Toners came in very well packaged. Each one was sealed. Had no issues with using them and the printer recognize them. We were up and running quickly. Would buy again.
Update – 5/22:
The company reached out to me in an attempt to make things right. They did this even though it was well outside of the return period. They offered 3 options: 1. An amazon gift card, 2. A full refund, or 3. a replacement. They were apologetic and seemed to really want to make things right. This was a refreshing experience, as many companies today seem to look for ways to not cover things under a warranty. Yet this company, whose warranty period was out, went above and beyond to make things right. Because of this, the next time I’m need of toner I will give this company another chance.

I purchased these on April 22, 2021. They weren’t installed until last month (the original factory cartridges lasted a LOT longer than anticipated). They were kept sealed, in a climate controlled room. They worked great for about 10 prints – then there were wide yellow lines across the pages. Soon after, the black stopped working (less than 100 prints).
The good:
Price. These are WAY cheaper than factory toner cartridges.
Shipping speed – these arrived in a timely manner
The not so good:
Doesn’t matter how cheap they are if they don’t last more than 10 pages before experiencing issues.
The yellow cartridge had issues after about 10 pages
The black cartridge stopped putting anything on paper after less than 100 pages.

I installed this toner in my new canon laser printer right after the included toner ran out. After a while the prints started to streak and now there are gobs of toner streaking down the side of every print. I opened up the toner tray and there is blue toner speckled all over the image transfer belt. I clean it off and run it and it comes right back. I like the price but not the product. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer. We’ll see what they say.
UPDATE- The customer service department responded very quickly to send replacement toners. We will see if they work better.
This product is meeting my expectations so far. I use it to print notes for work mostly. I do print things for crafting but haven’t done any yet.
Thank you for such a great product. The toner works great with my Canon MFC unit, and the cost is a fraction of the OEM product. I look forward to buying again when my toner runs low!!!

As i have already purchased a new set of toners elsewhere, they offered to refund my purchase(though way out of return period) and resolved the issue decently.

Indeed am glad we switched from ink jet to laser. It is so much neatly and better in quality and these prices make it worth the while.
Love, love, love these cartridges. I have a major issue paying the original manufacturer the ungodly amount of money for their cartridges. As a business owner, I will save the money for the product that works the same way. I have already ordered a back up set for the printer.

UPDATE: As of 5.13.22 the cartridges are still going strong, checked the levels two days ago and still at 100 percent. I print a lot of documents for work.
Was nervous to buy a third party toner, as most places say you need the original brand of toner. I was surprised at how well this toner works with my cannon printer. I am pleased and will order the 4 pack again.
I was thrilled that these toner cartridges work just as good as the genuine cartridge in my Canon printer. I have purchased other brands and this is the best by far. They do not streak your pages with toner.
The print quality of these toner cartridges is as good as the starter cartridges that came with the printer. They install with no hassle whatsoever. It’s hard to say at this time how long they will last. I use the printer at home mostly for hobby applications. I don’t doubt that I will get m moneys worth out of them.
After spending almost 5x the cost of this for name brand cartridges that didn’t last as long as advertised, I was happy to find these. They seem to be working just as well as the name brand. There might be a clicking noise that I don’t remember from the name brand, but not completely sure.
After finalizing my review of multiple toners, I decided to go with this brand, and I’m glad I did! These toners work well and for the value, it’s a no-brainer for a non-brand product.
We have been pleased with our purchase of these toner cartridges. The ink and colors have held true and have not run or smudged across the paper. We would certainly consider purchasing again.
I needed to replace the cartridges on my Canon printer, the cartridges that I had started to bleed (there were color splashes on the printed copies even the black and white ones). The Canon cartridges are too expensive, so a generic ones makes sense. This brand is doing the job, I installed it two-months ago and it is producing good quality printouts.

