Easy to use, no issues at all. Good airflow. I have used it without water and icecubes by keeping the dial on the the warm option, airflow was good and cool. Heater worked well as well.
Item is very light and easy to maintain and use
It is easy to use it has a remote good for price is a very efective
Cooling bedroom great in summer, but heater for winter disappointing.
I must buy very powerful and silent when you put ice into it it refreshes the room in minutes honestly this is well for you for money and it does what it says it cools my bedroom down in approximately 2 minutes and you can set the timer in a time you like I would definitely recommend to others.
Easy to use but the seller should update the manual
The machine itself does what it says but both the freezer packs provided with it split the first time they were frozen.
No idea what they contain but assume that any manufacturer knows water expands when frozen so it can’t be water.
Not a good idea to have some unknown chemical leaking out so we swiftly threw them away.
Fantastic cooler, does not leak, love the warning beep when water level low. As you can see from video my dog also approves. This was replacement as first one sent out was faulty and got replacement next day so thumbs up
Very good. Could not get the wheels on but apart from that great.
Was a fantastic little machine, did a great job of cooling our sitting room and would take it down a good 5-10c during the heatwave.
Was quiet enough for comfortable TV watching or conversation without being a distraction and enjoyed by people and dogs alike.
Reasonably cheap to run too.
However the fans suddenly stopped working after a month.
A friend still has theirs working strong with no complaint so I am confident this was an anomaly, if it had been in stock would happily have had a replacement.
Return and refund was free, fast and painless.
Very sad to be unable to replace easily, hope to see it back soon.
Decent sized water tank, good cooling fan and the remote is a bonus. Very happy with it.
can you tell me if the cool light is suppose to flash
My nana is 72 suffers Copd and asthma she bought this to purify the air and keep cool what a job it does for her. She can sleep well with comfort and there is a timer that’s reliable to turn off when time is done .
Also used myself 1 time I felt an little cold the heating on this machine is great set the speed to fast and it heats up nothing about 5/10 mins were talking about purchasing another .
Good unit so far noise from the fan okay, good cooling with ice packs/ ice cubes and water not used the heat function yet. Had an issue where the drain plug was missing but found the manufacturer customer service emailed them and they was able to send a replacement drain plug free of charge and no issues.
The noise level it’s much too high for an average sized room all other functions work well.

It is not an air con so please do not expect cool air, but it really does refresh the room. I am really happy with it and am considering buying another one to take abroad as it was sooooo good, specially on that crazy hot Thursday 2019.
