Laptop seems to be really good it’s just the power cord to charge the laptop that is not working
Really impressed so far. Speed is quick. Battery life is good. Graphics are really great. Customer service was fantastic too. Resolved a delivery/refund and a charger issue with no problems at all.
I needed this for managing my small business IG @luna_costura and also work on my university course assignments. I think this is the best budget laptop you can get. I never had a problem with it! My brother got an older version 4 years ago and it’s still working perfectly. Recommend
For the price, it is hard to argue against this.
I use the thing for general browsing/word processing etc and it does the job admirably.
The only downsides are:
The supplied charger was electrically unsafe so I had to buy one myself. The company has flatly refused to answer my email asking for a replacement. The UK adaptor constantly sparked so that wasn’t ideal.
The mouse pad is very large and it is easy to double click by mistake.
However, overall I am very impressed.
I love surfing the web on this efficient & fast laptop. Multi tasking is also a breeze, with no loss of speed even with several different programs open. I feel this laptop is great value for money & I highly recommend it.
This is a well priced laptop with good processing speed. I use it for work and it does everything I need. Powers up quickly. Keyboard is well spaced out. Had no connectivity issues with peripherals such as mouse, speakers, presentation displays. I had an issue with the charger after 7 or 8 months of use and Teclast were very responsive and replaced the unit the next day. We have a number of Teclast products and have found the after-sales support to be really rather impressive compared to the more widely known brands.
Value for money , lightweight and comes with 3 different plugs ideal if you’re abroad very impressed
So far so good. However, how do I rub off the writings(teclast/Intel) on the screen? Its annoying and manufacturer should consider not do this.
And the small paper like keypad, how/where is it used?
Great laptop, got before Xmas 2020 for daughter, battery life and memory is brilliant. Really thin and light weight, quick charge and start up. Up there with the top brandsthat cost double the price
I’m definitely not tech savvy, but did a lot of research to find a low price windows laptop and came up with this one. Never heard of the brand but was impressed with reviews. So far I’m really pleased with it. I’m not a gamer but it does everything else I ask of it and it looks sleek and feels solid with a bright impressive screen. Good enough for me for work, study and personal stuff. I knocked off 1 star because the charger didn’t work. I had a big panic after I’d loaded all my stuff on it and it went dead. The customer service was very frustrating- ‘live’ chat that just kept directing me to the manufacturer’s website and had no answer to my e mails. I was worried about how I could send it back if it was more than a charger problem. I sent for another charger off Amazon and now it’s works fine. Not happy with having to pay extra for something that was not my fault though. Also, windows needed updating once started, but now I’m really pleased with it. To be honest the charger with it did look really cheap, so expect to have to replace it.
I am not a tech expert, but after having problems with storage on my last laptop I knew I needed something bigger to get my uni work done…
Got this on a lightning deal and paid 340. Got to say, so far it’s worth every penny!
Style – sleek design, backlit keyboard (press Fn and F5), logo lights on back. The whole thing feels like it should have cost a lot more.
Screen – great resolution, vivid images – a delight to watch movies on!
Accessibility – brilliant size keyboard, space for clumsy fingers! Came with a US, UK and EU adaptor so great for travel.
Speed – rapid access to everything I’ve tried so far
The speaker and camera are not brilliant quality so not for gamers, but for an all round laptop to get the job done it’s perfect!

