on the whole leg and foot, one area alone (thigh, calf or foot), or two areas together. On full leg treatments it starts at the bottom and works up, then does the opposite.
I have lymphedema and it is excellent for this. Many people have suggested it isn’t suitable for the condition and I’d need one that costs hundreds of pounds, but I disagree. This has been amazing for my lymphedema but would also be great after the gym or intensive workout or physical work when the muscles need some tlc.
I’m really happy with this product, use it daily and have done for a few months now. It still works great and I’m surprised how good the quality and function is for the very low price.

Great product I use for recovery (run 40-50miles per week) and before for restless legs. Would prefer a tighter fit on the thighs but maybe that’s just my skinny legs!
Dicho esto, y tras un primer uso que me hizo pensar que probablemente tendra que devolver las botas, la siguiente vez que las prob las dej muy flojitas y me sent con las piernas extendidas, y ah s que fue una gozada. Si no tienes las piernas cansadas, no creo que notes demasiado los efectos del masaje; creo que para disfrutarlo de verdad tienes que tener las piernas cansadas, despus de haber estado muchas horas de pie o de haberte pegado una caminata. Es impresionante el alivio que aportan.
La sensacin no es exactamente la de un masaje, sino la de alguien que te est apretando y soltando las piernas. En algunos comentarios le (y estoy bastante de acuerdo) que es como el manguito que te ponen en el brazo para medirte la tensin. Es una sensacin parecida. Por eso, si no tienes problemas de cansancio y lo que buscas es un masaje tipo hormigueo agradable, quiz este no sea el producto para ti. Pero si lo que sufres es esa fatiga tras una sesin de deporte o un paseo largo, y notas las piernas tan pesadas que si pudieras te las cortaras, entonces esto s es lo que necesitas.
Cada bota tiene tres secciones: una para el pie, otra para la pantorrilla y otra para el muslo (una lstima que no llegue hasta la cadera). Se pueden elegir modos de funcionamiento para que te aplique presin en las tres secciones a la vez o para que vaya aplicndola secuencialmente (no es gradual sino a trozos, es decir, no esperes sentir una especie de oleada de abajo a arriba -ms bien es seccin por seccin: primero pies, aprieta y deshincha, despus pantorrillas, aprieta y deshincha, despus muslos, aprieta y deshincha).
Como inconvenientes, encuentro algunas cosas mejorables que hacen que la comodidad no sea total. Para empezar, estara mucho mejor si en vez de tener que enchufarlo a la corriente tuviese una batera. El necesitar estar al lado de un enchufe limita mucho los sitios en los que te puedes sentar. Adems, tiene bastantes cables y resulta un poco tedioso tanto el montar el chiringuito como el desmontarlo para guardarlo. Y otra cosa que echo en falta es que traiga una bolsa un poco ms apropiada para guardarlas, porque la que trae es de tela, demasiado endeble. Yo directamente las guardo en un cajn grande y paso de la bolsa. Aun as, y a pesar de la pereza que supone sacarlas, ponrtelas y recogerlas despus, merece ampliamente la pena por el descanso que dan. Yo que llevo muy mal el estar varias horas de pie o el dar largos paseos, cuando me toca hacerlo es que prcticamente no hago ms que pensar en llegar a casa y ponrmelas 🙂

Great product to use after physical exercise! I tried the product together with my fianc and we both enjoyed it! Although the product might seem a little bit bulky at the beginning, it all has its scope. I got a nice massage at the entire length of my legs. It feels as if someone would squeeze your leg, really good. You can go for a full leg massage or only for one part of it. Personally I enjoyed the massage on the foot only, the most relaxing bit. Really good to use after a set of exercises, hard day of physical work or just a long walk!

Helps with circulation and reduces swelling but a bit fiddly to put on as they have wires coming from each part, I have not managed to use them for more than 10mins as the squeezing gets too much, I have on the lowest setting and even loosening them they are a bit uncomfortable but my legs are very bad at the moment so maybe as they improve it will not be so bad
Got to admit, I have only used them 3 times and my legs don’t feel so wooden so I have high hopes.
I like it. It’s really good for relaxing sore muscles or if you have swelling in the legs especially that it has larger size for calves and thighs than other machines. The only down point is that it has loud noise.

The compression massage system is progressive and works from the foot upwards gradually applying pressure on the leg. Pressure level can be controlled by the hand controls and device can be switched off if pressure becomes too strong. The massager takes a couple of minutes to wrap it round the leg. People withe varicose veins should take care.

I bought this to supplement the compression stockings that I wear because I have Lymphodema in both legs,I use when I first get out of bed in the morning,I can feel the compression and it does seem to make a small difference, very easy to use and with a twenty-minute timer on it you don’t go over your time. Unfortunately because of the size of my legs the leg part did not quite meet, so I have had to use the part for the thighs to wrap around my legs to get the leg wrap to meet, I do feel some change and will keep using it,it is a fair price as other a lot more expensive can only do the same thing,I have gone into compression properly at the hospice this next fortnight,and hopefully will lose a lot of fluid,so I look forward to being able to use this to help maintain my loss
I have diabetes and also a job that does have long periods of sitting, I therefore suffer from bad circulation. These are very good for getting the circulation going if you don’t feel like exercise which can be difficult when in pain. I have neuropathic type pain relief but they only help a little so this device can certainly take the edge off the pain. Excellent.

