J’ai t surpris par la qualit de ce couteau mme si je m’y attandais au faut du cot. Il est de trs bonne qualit et tranchant. Esthtiquement, il est trs agrable et fait son travail.
Couteau de trs grande qualit , trs tranchant ( attention les doigts ) design parfait , lame trs solide et martele . Satisfait de ce couteau certes un peu onreux mais je valide la qualit et les finitions remarquables du produit .

Il est super – tranchant.
Si il peut couper les lgumes
il aura aussi moult usages de coupes ( steaks etc )
