Good picture quality, motion detection, easy to connect. Simply plug and play. Network setup is easy. I can access it from my mobile phone as well.
After using this, I had power issue with the DVR box. Seller’s customer support engineer personally contacted me and assisted to resolve the problem.
I’m happy with the product and with the customer service of their team.
Not too bad for the money. Not too easy to set up properly either. Not easy to set up notifications to my phone. I had to get help from someone computer savvy. The picture quality not the best but the cameras can zoom in. Night vision 6/10

Getting this SANNCE Security Cameras setup was the best thing we did, This has 1TB of storage, which allowed it to store high-quality videos for 1-2 months on a local drive/the system. I was able to remotely view, the same and edit the settings of the camera from anywhere.
The camera Quality is very good, it has 720p to 1080p settings that can be switched to, also the night mode is automatically triggered when the cameras sense the light level is low, and the quality of the night-mode vision is fairly good as well. I have purchased the 4 camera setup and I am easily able to add another 4 camera as this was an 8-channel setup.
Setting up the camera/system for first-time use was fairly easy as well, (you will need an HDMI cable to connect to the monitor/TV). The instructions on the screen and in the booklet were easy to follow and managed to get everything to step up in under 10 minutes, even the application setup was fairly straightforward.
It does what they say, night vision ok, day vision good, day vision very acceptable but clarity at 30m/100ft is not that sharp, the app is useless, followed there instructions but it doesn’t work on my Samsung phone, and sannce although did answer my query but they couldn’t sort it! But the actual cameras/picture are pretty good but not razor sharp.
Cameras were easy to set up, they work really well & can be access on the phone via the app. Setting up can be tricky with passwords etc, so someone with some knowledge is helpful. Picture quality at night is excellent. Not used the motion detector or playback, so can’t comment. Great cameras for the price.

They do what you pay for, save to DVR and always accessible via mobile when using ethernet. Although the motion sensor on this device is nothing like a ring doorbell for example, it picks up rain and bugs so makes the motion sensor useless
This is a good product and was fairly easy to install after looking at a few videos on a when known app. This gave me some ideas on how to perform the installation. The picture quality is satisfactory both day and night including the motion detection. Good product well worth it for the price paid.

All common fittings, so previous Swann systems cables could be used saving time and money. Swap old cameras for new, attach new player/recorder at other end and done. Biggest hassle is threading cables through building but this uses old cables

Good piece of kit but I would have loved to have kept if it just unfortunate I was unable to set the world wide time. Everything else was great, night vision, motion detection and picture quality were very good. Unfortunately allI was allowed to access was between GMT +3 to +13. Sannce were very understanding and sent me a replacement box. Unfortunately this has the same fault. I ended up returning it to Amazon and posting the replacement box back to Sannce. I would give Sannce customer service. 10/10 for all their help. And a special complementary gift for me to cover my inconvenience. I am really impressed by Sannce.
Good Cameras and easily installed. I installed on soffit of 2 story house and night Vision not great but would be good on a Bunglow. Setting up the app was a little diffucult as there is 2 ways of viewing. 1.) view at home on wifi. 2.) View on Moblie network when away from home. Playback is good and works well on Mobile. Would definently recommend the 8 channel as I had to add a fifth camera.
We were able to replace an old system quickly once the initial configuration was complete.
It best to configure it before you fully fit (i.e. one camera sitting on a desk with a monitor) to make sure you have the right parts configured. Once done, it was quick to replicate the setting to other cameras.
The desktop viewing software could be easier to use, as you have to load the entire management platform just to view, which is not the fastest to load. A simple and lightweight viewer-only would be ideal.

