Great microwave but needs to have some basic quick settings like press defrost then time instead of defrost then by weight or just quick defrost 5 mins but great size and many options book of instructions for settings small fo

microwave instructions easy to understand and has extra cooking help with it. The delivery man was very polite and helpful. The only negative I have is when my husband opened the box and took the item out it had a dent in it. Not dammaged inside but just a dent on outer layer.
