It a good size. Does what I want but has a little glitch when I need it to split screen. Not worth the hassle to send back. It does the internet well and works well with the wifi keyboard.
Purchased this o’ so cute laptop for my intensive course work at the beginning of Aug 2021. It came just on time and it was fairly easy to set – up. However, I must admit that I actually when to this product on Amazon and looked at the Q&A’s section below to find out how to set-up. The booklet this cute laptop came with just gave the basics of ‘how to set up’ but wasn’t in depth enough for my likings. I am so glad that Amazon had this section below the product as it helped me get to grips with setting up. Absolutely love that this laptop comes with all the accessories and at an affordable price too! It has really helped me finish my course work as well as fill in a complicated lengthy application form online. I would definitely recommend this product, not only is it so cute and good value for money but it also gives you the option to increase the storage space by getting a sd card, awesome!!

Easy to set up the screen is really clear and reacts fast to touch. The battery life seems good so far I didn’t use it for a couple of days and it only lost a couple of percent of charge all in all a good by and value for money.
It has a very good value for money and easy to use with the sufficient processing speed.
Had a minor issue BUT after speaking to the customer service team, this was sorted with ease and am very happy with the service I have received. Customer service 10/10 and should be very pleased with themselves. Tablet works like a dream and much better than my old one.

Usually, when you buy something, the after Sales service, is not as attentive compared to when the Sales rep wants to sell you something, but despite me having queries, the Cust. rep. had gone out of her way to assist and replied within the next working day……I simply can’t find any negative experience that I write here.
I wanted to also buy a laptop with the same Yestel company, but unfortunately they do not make any of these products.
All i can say is….What you waiting for….Just purchase it!

I only browse the internet and having a 10″ screen is perfect for my eyes rather than using my phone.

Purchased this package for my son, aged 9 who was being home schooled at the time. Has ran faultlessly for the past few months and has done everything that we have asked of it. Games, apps, videos all ran without problems. Good connectivity with the keyboard so he can practice his typing skills. No issues setting up my printer so he could print his work wirelessly. All in all a good value tablet for the money

I had a problem with the mouse, I contacted the seller through Amazon and they have IMMEDIATELY organised a replacement for me. THAT is customer service, I couldn’t be happier.
Bought this tablet for my 9 yr old and he absolutely loves it. It plays his games without any lag (unlike previous ones he has owned). Sadly after a few weeks the tablet stopped charging and then it wouldnt start up again. I emailed the Yestel customer service guys and they were extremely helpful. I posted the faulty tablet back and within a few days a new one had arrived and so far no problems with it at all. I recommend this for several reasons… for the price you pay you are getting a tablet which pretty much handles everything you throw at it with ease and it looks great. The customer service was excellent and made me feel valued as a customer. Many people who have reviewed this have said the customer service is second to none and I echo those comments. Its a shame the first tablet was faulty but these things happen and the customer service guys were focussed on getting me a replacement straight away.
Straight forward to set up, takes you through each stage very clearly. Sold through Amazon at very competitive price. Key board has a nice soft touch. Very generous offer from “YETEL” of a free voucher to upgrade with an extra 64GB of memory.

This tablet is very good and nice for the price. I really recommend this as it is very good quality. Was very easy to set up and fast to use. Staff were nice and quick to reply.
I am very happy with the tablet. It has a clear picture and very good sound quality. The battery also lasts well. It is a nice tablet for the price. I really just wanted it for watching Netflix, and other light tasks. The keyboard, mouse and other accessories were great too. Having a keyboard makes it much easier to send emails and the like, especially since it’s lightweight and can be taken on travels. I would usually wait til I had access to a computer before attempting to write anything more than a few lines. Now I can leave the laptop at home.
Easy to set up, took less than 10 minutes, great accessories, seems fine, early days but does everything I expected and want, love having the keyboard as part of the pack.
The Yestel 10in Phablet was very easy to set up, also the download for setting up was very fast. I found the keyboard and the mouse very easy to pair to the phablet. The touch screen is very responsive. Also the battery life for this phablet last a very long time.
Also I just wanted to say the company who sell this phablet have been in touch just to let me know if I have any problems at all with my Phablet they are there to help, I found that very reassuring.

The first tablet I received was non functioning and I had to return it. Since it has good reviews I decided to give this another shot just in case we got the odd bad apple. The second tablet started right up and worked perfectly. The package contains everything you need to use it as a small laptop and all components worked great. Very simple to set up and use.
I have used it for a few weeks now and it really is a brilliant tablet. The keyboard and mouse are great add ons and help create a mini PC. If you’re thinking of buying, I’d say go for it!