Great value and easy to install, took about four hours as I’m fussy with cables and want a neat job, linked to router with short cable into a remote extender and can view on my phone easy.
Easy enough to install. Once you figure out how to set it up using the unit, it’s pretty straightforward. It took me a while to get it set up on mine and my husbands phone but eventually, we got there. The motion sensor is great but we have it at the lowest sensitivity and I have changed the parameters for the motion sensor. When you get that set right, it’s fine. Otherwise your phone constantly pings at the slightest bit of wind or blade of grass moving. I have since bought an additional 4 cameras to add to this system and I’m yet to fit them. The picture quality is great and being able to change the camera names helps to stay organised. Definitely worth the money – a good system for peace of mind. We still haven’t figured everything out but we will get there. If you want a good set up without paying thousands – this is it.
Good system but can’t figure out how to get it working after leaving home
I bought this to replace an older 720p version that no longer records.
I was able to use the existing wiring for the camera end however the connectors into the unit itself are different and the old wires do not go into the unit.
Had to replace the wiring through the attic to get it working.
Very easy installation and good app for the iPhone.
It took a while to set up,had a few difficulties,but with the excellent support from Henry and Kate from Sannce support helped put things right(the redness in the picture is the TV monitor not the cameras),the mobile APP works a trea
Easy to set up, everything is included in the box, and brilliant quality. The app makes it even better to view on the go. All round, this is a brilliant set up for the price, and I’m really pleased with it. Of course there are better cameras out there, with better options, but also at a much higher price than this. If you just want to sitck some cameras up with HD quality for an affordable price, and view them from your phone, this is the kit for you.
Side note, motion capture is a bit on the rubbish side. It’s a bit too sensistive for my liking, so at night will pick up flies and rain etc, which is not ideal. Doesn’t bother me too much as it’s not what I bought it for.
We bought this to monitor our home after a burglary . I have to say it’s fantastic , you can set it up to message you of there is movement in areas that you can actually specify yourself . For instance I have it set up to activate if my shed is approached . Be aware central heating vents close to camera can activate the motion alert 10/10

Good system… the required app for phone etc is absolutely rubbish .. cannot access it at all now unless I am at home and watching the monitor we connected it ti … so my cameras are useless .. really frustrating
Works well, due to lockdown regulation and needing help to install it (eg climb ladder etc) We have just installed it. The camera and DVR once plugin and adjusted work ‘out of the box. We had a little problem setting up the mobile app and had to contact customer service (Henry) who was very helpful.
The DVR failed in less than month but SANNCE customer services guided me through an attempt to fix the problem. This didn’t work unfortunately so the customer services team decided to replace the DRV with a new one.
They refunded the cost of returning the failed one & I had a new one within 3 days.

It’s been set up for 24hrs only but pleasantly surprised. I had no expectations but picture is clear and night vision is quite good. Set up fairly easy. Motion detection- i haven’t had the chance to try yet. I might need to check my setting . 4* because motion detection not confirmed
After a tentative install thinking ‘I hope this works!’, it is brilliant, really very very impressed. Simple, easy to setup and notification’s through to my phone, spot on. I’ve marked it down a little on the image as its not quite the best quality, but is the best for the price! Really very impressed.
Great system, easy to install and setup playback and viewing works great with the Sannce app on my phone and on our TV with HDMI lead, Night vision is very clear, we have a camera on the garden and it is amazing what wildlife you see that you didn’t know you had.
I made a mess of setting up the Guarding Vision software (twice) on my PC completely my fault, Sannce support was brilliant (twice) and very patient with me, remote connection sorted it out no problems. Super faultless service.

Great setup. Very easy to install. Once up daytime running is great good crisp images. Mobile app works well too however it does take some downloading. I run the ethernet through powerlines and works perfect.
The night vision is very good but could be better and I will look to upgrade cameras in the future. But a great start to give comfort its being recorded.
Motion detection is a little sensitive being set off with the rain and small insects but I can live with that.
Overall if you want cctv to be cheap and still purposeful buy this. Great price too during black Friday only 119
Once you have set it up tv first[ethernet cable to router to get use of the app] then the app it is well worth the effort of a wired system
Day time picture is very good for the price of the camera set up as they say the more you pay the better the quality it’s only 2mpi but good so I can only think what a 5 mpi would give you in quality very easy to set up as well it automatically sets itself up once you set language and date time picture quality in day mode is very good night time is expected and reduced by half but still ok

he system included all the bits required, they worked first time and the pictures are clear, just trying to work out which way to look back at the footage, this is not clear yet but the instructions could be a little simpler for us struggling to cope with the new tech, i am very pleased with the kit and would buy again, cheers
The installation of this system is so straight forward other than where you might want to run cable it’s very straight forward, I would recommend this system to anyone and very good value.

