Great for airing!
I bought one of these for my mum as she hates the digital microwaves and just wants something with a dial-and-go! What’s the point having a clock she keeps going on about!
One thing I like about it is that, if you leave the door open the interior lamp does not light up until its actually in operation. This is great if you’ve heated something smelly and want it to air out by leaving the door open and not having the lamp on wasting electricity (yes you could always switch it off from the mains) – but this is my old dear we’re talking about!

Simple, quiet & easy to use.
Perfectly adequate for a low price microwave. I only ever use one to heat up leftovers/ batch cooking. I don’t actually cook anything in it. Wanted something easy for my son to use so the manual controls are perfect. Looks nice in the kitchen too 🙂

I love my new microwave, it’s so easy to use with the dials and a handle to open the door especially with my arthritis in my hands. I like the colour black I chose. It is value for money and I would recommend it to everyone who needs a new microwave.

Looks tidy, contemporary etc. Door shuts without having to wake up the whole house. Cooks up a treat and low and behold it’s cheap as chips . Two dials manual thank God . None of that programming nonsense.

Originally got a manual microwave but the button keypad was too fiddly ,so decided to get a manual instead. As well as being very easy to use ,o also like it has a handle which we prefer .Looks great to. Very pleased.
looks good easy to use and works fantastically well
its really good heats quite fast nd looks really trendy and cool . easy to clean nd the 2 turn knobs are strudy nd firm very easy to understand and use. not to noisy nd ends with a nice ping . i never really knew the brand had my doubts but it was everywhere i look when i was shopping for a decent microwave. i thought its a bit pricey but it was well worth it ..had it for a month now nd love it already. i would buy a tower microwave again.

I’m happy with this purchase which was bought to replace a Sharp 800W microwave accidentally broken after only a few months. It is hotter and food is quickly heated up. Very easy to use & clean – it’s sturdy too. Extended 2 year manufacturer warranty is a bonus! Would recommend.

The microwave plate did not fit. Approached Tower who asked me to send a video of the plate. As it had just been delivered they told me to contact Amazon even though they admitted it was the wrong plate. Fortunately I had a spare plate from an old microwave which fitted.
The microwave is working fine and looks a quality product.

I ordered this model as I only use the microwave to warm things up. Works perfectly but one complaint is there are no numbers on the dial to allow you to know how long you are putting it on for, therefore you need to watch what you are warming as you could have possibly put it on for too long.

I was impressed with the smart look of the microwave. I wanted one with few buttons to use and this is perfect. Just a button for power level and one for timing cooking time. It has a white enamel interior, so very easy to clean. A great quality product.

No problems so far (1 month in). Does what it needs to do
A little bit on the noisy side. The plastic buttons look/feel a bit cheap, but that seems fair for the price. So far no issues.
Does the job
Bought for my elderly mother, easy to use apart from the dial is black with a tiny black notch on it to turn to settings. My mum had difficulty seeing it so had to put a spot on it with paint to help her to see where to turn for the settings, otherwise it’s fine
The design is ok. There may some Quality Control problems down the line, but ours works very well.
This Tower microwave ticks every one of my boxes.
We wanted a simple basic microwave with power (800watts) and timer knobs, with no irritating touch screens, and a door with a handle.
After searching for ages to get this combination I came across this one. However after reading all the reviews good and bad I had serious reservations.
The reality has been that it arrived in good time, in good condition, and actually looks rather expensive.
I have had it for a month or two now and it works perfectly, whether it continues to do so remains to be seen.

As a former mechanical engineer I would say that the design is ok . Any problems being due to Quality Control down the line. Careless handling. etc
If you really want me to damn it, I could say that the light is not very bright.

Powerful microwave that does the job
Easy to use and warms things efficiently, while not taking up too much space on kitchen counter. It is a little hard to see where the dials are set to but thats an easy fix with some tape or something

Excellent small basic microwave.Good value for money.As other reviewers have noticed the only slight issue is the lack of a line on the timer dial to more accurately time the cooking of food .Easily resolved by a marker pen !

A nice little no-frills microwave oven. Tidy, compact and easy to clean. The only problem was the control knobs which are entirely black – there is a small moulding showing the ‘pointer’ but it is not easily seen by people with elderly eyes – I have added a tiny blob of white paint on each knob to solve this issue and now my Dad can use it easily – TOWER might bear this in mind with any product improvements, not all customers are young and see clearly. Otherwise it is perfect.
Good value size and price
It’s a decent microwave for the price. As some have mentioned, the dial can be hard to see the notch on the black model; but who needs to change the power from full, and you can feel where it is for time?
The power is good for 800w and the internal size is fine for most things.
Simple controls.
This microwave can be used for defrosting or cooking raw or pre-prepared food.
It begins to commence cooking immediately the timer is set, it would benefit from a separate ‘start’ button to initiate cooking AFTER setting the timer.

I wanted a basic microwave for my father who is 86 years of age. Suits his needs perfectly. Simple to use, large enough for just about any meals and easy to clean.

My wife loves it nice and clean looking easy to use she likes dials not digital using this microwave can hold a big plate great price great bit of kit.
Dials hard to read
Only reason it scored lower on easy to use is that the power and minute dials are not easy to set to the right levels as there is just a notch to show where they have been set to. This notch blends into the background of the dial and I had to paint a small spot of white paint on the notch so that I could see what time I was setting to. That said overall it’s good value for money

A simple standard style of microwave.which is fine that’s what I wanted.to replace another worn out but reliable microwave….however.. two small irritations .. The dials are black..on a black background and it has a tiny notch on the two dials so it’s almost impossible to see where the notch points to, so I have had to stick a coloured arrow on the two dials to see where to point it ..Also the glass plate doesn’t sit on the base very well and I have to keep realigning it… but overall the microwave does what I need it to and looks stylish. So for the price , reasonable enough.
Needs clear mark on dials
It’s a nice size which doesn’t take over the whole counter. Looks nice. However — the dials havent got clear marking on them so had to make arrows & stick on or else couldn’t tell what numbers I had turned it too. Quite annoying
