This is one of the best wireless car chargers I have ever used. Support fast wireless charging plus what surprised me the automatic phone holder which you put your phone and the holder will close on it automatically and when you want to release just you press the button and the motor will release the phone automatically.
What I like about it as well is the versatility of this unit, you can mount it on car air vents, dashboard or windshield and you can adjust the length, angle.
Once phone is placed on it, it adjust the size automatically for beest contact on wireless charger.
Be aware the chaging won’t work if you phone case doesn’t support wireless charging.
I love this product. It is very efficient to charge the battery of the phone.
Best charger I’ve had. Stable mount and keeps the phone charged unlike other wireless chargers that stop when the battery is full. Very quiet as well and has unternal battery that opens and closes the clamps without pwr from the car, very useful if you cigarette lighter is supplied with pwr only when ignition is on. Recommended
Bought this for my husband as the charger/holder he had kept opening and dropping his phone. This has an excellent design where the arms and feet adjust up and down to hold your phone snug and puts it in the right position for charging. Also stays connected for a few minutes after switching off the ignition if you have forgotten to release your phone.

Works really well. Can mount 2 ways either on the window or on air vent. Really easy to place and remove your phone. Has a battery so works even after the car engine has been turned off.

Does what it says on the tin. Works well looks neat I use it with an iPhone XS Max and it fits well. Base is adjustable so will also work with smaller phones. Will get one for the mrs to now I know it works well
it does work well. does exactly what would you expect. you place the phone on it and it closes itself automatically to hold the phone in place and starts charging it…. when you wanna take your phone you just touch button on the side and it quickly realise the phone and you are good to go…

The charging power isn’t amazing, but it does the job and puts in more than running Google Maps takes out.
My only issue is that being plastic it does feel like it light break at some point. Spray painted aluminium as an option would be great.
Slick product. Strong sticky suction thing, I have mine on the dash. Great charging power, continues to charge with multiple apps open, including google maps. Amazing aftercare and service, was contacted to see if there was anything I was unhappy with.

Excellent bit of kit, really handy as I am multi drop delivery driver so not having to mess with cables is great as always in and out. I actually have two of these and use a fast usb socket for both. Quite superior to past purchases so really happy!
Really handful and amazing product. The fact of having a holder with a wireless charging ability makes you rest assured your phone not to die on you while GPS consuming the battery! Nothing to complain so far. The only thing I noticed is that the charging power is not as good as charging from a wall plug. But overall is good to have. The holder hold the phone very well.

Very good product, only problem is the suction doesn’t stay solid for a long time. Can you send me a new suction for it please.
Only reason for 4 star rating is that once the phone is in place, if ignition is switched off and no power is going to the charger, you cant take your phone out, which means you have to always take it out when there is power going to it which is just a habit. The other reason is it can get annoying sometimes as the 2 button or touch pads at the sides can be easily triggered and your phone will fly right out.

The car charger I have found to be very good, with no problems installing the charger , the cradle automatically closes firmly, and holds my phone very well, I find it a very good addition to my vehicle , I currently drive a Nissan Navara D40 and I do some off road work with it and never had my phone fall from the mou
If using with a larger phone, you can pull the bottom clip and adjust the phone position downward, this brings it into contact with the charging coil.
26/12/20: I had cause to talk with support about an issue I was having, without question they shipped me a new unit, cannot ask for better support and so I can very much recommend this unit and if you have issues, SONRU support will look after you.
Excellent product. Easy to install and stuck securely to the windscreen with no shaking. Phone holder part closes automatically when you place the phone in it and grips tight. My phone has never once fallen out.

I now have two of these. After having issues with other chargers not holding, or restrictive on adjustment I have found the SONRU perfectly adaptable to 3 cars with very different dash/window layouts.
My first one developed an issue with the clamp auto close failing after 8 months (Still charged and could be close manually) but SONRU customer service has been excellent and they offered me a no quibble replacement straight away.

Product is a good one. Has a different attachment incase you don’t want to use the suction cup for the window. Which was good. Wireless charging, charges the phone faster than I was expecting. The ease of the automatic grip is nice and the grip strength is very good. I’ve had no issue with this product so far. It’s well built and works very well.

