Thank you TRX for supplying ON the Go extensions. I really looking forward to building my body weight and all around performance in this next Marathon training cycle. It has helped me a great deal over the years while in the gym. But now I can use them in the comfort of my home.
Live it! Now I never need to go to the gym
I like this version of it rather than the more expensive one. It works the same and I can pack it really easily for traveling. Plus, it comes with the door frame adapter but you have to remember to put it near the hinge.
With the lockdowns, this product really came in handy and now I use it for all my workouts. I was able to get a better range in motive with my squats as well, which is great for that extra bit of gains.
The TRX has helped me maintain my physique even without going to the gym. The exercises are challenging and adjustable. Coupled with a few apps, the workouts are efficient and effective.
Well packaged with good instructions and a full page of exercises. We attached to an eye bolt to double studs in our basement. Set up was easy and started working with them right away for quads, triceps, squats, and push ups. Only reason for the overall 4 star rating was because the hook on the straps attached to the bolt hook came open once. I must have just hit it in just the right place to unsecure it. After that one time itnever happened again.
This is the third one I have ordered! My son and husband each have their own now! And will leave mine alone
We started using immediately out of the box. It’s way easy to set up and you can feel the ‘good’ burn right away. Would recommend to anyone who is not into traditional weights.
The product is great, but don’t trust the packaging promises regarding a phone app or free workouts.
Great so far, the only annoyance are the levers to change the strap lengths. They’re not the most user friendly. The newest versions are much easier to lift and adjust.
The product performs exactly as expected, very study, durable, well made. Perfect for home workouts!
Nice product To access the promised free training and downloadable PDFs they collect all your data including credit card info and OPT YOU INTO a $20 a month training which requires you to waste time trying to find your way out of the OPT OUT maze. . TRX attempts to reach into your wallet every opportunity and deliver little. A FREE no strings attached alternative is workouts on YouTube and get FREE training videos and free downloadable stuff on the web. Nice product/concept tainted by a desperate management attempt to get more money any way possible. TRX you made enough money on some nylon straps.
Used for strength training and stretching. Easy to use. Able to use along with YouTube videos for great workout.
TRX is well known for its use and quality. I purchased the suspension ropes based on that reputation. I’ve not been disappointed with the purchase.
TRX is a complete gym in a bag. You can do a full body workout in doors or out. It also is great to travel while we are avoiding hotel gyms because of COVID

It is very strong, safe and easy to use. I hang it on the door and do exercise , you have a little gym at home with this product. I am working out every day since I got it and I’m obsessed with this.
I love trx. One of the best items to have in a home gym. Light, easy to pack, and can be used to exercise any part of your body.

I love it!! I used to exercise with the straps in a gym but after my baby i stopped! I’ve putted it on my ceiling it’s stable, strong. Like the professional one!
I’ve used the TRX bands at the local gym…I received my TRX on the go last night and completed a quick 20 minute session today just as a beginning point….love it!
One complaint! The box that it comes in has a key card to access workouts online….. the card was missing…….Amazon employee tampering? Or random packaging flaw? I’ll be contacting TRX support….I’d really like access to workouts.
