Very easy to use good instructions, not seeing things go round is a bit strange at first but works absolutely fine and very easy to clean if there are any spills.
I was a bit dubious about buying a flatbed microwave, but upto now I’ve found it great very easy to clean heats food well unlike my last one , pretty straightforward to use and it’s a great size bigger than my last on but not huge also looks great too a very nice finish on it , I would definitely recommend

Just a word of caution that the instructions specify quite large clearances around the product and these are not detailed in the online information. 7.5cm between oven & wall and 30cm above the oven. If you intend placing it below wall cupboards make sure you take that into account.
It’s a microwave, does the job. Looks nice – always needs cleaning as it shows fingerprints super easy. Lots of settings. I did have an issue where the buttons on the front stopped working. Left it unplugged over night then worked again.
Love my new microwave. The flat bed deign is excellent and so easy to clean. Programs are easy to set and use. Big improvement on my old dial and knob microwave.
This was the 3rd microwave we purchased had to return the first one as the interior light kept flashing after a few weeks, the 2nd one had to be returned as it stopped heating, fingers crossed 3rd time lucky this one is ok
Elegant modern flatbed microwave oven. Pleasing reflective glass front and touch panel. Easy to use touch controls to operate. Large curved handle allows for easy opening and closing of the microwave oven door. Large capacity oven for use with square or rectangular containers. Though I still prefer to rotate the contents being heated half-day through the cooking or reheating cycle. Very easy to wipe clean inside and out.
It’s big so make sure you check measurements. It looks nice but a small spec on the mirrored door and you need to clean it, it shows up everything, which is fine if you clean often, if not it could look grubby quickly. Make sure to follow cleaning instructions so not to ruin the coating, a wet soft cloth works brilliantly. Inside is also easy to clean with the lack of spinning plate, one of the main reasons I bought this. Other reviewers said it was hard to use the programs, I disagree and had no issue. I also read about an issue with the internal light bulb but have been running it for 6 months so far and no issue.
Bought this to replace an old turntable microwave, arrived really quickly but it’s packed up and waiting to be returned as its huge. If you don’t have a lot of counter space then this may not be right for you. I was impressed with everything about it but sadly its being returned because of the size. However Russell Hobbs do produce a compact version which has now arrived and looks fab in the kitche
Writing this review as I don’t know how to get help. We’ve had this microwave 3 months and it’s great apart from something isn’t quite right with the programming? It sometimes starts off again repeating the same programme it’s just done and also goes into defrost mode after finishing a programme and the only solution is to switch it off at the socket. Not sure how to get help here. Guarantee says to contact retailer in first 12 months? Thanks

can be over complex for simple functions & I am not convinced the no turntable is the way forward.
Easy to clean value for the money I want need another one for 10 years
This Microwave is easy to use easy to clean and so far it cooks as it should, it looks great it shows class and looks more expensive than it is.

I think this is a fabulous microwave, so easy to use, way better than the turning table microwave. So easy to clean and straightforward to use.
