Really nice solar lantern looks fab on my garden table in the evening, will definitely purchase another one.
Love this and will be buying more looks effective just what I wanted , I ordered this afternoon and just been delivered .
It’s easy to test these for a few days in summer and come to a quick conclusion, but this has had two seasons and only one of them has been in the sun.
The handle isn’t particularly well secured – it blew off the original hook, though it’s worth noting that the lamp survived a fall from four feet onto concrete – and the solar panel certainly isn’t getting much light at this time of year – yet the light remains bright for a good part of the evening (easily a couple of hours even in winter conditions and freezing weather) and more to the point it’s still working where many similar products wouldn’t be.
As a table top light it casts a lovely pattern and a warm light, and the metal lantern ages nicely outdoors.
Really cannot fault it for the price, but it gets five stars because you’ll buy it for summer garden plans and autumn evenings on the patio, but it’ll still cast a warm light into winter.
This is an absolutely gorgeous lamp! Solar powered, with a Moroccan look and when lit it’s so beautiful Works well, is lightweight and bright. When charged up by a sunny day it lasts most of the night. Love this! Delightful. Looks a lot more expensive than it was.

initially was going to use in the garden but I left it on the window ledge by mistake and in the evening it lit up beautifully so I have left it there and love how pretty it is
This looks lovely at night.
It is only really designed for the summer, in a South to West facing position with plenty of direct sunlight. Don’t expect the light to last long in the winter due to shorter days and less intense sunlight.
Do not make the mistake of turning it off to allow the charge to increase without it turning on at night — if the switch is off, yes it will not turn on but it will not charge either because the switch breaks the circuit.
They last all night and are not too bright. Just right.
My only real grumble with this is that it’s quite dull. This has been placed in amongst by floor covering plants and looks lovely at night with its soft glow. It’s relatively big as well so stands out nicely.
A beautifully designed, bronze coloured, metal lantern. Measuring 18cm high with a width of approximately 16.5cm, this is the perfect size lantern for a garden table centrepiece.
It feels robust and well made. There is an on/off switch and a small led light under the removable solar panelled lid.
The panel comes already charged so worked on the first evening. It needs to packed in direct sunlight for the light to remain this bright, which is of course expected for a solar light!
The light effect and the pattern that surrounds the lantern in a evening is stunning.

I’m using this as the centrepiece of my garden table and it looks great at night when it casts its shadow. it will turn on and dusk and off at dawn and it was still going at 4 am when I got up for an early shift so battery life and charging seem to be working very well, it looks really great too, I think it’s also really good value for money so I give it 5 stars.
Beautiful solar lights that produce an excellent looking colour at night. It will spread across a nice amount of area, and produces light in a pattern. It is lightweight, it can be installed very easily, the material of the product itself is very nice and strong. It will not damage very easily. The shape of the product is nice and different which makes it quite unique in its own way! It can be hanged onto something easily as it has its own hook. Definitely recommend!
Diese Laterne hat eine auergewhnliche Form. Sie ist eher kugelig mit dicken Streben, welche die gut gestanzten Metallplatten miteinander verbinden.
Sie hat ein schnes Muster, welches ein hbsches Schattenspiel auf den Boden zaubert.
Man muss die Laterne aber nicht zwingend auf den Boden stellen, sondern kann sie auch mit Hilfe des stabilen Metall-Bgels an einen Balken, Baum etc. hngen.
Das LED-Licht ist eher zart und dient nur der gezielten, sphrischen Illumination, anstatt etwas auszuleuchten.

Die Metall-Laterne wurde gut verarbeitet, kann auf dem Boden stehen, als auch am stabilen Metall-Bgel aufgehngt werden.
Das LED-Licht wirkt durch die goldene Innenseite sehr warm und gefllt mir ausgesprochen gut.

This light is very easy to use. You turn it over and turn on the switch underneath, peel off the transparent covering on the solar panel, and put the light wherever you want it. It has a hook on the top; you can use this to hang it, or you can just place it on to a suitable flat surface. We have hung it on a shepherd’s crook stake.
It arrived already charged, so in spite of overcast weather we were able to use it the first night after it arrived. My wife loves solar lights, and waxed lyrical about this one:
“Hanging it up makes full use of the beautiful patterns it projects onto the surrounding area. I have a smaller teardrop-shaped light, which throws off some excellent shadows and patterns, but this is a cut above. The light golden colour looks good enough in the day, but magical at night.”