Great Product!
Worked fine for a week, then stopped working, I contacted the seller who were extremely helpful and got a replacement to me very quickly.
This works well, the charging is fast, charges whilst using Google Maps for navigation and stops battery % from dropping. The arms grip the phone well and I have had no issues with the coming loose. It mounts well on the windscreen, I have also had it mounted on the dashboard, both seemed to hold firmly.

Nice product. I really needed this product as I am doing fast food delivery. Easy to install. Holds the phone very well. Charhing power is as advertised keeping my phone fully charged all day long. Really happy with the product. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of other delivery drivers.

The Sonru car phone charger is great. It attached to the screen well and solidly holds the phone in position without vibration. It doesn’t charge fast but I haven’t used a fast charge USB socket. This fine by me as my iPhone 11 holds charge well and don’t want to fast charge all the time.
Actually quite good. Didn’t like the auto open and close but now it is normal and I like it. Just put phone in the cradle and when I start the engine it grabs the phone. Really cool. Bought one for my wife too now. The charger is good as long as it is not in direct sunlight.
Purchased this for a long distance trip to the lake district. Did the job. Easy to install, great adjustability and all round good product.
I have only attached it to the dashboard and the sticky cup ticks well even over rough/ bumpy roads and supports my S10 in a case no problem whilst providing constant charge.
I did however experience a bit of a temperamental charging issue after a couple of uses which was quickly rectified by the Sonru Sales team and can report no further issues experienced.

Easy to install – I’ve clipped it onto the airvent in my Ford S-Max.
You just have to get used to not cupping your hand around it, which releases the clamp.
But works well and charges my Pixel 3XL nicely.
The suction power is fantastic on this, I did find it a little hard to set up, and the included power lead is a little too short, however it hasn’t fallen down at all so far, and it charges so fast !
After a first faulty item received, I was sent another one to replace it for free and so far this one works really well, it has fast wireless charging and it holds the phone steady. Excellent customer service.
This is excellent phone holder , fits well in air vent very little movement, very secure pad to will affix to both windscreen and dashboard, opening and closing to hold the phone brilliant idea saves all messing about with cables and charges well in my experience with I phone would highly recommend this product, did have a problem with product initially but was sorted out quickly by the company who seem to really care about customer service, so if you do hit problem think it is safe to say they will go out of their way to rectify.
This is the best car charger I’ve ever had. I’ve used other makes but they don’t even come close. In the hot weather that we have just had I had a message from the company offering a replacement sticky suction pad for free. This was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise.

Quite a lot to pay for just a in car charger/holder at over 20 but I thought it would be really cool and useful to have a automatic clamping holder/charger. Cable is a little short but very cool item and saves having to use both hands to secure my phone. First one was faulty however excellent customer service team worked hard to make sure I had a replacement very quickly.
I have been searching and searching for one of these wireless chargers for the car and finally I found one I’m happy with. This is just fantastic. Works like a dream and its FAST! Suction cup is strong, even if you use the thing fully extended! Just cannot fault this and if it ever dies (although I’ve been using this for about a year now and it’s still going strong) I will get another one instantly. Fantastic.
It took some time to find a suitable position for the phone holder using the screen suction cup, other than that it’s ok.

Does a great job of holding my phone nicely (and watching it grab on is pretty satisfying), the wireless charging keeps it going (not as quick as wired charging but not meant to be) my only criticism was i could of done with a longer cable but thats down to my cars usb placement so
I love this charger. I got two for my cars late last year and they developed a random issue that others have noticed. The charger randomly opens up and releases the phone without anyone touching it. I replaced the USB power charger and that didn’t fix it. I contacted Sonru and they replaced them both free of charge. Excellent customer service and I couldn’t be happier. Lets hope that the new units have this issue sorted out . Fingers crossed!
Great product, easy install, good quality, only small comment I’d make is the charging time.
I made a comparison with plugging my phone in using a branded cable and charge time was 1.5 hours, when i put this onto the Sonru it said it would take 2.5 hours – this is fine if you on a longer journey.
This thing is awesome! Expected it to be a bit shoddy, but was really surprised by the quality and how well it works. The best thing being the automatic electronic clamping of the phone when you put it on. Its just really cool and despite just being a phone holder, definitely will impress passengers when they see it.
Good product on the charge and stability , the only bad thing is that the ball that sustains the phone after a long period of time and bad paths can broke easily, but sonru helped with everything when I expose my situation, so 5*
A great product. Good quality. Depending on your phone case is whether the charging works, mine is rubber so it didn’t like it but my daughters plastic one worked perfectly. It has room for large cases. It stuck almost like glue to the dash. The cable could be a bit longer but it’s just USB c to USB 2.
I’m on my second product as the first encountered a problem with one of the arms after the first use. The seller (XSHelectronics) immediately arranged a replacement at no charge to myself.
So far there has been no issues with the second product & it’s a great holder & charger. I’ve been using the suction pad on my dash & it seems nice & secure