I was looking for Laptop with the same spec’s and HP was in the forefront until I came across this one at half the price, so I thought I would give this one a try. Not regretted it for one moment, Screen is clear & crisp. Battery life is fantastic and the processor is quick enough to cope with most daily tasks. The framework is strong and sturdy with a good keyboard. I would buy another one.
Light weight. Good memory but needs a booklet to describe features such as keyboard lighting and the various sockets.
This is a amazing purchase. I managed to get it on a lightening deal and was sceptical but I’m very very impressed. Its never going to allow you to do quantum calculative etc but for day to day working and ms teams meetings, emails etc is well worth the money paid.
Excellent laptop, fantastic value for money. I’m an IT nerd and this is a fantastic laptop, excellent value for money. I brought one for my brothers son who is starting college and I’m seriously impressed by the punch this packs for the cost of it. Highly recommend.
It has enough RAM for my needs, the m.2 storage is a nice addition, makes it nice and fast to boot – only a couple of letdowns really, namely the Celeron processor can get a little overwhelmed sometimes and slow down the system, and the charger that came with it is the single sketchiest charger I’ve ever had to use. Standard 12v2a plug, but when plugged into the wall, when moved in certain ways it crackles menacingly. Invest in a less dodgy charger if you pick this one up, but otherwise it’s more than good enough for just doing work on.
What a great competor to similar products in the market. Stylish design and good quality product at a reasonable price. I purchased for my son, but looks like I’m keeping this and will purchase another one for him…

Very good support. Had an issue with the screen not holding viewing position and machine supplied with an EU charger. Contacted Teclast support team. Response was quick. After providing a video showing the screen dropping, they agreed to replace the laptop. Received a new machine with a UK charger. No problem with screen so far.
Cracking daily laptop for the money. Metal casing and superb screen. With the advent of streaming the need for a massively powerful laptop is fast becoming obsolete. Would suggest a upgrade option for the hard drive but that is the only thing I can fault!
Super fast compared to old laptop, likes to play Roblox and Minecraft – this now runs fast and smooth without lag, so thumbs up all the way.

Takes a short while to get used to the buttons and having problems finding what the real hashtag key is and how to get it but that’s a solvable problem. Overall this is a fast machine and if looked after should be able to go the distance nicely. Arrived extremely quickly also.
The product is neat, keyboard very responsive. I must say I am very pleased with the product and provides me with a very effective work tool !
This has the oomph – super fast start up, lovely clear display, smooth and reactive keyboard (just brush up on where the @ and ” live to avoid any surprises). I added a micro SD card to store images etc and the unit’s own disk drive has LOADS of room.
Very healthy battery life and have had no issues at all with it – very happy.
Only very slight downside is the rather large and clunky power lead that comes with it but I had a spare from a different device (you know we all have a drawer of discarded power supplies and leads) – but due to the long battery life it’s fine to un-plug and use stand-alone – and it works a treat.
I have had this laptop a few weeks now, and to be honest, am very impressed. Compared to my previous laptops- dell and hp; I would like to say, it’s much better. The big pluses for me is- the battery lasts quite a longer time, the backlit keyboard is very comfortable to type with ( good size and space between buttons), that you don’t hear or feel the laptop heating up at any time like some do, it’s small and light size and looks stylish. So far so good.
This arrived the next day, well packed and secure.
My initial impressions were wow! The case and ultra thin and metal with all the usual connectivity. I have now had the laptop a couple of days and I can say I am impressed. It’s very quick to start up, the screen and resolution are top spec (I’m also using it for streaming movies) and no lag between programs.
My only tiny grip is the American keyboard or the @ key over the no. 2 key but I can live with that. In the whole, this is an amazing laptop with an excellent spec for the you pay and I can recommend.

Premium feeling product with a budget price, easily pay twice for same spec and finish from a named brand. Happy with this purchase and would recommend.
Pros –
Fast boot up time and task managing
Comfortable key board and over sized touch pad
Seems well built and screwed together
Cons –
Battery life is iffy, you will struggle to get 3-4 hours from it
Plug is delivered with a travel adapter instead of a manufactured UK plug
Not touch screen, which is not the laptops fault but would make using it more engaging
Does what I need it to. Its sturdy and comes pre fittied with a screen protector. I only need light usage an hour at a time and haven’t had to charge again in the month I’ve had it.
Very fast and nice but a Metal piece about 2 and a half inches came off without a reason while a was just typing a document.