Pretty good for the price, easy to install decent image quality lots going for it. Can’t complain especially for that price.
Function wise, i have it synced to my app with alerts that tells me when there is movement in a specific area which is really simple to setup on the box itself. A 1TB hard drive is easily enough that you have weeks of recordings to wind back on if needed too. Night time view is clear enough to see faces, even with window reflections which i was pleasantly surprised at and the daytime one looks like you’re watching telly.
As usual i have synced this up to my TV for easy viewing as well as the app, if you don’t have a telly available, a screen to help you set this up would be a good call.
Very good system only problem on motion detection the box/hard drive beeps every time it picks something up which is very annoying.
I can’t find a way of using motion detection and stopping the beep so I don’t use it perhaps there should be an on/off switch for this.?
The cameras are clearly very good at doing what they are supposed to do. I am especially impressed by the night vision. When my security light comes on it is nearly as clear as daylight footage. The hard drive is a compact little unit that can easily be stored away. Setup is relatively easy, but the navigation menus on the unit are abit confusing, and the instructions could be clearer and a bit more focused on the main things to set up. The one let down is the feel of the plastic camera casings, and a cheap flimsy mouse. The last unit I had was not Sannce but another make and the cameras were very durable (made of a hard metal material). I am hoping these will stand the test of time (through times of severe frost and hot sun – year in and year out). So far, everything has worked and continues to work as it should do. My advice would be to pay a bit extra for another Sannce model where the cameras look and feel a bit more durable
Ordered this product for a friend and got wrong because I forgot to leave a review. He lives 2 streets away and he came to show me the picture quality from his mobile. He wasn’t connected to WiFi only his mobile data and the pictures were perfectly clear. He said the picture is even more perfect from his telly.
was actually surprised at how good this was compared to the price paid. I have 4 CCTV cameras and the night vision is great. I also have the downloadable app that comes with the product and this allows me to check the cameras from where ever I am.

Brought this as a gift for the hubby. He was over the moon. The video quality and display is crisp.
The only slight niggle he had was the extension cable could of done with being a bit longer.
They say you get what you pay for, and this is a cheap CCTV system… but in saying that, it works, I can read number plates on my drive from a camera mounted 8 feet up. The night vision doesn’t work so well looking down a narrow high-walled passageway (the illumination of the walls causes the path to become a bit too dark). I’m not convinced about how water proof the cable connectors are, but I’ve applied self amalgamating tape around the connections, and it seems okay. The cables are reasonably long. The user interface and phone app are a bit clunky, but as I said, it all works. If you’re after a cheap CCTV system that’s not too fancy, this is worth buying.

easy to setup and use , recorder box needs hardwired network connection to use mobile app – no build-in wifi .. im using TP links (using the plug socket) to connect back to my router. Otherwise you would need a very long cat5 cabel
I bought 4 camera and found one camera is faulty and 2nd camera missing a screw. I have contacted customer service. I received prompt response from Olivia and she was very helpful. She issued replacement cameras within few days and they are working fine now.