Just had this product for 24 hours, it was quite easy to install and seems to do the charging quite well. In the car it’s not fast charging but this is because I don’t have an adapter, I tested the capability in my home and it does reach full fast charge as stated (fact-checked). Overall i’m pretty satisfied so far, it does wobble ever so slightly during use but this is nothing major and a minor thing. I will be recommending this to friends and family.

This was a birthday gift for someone close. I was satisfied straight out of the box. Everything works smooth and no jams. Fits in every car, all you have to do is press one of the side buttons to open the clamp and once you put your phone inside it will automatically close. The mechanism is extremely quiet which was a nice touch and surprise. Overall, very happy with this product.

Really quick delivery and happy with the product, however the suction pad is really sticky… so have not mounted it on the window screen yet. I’m using the air vent fixture that is really good. The electronic clamp is really good and firm and the 2 buttons on the side are very sensitive which is great for unmounting.
Product is exactly as described. Sturdy, simple to use and charges my phone quick (I had to get a fast charger to get the max charging speed for my iphone Xs).
My first unit had a fault which meant it randomly opened/closed occasionally, but I contacted support and a replacement was sent out immediately (which I just got/tested) and now everything working fine. Very fast support!

Received this product a few days ago.
Replaced my older model of this charger – really like the opening mechanism, which feels much more sturdy compared to the previous model.
Took a few attempts to get everything to stay in place without falling off – but I think this was more user error – once I got everything to stay in place – and tightened everything, it’s been brilliant.

Very impressed with this phone holder. I bought a similar device from eBay about 3 months ago and it kept randomly opening on its own which would cause my phone to go flying around the car. So far this device is great no issues, holds my iPhone XR perfectly, the suction part is very Strong and holds on to my dashboard with no issues. Would highly recommend to all.
This little gadget does actually work!! It’s stays put even with the arm and cradle extended out. It can twist and turn to give different views. It’s not chunky so looks fine stuck to my dash. It charges instantly with the usb cable, i have a usb adaptor in the lighter socket nearest to the dash, and as long as your phone case is not metal I changed to a plastic cover and I love it.
I have tried several car phone holders in the past. None even come close to this product. It is easy to install with two options – you can clip it onto your air vents or use the suction cup which can be attached to the windscreen or dashboard. I attached mine to the dashboard and it is absolutely solid. The automatic clamping is brilliant and is extremely sturdy. I have a Samsung S10 plus which is a very large phone and have also used it with my son’s iPhone 8. Both lock up nicely in the clamp and the wireless charging kicks in to keep your phone charged up whilst in use at the perfect angle for use whilst driving.
This is a class addition to the car and looks really smooth in grabbing the phone straight away.
The only downside is that 12v isn’t as powerful (even with a quick charge USB) to give your phone the full power of QI charging. So as long as you don’t expect it to supercharge your phone and are just happy with the convenience of not messing around with plugging it in.
Overall was quite impressed. Charges ok and holds phone in place. Does not charge any better with the suggested lighter adapter.
Decent product, sometimes opens without being touched which is annoying
I purchased the product and was initially disappointed to learn that it won’t charge my Iphone when in my phone case, however after speaking with Lily from customer services who was very helpful, I have decided to keep the unit and simply remove my case instead. As the underlying issue is simply that my phone case is too thick (it has a credit card area at the rear of the phone – which is the problem)
The product is great and as other reviewers have mentioned, my friends are family are asking for one as a present 😉

What can I say? The charger bit works! Tried installing it on my dashboard; it unstuck within the hour! Tried the vent holder; it fell out within 10 minutes!

