Once over the challenge of getting this enormous fridge through the doors into the house and kitchen it was plugged in and left for 24 hours. Sadly it did not seem to want to refrigerate, only to drop below zero everywhere.
Samsung tech admitted defeat as the fridge does not have sophisticated controls and doe not have the sort of diagnostics that are now fairly common in electrical devices. Amazon/Samsung replaced the fridge freezer but there was some delay and the real inconvenience was the time without a functioning fridge AND getting the first one out of the house and the replacement one in. Happy with the result – this is a mighty fridge !

This currently has 5 year warranty if you register with Samsung, but it took an hour or more,over 2 phone calls and they still couldn’t identify the location of the label with the serial number. If you remove the bottom fridge drawer, it was stuck on the left , between the rails.
It quotes 354KWh, but it is on target for 280KWh.
My old fridge freezer was 930KWh….
It holds a vast amount of stuff…Also has built in ice maker, only accessible from the inside…seems ok as a bonus fitment.
