How long should I leave my rolled mattress before sleeping on it?
You should unroll your rolled mattress on a bed in a warm room 24 hours before use. By placing it in a warm room, the mattress recovery time will be faster. You should not remove the cover until it has been left 24 hours.
Will my mattress smell?
It’s quite normal for new mattresses to have a slight odour when it is unpackaged, however it is nothing to worry about and by airing the mattress, you will find that any odours will pass.
How do I clean my mattress?
We always recommend using a mattress protector. You should not use detergents or chemical cleaners on your mattress as this may damage the fabric and stitching. Please do not remove the cover to clean the mattress, the cover is not removable.
Can I roll up the mattress for storage?
We use specialist equipment to roll a mattress in our factory. Please do not attempt to bend or re-roll your mattress yourself.

Well we were pleased when Matress was delivered “Prim” next day. Easy to get up the stairs. Matress instructions read, and re-read, opened package and unfolded/ unrolled left for 48 hours rather than just 24. Problem now seen this week changing bottom sheet.
Two indentations about 2 inch long and to inch deep in centre?
How long must we wait for clean lines?

This is a great mattress. It comes vac packed but regains it’s size & shape quickly. It is not particularly thick but even my husband who is 15 stone finds It comfortable. It is described as a medium soft mattress but I don’t have anything to measure it against. However, if I had been asked based on my opinion I would probably have said medium firm. The first night the matress felt firmer. It took 2 nights use for it to reach the softness/firmness it stayed at.
I’ve always been buying Silentnight mattresses for many years. This time, I needed something quick and cheap so tried this. Fantastic mattress! Very comfortable and I highly recommend.

Bit sceptical when in arrived in such a small package, but within 12 hours it was normal size and NO nasty chemical smells often associated with foam mattresses
Being rolled this mattress was very easy to move. It expanded quickly when in place & most importantly, is very comfortable.
Bought for a toddler transitioning from a foam cot bed mattress. This mattress is perfect for young children but wouldn’t recommend it for adults as I don’t think it would last as long as it needs to before showing indents.
This was the only complete Foam mattress i found, it is so comfortable, i am disabled and have an adjustomatic bed where both the head & foot of the bed both rise & fall so sprung mattresses are not allowed just in case the springs go through the bottom of the mattress into the mechanism. I would recommend this mattress to everyone.
I was surprised! I thought I was ready to accept the fact that I had bought a cheap mattress, but I was surprised to find out that it is actually extremely comfortable and much better than I had expected.
For only 120, this is one of the best thing we’ve bought. It is quite thick so even we put it on the floor on its own, its still very comfortable to sleep on.
Quite firm as well so you dont sink (tested 45-70kg).
It took about 3 days to fully expand!! We are really happy with price and quality . I feel the mattress meets our needs – my husband is 14 stone and myself 12 stone. We both feel supported on this mattress and sleep very well
I love this mattress.
I have bought 3 of each different size (small double – king) over the years. It is nice and firm, holds it shape nicely, is nice and warm in the winter but not overly hot in the winter (you don’t submerge hugely into it).
I have rolled up my king using straps to transport it from house to house (in a mini) and the lack of springs makes it much lighter and easier to do so than a traditional mattress.
I’ve had some people say it’s a little hard, but with my back pain I need that support and not too much submersion. Only mattress is buy now
After unrolling, we weren’t expecting great things to be honest. We read the reviews, and read the unpacking instructions and decided to give it extra time to expand, leaving it for two days and putting the central heating on. We are now two weeks into using it and it’s much comfier than our old sprung mattress was. Really pleased so far, so hopefully this opinion continues.
IF ONE GOES TO BED WITH BACK OK BUT IN THE MORNING BACK PROBLEMS THEN IT IS THE MATTRESS. I USE A STRONG SPRING MATTRESS.CAUSED HIP PRESSURE POINTS PROBLEMS.COVERD IT WITH MEMORY FOAM QUITE A FEW LAYERS.AFTER A MONTH OR MORE FLATTEND SO NO USE.I REALISED I COULD MANAGE WITH A STRENGTHEND MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS.IT WORKES WELL AS ALMOST LIKE A SPRUNG MATTRESS.YEARS AGO I TRIED A FOAM MATTRESS BUT BACK PROBLEMS AS SOFT AND REZISTANCE WHEN TURNING.I PURCHASED AN ORTHERPEDIC MATTRESS.USLESS AS HEAVY SOFT PADDING.REMOVED THAT AND OK. SILENT NIGHT EXCELLENT AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.
Fab Memory Foam Mattress, very comfy indeed , and easy to get up to the attic room as it is rolled and vacuum packed, so when you open it , it will grow into full size overnight !
This replaced a sprung mattress. Very happy with my purchase.
Very comfortable firm mattress. I left it 24 hours after unrolling it to settle. You really couldn’t sleep on it during this time as it was deformed from the rolling process.
There was a slight smell which took a few days to clear but nothing to keep me awake. Just leave a window open obviously.
To sum up very happy.
First one arrived and didn’t deflate properly, the edges were stuck together so I contacted amazon and replacement arrived within 3 days. The defective one was picked up a week later with no problems. We’ve had the mattress for 3 years now and have no problems at all, this was purchased for the guest bedroom and received many compliments.
Remember to rotate it every few months for comfort and you will sleep like a baby. Highly recommend
Bought for my (almost) 6 year old’s mid sleeper. She says it’s brilliant and comfy.
My only slight issue is that it’s quite heavy and snug fitting in her bed frame. It makes changing the bedsheet into a bit of a performance.
A lot lot firmer, bordering on hard, than I expected. Can take a while to get used to it. Expected it to have a smell to it when I packed but that’s still lingering a couple of weeks later. It’s not that’s it’s uncomfortable just too firm / hard for me.
I’ve only slept on this 3 nights but I’m very impressed. I was sick and tired of my very expensive Tempur mattress. I was waking up each morning with a very sore lower back and just feeling stiff all over. So far with this new mattress I’ve had a definite reduction in back pain and stiffness. None at all this morning!! The mattress feels very firm when you first lie on it but it adjusts to your shape obviously giving you support where it’s needed. Don’t waste your money on expensive mattresses. Really impressed.

