Battery life is awesome. I don’t use face recognition or fingerprint though. Cannot talk about it then.
I bought this phone 5 months ago and I was scary to death thinking I was just trying to save money and would ended up getting a cheap and unreliable product but no! There’s not even one single disappointing aspect I can point out. What I like best is that it cleans itself in a single touch. I’m buying another one today for my cousin in Brazil.
I’ve broken my samsung a20s so I decided to not buy over 100 phones for a while.
so far the phone still works after 2 months, compared to other cheaper samsungs this phone is not much different, i would recommend buy a case and a better glass screen protector for the phone as the one that comes with the phone does not cover full scree

Only had it a couple of days but thinking this is one of my better buys, it looks great and easy to set up, has some nifty little apps and overall I am chuffed……. Now had it a few weeks and still very impressed, Installed a 256gb SD and phone recognises every file be that video/music/pics. I have found this to be reliable and very fast.
For the price, this is the best mobile I’ve had this farm. Great speed of response. Battery life. Ease of use. Size and weight. Highly recommended.
Absulutly brilliant baught this for my son (9). Fir when we travel its brilliant. Cant fault this at all comes fully charged comes with clear phone case screen protector phone cable and charger port can take 2 sim cards and a memorie card ..open to any network.large screen great volume plays loud so many cool settings built in filters (like snapchat) if this is for a teenager or what have you.. cant fault it at all
A good easy to use phone. Perfect for technophobes like me to use. Not used the face recognition, not impressed with the fingerprint reader, bit hit and miss. You’re able to open it with your own pin number if they fail to work.
Really like it, great camera. Great phone. Normal Android apps on it make it very easy to find your way round it, even I can do it!

Hot this phone for my 12 years old son as a replacement. I had my worries as I never heard of the company before but it turned out great. He loves his phone. Screen is really big picture quality good and it’s not slow. He plays a lot of games on his phone and compering to his old one this is an absolute upgrade. He is one very happy boy
The product arrived early and looked good, it has a long battery life which I like, the face recognition I find only lasts for a certain time then you have to reset it same with fingerprint reader, it dose last longer but sometimes you have to tap it a few times to work. Other than that so far I find it good value for your money, photos are good, good memory and double sim slots, all you need in a phone at a good price.
Brilliant phone for it’s price tag .it’s just as good as my old samsung.
The only downsides are it’s camera and the phone itself being bigger than what I’m used to but all phones seem to be this size as normal now anyway.
The camera doesn’t feel as good as it was advertised, but I’m not much of a picture taker anyway so it didn’t really bother me.
A relative bought an android similar to this one (OnePlus Phone) except it was 3x more expensive for her at around 300, this phone has been competing with it at everything very well (except the camera of course)

Brought this phone for my son at xmas. He really likes it and doesn’t have the mick taken out of him for having it (kids can be nasty)
I’ve got to say I’ve got an s12 and his phone isn’t much different to mine. I always smash my phones so this is great value and does everything I need (I run my life from my phone at times)

I bought this for work as a courier and it does the job. Excellent battery life and tough.
Its not perfect, but to be honest its better than a previous Motorola phone i had. its quick, easy to use and the camera isn’t that bad either.
if you use a phone for calls, WhatsApp etc its perfectly fine, and I don’t see the point in spending any more.
Ok, if you stay in a message you don’t always get notifications of further messages until you click into it again……. no big deal really.