I love this product. I’ve used it for several long car journeys. It sits firmly on my car vent and tightly holds my phone. I absolutely love the auto-lock mechanism when it detects my phone on the car holder. It charges my phone up very quickly in comparison to other phone chargers I’ve used. Also, it looks very neat, very impressive when showing friends and a very handy car accessory.

After speaking to the customer service they supplied me with a replacement so I will update this review after using the car charger to see if the problem still persists.
I’ve used a number of different phone holders and this has to be the best one ever. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and my wife has a Samsung Note 8 and even with cases on these large phones, they both are held very securely in the holder and charge wirelessly very quickly. It fits very securely in my car and the phone doesn’t move even over bumpy roads. The best thing is the automatic clamping, you just need to put the phone in the holder and it clamps it tight. You then just need to move your finger over the release button to allow the clamp to automatically open.
Having recently purchased the soneru wireless car charger it seems to have fundamental flaw which is that it the power supply to the device is interrupted and then re-established the clamps open and the phone falls out. This will happen every time the car is started including when the car is restarted after a stall.
This is unsafe and the distraction of the phone falling out could cause an accident or the phone could be damaged when it falls out.
Is this how the device is supposed to work and can this be prevented from happening so that the phone is retained in the cradle until a positive action by the user is initiated.
Excellent product very very happy with it charges my s10 from about 40 percent to fully charged in just over an hour which is excellent. The phone holder is excellent, it is very stylish and it has sensors on both side which detects and opens up the clamp. It comes with a windscreen suction mount, air vent clip and 1m long cable, as well as the holder itself. The air vent clip is very strong and secure, which will stay in place for a very long time compared to my previous one. I would definitely recommend this product. Also the customer service is very professional and helpful and they respond back extremely quickly.
Fantastic and cool product. Silicone suction cap with the extra sticky gel coat gives it the ultimate sucking power, perfect for someone like me who prefer to install the holder beside the steering, rather than on the front screen. But the best of all, is the holder itself. All you need is place your phone on it, and it would closes and grabs by itself. No more dangling or plugging with the cable, so easy to use. A wonderful kit all the drivers should have.

The wireless charging is always slower than physically plugging in the lightening cable but for my needs it’s perfect. The electronic grip and touch sensitive panel on the side is a brilliant party trick but you must make sure you take the phone out of the holder before you turn the car off. When the car is off there’s obviously no power to the unit so it remains closed and its a struggle to get your phone out. The grip auto closes when you put the phone into the cradle and turn the car on.

I have searched for a long time for a phone holder/charger that is as good as this. I have ordered similar products and have been disappointed. I have sent them all back.
This product works well, holds its grip and is rocky steady while driving. Simple, easy, one handed operation. I don’t have a single complaint. The electric grip is the icing on the cake and should not be confused with the cheaper gravity powered alternatives, which are rubbish in comparison.
Ordered this charger last week, but it was damaged, the sucction cup doesn’t stay on the windscreen, and it doesn’t charge my phone. The guys from SONRU accepted that the product was damaged and they sent me another one, arrived in only 1 day. It works perfectly, it charges my phone in the same time as an usual charger. Very easy to us and nice design, for ssuch a good price!
I love this product! If you have a wireless charging phone then I really recommend this charger, the automatic grip and release mechanism makes life very simple, particularly if you jump in and out of your car for lots of short trips, like me, and want to keep your phone with you at all times. It charges super fast and connects well to the car. I had a minor issue with one of the clips and was sent a brand new charger free of charge – I really only have positive comments about the seller – buy with confidence!

Absolutely amazing gadget that will help you stay with your hands free out from the phone. Good power suction while added to the dashboard but also when the air vents holes are used. It had a USB C connection and if used with a quick power charger connected to the 12v port it will charge your decide quick enough. The suction device that goes on the windshield or the dashboard uses a silicone grip that works on textured surfaces, so that plus the suction clip together works like steel. The motorized clamp arms are a great feature. The durability of the product is very good and the positions that you can choose are nice. I like the rotation and the height. Opens and closes to take / release phone. Only issue is you can press the release button when adjusting position of holder – but overall a very good product.
Really good quality product, feels good quality, sticks to screen really well and charges brilliantly.. can’t fault it at all.. and have had quite a few similar ones which don’t stick well or last very long Without falling apart..
The wireless charger works great too.. just connects via a usb c..
