It gives good leading with all roads needed and guides onto them
Quick to to boot and plan routes, traffic master is hit and miss to connec
Really excellent bit of kit. Never made a mistake. Took us all around Paris without a hitch
like size and features have not used its full functions but what i have used are very good
Very good bit of kit for cars and vans. Routes you round traffic well. Interface not as ‘polished’ as some other brands, but works better – and that’s what you need! Definitely recommended.
Bought to replace a Garmen Sat Nav that got pinched out the car and this seemed to be the better option. After a bit of a phaf to get the unit to be recognised by the PC so that I could update the maps and get it registered it was pretty easy to use so I thought. The mobile App for most part wouldn’t send the info to the unit and on some instances it sent the wrong desitination and I only managed to figure out what it was doing after 30mins of driving. What I wasnt aware of (perhaps I wasnt payig attention), is that the speed camera part was only free for the 1st three months and is a subscription service for 7.99 (i think may be wrong) per month get stuffed. This was a free service/update on the Garmin. Over all realatively easy to use and you can down load extra voices for a small fee to make it unique
Easy to set up and works well with the app, not intrusive when driving with just the right amount of information. Good strong bracket for the windscreen and perfect length of power cord. Works well.

For an old person not that aufait with technology found it not easy to set up – so use only for directions , but would be great if could get it set up with phone. Disappointed that had to buy separate car charger – surely only used in vehicles!
Only used a couple of times so far, bought to replace an old one that give up recharging. Easy to set up and get going. Clear instructions and easy to use especially when using the app along side it. Would recommend to anyone.

Needed a satnav for a short break in rural Perthshire. I would never have found the place otherwise.
The unit is as good as expected. Clear and bright although adding a destination is not one touch.
Overall much better than the 6 inch which has a poor brightness screen.
Brilliant sat nav and worth every penny. It connects to the Internet no problem to update the maps. So much better then the one I had before

Tom Tom Car Sat Nav Via 53 cheaper to buy on Amazon than from Tom Tom website. Works well for me here in The UK & Europe. Signal great & no connection issues in the car. Recommended mid range Tom Tom.
My new Tom Tom has a faster processing time so no time wasted waiting to find addresses.
The microphone is better quality for hands free calls.
Updates are quick and easy now to.

Good little tool used every day as a on the road trades man. Had it a week then stolen out of the van, so fanks to ever stole it hope you need it as much as I did.
I love Tom Tom sat navs, bought this one to replace my old one . Bonus on this one as it has Bluetooth and can receive phone calls and messages
This kit is pretty easy to use, comes with a usb charging cable included so I was able to charge in-car too without worrying about running out of battery power. Setting up the destination was simple – it allows you to input full addresses including door numbers, (which my previous satnav didn’t) and directions were clear and accurate. I arrived right outside my destination with no issues at all.
Really, really pleased with this satnav – it’s massively better than the in-car satnav which was in my previous 2016 car. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this model.
An improvement to my last Tom Tom, definately enjoying the traffic updates to avoid holdups
Its a fairly accurate sat nav,user friendly. I have it on my camper van and find it useful when visiting of the beating track.
This was purchased for my wife who is very pleased & remarks on how easy it is to use
Compared with the voice on Garmin previously purchased which had a woman rendering in local dialect pronunciations of English words, and who could not even get close to simple Spanish words left me amazed and wondering whether the abysmal quality checking extended further than simply this female recording.
Otherwise I like the Tomtom and the previous poor battery life has been corrected. No SD slot which is a pity but understandable.
This was a replacement for a very old Tom Tom, that was so old it could no longer be updated.
This Sat Nav has all the usual features of a Tom Tom, but more updated. I found it really easy to set up and use, and think it is really good value for money.
Can be a bit tricky to set up (or at least mine was trying to connect to tomtom’s servers) works fine now and used every day if your worryed about the screen attachment (bracket) I disconnect and reconnect every morning and night its easyer than taking the bracket off the Tom tom
Use Search to find destinations and save.
Put in you home home address.
Go from there, I found the instructions difficult and termination of finding routes difficult to start with, my old TT had Plan Route, this comes under search Icon, why change it? Go on the internet search for the manual it’s easy to follow.
Great voice instructions and very accurate. However the live traffic has failed to connect to my smartphone on over half of my journeys and so I feel that this isn’t worth paying for.

A great middle range Sat Nav at a good price with easy to use features that include phone connection and text messages spoken allowed and voice control linked to the phone.
A great buy for a car driver!
In use I compared with with my built-in sat-nav in my 3 year old Qashqai and it was far superior. It was not only more versatile it was able to give me alternate route when the traffic was bad – brilliant. I have been using this for a few weeks now and no longer use the in-car one, especially when going on longer journeys. I have not used it in mainland Europe as yet, but if/when I do, I am very confident that it will not let me down – praise indeed.
