The Safetots Chunky Wooden Screw Fit Stair Gate has been designed with both safety and style in mind. The gate is made up of two panels with a simple connector system to fit any width between 63.5cm-105.5cm. The gate is easily installed with the included fitting template. Once installed, the quick release fittings allow the gate to be taken down and put back up when required. The whole gate can be opened either way and operated with just one hand.

PRESSURE FIT GATE RANGE
The Safetots Pressure Fit Gate Range are available in a variety of colours as well as widths from as narrow as 61cm, up to over 3 metres.
Pressure fit baby gates do not require drilling any holes for installation. The pressure fit pads on the gates simply twist outwards until the correct pressure is applied for installation. All of the gates which are advertised by Safetots have passed the EN1930:2011 standards.

Easy to assemble - a pain on plasterboard walls
Great product in and of itself. The issue is fitting it to a plasterboard wall. The standard plasterboard plugs worked themselves loose in a few days due the amount of movement required to open the gate. Now that we have long screws through into the brick it is great. Takes no time at all to fit and very secure now.
The most versatile gate I found
Nothing to dislike really. Can fit our non-standard door width, installation was just 5 minutes with a screwdriver (while baby was sleeping!), easy to open with one hand (for closing I sometimes help myself with a foot though as it is a bit wobbly when opened). This is a second gate (same type) we bought after being please with the first one. Definitely recommend.