They emailed me explaining they had found an issue in the manufacturing of the cartridges that has since been fixed and offered me either a full refund or Amazon credit in almost the full amount of the purchase. I went with the Amazon credit. I have also adjusted my star rating from 1 to 4. Would have been 5 if it wouldn’t have taken so long for them to find the issue. Their customer service did go above and beyond as well!
I waited until the cartridges that came with the printer had been yelling replace me for almost a year. Needed to print some high quality color photos so I figured it was time to put the new cartridges in. Found the first page printed fine but lines started to form on others so I did them 1 page at a time. Since it has gotten worse…every page has streaks and after 5 or so they are almost unreadable. Very disappointed, now I have to find new cartridges to replace these that have turned out about 100 pages of low quality prints. All my prints are coming out as the one shown.
I was reluctant to buy these cartridges because they were so much less than I expected to pay. Which cartridges work great and I’m very happy with them. They fit perfectly and the colors are true.
At first printing out okay. however, its started to have different color bleeds, streaks and splatters on the paper. it also does not print clearly.
However, the seller kindly reached out to me and explained why the toner I had was defective. For they wanted to make improvement on the product and on customer experience in buying this product. Therefore, for this effort I gave them a 5 stars. and yes they also offered me a refund or free replacement of the product even though it was already out of my return window.
As a business, we use tons of toner. I cannot justify the name brand pricing when this toner works great! I take pride in my business and wouldn’t recommend this product if it didn’t produce a professional result.
Received toner as advertised. Cartridges were a prefect fit and the printer recognized them and their toner levels (unusual with aftermarket). One of the plastic strips that separates the toner from the roller broke. I contacted customer service via the chat function and received fantastic support. They requested basic information from the order and a picture. Once provided, they immediately sent another cartridge.
I was a little hesitant about using a different brand of ink cartridge for my Canon laser printer, but I’m glad I tried it! It is high-quality ink. I will definitely be using this brand from now on.
update 3/7/2022: I had to change my review to 5 because of the excellent customer support. I was contacted by Tony Marano who had read my original 3-star report and apologized for the cartridge disaster and offered me a refund, a replacement, or a gift card. original: I was liking this toner when I replaced the first two cartridges… yellow and cyan. But when I replaced the magenta cartridge it spewed pink toner powder all over my printer. I ran one print and it clicked loudly so I took it out and reset it. Same click. The first two cartridges had just dropped into place with no problem. So again I tried to reset it and all the powder poured out. I was able to vacuum enough out of the printer to replace the empty cartridge until I can get a new one. My son, who recommended this brand, also had a cartridge leak but during his third order. I am hesitant to replace the black one when it needs to be replaced.
So far so good after about 3 months. The cartridges fit well in a Canon laser printer. Print quality has held up and shows good cartridge life. I will buy these again as a more economic alternative to overpriced OEM cartridges.
Sadly these carts are poorly made and not worth the hassles they leak toner, my pages are all streaked. I’ve cleaned the printer many times and they still leak all over. Was hoping for a warranty exchange but past my 30days so I’m stuck with them. I’ll only buy original carts from now on. However, the company made things right and refunded my money for the defective carts which I certainly give them *’s for! Thank you for that.
I got a cartridge that was ‘bleeding’ toner onto the paper. I contacted True Image, and they quickly sent a replacement cartridge. The new cartridge worked beautifully and my work project finished on time and perfectly.
Any company can have an ‘off product’. When they fix it quickly and at no cost to the consumer, I’ll be a returning customer!
This was the first time I had to buy toner for my canon color laser that I purchased a year ago. I’m very happy with this toner, it’s affordable and the colors are great! I don’t see any difference between this and the original cartridges that came with my printer. Highly recommended!

After posting my earlier review, I was contacted by the seller with an apology, explaining that the issue with the streaks was due to a packaging issue that led to damage to the cartridges and that it had since been fixed. They offered me three different options, including a free replacement of the cartridges, a full refund and an Amazon gift card. I appreciated that I was given several options to choose from and selected the replacement. I know have the new cartridges and have tested them over several print runs and everything is working fine now. I am quite happy with their customer service and the fact that they reached out to me after posting my earlier review. I am therefore upgrading my rating to four stars (accounting for the fact that there was an issue with the original order).