I am very pleased with this phone, it is very user friendly, the battery life is great. It does everything I want from a phone, without the huge outlay. I access emails and various messaging applications. I have had the phone for some time, to ensure I was giving an honest review. I also use it to listen to music, the sound quality is good for a phone. Would recommend this phone.
Brilliant phone… but does anybody know how to close down the previous apps
Had been struggling on with an aging Huawei since my more current phone died during the first lockdown. Didn’t have much use for a mobile at that point, being a laptop kinda guy… but bought this last week and am frankly AMAZED at how powerful it is. SO FAST. My HP laptop has quadcore processors and 16GB RAM, and this awesome little phone can actually do things faster… very, very impressed.
Has alot of memory for my daughter as she kept running out of memory
Battery life is excellent, don’t use fingerprint or face recognition so cannot comment, camera is good enough for what I need, this phone is ideal for me without shelling out silly money for high end phones because it more than suits my needs, Android in my opinion, is a far better choice than Apple, which I have never gone anywhere near, this phone was a bargain at just over 100, so together with my sim only deal at 8 per month, this is high end performance at far less than a budget price.
I can’t fault this phone in the early stages of using it. It is just as good as a more expensive better known brand.
I had this phone before ,but sadly dropped it down the toilet ,on fishing it out I then dropped on the floor and broke the screen …but the phone was so fantastic that I bought exactly the same again !!!! I am so impressed with these phones fantastic value for money and the BEST battery life I’ve ever had on a phone x

Only had a couple of days haven’t used the fingerprint reader or face recognition. The phone is completely different from my previous Samsung it will take some getting used to but seems to work very well. Battery life seems to be excellent only been charged when it arrived and still going having been used a lot. Good sized screen can be used as a small tablet.

Have the samsung 8plus but no chance off a upgrade to android ten so i was looking for a cheaper replacement .the note 9 was the choice after lot research and im more than pleased..big screen..nice colours..good sound quality with 64 gb storage 4 gb memory..i added 64 gb card…after 4 days constant use im impresssed.
its as good as my 8 plus with exeption of pics.

Phone arrived promptly in perfect condition. Easy to set up and use, very happy with it.
Up until now I have always used Samsung phones but with the cost of these spiralling I looked around for a cheaper alternative. I bought the Ulephone note 9p and it’s everything my S8 was. I don’t do games so no idea how it works with those but it does everything you would expect of a modern device. I do lots of social media and use word and Excel. All good and only 124 quid. Brillia

The phone itself is ok. I probably haven’t explored everything it can do but there are some things that are not as good as my old budget phone. In my old phone I could take a good quality photograh, edit it and email it to my laptop in one go. With this phone the quality of the photo is not as good, I can crop the image but I cannot email it as a jpeg – it emails full image which takes up full page in email. The other annoying habit is – it turns off after around 30 seconds so I have to keep using a code to open it up. It also takes two nano sim cards.
Seems to have a good battery life and plenty of storage. Was able to transfer over pictures and contacts easily.
Not too keen on the camera as it has print in corner of picture. Did not have a photo gallery or music player so had to download apps which took a bit of time to find something suitable but have installed now. Phone seems to work fine. Streaming seems ok but I have not had much time to use yet. Like the colour of the cover. Price seems quite reasonable. Overall seems good have to wait and see how it functions over a longer time.
Bought this as my old one had broken, nice looking and an updated version.
Turned up next day but the UK plug was missing, nothing included except one for use abroad.
Contacted Amazon, live chat, had problems getting the agent the other end to understand the problem, was in the Philippines.
After an hour of back and forwards, finely got her to send me a UK plug rather than send the phone back.
So be forewarned it does not come with a UK plug even though it states it in the discrpition.
Only had this phone a week but I like it a lot always been a Samsung man taking a bit of getting used to and so far I can not get the fingerprint reader to read regularly but still fine tuning. GREAT for watching sky go Amazon Video ETC . It also comes with a screen protector and a phone protector .
I bought this to replace another phone that had gone wonky. Reviews were ok and the price is very good. Phone looks good and isn’t too big. Fair few apps I’m never going to use on it and I absolutely hate the Easy Launcher. It took me ages to figure out how to turn the thing off once it had opened. Don’t like that I can’t put the apps into folders or remove them from the screen as I hate all that stuff cluttering up the screen. Battery life is excellent at the moment and the 4g works ok. I don’t play games on a phone so no issues there. I won’t pay hundreds of pounds for something I may break and this does the things I need it to do at a very reasonable price. Oh and a shortcut such as shaking the phone to turn on the torch would be good as I use it quite often.
Been using this phone now for more than 2 months now, standard android system so not much difficult to operate if used android system before, and running smoothly so far with no frozen and black screen, the camera is quite good for photographing provides clear and good resolution pictures, especially happy with the battery life, with normal use, it can last about a day and half without charging, but if using for video chat or browsing quite a lot, probably have to charge it on daily basis which is also reasonable. overall it’s a pretty good handset to fulfil daily use, especially with the price, with no surprise fancy functions but definitely sufficient for regular use. Will recommend.
Good battery life. Like most cheaper phones, it’s not great with things like Whatsapp etc. Camera quality is good and most apps work well.