I wasn’t sure what to buy for my 8-yr old girl , money wasn’t sure on my side due to COVID-19 pandemic. So I gamble for this product. To be frank with you I have no regret at all. It’s working perfectly and my girl is so happy with.
Purchased to use for photo editing and does a great job. Touchscreen needs a solid press but has not created any problems, just needs getting used to. Screen is clear and bright and adjustable to your liking. Value for money.

This tablet comes with all possible accessories. It has a good quality screen and it seems to be really fast. Even when I was syncing my google account and downloading all the apps I was able to watch a youtube video at the same time. The sound is good as well. And I tried the bluetooth connection too, it was able to perfectly transfer files and connect to bluetooth devices. It comes with a case and a screen protector. the mouse and the keyboard that come with it are good too.

Customer service from Yestel has been superb. They’ve been super helpful in assisting with a replacement charger for me due to no fault of their own or the functionality of the original; simply a case of hospital staff losing the charger.

I researched this tablet before buying as my 9 year old daughter wanted a tablet and laptop to buy with her Christmas money. This has been perfect for her as it matched her remit. She has been using it for her games and apps as well as her home schooling needs with great success.
The addition if the keyboard and mouse have made it more useable as a laptop. She is over the moon with it.
I read other reviews about the charging of the product and have to say that we initially found it struggled to hold charge however once we had done what we do with all new chargeable products and fully charged then let it run down a couple of times we are now finding it holds it’s charge fantastically and rarely needs charging up despite the constant use.
I would highly reccommend this product and have in fact done so for my father in law.
I bought two of these for my twin girls (13). They work perfectly for their social media activities, but more importantly, they have been a GODSEND in helping them do their school work from home. Google classroom and Google Meet works perfectly and quickly on it, and there’s plenty of storage space and room for all their other apps.
Videos load quickly and the visuals are great. I’m super impressed and am definitely buying another for my son (8) as it’s super easy to use, robust, plus the option of using keyboard and mouse is ideal. The customer service is also very quick and good, I had a query about the mouse and it was answered within 12 hours (and on boxing day!). All in all, highly recommended.
The design and look is good, the touch screen is of high resolution and very responsive to touch and the overall speed of the tablet during use is better than expected for the price bracket the tablet falls into. It’s better than expected and a good buy for the price.

For the price I am very happy with this tablet, everything that was promised was in the box, keyboard is easy to connect and feels nice to use, I’ve not tried the mouse yet. Tablet fits the case well, it’s a shame keyboard can’t go in case as well, this would have been nice, sound is good. All in very happy.

This is so much light to carry around than my laptop, easier to carry on transport to study on the way to lectures (2hours travel time) and just so much more efficient. Reminds me of a larger version of my phone (Google pixel), lots of storage and room for a SIM card/and a sd card for more memory. Connects to WiFi ( data if you have a SIM card)!

This tablet tick all the box what I was looking for a tablet, it quickly and easy to use and have all the accessories you need.
Overall a very good buy for the price and I would certainly recommended it.
Decided to buy this tablet, as a temporary solution until I find what I want. Well, unknowingly, I have found it.
Haven’t put it down since I got it yesterday.
The screen size is ideal as I am not a fan of the extreme rectangular style. Its weight, even when the key board is attached in the carry case, is light. Apart from the keyboard, this tablet is a completely ‘iced cake’. Ear phones, screen protector, screen cleaner, etc, all the goodies you pay extra for, with any other tablet. If you need a tablet to browse, catch up with mail, play games, download music, books, etc, you cannot go wrong with this lovely and thoughtfully put together product. As for the price, its so cheap for the quality that it’s worth buying just as a standby, for days and trips when you don’t want to drag your whole office with you.
If not super fast as my laptop however it’s still quite fast, it has 1.36hz quad core processor, which makes it quite fast for its price range.
Battery life quite good last me 3-4 days on normal use, on heavy use non top it’s around 5-6hours.
Memory can be expended upto 128gb, on papers it says has 4gb ram.
It also has SIM card slots which apparently 2 and 3G supporting. I personally don’t use SIM card on it, if needed internet I use wifi. This feature for some could be useful.
Overall it’s nice package with keyboard and mouse, I found quite good value for asking price.