Canon MF644Cdw The copier did not recognize this brand and therefore would not calibrate. But the company backed up their product with a 100% refund. This is a company that cares about it’s reputation and I highly recommend them.
I was trying to find a good quality toner for a decent price. I decided on this product and I am very impressed with the toner. My printer had no issues detecting it, and the quality is amazing. Highly recommend this toner!
I bought these cartridges back in Sept 2021 and hardly used. 2-5 sheets per month. Started off with very good prints. After 4 months, I can barely read the text and all prints have now black streaks.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller immediately. He explained that there was an issue with the product and offered to replace the product at no charge or full refund. I chose for full refund in gift cards since I already bought replacements. The gift cards were promptly delivered. I’m changing my rating for a good customer derive.
Great product with reasonable price. Long lasting and awesome print quality. Not a heavy user but the toner still lasts after 1.5 years. It doesn’t dry up. Installation is easy. Perfect fits. In terms of print quality, the very 1st page was a bit dirty, but after running the self cleaning it’s nice and clean. I will buy it again!
I had an issue with the black toner cartridge that came in this set of 4, at 70% toner left it started faded printing. I reached out to the company it was purchased from to see if any fix available. They didn’t have a fix, but sent me out a brand new replacement cartridge immediately. Now that’s great service from an Amazon seller and will do business with them again.

I’ve bought TrueImage for a few years now. They are pretty reliable. Nothing is perfect and they know that. Once and a while an order might come with a cartridge that is not working or leaking a bit of toner and with just a few emails I got a full new order within a few days. Good ink, good customer service.
It became really streaky and light so I thought something was wrong with the printer. I tried all the maintenance and then spoke w/Canon tech support. They said it had to be the toner cartridge. So I replaced it with a genuine Canon one and sure enough that was the issue. Now my prints look great again.
UPDATE: The seller saw my original 2 star review and promptly got in touch saying the issue with the product had been resolved and gave me an Amazon gift card for the full value. In exchange, seller wrote, “please help update review to 5 star to share my efforts with others. Or you could simply remove it. Thank you.” While I don’t feel comfortable giving them a 5 star review based on my experience, I appreciate their prompt attention and getting a full refund.
I have used generic toner in my Canon printer in the past and have not had any issues. Once I started using these, I started having print quality issues. The prints are very light and sometimes the black doesn’t even print. I would not buy these again.

I love these cartridges! The colors are very vibrant. I print a lot and these (color) cartridges are lasting a super long time. I replaced the starter cartridges that came with the printer several months ago and the colors are still showing that they’re full. I also love the way they’re packaged and the ease of placing them in my printer. It really takes no effort. Once these run out I’ll definitely buy a new box.
I had some printing quality issues with the set of cartridges I ordered. The colors were smearing and bleeding. I contacted customer service, and they promptly responded. They sent a new set of cartridges out that work great. Print quality is no different than what I had with the original Canon cartridges. Great value for your money!

Initially I purchased this product based on the great reviews and was a disappointed because I installed the product and had smudges on my printouts… This was very disappointing to me especially because I had an important event coming up and needed some heavy duty printing for this event.
I emailed support ([email protected]), answered a few questions and they were able to quickly get back to me with a response which included a replacement product. The replacement product has been perfect. It arrived at my home within 2 days and I was able to get my printing done in time for my event.