Put it up today and on the whole it all works fine. Easy to set up, a nice item. One camera is faulty and there isn’t a contact the seller option only return it, I’m not undoing a days work for 1 camera so hopefully they will see this and contact me
So I bought these cameras to cover my caravan that sat in the drive, didn’t really need four but I’m pleased I got the four in the end. My neighbour has the same set and recommended them. I have to say I am am over the moon and well impressed by these cameras. The picture quality is amazing especially when you switch from sd to hd, night vision is also cracking quality. Must admit I haven’t tried the motion sensor bit yet, (can’t figure it out). I think the best part of this deal is not only the great value for money, fantastic quality with great peace of mind, one of the things that surprised the most was the help desk and after care service that is provided by the help team. Nothing is ever a problem, even when it is my own fault. If you are thinking of buying cctv for your home, get this one. Great bit of kit.
This was a great little system and worked perfectly, however after 6months one of the cameras has begun to act up and is constantly shutting down and restarting itself. Wrote this review as I’m trying to find contact details for a repair or warranty on the item. Either way the replacement cameras are cheap so it’s well worth the money.
Bought on the Saturday, advised delivery date was the next Friday, Monday was a bank holiday and the item arrived in the Tuesday.
So easy to install, if drilling through bricks I’d advise a 20mm masonry drill bit, some rods (to go from outside to inside) and cable clips if you are having cable on show.

Good for the price set up was easy enough if your technical minded the WiFi needs to be changed from 5ghz to 2.4ghz for use of the app though
It does everything it claims in the description. The manual does not make a lot of sense. I still found I could set it up. However Operating it, is by trial and error for me. Its has various playback modes etc. I feel I am probably not using all the features to the best of their functionality.

biggest fault was the mouse packed up working while setting up the system, had to go out and buy a decent mouse the next day.

Comes with everything you need to set up the CCTV, cables are a good length and easy to plug into eachother, cameras come with wall plugs and screws although I only used the screws as I screwed them into my soffits. DVR has HDMI which is good, this allowed my to plug it into my existing PC monitor.
The app is easy to setup, all you have to do is scan the QR code from the DVR setup and your good to go, having the app on your phone makes it very easy to position the cameras while up the ladder instead of having to go into the house each time to check if your happy with the position.
Thing I liked is the DVR is wall mountable with just two screws which allowed me to put it nearly onto the wall in my cupboard. I ran all my wires into my loft and then dropped the cables into the soffits so there are no wires visible anywhere!
Night vision is good, just make sure the camera isn’t too close to objects as the Infrared will use all its lighting ability on that one close object.
One thing that I don’t think is mentioned in the description which I found out is it’s only 1080p with 4 cameras(which you have to set on the DVR otherwise it will be 1080i) any more than 4 cameras it will only allow 1080i resolutio

Slightly disappointed with this. The cameras supplied are supposedly for out use as stated in the description however the instruction manual states indoor use only. Time will tell if it lasts probably not as plastic casing. DVR okay
Picture quality is great. The set up was simple. The night vision is impressive. I have not set up the motion detection so can’t comment on this. I was looking at camera systems far more expensive than these and am really glad I didn’t purchase them.
Not as good quality as my previous Swann system but it’s a 1/4 of the price.
Saying all that it does a really good job.
The phone app wont send you a snap shot like my previous system but it’s easy enough to connect to the system and view the alert as a short clip.
I think, for the money, this is great. The motion detection isn’t brilliant and often doesn’t pick up movement, so ours is now on permanent record.

Only problem was getting it set up to work. Got there eventually but took a lot of talking to help line (they were very helpful)
Camera cables were long enough to reach all four corners of the house.
The connectors on the camera cables are quite bulky and need roughly a 12mm hole to feed through walls etc.but are solidly made and it wasn’t really an issue.

