Excellent fridge freeze
The colour is very attractive and LED light inside the fridge makes it super bright. The draw for vegetable, fruit and salad stuff is very spacious. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would strongly recommend this fridge freezer.

Nice unit and seems to be cooling ok – apart from the fact the compressor is very very loud when running. It is much louder than the 10 year old Samsung unit it replaced. I have contacted Samsung Repairs and they are sending an engineer out.

Received the fridge this morning,delivered by two sullen delivery drivers, but hey! got it up the stairs and dumped it in the kitchen where I was left to unpack and move into position. I’m a fit 75 year old but goodness knows how anyone else would manage. Waited 4 hrs as instructed and switched on. Its now running with a very audible hum which if it continues is going to drive the wife mad. I can hear it from the lounge and I dont like it. Will it stop?
Update! 1 week later. The hum has stopped, it must have been just settling down, working perfectly now and silent. Very pleased with the purchase and highly recommend. worth the 5 stars.

Smart looking uni

So pleased I bought this fridge freezer. Samsung have a good track record for reliability and making nice looking products. The space grey matches my new washing machine.. This fridge has plenty of room for A small to medium size family. The salad drawer keeps everything fresh for 2/3 times longer than my previous one. There is a very handy full slide shelf / drawer . 1 in the fridge & 1 in the freezer. One of my main reasons for buying this model was the frost free feature. No more messy defrosting procedures. And no more icebergs building up slowly over time in the corners of the drawers. It’s very easy to clean & runs quietly.Not silent but certainly doesn’t disturb you either. Plus it has that peace of mind 10 year inverter guarantee. I would be happy to recommend this to friends/ family or anyone looking for a good quality nice looking fridge freezer. Lots of storage and looks grea
The fridge has lots of storage, works well but as other reviewers mentioned has a buzzzzling noise which some people ( me ) might find annoying. The noise did not disappear after plugging the fridge and waiting few hours. Nothing loud but it’s there..As we don’t live in the kitchen I decided to avoid the hassle of returning the fridge, it’s not faulty, seems like this model has that noise and that’s it. So, overall great looking fridge, works well but pick another brand / model if you have sensitive ears and can’t deal with mosquitos type of buzzing:)) The delivery guys were great and removed the packaging and my old fridge (I picked this option).

Needed a new fridge but it had to be black. This one came within budget and had good reviews. All well deserved. It’s a good one. Shelves easy to take out & clean, Door Storage brill. Takes big bottles (4 pint milk) easily . Love the little wine bottle holder. Spacious and easy to live with. Looks good too. Yes, as some people have complained, fingermarks show up, so just quickly wipe it. Just cos you can’t see fingermarks on your white fridge shouldn’t mean it isn’t kept clean. All in all this is a really good fridge

I’ve been using the fridge freezer for a few weeks now. I selected the delivery option that included unpacking the fridge in a room of my choice and removing the old fridge freezer. I live one floor above the ground floor, and I checked in advance with Amazon via chat that I would be able to use that service. I was assured that that would be fine. I also chose to have the fridge delivered in a particular time slot, and that went well on the day. The fridge was delivered by 2 very friendly and helpful people, who gave me a call shortly before arriving to let me know they would be there in around 5 mins time. They did a good job moving it, unpacking it and removing the old appliance. It’s definitely worth considering that service if, like me, you worry that you would struggle to physically shift the new fridge up a flight of stairs, and if you’re concerned about having your old fridge removed and recycled.
The fridge freezer itself works well. I let it stand for around 4 hours after delivery to make sure the gasses inside it settled down before I plugged it in. It does emit a high pitched whine quite a lot of the time, but that’s not excessively loud (my old fridge freezer was a lot noisier), and I haven’t noticed it getting hot along the sides near the door as some other people noticed with theirs.
The LED light inside the fridge works well. There’s no similar light for the freezer though. Deep shelves on the inside of the fridge door make it easy to store drink cartons, bottles of sauces and condiments. The shelves inside the fridge give plenty of room for other items. The vegetable drawer seems to work well too and to keep my vegetables fresh. I like that the glass roofing that compartment makes it easy to see at a glance what vegetables I have yet to use, and it’s easy to pull out the drawer and get to the produce. There’s also a pull out shelf in the fridge, which would make it easier to get to items stored further back. This seems like good design to me in terms of accessibility.
The pull out drawers for the freezer section are also very handy, as I don’t have to dig through the freezer to get to items stored at the back. There’s been no frost build up during the time I’ve been using it. I’ve left both the fridge and freezer at the recommended temperature, but if I wanted to change that it would be easy to do so via the control panel that’s visible when I open the fridge door.
I registered the fridge with Samsung for an extended warranty, which has also given me some peace of mind. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.

Massively better than a Beko alternative at a similar price and with 5 + 10 year guarantees. My outgoing, merely 8 years old Beko fridge freezer failed – faulty compressor, for which repair and re-gassing just isn’t economical. My advice: buy quality! This excellent, Which Best Buy Samsung unit is great, and it barely costs any more ..