This product came quickly and was super easy to install with great instructions. Occasionally when you order off brand cartridges, the printer doesn’t like them. My printer was perfectly happy with these cartridges and did not give me any “nags”.
I waited for a while to be able to totally evaluate the print quality as well as delivery and installation. All things that I wanted to measure came out outstanding!
If you’re on a budget, I suppose you could do worse, but you’re rolling the dice on your printer quality. The yellow was out of alignment with the others and these cartridges don’t carry the software necessary for my printer’s calibration methods, so printing color images was a no-go from the start. We toughed it out anyway, but about four months in, the cyan cartridge started streaking ink, and then we gave up and replaced them.
ADDENDUM: True Image contacted me and offered to replace the set for free. I’d already bought a fresh set from another party, but I accepted the offer (which was delivered promptly) and I’ll give them a second chance after I go through my current batch to see if the performance last time was a fluke. Tentative four stars for good customer service, could go up to five if things work out this time, or down to one if all True Image did was prove ALL their product is like that.

The company sent me replacements, saying they’d corrected a manufacturing defect. The new cartridges worked much better – no color dumping and seemed to last for a while.

These are cheap, and great when new, but after a while they begin to dump color on the pages. We’ve seen blue lines develop on every page, pink spots on every page, and now complete pages of yellow are coming out of the printer. Not worth the mess or bother.
All the cartridges started leaking after a year of use. I don’t print often, as of the pandemic, but before, I needed to print more frequently, so my usage slowed down in the last 6 months. This probably would have been more noticeable sooner otherwise. I had no issues for a while, but since I now have an expensive/time-consuming clean ahead of me I can not recommend no matter how good the price may have seemed.
Update: They reached out to me and sent me replacement toner free of charge. 2 months and so far, no issues.

I’ve had these in my home printer for a month or so – we don’t print often, less than 50 sheets per month. A few days ago I needed to print something but a few yellow streaks were on the pages. I ended up needing to print from the office. Those streaks have become worse over the next 10 or so pages while trying to trouble shoot the issue. These photos are of what I printed for my kids yesterday – the paper should have a plain white background.

The company reached out to me after the fact that it was months passed refund date, several times. Unfortunately life gets in the way and I completely forgot. So I received a cable charger in the mail, as a courtesy and to remind me that they would like to rectify my disappointment. I had 3 options refund, GC, or the toner. I went with the toner. I have yet to use it, but I think that even if it doesn’t work the company stands by correcting the situation. It’s the customer service for me, 1 star to 5 stars.

I purchased in June, barely got to using it last month. First 50 pages black n white were great, a few colored then 2 days ago it did this. Thought maybe my printer needed cleaning, but black and white still prints fine.
I don’t print too often and didn’t want to spend the money on OEM. I wasn’t expecting those cartridges to last long and print well. I started using my printer for my son’s school projects and couldn’t be happier with the color and ease of use. I love them and will continue to order the same when the time comes.
I ordered four toner cartridges for my Canon MF644Cdw laser printer, instead of the ridiculously expensive Canon replacements. The cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges all worked fine. When I replaced the black cartridge, however, the printing was partly faded on the left side of the page. I called customer service, expecting to be on the phone forever and get some sort of runaround, or have to call Amazon directly. Not only did a real person answer the phone, but he just looked up the Amazon order, and immediately said they would would send a replacement cartridge. It arrived within three days, and works perfectly!
I ordered the True Image Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for Canon 054 054H right after the sample cartridges from my new Canon MF642 CDW ran out. This is my first laser printer, so I was afraid I’d done something wrong when my new black cartridge made a noise that sounded like plastic gears slipping. I wrote and explained the problem to True Image customer service. They asked for a picture of the cartridge and within hours wrote back saying that they would immediately refund my money or replace the noisy cartridge. The new quiet cartridge came quickly and worked perfectly!
Since installing all of the other True Image cartridges in the set, my printer has worked well and my copies, thus far, are perfect! I feel that True Image has earned my trust by the quick, knowledgeable and professional way they solved my initial problem. I will feel confident buying from them next time my copier needs a refill.
Updated review: The seller sent a set of replacement cartridges and they work just like they should! No difference from name brand cartridges so far, printing is clear and colors are bright.
Previous review: 1 star, All the color cartridges leaked so there are heavy streaks throughout each print. Replaced with brand name cartridges and printer worked perfectly. Complete waste of money.
For the first couple of months I thought I regretted the purchase. The colors were very faded on the pdf files I was printing on a regular basis. Then I inadvertently switched to opening my pdf files as HTML documents instead of Adobe and to my surprise they print perfectly. They are as good of prints as if I were to go to to FedEx. Very surprised and happy! These will be my go to cartridges for sure!