Feels lovely when they are compressing. Stopped the night cramps although I have also increased my daily fluid intake.
I wasn’t sure about this to start with, but having been recommended by my pharmacist to get something like this to improve my circulation and swollen feet, went ahead. It’s not uncomfortable, although I found it a bit fiddly to strap myself into the first couple of times. It does seem to help, and as I’m tied to my desk for many hours, it does give some relief to aching legs when I’m not able to get out and exercise. Time will tell if it has any long term effect in improving my circulation, but I’m not sorry I bought it.

It’s nyc product but it’s hook and loop are not really gud so it can open while u are using. I used this 3 times but once when I make a high pressure on my feet setting then it get open. Other wise it’s work very gud And relax my legs.

Does it massages your legs? No. It basically compresses your legs by inflating some sacks (similar to some blood pressure machine).
Is it relaxing? No. See above.
It is a bit awkward to fit and ugly looking? Yes.
Is it silent? No. There is a buzzing sound throughout.
Does it do the job? It is definitely doing it for me as my legs don’t feel that much in pain during the nigh.

It does not massage. It work as an air compassion and it really works on my muscles. It gets my lactic acid away. Good thing is you can just sit and relax after a long ride or run.

Very happy that I bought this product. I have post Deep Vein Thrombosis issued in my left lower leg and have recently been experiencing restless leg syndrome.

I suffer from pudendal neuralgia and chronic pain that can go round my pelvis and shoot down my legs, I also suffer from PTSD and anxiety which means I’m not comfortable with people touching me.
I often get told I should try a massage but I just can’t do it and really relax.
So you can imagine how these leg massagers really tick the box for me personally.
When I put my order in I only had to wait two days for them to arrive. I was so excited to try them and got them out of the box straight away… as you can see you have the thigh, calf and feet wraps which are already hooked up to the air compression unit.
It’s very easy to get going, I have a plug socket near my bed. Each wrap is labelled left or right so you can’t really get muddled up.
The instruction book is good as it goes into detail for anyone who’s confused but I genuinely found it easy to get going. Wrapped legs, power on and go. It feels like the blood pressure machine and can go really tight if you have it on too high a level.
Level 1 was great for me and I had a very comfortable massage. I honestly felt very relaxed and after the 20 minutes I just lay for a while with the wraps still on.

I bought this for my husband. He has spondylolisthesis and suffers from sever nerve pain in his feet, despite having spinal fusion a year ago.
He has only used it twice after coming home from work and was almost pain free. When no medicine works this has been very helpful. He is really pleased with it. Great value for money and easy to store back in the box.
Once we got the straps adjusted right the product worked very well giving a firm sports massage on the highest setting and a relaxing massage on the lowest setting.
You can independently work on your feet, lower logs and upper legs or put them all on a sequenced cycle.
My wife genuinely fell asleep on the lowest setting on a full cycle. She does a lot of running and is currently using this everyday.
I work as a carer and always on my feet so my brother recommended these leg Massagers. They have turned up earlier than expected and as I just finished a 10 hour shift I thought perfect opportunity to try them. WOW I put them on mode 1 strength 3 and feels like I’ve had a proper massage. 1st impressions I’m really impressed. Seeing as it costs about the same as 2 physio sessions it’s good value. The way it works is quite simple — slowly compresses the part of your leg which can be done in various sequences. I assume the compression encourages the blood flow which is the whole point.
Quality feels very good, materials used seems fit for the price, however the hoses are a bit of a pain after using for some time — get tangled if not placed neatly. I’m still to find how robust the hoses are. Air pump is making enough noise to prevent this being a relaxation and the setup time will most likely sooner or later limit the usage only when your legs are asking for it.
Overall, unexpectedly great buy, especially if you get it at a discounted price.

When you first try it, it will feel a bit like a blood pressure machine, but you easily adjust to it and then you can enjoy the recovery. I have to say that it didn’t fully take all the muscle pain away, but it did took it away roughly 80%.

When it’s on it feels like being robocop
Usually run on 2 x 15min pgm. Quite relaxing and easy to fit.
After using this product they are very happy.
This product covers feet, calves and thighs.
It’s like a blood pressure machine where you can choose the pressure and time.
I used it too and I loved it as well. After 8 hr of sitting job its gives a good relaxation and you can use while watching tv.

I have been using it to recover from squash as my legs can ache for a couple of days after even making it uncomfortable to walk. There has been a big difference on how quickly my muscles are feeling back to normal again just by using it every evening. I am over 6ft but the boot comes high enough up my leg to message the whole of the calf muscle.
I was surprised how small the box they came in was easy to fold them back into the box making storage a lot easier.

I am an 84 year old disabled widower, with nerve damage to my back after 2 spinal fusions, which affects the nerves down my legs giving constant pain. I also have severe arthritis in my knees, and am a Type 2 diabetic which has caused my feet to develop numbness.
I have tried many diverse forms of treatment so tackled the Renpho with no particular expectation of success. I was wrong. After the first three days I began to notice a reduction in the numbness in my feet and there was more control of movement in the toes. Also there appears to be slightly less pain in my legs, but that is difficult at this stage to quantify – it is too soon, though use of the massager left me feeling better all-round. In my feet there is measurable improvement which can only be put down to the use of the Renpho.
As an aside, I have found it more efficient to slip my feet out of the foot sections, instead of unfastening the velcro, then slipping them back in, just a practical tip for anyone else buying this product.
