Q: Do I need to turn off the grill and let it cool to start a second batch of cooking?
A: No, you do not have to switch off the grill first. When the lights flash again, choose the mode that you want. The preheating phase should be a lot quicker than the first time as the plates will already be hot.
Q: How do I clean my grill?
A: Wait 45 minutes for the device to cool. To clean the grill and grill components, use a cloth soaked in hot water. Do not immerse the grill in water or use abrasive cleaning products.
Q: Can I use the frozen food setting when cooking in the manual mode?
A: No – the cooking sensors are not active in manual mode.

It’s so simple to set up and start cooking – just select your food type, add your food and leave it till it’s done! I’ve used it for steak, sausages and veg etc and all have come out great. Really easy to clean, just remove the plates and wash. Shocked by how much fat comes off even ‘lean’ foods. Great buy!

I was a bit hesitant about buying it but I’m so glad I did. One of the best purchases I ever made. It cooks the meat perfectly and to the degree you want it. Is quick even from frozen, easy to use and super easy to clean. I’m very, very happy with this appliance.

On my sisters instruction I bought this primarily to cook burgers, without smoking up the entire house – and for this it is a godsend, perfectly cooked moist (excellent word) burgers every time. Wasn’t too good for sausages but maybe that was me, excellent for fresh grilled pineapple, gammon and bacon. Have yet to try steak and toasted Sandwiches but I think it will be perfect. Easy to use and so easy to clean, you just pop the plates in the dishwasher. I would recommend this whole heartedly.

Absolutely perfect from sausages to steaks everything comes out perfect. The searing function is great restaurant looking and tasting quality food. Very easy to remove plates and also very easy to clean and being dishwasher safe to really helps. Wouldn’t be without it now.