From close look, the lantern is not perfect, especially on the joint places where the vertical strips with the pattern are connected together.. But at night, the lantern turns magical.. covering wide area with stunning design..
The solar panel has only one switch button On/Off so very easy to use as long lantern is placed in most sunny place, it should work all the time.
Lantern is made of metal so there is high risk of corrosion..Surely some places are missing the paint coating so by few months time probably I will see some damages…
The solar panel sits within the lantern top opening hole and there is nothing else securing it so if wind falls the lantern over it may comes out. Lantern is pretty lightweight so I may put some small sandbags or few rocks inside to keep it in place. Even wind will not move it.. The other, similar looking, lantern I have once felt down the table on windy day so I learned the lesson and make it heavy 😉 obviously the pattern effect hasn’t been affected..
One lantern for 19 pound is a bit expensive in my opinion…
A pretty solar lamp. A rustic looking hanging lantern. I found that it throws out a subtle romantic light. The light throws out lovely patterns on the patio as you can see in my picture of the light on my table. On the table because when I hang it outside to take a photo the security light comes on and consequently the lamp goes off. A the moment I have it hung on the patio but when winter sets in I will bring it in and save it ready for next year.
I love this light. It sits on the garden table and shines brightly around the garden. It’s very pretty. I might move it to the front door as I don’t have a light out there.
I love this light – it is made of metal and you just pull out the solar panel to switch it on before using and then replace. I put this on my windowsill where it gets a lot of light during the day and in the evening it comes on as soon as it gets dark, even though I have the lights on in the room ( I guess the window is dark enough to activate it). It looks far more expensive than it is and is a very attractive decorative object in its own right.
This Moroccan style outdoor solar lantern is large and very pretty.
Solar lighting is very popular, and with good reason. This lanterns size is a real plus as it makes it a nice feature whether it is hung or placed on the ground. It is indeed waterproof and having charged throughout the day it does automatically turn on as the evening gets darker.
I was surprised at how light weight it was when I received it and because of this, in windy weather it will need to be attached firmly.
This solar lantern would make a lovely gift for any occasion, for either sex, and does indeed make a very attractive addition to any garden. I have given it 4 stars because I feel that it is a bit expensive considering the lightness of its construction.
This is an attractive Moroccan style solar lantern by Newvivid that can be left out to charge up in all weathers as it is IPX4 rated — it can also be used indoors once charged up. The LED, battery and solar panel are in a single small unit that fits into the top of the lantern and can be easily removed and replaced as required. Being a small unit the battery itself is compact so doesn’t hold much of a charge and only lights the LED lamp for a couple of hours each evening – even on a full charge. Although this is a good looking lantern I feel it is somewhat overpriced at around nineteen pounds currently from Amazon — and it really needs a larger capacity battery and better LED display to justify this price. Three stars for value and five stars for looks — so a four star average.
This gives off a lovely light pattern even after a fairly dull day (as shown on photo). It’s reasonably well made but it could be better given the price. I suppose ultimately longevity is what I’m looking for in any garden lighting and this doesn’t look very durable. I would definitely bring it in for winter as it doesn’t feel tough enough to withstand heavy storms and winter.
It’s a beautiful light but the price is quite high.
I have lots of solar lights in my garden and I love them all. I have to say this is the best I have by far. When it arrived I took it out of the packaging and switched it on and then hung in the garden. It came on as soon as it got dark and was still shining at 6.00am the following morning. The glow it emits is lovely and the pattern is attractive. I think this is very well made and everyone who has seen it has commented how nice it looks.
I think 18.99 is a really good price for this lantern and I am going to order another for the other side of the garden as I am so impressed. A five star product.
This is a beautiful solar lamp, very Middle Eastern in pattern and design. I have a similar one and out of all my solar lights these are my favourites. Not only do they give good illumination the pattern they produce is truly stunning. We tend to hang them off a tent hook over the patio area that way that way you see the whole pattern on the wall and patio floor.
Lightweight but good quality, well packaged and priced just right.
At time of review this cost 18.99 and I think it’s worth it.
Our garden has MANY lights lol, looks like a fairy glen. We have two other big solar lights and this fits in with them beautifully.
The pattern this gives off lights up any garden.
Mine doesn’t look like the stock photo though, it’s bronze with a black mark down every side of it, but it I quite like it.
The only niggle with a fair few lights is that the pack just pops on top and you hope it doesn’t fall out in high wind. I’d like to have a decent clip to click it into please!!
In another few weeks we will be Wintering them, switching them off, even though they can stay out all year around, if there’s hardly any sun why leave them out. Hopefully they’ll still work next year 😀

