You get everything you could need with this hoover, but it’s heavy. The suction is great, with the option of normal and turbo power. It’s easy to empty and clean. The main body of the hoover, lifts up and detaches so you can can get into places that aren’t easily accessible (stairs, curtains, corners etc.) with the attachments that are included. If you suffer from arthritis in your hands, I couldn’t recommend it. Purely because of the weight and having to hold it. Apart from that, great hoover and have no complaints.
suction isn’t as good as i thought it would be and the anti hair wrap is useless however still quite a good vacuum cleaner for the price

I purchased this vacuum cleaner over twelve months ago and love it. It is light to use, very maneuverable. The rechargeable battery last long enough for me to clean the entire house (four beds) The suction is excellent and the cleaner is easy to empty . My only single complaint is that the extension hose is quite short and it is easy to topple the cleaner over when reaching into those hard to reach corners! It is very well built, quiet in operation, reliable and after twelve months usage (I use it daily) I am still very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.
Fed up with dragging the heavy dyson around I traded in for this and Am really pleased. Actually look forward to hoovering now – yeah I know get a life !! 🙂
This vacuum is so versatile, it is lightweight but excellent suction and really god for the whole house. The tools are really easy to use and good at what they are designed to do
Best Hoover ever!! I have had 2 Dysons and 1 Mr. Henry and this is the best out of all. Its suction power is out of this world. Its a fairly new brand in the market and can out perform the best ones already in the market.

This is the best vacuum I have ever had in my lifetime. I have never been so pleased with a household object as I am with this vacuum. Who ever designed it is a genius. Watch the video as it does as it says it does. It’s so so easy to use. I purchased the car tool set, pet hair brush as well and a spare battery. I definitely recommend buying the extras, if you like to give everywhere a good clean like me. I have hard floors throughout my bungalow, so can’t comment about the level of cleaning on carpets apart from my door mats have never looked so clean. I had a dyson vacuum years ago, and would never buy another one, thought it was a waste of money. Didn’t think it was worth buying a higher price range vacuum again. Until now, it’s absolutely fabulous. I am a 57 year old female, who is as I hope I have explained extremely pleased with my Shark vacuum.

Best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever had. I was fed up with cheaper models running well for a while and then losing suction. This vacuum is fab. The hair wrap technology works well. I still get a little bit wrapped around the roll however it’s really easy to just pull it out. My old cleaner was a nightmare so that probably why it lost suction so easily. This vacuum makes hoovering so much easier and (sort of enjoyable!) I was amazed and also slightly shocked at how much dust was embedded in my carpets! I bought it when it was on offer, which makes it a total bargain.
Can’t believe how great this is!! I used my mums and was so shocked I went home and ordered one myself. Good battery life, so simple to empty, I actually have no complaints about this at all!! Would recommend for anyone!! 5*
Bought this as it is a ‘traditional upright vacuum’ design. I’ve had other cordless vacuums but always struggle to keep them up-right due to the top heavy design. So this is easier to store.
Excellent suction and battery life. Easy to remove battery for charging and very easy to empty the cylinder when full. Easily manages pet hair on rugs and hard floors (and we have a corgi so there’s an awful lot of pet hair around!)

This is in my opinion much better than a dyson. Unlike a dyson it feels well balanced because the heavy bit – the container that holds the dust is anchored over the brush rather than next to the handle. I have found it fathers finer dust particles thaan my previous cleaner which was a Bosch.