I had inkjet printers for years, and always had to replace them even though I barely used them. Inkjets dry out and clog up and you cannot clean them.
I switched to a laser and its been amazing. If you don’t print every day, its literally worth the money to switch. The equipment cost is offset by not having to buy new printers or cartridges all the time when they dry out. Laser toner can sit for weeks and months between uses no problem.
Buying this ink makes it even easier, it’s cheaper than the canon stuff and goes further for your dollar. Great quality and the company’s customer service is awesome. An amazon shipment had an issue and True Image fixed it from their website chat feature. It was bananas. I wish cell phone companies could work that efficient. Customer for life.
I have purchased this product many times. It has always worked as promised. This time, I had issues with streaking. I contacted TrueImage through their web chat and they made good. After seeing my pictures they immediately sent me a replacement set of toners with no issues. No one is perfect, but the true test is how a company responds when something does not go right.
The top paper is the original and the bottom paper is the copy. I always get the colored lines down the sides of every copy with this ink, never before. Total waste of money. I don’t recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this cartridge about 11 month ago for my Canon color printer. I was looking for a cartridge at with good reviews, lower cost and extended capacity compared with the Canon factory cartridges. The cartridges fit right and producing really good quality prints from day one. It has extended ink capacity, and after almost a year use with frequent printing it is still printing well and have ways to go.
As the office manager of my company I am in charge of purchasing supplies, including ink and toner.
While trying to think of ways to save money during the ‘covid crunch’ I decided to give remanufactured ink cartridges another chance. It’s been over a decade after all; surely they’ve worked out the bugs by now, right?

I’ve been using this toner for a while now and I have to say, I wish I had given them another shot YEARS ago, both at home AND at work! These are less than half the price of a set of OEM toner cartridges and work EXACTLY THE SAME. If the cold hard cash savings isn’t enough, you get to feel good about supporting the use of recycled ink cartridges and not contributing to more garbage in the landfill!
These cartridges are a no brainer and I highly recommend you give them a shot. You wont be disappointed!
We bought this in January 2021 for our Canon imageclass printer. Right after installation, we noticed black and white prints were fine, however, color prints were a disaster. Blue streaks end up all over the pages. we tried to wipe off any excess spots we saw, tried to have the printer self-clean, however, we then got yellow and red spots and streaks on all our pages, including black and white prints. I left a one-star review, and the seller contacted me immediately to try and remedy the situation. I was outside the return window, but the seller still refunded me the price of the cartridges. Really great customer service.
I updated this from one star to five because I think it’s worth trying to see if it’ll work in your printer. The cartridges are much more reasonable than buying the OEM ones, so it’s worth seeing if it’ll work. I believe our specific printer just couldn’t get the toner cartridges aligned correctly and so the toner just kind of spilled out. If I had another printer, I would absolutely give these cartridges again.
Used for 6 months and the blue and yellow inks start to smear on the paper.
The seller contacted me and told me they were aware of the issue and their technician team already determined the cause and fixed it successfully and new batch arrived at warehouse and it works as expected. He also offered a full refund or replacement of the product. I am appreciated how a company care for their customers and stand behind their product.