I had broken my regular phone and needed a cheap one to tide me over to next year when my contract is up. Came across the Ulefone Note 9p and thought it looked decent enough and would do for the time being.
When I got it I was very pleasantly surprised as to just how good it was! Sure the camera isn’t as good as my last phone but everything else is perfect for my needs! The battery life is astonishingly good compared to my previous phones!
Consider me an Ulefone fan and when my contract is up next year, I am keeping this one on!
Great phone arrived on time as described would have gave 5out of 5 but Days after I brought it they sold it at a cheaper price .
Very easy to set up, fingerprint reader response is very quick not many ringtones to choose from but you can always download more from any of the free apps available. This phone has WiFi calling if your provider allows it I’m on EE and the WiFi calling is available very useful if network drops out. All apps respond quickly with no lag. All in all a very good phone for the price does the same as premium name phones at a fraction of the cost. I recommend this phone for anyone looking for a everyday value phone.

Just bought this for my son. Easy to use. Lovely big screen, very clear. Easy to set up, no issues. Good battery life, loving the fingerprint reader which again was easy to set up. Only had a few days but really happy with purchase.

Well having never had this brand before I gave it a try. It’s a really good phone loads of storage and a very decent battery life . You have a good choice of cases available for this phone too. All in all this is a very good phone and the only thing I would say is the fingerprint reader is a bit small if you have big hands.

Surprised at the performance of the phone and how clear the screen is etc. Its really great.
Easy to use as well, and if you want there is a simple mode which makes using it very easy.

Absolute bargain.
I was using an old iPhone 4 as a work phone and whilst it was ok, it’s no patch on my IPhone 12 that I use personally.
I decided to take a gamble in a 100 phone and after doing some research I found the Ulefone Note9, what a find!
I have never bought a low end Chinese phone but the responsiveness of my old iPhone was driving me nuts.
The key driver for me was a phone that was more responsive that an iphone 4 and I found it, in fact it’s as good as my max pro.

The only negative is that face and fingerprint login can be a little hit and miss and in that case you need to enter your pin and press the enter key on the phone as it won’t recognise your pin length.
If your looking for an inexpensive phone, either as a second phone or as a work phone then this is ideal!

Sorry I can’t get excited about a phone . This does everything I need. Love the battery life and the ease of use . Android phones are so much better without the endless padding others use . No names but you now them . 12 gig on my tablet padding . So 4gig for me THANKS .

Why spend more when you get everything you need for the price?
Wanted a large phone to use for social media,browsing the internet and to watch films.
This ticks all those boxes was easy to setup and has some nice features. Only being using it for a week. No problems to report so far. It seems as fast as my old phone as galaxy A7. It’s 4g is fast through the EE Network.
The jury is out for the battery. It will easily last a day, but I was expecting more.
Don’t like the fingerprint sensor which is on the back of the phone. Wrong place to put it, especially if you have a wallet type case for it, which makes it almost unusable.
Everything else is great. I think most brand name phones are heavily over engineered and pricey these days. This does everything a brand name one will do at a quarter of the cost.
I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants a practical budget phone. No big frills, no fancy name and very cheap. Also from what I have seen, ulefone give good support for it to. No middle men to deal with.