Solar stuff always worries me, the amount t I’ve had over the years that just do the last…. it does seem technology is gradually moving along though. I can’t comment of this will work long term as I have to write yhe reviews within 30 days and the real test of good solar stuff is time…..
So far so good though. Got it out of its package and switched switched to on and placed it outside to soak up some daylight ad per the instructures. They advise to give it a full charge (like any battery) before using it, so ideally get it outside in the morning.
It comes with a hanger which I’ve decided to use, but if you place it on the floor it makes a very cool pattern so I might move it! Decent brightness even in evening light (my pictures are dusk rather than full night time). Quite a Moroccan feel to the design so that’s a bonus if that’s your sort of thing.
At 18.99 its up there as a more expensive bit of solar kit you get just one for this price. Hopefully that means it’ll be a good item and last a long time….. all I can say is that it has worked so far!
This is a really pretty solar lantern light. When lit it casts the cut out design from the sides around itself. It has a simple switch on and off and a handle to hang it with. I love it!
This solar lamp looks lovely on my garden table. It isn’t particularly bright but it creates nice patterns of subtle light that looks really pretty, particularly in a slight breeze when it is hung up. You can hang it from a Shepard’s hook, tree branch or pop it on a table. I have other solar lighting in my garden that this bronze colour matches well with. I really like this and hope it stands the test of time.

Die Lampe ldt auch auf wenn man sie innen aufs Fensterbrett stellt, also nicht nur im Auenbereich.
Auf den Boden werden schne Licht Muster reflektiert und wenn sie viel Sonne tanken kann dann leuchtet sie auch die ganze Nacht hindurch, egal ob im Garten, an einem Ast hngend, auf Balkon/Terrasse oder auf dem Wohnzimmerboden.
Einfach in die Sonne stellen dann Deckel abnehmen und den Schalter auf der Unterseite auf ON stellen.
Wer mchte lsst den Schalter auf ON die Laterne schaltet sich dann immer bei Dunkelheit ein und sobald es wieder hell wird aus.
Die Laterne ist mit IP 44 Spritzwassergeschtzt aber nicht Wasserdicht.
Ich habe diese Solarlaterne im Rahmen des Vine Programms unentgeltlich bestellen drfen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt kostete die Laterne 22,99 Euro. Nun nehme ich meine obligatorische Rezension vor, diese fllt selbstverstndlich unvoreingenommen und unabhngig aus.
Anbei ein paar Bilder und ein Video, die ich fr Sie aufgenommen habe. So mchte ich einerseits meine Ausfhrungen unterstreichen und andererseits Ihnen echte, d.h. ungeschnte Bilder zur Verfgung stellen. So knnen Sie sich eine eigene Meinung bilden.
Wie Sie den Bildern etnehmen knnen, habe ich die Laterne auf einen Tisch gestellt. Da sie aber ber einen Bgel betrgt, knnte man sie auch aufhngen. Die Laterne macht zwar tagsber keine schlechte Figur, ist aber eher unscheinbar. Zur Geltung kommt sie erst in den Abendstunden, wenn die Umgebung dunkel ist. Dann wirft sie mit einem warmen Licht Muster in ihre Umgebung und schafft so eine wohlige, fast zauberhafte Atmosphre.
Damit das auch mglichst lange funktioniert, sollte man die Laterne so positionieren, dass das Solarpanel eine freie Sicht auf den Himmel hat und so mglichst viel Sonnenlicht tanken kann. Nur so kann der Akku effektiv aufgeladen werden. Inwieweit effektiv das Ganze im Herbst und Winter funktionieren wird, werden wir sehen. Jetzt aber leuchtet die Laterne lnger als dass wir es schaffen wach zu bleiben.