I bought the 8 input version with 4 cameras as I had an older system to integrate with this. Unfortunately, cameras bank 1-4 inputs had a fault (see picture) so I had to use the cameras 5-8 bank of inputs to get the system up and running.
I found the remote online live viewing system very good but you can only live-view, you cant playback remotely.
Night vision is excellent but I found the motion detect so annoying I had to turn it off. I got 87 emails in the first half hour of switching the system on and the camera was not viewing anything moving.This was at minimum sensitivity and reduce detection area too.
Due to the faulty pvr, the ‘video blind’ and ‘video loss’ alarms kept triggering too, so I had to disable all of these as well.
I had an older Micromark CCTV system that I managed to link in as well using composite video. The down side is the new cameras dont have audio like my older system and there no option in the very long leads supplied to add audio.
Many emails to Sannnce finally got me a replacement pvr unit. Hopefully, this will be much better.
A very good system for the price, it is easy to use and a good clear picture. You do need a monitor or TV next to the recorder to use it to it’s best capability. I would recomend it to anyone. I did have a slight problem with one of the channels but customer support were very helpful and sorted the problem out by telling me which settings to change via email.
Good system but selecting time frames could be made easier and faster play back options could be better. But happy enough.
I’ve not much to add over and above what others have said but I’ll add my thoughts:
Easy to install and use at the basic level, I had a bit of trouble setting up the FTP function to back up motion video to my NAS but that’s now up and running well.
The cloud app is a bit temperamental but when it works it’s good.
Night vision is acceptable if you don’t want long range shots but as I suspect for most people this is for home use I don’t figure that’ll be too much of an issue.
The biggest thing to remember is to make sure you set up a descent password for it when you set it up (it has none by default), I had at least two dozen attempts to access it by dubious persons within two days of it operating – forget this step and it becomes more of a liability than security. Once done you can happily see them being denied access in the logs!
I’d recommend getting a separate microphone for it if audio is going to be beneficial but this really is an added extra.

Had to get someone in yo install as my drill couldn’t go through the walls. Absolutely brilliant cameras very cheap system and works perfectly I have full view of my property at any time now and I can even watch it on my phone while I’m away from home. The app is a little complicated and sometimes doesn’t work at all with the mobile but this is nothing to do with the quality of this product I would highly recommend them. If anyone knows how to record sound with them though please let me know 🙂 thanks

Installing extra cameras was just as easy as the original 4 included. If you have trouble with the tv/hdmi side of things, try a different slot as this worked for me. To make life easy for the network and wifi snd to save running an ethernet cable, try the link below. This bridges the network and allows the app to sync easily. The app itself is very simple.

PROS:
Good image quality,
Easy to use software,
Cables supplied are very long,
Mobile app works great,
8 channels so ample connections for more cameras.
CONS:
Mobile app asks for unneeded permissions and won’t work properly if you block them.
A huge shout out to their customer service, I managed to lock myself out of the menus by forgetting password and got a reset code within a few hours of emailing them.
For the price this system is excellent value, recommended.
What a great price and well worth it. Fitted one 2 years ago.
Then got one for my sister. Great picture and so simple to fit.
Cables. Plug twist your conveyed.
If cables are on show use a weather prof cable junction box and put them inside.
About 2-3 pounds from screw fix.

Took about an hour to put up and set up the picture quality is amazing the night vision is equally as good as day time
The screen after a little while goes to black and white however play back is full colour
I have the DVR upstairs so will need to get a WiFi bridge
The cables that come with it are very very long
I wasn’t expecting to much for only 123 however I am very very impressed and now have great piece of mind knowing my house and car are safe

Have not used as yet but have set up ready. Picture quality is far better than I throught as seen named product used at friends house. I must of got better version. Day or night you can see clearly who or what the camera sees. I can’t fault it. But I think your instruction book could do with improvements I.e. more in detail as I had to go hunting for things and even though images showing not really stating where to find. Otherwise great item excellent price would definitely recommend and buy again.
Great product for the price, easy to set up and install, picture quality is ok, if looking for a crisper picture go for the HD DVR and cameras ( more expensive) I had an issue with one of the cameras where the picture was not clear at all, after e-mailing the company with photos of the fault they said the technical team said it was ok were it clearly wasn’t. After a couple of e-mails from myself I eventually received a replacement camera. For this reason I gave 4 stars oppose to 5 due to the faulty camera.