Printer recognized cartridge but cant give count on pages left. Thought it would be very compatable. but still prints ok.
The cost savings on these is unbelievable compared to OEM! We purchased one of each for a new Canon 644 and two of the four (K & Y) were streaking like crazy, no matter what we did. For this, they should have received one star… but their customer service replaced them very quickly with very little effort (order number and a photo of the “bad print(s)” for validation, via the messaging app on their website). Some of the best virtual customer service on the planet. We will buy them again!
This was my first time buying non original toner Cartridge and couldn’t be happier with the product. The print quality was really good and kinda regret didn’t try earlier. I saved money but the quality is par to original. Almost two month since I installed these cartridge and did not notice any issue so far. I’m planning to purchase another when those ink runs out. These cartridges worked just fine in my Canon MFb644Cdw printer. The printer did not complain and the image quality appeared to be as good as the original Canon cartridges. I did have two cartridges develop leaks at around 6 months (that’s why the 1 star deduct on longevity). This happened after our office AC went out and the room temps got hot. Since they were still under the 1 year warranty, I contacted the TrueImage and they promptly sent a set of replacement cartridges and told me to recycle the originals. I am very impressed with the customer service and will be ordering TrueImage cartridges again the next I need some.
I first bought this brand to avoid the overpriced toner replacement from Canon. I carefully read multiple reviews then “pulled the trigger.” The cartridges arrived promptly, well-packaged with clear installation instructions. The immediate print quality was amazingly similar to the Canon toner I was replacing.
Less than 100 pages into their lifespan, however, I started getting yellow tints on my copies. I immediately contacted customer service, provided a few pieces of easy-to-retrieve information, and they immediately sent two replacement cartridges. Before those even hit my mailbox, I removed the two suspect cartridges from my printer, popped them back in, and normal printing resumed.
Two days later, I received the new replacement Yellow and Magenta, and sat them beside my printer. There have been no yellow tints since. I’m very impressed with the level of care and service provided by True Image Supplies and will be purchasing all my replacement toner from them.
I’m always skeptical of purchasing off brand products for printers, but these work perfectly. I will 100% buy these again. There was a teeny tiny issue with the yellow cartridge (there were some yellow lines across the page) but I contacted customer service and they quickly shipped out a new one and even checked back after I received it to be sure it was perfect, which it was! I’ve had the same issue with the more expensive cartridges before so I didn’t mind. I was also worried my printer wouldn’t recognize these cartridges and continue to give me an error code like printers have done in the past, but that also hasn’t happened in the months I’ve used these. I’m glad I tried them!!! = )
We were getting ink smudges, spots, and lines on our prints. The company contacted us and informed us they were having some issues with their product. They offered to make it right and they did! Thankful for their willingness to correct their mistake.
Update to my review: After contacting the company, they did respond in a timing manner and corrected the problem by replacing the defective cartridge with a new one. I am changing my 1 star to a 4 star. I hope that this was just a one time event.
I was hoping this would be a good option to replace my toner cartridges, but after using the black cartridge and getting this result I am not so sure. I am going to give the company the benefit of the doubt and wait to see if they replace this cartridge for free. I did contact them and they requested photo of the print, now I am waiting on them… tick, tick, tick…

The colors aren’t bright with these cartridges. Kind of disappointed since I needed the ink because I make tumblers and print on printable vinyl or sticker paper. They pictures come out dull and off.

Mais voulant me faire ma propre opinion, je me suis lanc. Je peux dire que je suis trs satisfait de ces toners, je n’ai aucune bavure (premire fois que cela m’arrive avec une marque compatible), pas de problme de toner qui ne rentrent pas, comme j’ai pu voir sur d’autre commentaires.
Bref, je suis content de cet achat. Est ce que la qualit sera encore l la prochaine commande ? aucune ide mais j’en recommanderais.