It may just look like most Moroccan -themed solar lanterns. But it looks amazing when it gets dark.
I like how it reflects its shadow on the ground/garden table when it gets dark, which I believe is its selling point.
As per its battery capacity, I exposed it to direct sunlight for more than 8 hrs, and I was surprised that it worked for more than 10hrs. No stir, so I find it impressive. Tho, of course, it is a different story when it gets cloudy or rainy. It has automatic dusk to dawn light sensor, which is pretty standard for most outdoor lights.
You can hang it or place it on the ground or garden table. But, of course, you can also put it indoors once it is fully charged.
It is made from an unspecified type of metal, which makes me question if it rusts in the long run.
Overall, I find it highly recommendable.
….auf den Bildern wirkt sie jedoch viel grer. Deshalb auch der Abzug. Aber es ist eine nette Leuchte, die am Aufhngen kann oder in die Beete stellen. Ich verteile gerne solche Lichtpunkte im Garten und somit ist sie eine Bereicherung. Wie lange die Zellen halten, wird sich noch im Dauereinsatz zeigen.

Die Solarlampe ist geeignet als Balkon- und Gartendeko, mit ihrem schnen Ornamentmuster sieht sich nicht nur am Tage toll aus sondern wirft auch in der Nacht sehr tolle Schatten und ist berall ein toller Eyecatcher.
Dank des Metallbgels, kann die Lampe quasi fast berall aufgehngt werden, lediglich die Sonne muss Tagsber zur Ladung darauf scheinen. Eine komplett geladene Laterne hat fr ca 6-8 Stunden gengend Energie zum Betrieb der Warmweisen LED welche hier zum Einsatz kommt.
Das Metallgehuse ist sehr gut verarbeitet und hat am Tage als weiteres optisches Highlight eine dunkle Frbung inmitten der Ornamente. So wird der Eindruck einer mit richtigen Kerzen betriebenen Lampe erweckt.
Wir finden dass diese Lampe wirklich toll aussieht und auch das Licht-/ Schattenspiel ist absolut klasse. Auch als Geschenk macht sich diese Lampe sicherlich absolut Klasse.
Fr diese Zierde, egal ob im Freien oder auf der Fensterbank aufgestellt gibt es volle 5 Sterne.
Ich habe mir diese Laterne fr den Aussenbereich bestellt. Dort soll sie bei Wind und Wetter zu Dekorationszwecken stehen. Daher war mir wichtig, dass die Lampe ganz ohne Stromanschluss und ohne aktives Ein und Ausschalten funktioniert.
Diese Laterne ldt sich mittels Solar auf und beginnt bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit ihren Leuchtdienst.
Die Laterne selbst ist eher Kupfer Farben aber sonst sehr schick. Die Muster die sie bei Dunkelheit wirft sind wunderschn und ein echter Hingucker.

Ich liebe es, wenn abends in der Dmmerung unsere Solarlampen angehen. Die Solarlaterne von newvivid hat einen orientalischen Style, das gefllt mir sehr gut. Nachdem man den On-Schalter aktiviert hat, geht schon das Laden los. Selbst bei regnerischen Tagen funktioniert es (dann leuchtet die Lampe aber nicht so lange). Die Lampe zaubert ein hbsches Muster rundherum und leuchtet schn warmhell.
Die Solarlampe gefllt mir bereits beim Auspacken sehr gut, sie hat eine schne Gre und eine tolle Form, man kann sie sowohl hinstellen, als auch aufhngen.
Ich habe die Lampe nun bei uns auf der Terrasse auf den Boden gestellt, sie beginnt in der Dmmerung schn zu leuchten und je nachdem wieviel Sonnenlicht sie tagsber abbekommen hat leuchtet sie dann auch einige Stunden bis die ganze Nacht schn durch.
Da die Lampe sehr gut verarbeitet ist und mir das orientalisch anmutende Muster zudem gut gefllt, vergebe ich sehr gerne fnf Sterne.
Auf der Terrasse mgen wir gerne Abends Licht und da sind Solarleuchten immer eine super Sache.

