Why It Doesn’t Work?
- Please make sure the switch is on. Cover the solar panel on the top of the light with your hand or flip it upside down, slightly push the on/off button to turn on the light to test if the solar light works. (The top can be opened and the switch button is inside. )
- If it doesn’t work, please charging it under direct sunlight without any shelter in the daytime. It is charging only when the button is turned to ON.
- Auto on/off from dusk to dawn. It doesn’t light up in the daytime or when another light shining on it since the solar light has built-in light-operated sensor element, make sure no other strong light shining on it at night.
- Installed it with no shade from Trees, Buildings, and far from exterior lighting sources like street lights.
Please Note:
- Please make sure to turn on the switch before use
- Prior to first use, please charge the outdoor solar lights light for 1 sunny day
- Please kindly note that as a solar-powered product, the working time is weather sensitive
- If battery capacity reduces over time, switch the light off for 3-5 sunny days in order to boost the batteries
- If the ground is too hard, do not forcefully twist or hammer it. Try to soften the ground with water and then insert into the ground

Easy to use and install.
Thought they were very pretty, but after 3 days one light stopped working.
I have bought several of these. So pretty at night make garden atmospheric. Sturdy. Easy to put together etc
After remembering to swith the switch to on, they worked a treat…flicker like a flame…
Purchased four and one has stopped working already. Other three are operating well and look really effective

These are very cool with the light flickering at night. I have these around my caravan when we go away and people always comment on how good they look
Had these a year now and not one issue. Placed in position in my garden, and as long as there is decent light during the day (Not downcast and raining), they burst into flame effect every night, lasting long into the night (About 8hrs). The flame effect is very real and they light up the bottom of my garden, recommend these to anyone.

When they arrived, they were smaller than I was expecting but they are listed as ‘small’ to be fair, I had bought some previously of another brand and loved them, these in spite of their size are just as pretty and also effective, lasting a good time on what British sun we have had. Easy to put together and use as are solar powered, and multiple uses.

Very good value for money, similar ones I’ve seen are much more expensive. They look pretty at night and give out a lovely warm light.
These are way better than I expected, they seem quite delicate and I guess a clout with a ball or dropping it could be terminal.
But they are very effective, great flickering effect and a lovely colour.

Excellent product. Light lasted all night. Easy to install though instructions for turning it on not clear, but I worked it out pretty quickly. Love the flickering effect.
Impressive looking. Comes in packs of four. An average garden in my view needs two packs for effect unless you have permanent garden background light.

These lights work really well and provide a good effect. Not as defined flame as the larger ones with 96 led but these have only 12 so what can you expect? They look great in their own right. Ordered more

These lights look great in the garden & the flickering flame look is very effective. I was worried these would be too small when I saw the box, but actually when assembled & out in the garden they look great & the light is bright & easily seen.
Once I realised after 2 days thinking they didnt work I took one to pieces and found an on off switch what an idiot but in my defence never used solar lights before and didnt no you had to turn them on no intructructions so everyone turn them onLOL

We’ve had few sets of solar lights over the years, (usually because they fail due to water ingress), these seem to be good, even with the wettest May for years, they seem to be holding their own, flickering flame effect is OK, (my wife was given a much bigger one that was really effective visually but stopped working after 2 weeks)

The flickering light effect is best viewed through the patterned sections of the torch, but these only account for half of it.

Having looked at the reviews of this product majority which were positive, I felt this was likely to be a great light. Well, let me tell you that I wasn’t disappointed! These lights are a pleasure to watch and given the price, I think they are a great value item that I would certainly recommend to others.

I love them except I have one that isnt working. The other 3 are amazing….I should return them but I’m going to try to get a refund or a replacement for just the one…..my daughter has them too, hers are great.
These are bright lights with a warm, flickering flame effect. The medium-sized spike helps them to stand out from my smaller lights. They seem to charge quickly and hold charge well. Recommendable.

I was looking for a replacement of the current lights that is coming to the end of its life. I found similar product to this one on one of the major supermarket but double the price. I am glad with this purchase and would buy it again!
Lovely lights. Easy to put together and on/off switch was easy to find. Was a bit worried when they arrived as they were not working even though I set switch to on. Normally there is a bit of charge to make them work. Put them outside and they did light up for a bit but soon went off. Today it has been sunny and they are still on 2.5 hours later.

The lights shine up well as a path marker. They need quite a bit of sun to keep them alight at night.
