Only reason I bought it because I had my credit card points redeemed for Amazon voucher. If I was paying for it then I would have got different one. Still a good microwave for quick warming the food and no fancy functions which you hardly use.
So easy to use, no digital clock or buttons to fiddle with, which is just what I was wanting. Lovely little ‘bing’ when finished, no annoying beeping! Cooks quickly and evenly and happy with the quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting a simple, no frills microwave.

Looks nice, works great. Only criticisms are the plastic dials and handle cheapen it a bit. Plus it’s more of a grey white colour than white. Otherwise happy with it as I only use for basic stuff so it does what I wanted it for.
The problem with this cooker is the timer. The minute markings are so close together that it is tricky to use half minutes when required by the recipe. (This was not true with the timer on the cheaper model, which was reliable, accurate with enough space between the minute setting for half minute settings.)
Another problem is that the timer on the new microwave cuts out early meaning that food is not cooked properly (a health and safety issue!). I decided to buy a accurate kitchen timer, rather than return a perfectly serviceable microwave that should give years of use, because of the flawed timer. Who needs the food poisoning?
Otherwise, the microwave should give years of reliable service, so I’ve been generous in giving it four stars. If the inbuilt timer is important to you, then that would probably reduce to one star!
Really pleased with this microwave. It’s smaller than expected and fits really well in a corner.
Nice Microwave, but the timer dial doesn’t function well example: You put something on for a minute and it does less than 60 seconds so had to purchase a timer, apart from that decent Microwave and not a bad price.
Time will tell if it is reliable, but for the money I’m impressed so far. Recommended if you just want something basic but decent from a hopefully trustworthy brand. Well done Tower!

Purchased for elderly relative with early dementia. Much easier to use and for them to understand.
Perfect for my needs, stainless steel interior, fed up with microwaves that rust inside, manual controls not digital, very easy to use and looks good too.
Bought this microwave for ease of use, manual dial, very happy with it, very easy to clean as inner body is stainless steel, would recommend this model.
Love this small microwave looks great . The only negative thing is about the delivery driver he just left the parcel on the door step and just drove off. Didn’t wait for me to get to the door he was in such a rush . I know they have limited time but it he was so fast and I had to struggle to pick it up

Have had far more expensive and cheaper this is simple to use for me the colour possibly not for older people with sight problems but only serious sight problems.My Son uses it as well
I bought this due to its small size and the fact it matched my other kitchen appliances which are black and rose gold. Its the perfect size for my kitchen and doesn’t take up too much counter space. It has a few different power levels and is easy to use.
Not bad for a cheap small worktop sized m/wave. No probs. Had it 2-3 months so far. Check how big your plates are before buying as it is quite small inside