Diese gelieferte MEtall Solarlampe, macht schon beim auspacken Freude. Alles ist hier sauber und grndlich verarbeitet und ich finde die Optik echt toll. Die Lampe ldt sich den ganzen Tag ber auf und sobald es dunkel wird, geht sie dann an. Sie macht ein schnes Licht und Dank des Korbs, hat man auch noch ein schnes Muster auf dem Tisch und der Tischdecke. Sieht toll aus und ist eine schne Leuchte und ist auch ein prima Geschenk.
When the light first arrived, I wasn’t holding out much confidence in it. It is a light plastic structure, with a thin light at the top of it. After being charged and connected to our fence, it looks really nice of an evening. You don’t see the plastic item or what appears to be a poorly painted object, but of a dark evening, with the light shining through it really is nice..
Die Lampe macht sich richtig gut in unserem Garten. Ich habe sie in unseren Flieder gehngt. Die Lampe ldt sich tagsber auf. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit fngt sie dann an leuchten. Das Licht ist sehr schn, sehr warm und zaubert eine wunderbare Stimmung.
Diese schicke LED-Lampe ist eine absolute Bereicherung fr unseren Garten. Sie hngt nun schon seit ein paar Tagen in einer der Paulownien und gibt abends bei einsetzender Dmmerung ein wundervolles Licht.
Dazu strahlt sie dann wunderschn nach unten ab, in einem Radius von 2 cm da sie in knapp 3m gehngt ist. Optisch wirkt sie sehr orientalisch/marokkanisch. Egal….einfach wunderschn ist sie !
Der Akku ist ber die LED zuverlssig bisher und schaltet selbst bei aktuell bewlktem Wetter.
Als Fazit…eine wunderschne Lampe in sehr schnem edlem Design.

Ich benutze diese Lampe in meinem Wohnzimmer.
Wir bekommen nchstes Jahr endlich einen Balkon und diese Solarlampe ist genau mein Ding.
Mir geht es bei dieser Lampe nicht um die uerliche Optik, sondern um das Licht und die Schattenmuster.
Wie gesagt, steht die Lampe aktuell noch im Wohnzimmer.
Tagsber stelle ich die Lampe ans Fenster und abends wandert die Lampe auf den Boden oder ins Regal.
An sonnigen Tagen ldt sich die Lampe sehr gut auf und brennt dann bis tief in die Nacht hinein.
An bewlkten Tagen brennt die Lampe ca 1-2 Stunden.
Man kann den oberen Deckel entfernen.
Unter dem Deckel sitzt die kleine Lampe und der Powerknopf.
Lsst man den Knopf auf on” dann fngt die Lampe automatisch an zu brennen, wenn es dunkel wird.
Sie geht auch wieder aus, wenn es hell wird.
Wenn man mchte kann man in die Lampe auch eine Kerze stellen.
Fazit:
Die Schattenmuster die diese Lampe auf den Boden wirft, sehen wunderschn aus.
An bewlkten Tagen ist die Brennzeit nicht von langer Dauer.
An sonnigen Tagen brennt die Lampe die ganze Nacht.
Ich empfehle diese Lampe sehr gerne weiter.
So what we have here is a thin and light metal ball with some nice Morrocan style designs cut into it, with a solar powered light at the top. The downward pointing light shines through the design and onto the surrounding area. It’s a very nice effect whether hanging by the handle or placed on the ground, although the backlit design is more defined with it standing on a surface.
Given the simple components it does seem a bit expensive, especially if you want a few of them around the garden but it is attractive.
The lantern comes boxed with polystyrene protection and was much lighter than I expected. The solar module has an on-off slider switch under a protective cover and the module seems well protected and sealed against the elements. The lamp is brightly plated, inside and out, and, because the illumination is from a single, very bright white LED, the lamp glows brightly and casts a pattern around the lamp. This is a very pretty lantern and would look good as an evening table decoration or hung from a wall hook where the patterns from the lamp would be seen at their best. After a day charging the lamp was still bright after 6 hours so the claimed 8 hours seems reasonable. A very pretty lantern.