I have to give a huge shout out to this seller. I bought these about 9 months ago and has left a bad review. (Read all before judging). The set I received was clunky and made noise and had horrible print quality. About a week ago Tony reached out to me, apologized and explained they had a manufacturing issue. He offered me a full refund, Amazon credit or to send me another set free of cost. I choose to receive a replacement set. Within a few days I had the new set. The updated replacement set is great and I will definitely be buying these from now on. The clunking is 100% gone. Quality wise, they are not quite as vibrant as factory Canon, but it’s really unnoticeable unless you’re holding them side by side. Most people wouldn’t notice unless they were looking for flaws, and I was. These are a solid 9/10. The cost difference compared to Canon and the excellent customer service make these a no brainer purchase.
Worked fine for around 2 weeks, and now leaves yellow streaks across every page that is printed in ‘color’. Black & white printing absolutely fine. Not a huge deal considering what I typically use the printer for, but obviously less than ideal. Yellow cartridge seems to be ‘leaking’ toner out aspects of the cartridge that it should not be.
UPDATE: After seller reached out to me, some replacement units were sent to me, and the new replacement units work perfectly — No yellow stripes, good color saturation. Very pleasant to communicate with, and quick turnaround on replacement carts. Apparently, one had a leaking toner area (guess which one…). Would not hesitate to buy again from same seller, whenever these run out (it’ll be a while!).
This is an amazing deal! After paying a ton for black refills I finally needed a yellow refill. I was lucky enough to come across this product on Amazon. I didn’t realize there were even third party cartridges for available for this Canon printer.
For less than the cost of one Canon replacement cartridge you get all the refills.
I use this printer for both business and personal applications and so far the results are hard to differentiate between Canon and this brand. I can’t speak to the longevity of this third party refill, but for the price, I’m not concerned.
If you are like me and tired of paying the ridiculous price point for Canon cartridges then I’d highly recommend trying this brand. Your wallet will thank you 🙂
UPDATE: Customer service was great and a replacement set of toner was sent to me. I appreciate the level of customer service and desire to make things right for their customers.
I recently installed this toner in my Canon printer. The first couple of weeks of use were fine. However now every time I print in color, there is a blue or yellow (or sometimes both) line going down every page. I have used this toner before in a different printer with no trouble. I fear I may have received a defective box this time. It’s a lot of money to spend and have the product not work as it should.
Update 10/29/21 I was contacted by technical support and they have “fixed the product error” on their end and offered to give me a full refund for their defective product.
Not happy with this purchase!! The replacement claims to be 054 or 054H but my Canon MFb44Cdw begs to differ. Upon insertion of the new cartridges my machine began making a loud clicking noise and would not print. When I pull out the “replacement” and put in a true Canon 054 everything goes back to normal!
I am totally impressed with the print quality of these replacement laser cartridges. When you view replacements there are many choices from a lot of vendors; my previous choice proved to be a bad one. That said, I ordered these based upon reviews and a short delivery date. I pulled out and tossed the other brand as soon as these arrived. They have performed great, easy drop in just like the factory replacements would be, never any streaking down the printed page or off colors.
I could not be more pleased with the print quality and color delivery from these replacements.
The price is almost too good to believe and I will purchase another set before this set runs out.
The toner appears to work really well when it’s at 100% full. However, after using it for a few weeks and the toner goes down to around 70%, the print starts to become very light to the point you cannot read the font. At first, I thought there was something was wrong with my printer, so I order a new set of toner again. After replacing the the toner, it work until it’s at 70% again.
Update 2/17/2022
The company had reach out to me to notify me that they had found the issue that was causing the toner to dry quickly. They had work to resolved the issue and offer me options to make up for the bad experience that I had. They really show that they stand by their product and have excellent customer service. I’m willing to try the product again if the issue has been resolved because they do have the best price out there. I’m updating this over all rating to 4 star because of their customer service. I have not try their new product but will once my printer need ink replacement.