Don’t know about people writing bad reviews what they exactly want ?! Unless they want to abuse warranty n get new mattress after using it for few years ! Losers. This is superb mattress.

My mum couldn’t sleep on the string matress my land lord gave us. When helping me getting settled. She has a bad hip and loved this came in one day! For any heavyweights out there that can’t afford a tempur mattress like me this is a cracking purchase to fit on top of a mattress, dry comfy, very spongy, had much better sleep since buying this and less pain when getting up in the mornings

I’m 6ft 7 and 22 stone, and even though this mattress is only roughly 10cm thick when fully risen, it did a respectable job of supporting my weight.
After around a week, I needed to buy a mattress topper because the thinness of the mattress was taking its toll on my shoulders, and with a topper added we slept on it every night for a month with no dramas.
I wouldn’t want to sleep on it permanently, but as a temporary mattress for a spare room or a caravan it does a great job.

Silent knight 3 zone memory foam mattress. We left this on the bed after arriving rolled up did not sleep on it for over a week. At first it was bliss I have two curves in my spine under right shoulder bade and lower back. I woke with no pain refreshed . But alas it didn’t last long after a few months I woke in pain after tossing and turning lying in a crater made by my bottom. The support seems to have gone and sags badly after 12 months. I don’t know the answer and I am sure my back is part of the problem. So I can’t recommend this mattress.
Despite knowing it was 14cm thick when ordering, it still surprised me how thin this “mattress” was. For my 6 year old daughter’s new high sleeper cabin bed, it is ideal for ceiling clearance and her small body and weight, but not sure how an adult’s weight would affect its long term firmness. Still, first night on it and my daughter says it’s really comfy, and I think so for me too. With quality mattress protector and thick sheets, this will be a keeper, but will update in few weeks regarding its longetivity, given some other reviews criticising its proneness to sagging and basically giving up! On plus side, there is NOT the slightest hint of chemical odour, given it is foam. Smells fresh and clean.
This is my second mattress, the previous one lasted a good three years and was actually in decent shape but moved house so thought I would get a new one. Is this the best mattress out there? No. Is it good value? Yes. I think it’s excellent value. It has a horrible smell that disappears after a day or two, but I think that’s probably the case for all mattresses in this price range.
Originally had a Silentnight memory foam mattress (loved it) my mum decided (as I have rheumatoid arthritis) I needed a new mattress (didn’t) bless her, she ordered a Dormeo one (nightmare, don’t ask!!!!) all I wanted was my Silentnight Mattress, so rang them up, told them which one I used to have and was advised that the 7 zone one replaced my old model, cannot believe the difference a decent mattress makes to your sleep, this is so comfortable and fits a double bed frame perfectly, definitely medium/firm but supportive and when you are warm it doesn’t get too hot, a good 20cm deep so bedding fits perfectly, if you want comfort and support this is definitely worth a try, hopefully won’t ever need another mattress but if I do it will be another Silentnight…
Until this was not getting a good night’s sleep
But since we purchased this I get up to 8 hrs sleep highly recommend
It’s so so comfortable .I feel refreshed Everytime I get up
