An excellent shaving kit includes everything that one would need for daily shaving and is very competitively priced. The only thing that I will not use is the bib and the safety razor which is not my type razor. But great for beginners.

A great quality and packaged set, the pre shave and post shave oil do their job and the sandalwood smells nice and earthy. Just add a few drops of water to the soap when lathering with the quality made brush and you get the perfect shave. The classic razor is really heavy and constructed well, the included razor blades are only single edged, so I put in a Wilkinson sword double edged blade and had the best shave of my life. I liked the product so much I bought another sandalwood cream and peppermint soap from the same brand.

This is a very nice bit of kit that comes in a lovely gift box. People complain about the razor blades supplied. They are fine once your used to them and they have worn in. I’m very impressed and I’ve been hairdresser for 26yrs.

I got this for my fianc for our anniversary! He loved it, and shaved within a few days. The sandalwood products smell very good and the whole pack really helps with avoiding razor burn. Straight razor was surprisingly safe and easy to use.

Great value for the money. The razors are great, unless you’re shaving a pony. I’ve got quite a patchy beard, and had no problems at all, precise and sharp shaving.
All them lotions ( pre, post shaving) are good, they smell good, and they do make the shaving a hell lot smoother.
I would only suggest adding a bowl to make foam.

Easy to use. A razor is fine for about 9 shaves (depends on person’s ruggedness). Shaving cream is nice and foamy. Pre-shave oil and aftershave cream are soft on skin and I have seen any irritation after shaving.

Das Set ist eigentlich ideal. Die Schrze und Rasiercreme sind meiner Meinung nach eine nette dreingabe. Hier empfehle ich Anfngern sich einen Stich von Palmolive oder eine Dose Proraso zu gnnen. Der Synthetikpinsel ist zu schade fr die Cremepampe.
Das Preshave ist ganz OK fr Anfnger. Kommen wir zum Herzstck, dieser Butterfly Hobel ist ein Cbinateil welches man auch von Weishi oder Baili kennt. Ich finde diesen Mediumaggresiv. Der Hobel ist einer der meistproduzierten Hobel Weltweit. Anfnger werden den lngeren Griff lieben.
Am Anfang bentigen Doppelklingen etwas bung, diese Teile sind den Systemrasierern deutlich berlegen und auf Dauer viel gnstiger. 100 Doppelklingen gibt es bereits ab 6 . Eine gute Wahl sind die Voskhod aus Russland, diese sind Sanft und ideal fr Anfnger. Fr starkes Barthaar nimmt man dann lieber die tschechischen Tiger Klingen. Ganz Hartgesottene nehmen die Derbys (bentigen etwas bung).
Ich selbst hab mit einem Mhle Hobel begonnen, da mir die Gillette Teile zu teuer wurden. Mittlerweile nur noch klassische Rasiermesser. Dahin ist ein weiter Weg. Wer nur mal Blut lecken will, der bekommt hier das perfekte Einsteigerset zum fairen Preis.

I have used the traditional 5 blades safety razor for years and always loved them until now. The secret is using light pressure and shave with the grain first. Then wash face with hot water and put more lather on. Then shave against the grain in short gentle strokes. Yes it does take a little longer but the results are a lot different. Very close smooth shave that lasts two days at times. Love the old fashioned razors and won’t go back to the five blades..

So I bought this package about a month ago and it was delivered fast and everything about it was great from the pre shave oil to the little hair holder tarp. The only problem was the handle broke after a week of use. I wrote a review about this and in less than 2 days they emailed me to apologize for the blade. They then offered to send me a new package to prove that it was just a one time mistake and they were not wrong. So far that handle works like a charm. What impressed me more than anything was that they actually read reviews and try to help their customers if anything negative happens. So great company and great customer service

Have only just got this and was a bit apprehensive about using a safety razor as not used one before (only used bog standard razors) and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ll go back now! Cannot comment on the usability etc as it’s not going to be me using, however the brush seems a good one and the smell of the balm etc that I was able to open smelt real nice.
