Too hot if anything
I use this on the very lowest settings and often for only 20 minutes. Great little heater, last winter my boiler broke down and I had no heating for two weeks and this sufficed. Very powerful. Use it in a room which is about 14 foot square with high ceilings, more than adequate.
So convenie
I like to have this radiator close to me when working from home. Aesthetically is nice, and it works perfectly. My energy bills are much lower than when I have the central heating all day on, and I have the radiator on for like 8h or more non-stop. I bought it like 2 or 3 years ago and still working perfectly. It makes a noise after some time like “clack, clack” but not all the time and nothing disturbing. Very happy with this purchase.

I really loved this product.It’s much better than the gas heaters to keep my room warm for long time..Is using less energy.good safety measures and no need to keep it high temperatures,it works automatically according to room temperature.
Does the job!
This heater was bought for a small room bedroom. Syrian and simple to use. Due to being small, don’t expect a lot of heat to generate from it but it does the job for a small bedroom.

It s not SAFE
it s just start to leaking oil. It s been 2,5 months i start to use. So i need ne order another one. I used that for my ped’s home and it would be dangeerous if i couldn t see the leak
Not as warm as expected
Nice and easy to operate but just doesn’t give enough heat out for our needs, I have an old electric radiator which is much better.
That said in smaller rooms it would be okay and take the edge off but doesn’t stack up in our lounge which is 7m by 4m I guess I should have bought the one up.

This radiator although small, it has perfect heating level. Ease of use with extensive instructions.
Quality is as expected from Russell Hobbs. Only a little complaint, the back foot pushes on and is tight enough, but think it should be more securely attached.

This is so useful to top up my heating in my lounge/dining room when the central heating timer goes off. Its too expensive to ‘flick the switch’ any more but use of this prevents the rooms getting too chill. I haven’t had it on maximum yet but it would definitely heat a 12 sqm room. It’s no different from other 9-fin oil radiators. First one we received was leaking actually. That’s Hermes’ fault. Other than that, we got it on sale and it has delivered with adequate heating.

I bought this for my son as an early Xmas present, they live in a Victorian flat and the only heating they have are hot fans which are expensive to run. The cold snap caught them by surprise and the temperature in there kitchen went down to 3 degrees.
Since I gave them this heater there flat is a lot warmer now and the heater has done a good job. Good controls and good heat output even when turned off it still stays hot for a while.

At first I almost sent this back thinking it wasn’t working right. Thought I’d give it a week, and I’ve been in love with it since.
So the initial set up was a breeze, you just need to fit the tegs/tires on and you’re good to go.at first it was about 15feet from my bed and the poor insulation and extra cold this winter made it seem like forever before the room got warmed up. Infact, most times I’d slept off, only for me to wake up after 5/6hrs and having to switch off since the room was now fully heated. Prior to having this, I was really struggling with condensation and mould but all that is a thing of the past. All this has been fixed by putting it right besidey bed though.
It has 2 physical knobs for power and heat control. The top knob switches it on, then has 3 separate power settings, while the bottom one is a continuous clockwise knob that adjusts the max heat( I’ve just put them both on their highest settings).
Once the room has been properly heated, the thermostat switches it off as it should, and it only comes on to maintain the temperature which is quite rarely if I’m being honest. I’m not really one to get too worried about the bills especially when you have to stay properly heated, but altogether, my power bills haven’t changed too much so I’m OK with it
In the end, I’m extremely happy with it. I never do white appliances either, so having a black unit is a welcome addition. I definitely recommend

This is a really good heater and much better than the old oil filled radiators we were using. Really pleased with the purchase and delivered straight to the door by Amazon.

I don’t regret buying this at all, as it easily heats my kitchen diner for my dogs, without putting on the central heating and heating my whole house.
Great heate
Great heater, gets very hot in a short space of time. The only thing the could be better is if it had a power switch. You have to turn the heat range setting to off AND the temperature range dial to nothing to turn off the unit completely.
Economical to run but takes some time to heat up and will only warm small rooms to an acceptable temperature.

When it arrived the box was undamaged however the heater on the inside had some bent fins and chipped paint. Amazon customer service being super allowed me to keep the radiator with a partial refund as it works perfectly and the damage was only cosmetic. Russell Hobbs clearly need to up their quality control if they let this get to packing. Would be 5* otherwise. It is worth bearing in mind that it is a very basic heater so if you just want something that mimics a generic radiator, this is super. If you want something to move the air around quickly, look elsewhere.
Good price for what you get. So easy to put together, I did it on my own in about 10 minutes, no tool required. Easy to store as it’s small, and the cord is of a decent length too. Easy to set the temp and it warms up pretty fast. It’s not going to warm up a massive room, but is ideal for a bedroom or office that keeps the heat in.
Its working great from day 1. 3 settings to control the heat. I usually set it to minimum and it automatically turns ON and OFF (Thermostat)