I will admit, when I ordered my first set, my blue toner was defective and would cause some ghost images whenever I printed in color. I simply emailed True Image to see if there was a solution or if I could get a replacement and they replied asking for images of the problem. They had a replacement pack shipped to me within 24 hours of my first email!
My replacement toner is working great but I am even more impressed with how easy the communication was with them.
We purchased these cartridges after spending a lot on the OEMs and wanted to take a risk due to the high cost of the OEMs. They work great so far and we had no issues in printing. These cartridges came well packaged and had clear indications on what needs to be done. There is no difference in quality that we can see. Due to work from remote and remote school we take a lot of prints and these have lasted well and the quality is also not gone bad. The risk we took was well worth this.
I use these for my printer. They work fine and last a long time but I notice about half way thru the colors bleed on the paper. I’ve had lines of yellow or pink. It’s fine because I’m not printing anything formal but it’s annoying. I guess you get what you pay for. Still will continue to buy.
Bought and tried – Great print quality until I got to 40% – 50% toner in two colors. Quality went downhill. I reached out to True Image Supplies to Canon and True Image Supplies. Turns out my toner was low although it was registering 40%. True Image Supplies quickly replaced the ENTIRE SET at their expense including shipping. If this set lasts the full life, I’ll use True Image Supplies again.
Their service agent I spoke to was responsive and diligent. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working properly. If you want the guarantee your toners are OEM, buy OEM for double or triple the price. If you are willing to be a little flexible buy third party toners. You have that choice when you buy the toner. There is a reason third party toners are half the price.
These cartridges are just as good as the original factory cartridges for a fraction of the cost. I will keep buying these for sure!
Update: I didn’t talk to the shop at all, but after seeing my review, Tony sent me an email asking for some clarification and offered help. He has been super helpful and very nice. They sent me a new set of toners which I very much appreciate. The issue with the magenta toner is now resolved. No more pink on the pages.
It’s cheap enough but not worth it. I have a brand new printer, so I know it’s not the printer. This also not the first time that buy aftermarket toner or ink but this quality is terrible. All the pages have a pink tint to it and are rather red on the edges. It’s so horrible that there is no way to use the documents. I have to throw this crap out and purchase original toner and hope that I don’t have to take the whole printer apart to clean it from this disgusting product.
Received the product and was excited because of the great reviews, but unfortunately after installing the (C – Cyan) cartridge, everything I print either has a blue tint to it or a blue line covering the top portion of the page. I have yet to install any of the other colors as they’re not needed yet but I won’t be doing so. I had high expectations for this product, but unfortunately it didn’t pan out.
July 2021 Update: These guys really stand behind product. I worked with Tony from their customer service team and it looked like their technical people determined the cause and fixed it successfully. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was not expecting Canon color quality, but this generic True Image Compatible Toner does not have consistent quality. The black, blue and magenta colors are fine, but there something wrong with the yellow cartridge. There are yellow smudges about 1/2 inch size on the sides of every page printed. For personal use is OK, but I cannot use this cartridge for business.
Kassetten werden vom Drucker angenommen, Druck erfolgt. Fr Fotodruck sind die Farben aber qualitativ nicht gut genug, starker Abfall gegenber der Originalkassette von Cannon. Fr Bro-Druck aber vllig ausreichend.
Original Review: The ink ran out while the display showing the level of ink in the cartridges was far from empty. The cartridges did not last the full lifespan as they are advertised.
I’m changing my review to 5 stars based on the excellent customer service. The seller contacted me, explained the issue and offered me a refund besides being out of the return policy. It seems that I just got unlucky with a defective batch.

The quality of print of the black toner is terrible in my Canon mf644cdw. I tried all cleaning settings after installing but it always leaves gray spots even on the back side of the page. I tried after with my previous toner and it works well. It seems that definitely is the new tone
I have been using the printer daily with these toners for about 5 months. They have about 40 percent toner life left, after daily use for 5 months. The print is sharp, and the colors are true. No leaking or streaking with these cartridges. I’ve tried six different Canon 054H toners brands on Amazon, and these have the longest life and best performance. I’ll buy these next time, because they are the only aftermarket toners I’ve found that have similar performance to original equipment Canon cartridges.
