4 Wire Connection

Power Supply
There is one external power supply (12V2A) in the box for the indoor monitor for base installation.If you don’t want to use the external power you can extend the electric wire to your DIN rail power supply or home power center.

I bought this to replace an aging video-phone which had a small, grainy black and white screen. The new unit is light-years in advance of the old one and has all the features offered by modern security systems. The definition would do well to be higher than 1080, but what’s important is that this is more than adequate to capture security images and footage. I had all the necessary wiring in place from the previous unit, so installation was relatively simple. Setting up requires some familiarisation of the multi-function set-up button, but once mastered it’s a case of ‘it’s easy when you know how’. I bought the unit solely to interrogate callers before opening the door, as I have several hi-res security cameras that are motion-triggered to record activity 24/7. The kit includes an angle mounting plate for the bell push so that the camera is angled to point directly at the caller – a slick feature. Highly recommended!

Quality of the doorbell and screen is Great but cables aren’t as long as described. Luckily we had a existing cable from a previous doorbell which allowed us to instal it and also would help to give cable connectors to make it easy to contact the separate cables see picture.
Once installed it works fine.
This video door intercom is brilliant. It has excellent picture quality and good clear and loud audio. Best of all it can also capture a photo or even a video of anyone who presses the bell button. It also has a great security measure as you can set it to record a video clip when it detects movement on your property all of which are saved on a SD card (not supplied) and can be viewed via the door phone or you can take out the SD card & save the files to a computer. All in all a very good value security device for peace of mind.
The monitor is pleasing to the eye and gives a very clear picture. The power cable to the monitor could have been longer . Previous models that I’ve used have had screw terminals avoiding cutting cable and soldering. Never the less, pleased with purchase.
Excellent picture quality.Easy to install although if the door bell was deeper this would allow the cable to be brought down to avoid trapping it when securing it to the wall.Can’t quite adjust the sensitivity of the area covered, takes many photos without movement being detected, easy to delete files/photos taking.Overall very satisfied.

Having pre-read feedback and noted the reported issues regards extending the standard provided cables – opted to purchase the Tmezon additional length connecting cable which has the appropriate connectors pre-wired. This provided end to end connectivity (within the length of the cable) making it – as much as possible, plug and play.
Following on from install and operation, the system encountered problems in Feb 2020 (approx 7 months after install) and stopped working properly.
Part 2: Contacted the seller (Hoomia_eup) via Amazon provided link and reported / described the problem. Had a number of very positive responses from them within 24 hrs and they then dispatched a replacement kit which arrived approximately 5 days after the system failed.
In general terms – electronic components can / do fail occasionally, it’s a fact of life. What has been extremely well received is the very prompt and positive response from their customer support which has been both attentive and regular during the interim period. The reason for 4 stars – the piece of kit had a failure which triggered the contact with the provider in the first place. As to the follow up service, I can’t fault it. Ours was a fairly extreme issue but if their customer service provides the same level of input to purchasers (whatever the issue) then top marks are due.
The wall bracket keeps the screen very close to the wall and helps with the overall look and there is a good length on the power supply cable which I feed into the wall for a more finished look.
I would also recommend connecting the system up and have it working prior to final instalment .
I have seen other kits for more money but this is spot on as is the ring tone which which can be adjusted and the call quality is very good and clea
I ordered 2 difference set of cameras and monitors. One of the package got lost in transit and the seller happily replaced it at no cost. Seller was very friendly and communicated without hassle. I would give 5/5 for customer service.
As for the device, it is one of the best on the market, it offers great flexibility for master and slave connection and offers wide array for expansion. It is sturdy and camera is weatherproof. Image on the monitor is also crystal clear. Overall I am happy and would be ordering more.
i previously had the monitor with the hand set which I prefer because you picked up a phone to talk to who was at the door this one is touch screen so everyone hears and you have to remember to press hang up button or they hear what your saying – I dislike the fact that it rings far too long the option to change this would have been a bonus Im not unhappy with it but would have preferred the handset and option to amend annoying ring on i
Bought Video doorbell, very good item, easy to install. Had a little problem, But tmezon were great and sorted it out for me, really good after sales, so efficient, would definitely buy again can’t praise enough.

I purchased this to have two monitors, one upstairs and the other on the GF. No lock and no additional cameras. I had some problem with the installation, as the manual is clear enough with the wiring diagram. I also had difficulty in finding the contact for the help desk as the manual gave no details ([email protected]). Eventually I manage to find their email and I had the reply next day with all the details and it is so simple and so easy. Perhaps some of these information would have been added to the manual I would have had no problem.
Finally I strongly recommend this product to anybody thinking of buying a video door bell intercom.

It is exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with it.
Just have to add the motion detection doesn’t work at all I’ve set up a bigger area and only gets cars going past and not people up the pathway and the infrared lights are on all the time so just turn it off, can’t bebother to complain. Maybe I will.?
This is a brilliant intercom system..at a good price..easy to install ,you may need extra cable for long distance installation..future improvement a wider angle of view camera and several angle plates..angled at various angles to cater for various doors.
It’s relatively easy to install, I used 4 core alarm cable, soldered with heat shrink sleeving at each end which gave no loss over 20 metres. One drawback of the bell push unit is that it only allows for the cable to exit through the back, requiring a hole to be drilled through the wall or door frame. I modified my unit so the cable could exit above by making a small cutaway.
Audio is very clear. Video quality nowhere near HD but as the caller will be in close proximity, it’s perfectly adequate.
I like the feature that records video or still shots whenever the bell push is pressed. You can capture still shots on the built in memory (although it’s not stated how much) but a micro sd card is required for video recording, but this is preferable anyway.
There is also a motion sensor mode which records when movement is detected nearby. I tried this but ended up with a long list of files and you have to play each one to find out if it was someone approaching or (mostly) a false alarm.
Excellent product does exactly what it says, good images and sound.
Works well with an electronic door lock from a different manufacturer and supplier, support staff very helpful in advising how to connect door lock.
The monitor has the ability to record video or photos each time the bell is pressed, but you have to buy a memory card if you want the video recorded. Handy features include setting the doorbell volume at certain times, so it doesn’t wake the kids after their bedtime.
All in all highly recommended.
