Pretty good quality Very sturdy in the holder Charges quickly no problems as ye
I used this in my car for charging phones from Xiaomi, Samsung, LG, and TCL and it did a good job with every device. Don’t expect it to charge your device as quickly as at home if you have a newer flagship since this adapter tops out at 20W but it gets the job done nicely at a reasonable price and unlike cheaper car adapters doesn’t get hot and won’t damage your phone or automobile since there is built-in overpower and short-circuit protection.
There are separate USB-C and USB-A plugs to support PD and QC charging standards depending on your device and while you can charge two devices simultaneously many devices that use the PD charging standard do so to avoid paying a licensing fee to Qualcomm for their QC charging standard. If you are charging two PD standard devices simultaneously the one connected to the USB-C port will likely charge slowly.
It doesn’t make sense to spend hundreds of dollars on a phone and then buy a cheap car adapter at a gas station or dollar store–a quality car adapter like this may cost more but it’s money well spent if you care about damaging your phone.
Great product both usb and c charging ports ideal for new Samsungs etc. Fast charging ports too. So much quicker than standard cigarette lighter charging points
Very small unit with plenty of power, genuinely just a simple gimmick free car charger.
Very good quality little car charger with sturdy braided cable included. It is well made, a nice weight, not cheap tacky plastic, and works very well.
Now that so many chargers are moving over to USB C, this is a good bit of future proofing for the car! I already have cables that only have USB C on both ends (Mac user) so it means I don’t have to fiddle about finding another cable if I’m travelling.
This comes packaged nicely. It fits into socket well and I like that it has a type c both ends lead included so you can still use the USB . Works well
A very good quality car charging port for two USB connections for either usb or usb c.
This is a nice and weighty charger, coated in a grey metal, it is sturdy and strong, able to withstand being stood on should you drop it or have a child leave it on the floor.
It works very well and the slots are nice and easy to connect the usb’s in to. As is the actual bottom connection that goes into the charger point for the car.
Overall, affective and good quality. No issues with the connection and a good price overall!
Useful little portable charger for the phone; plugs into the car (where the old cigarettes lighter was – I don’t know the name of this port!) Simple and easy to use, just plug it in and charge; relatively fast charge and great for backseat passengers to have an additional charging port in the ca
Dual port in car charger. Good quality braided flex. Does the job would recommend
I got these for a long (14+ hour) drive and this worked perfectly with my new iPhone. The map app can drain the battery faster than it should, but when connected to this charger I had no drain and maintained 100% battery throughout the trip. I was impressed with how quickly it charged the phone after taking the phone out of the car for various stops. Very happy with this item.
This charger is great. So much so that I have got one in all of my vehicles as they do not have USB charging built directly into them.
This is perfect as it allows me to charge up my phone and another device such as one of my work lights while I am on the go during the day.
During the week I spend more time in my van than I do at home so having a reliable source for charging my phones and other devices is vital.
I’ve evaluated many. Read on to learn if thigood looking White Cat is a worthy competitor:
First, determine if this model suits your needs. For newest iPhones, it’s a must to find a Power Delivery Charger (PD) that’s at least 18 watts. For Samsung, Pixel, various Androids etc., it’s a must to find a Quick Charge 3.0 charger. Thus, with two jacks, this is the right type for any type of new phone to take advantage of fastest charging capabilities. Why? It has both a USB-C Power Delivery jack needed for iPhones and a USB QuickCharge 3.0 jack for other brands.
If you have an iPhone, Apple certified cables are a must. This set is good value when you consider that a braided cable of evident good built quality is included, too. New competition is driving down prices and upping build quality. With any incuded cable, don’t expect endless longevity.
WHAT WATTAGE DO I NEED IN A CAR CHARGER?
18 watts is the sweet spot. Anything less will slow down charge times. Anything more is overkill if you are only charging your phone. No higher wattage charger will increase charge time. You are aiming for a 50% charge is a rapid fast 30 minutes and 18 watts accomplished that just as fast as a higher wattage charger.
This one is 38 watts combined. Don’t let that confuse you. For speed, the USB jack is the way to go. If you plan to instead charge both a laptop and phone in your car, look for a more expensive charger that meets the wattage of the charger that came with your laptop. That’s typically 36-45s alone for the USB-C jack.
SPEED TESTS: Comparing brands
Essentially a tie. Using USB-C to Lightning cable, each charges from near zero to 50% in 30 minutes. They are all within a minute of each other in my tests, so no meaningful difference.
Hope this review has been of help–thanks for slogging through all the detail. This is a great choice for any type of recent phone you plan to charge.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly of a charge this gave. I am usually shuffling my kids from activity to activity and need to sometimes charge on those short drives. This charger does the trick to give me enough juice to get out of the red, dangerously low battery range in just a few minutes. So far, been working great, and the cord is more than enough long to reach my dash mount cell phone holder.
.. and even for newer cars without fast charging ports (they do fast-charging).
I got these for a recent road trip since rental cars don’t always have (enough) USB ports for all the family. This worked great for both Android and Apple phones.
I have always had a problem with these chargers staying plugged in in my truck they always want to push back out just enough they don’t charge this one stays in even when bouncing around. Seemed to charge phone as fast as being plugged into a wall socket.
Good value for money cigarette lighter charger, works well and fits nicely unlike some
I checked it out and appreciate that it includes both a USB and a C connector for charging your phone or other devices. I put it to the test, and the charging of a smartphone was mediocre at best. The USB C cable is really sturdy, as seen in the photos, and the entire kit is ideal for use in a car.
I am a “slow adopter.” When I find a piece of tech I really like, I hang on to it until it no longer provides me with what I need or want. My wife on the other hand is a “rapid change” type person.
So, she recently “upgraded” her phone from the Galaxy S10 to the Galaxy S22. Meanwhile, I’ve chosen to stick with my old (???) S10, which does everything I want… and also allows me to use my add-in 512 GB microSD card (in addition to the 512GB built-in storage, giving me a full terabyte on my phone!) and has a conventional headphone jack (while also still allowing everything you can currently do via the USB port or by Bluetooth on newer phones.)
Samsung has traditionally been a proponent and heavy user of the Qualcomm “Quickcharge” (QC) charging methodology. This is owned by integrated-circuit-manfacturer Qualcomm, and is licensed by third parties. It’s a very precise, communication-heavy charging methodology which provides very efficient charging as long as both devices… the charger and the charging device… both have it present.
Recently, however, they’ve started shifting to the open-source, free-to-use “Power Delivery” (PD) approach, which previously was mostly used by Apple (once they moved to an industry-standard USB-C charging and power connection). While PD is a bit less precised, overall (less total “steps” to adjust through during charging), it’s free to use and entirely open, so ANYONE can use it.
So… my wife has a PD device (the S22) and I have a QC device (the S10).
You can charge a non-PD device on a PD charger, but it will default to “standard USB” and will not get the benefits of fast charging tech. And you can charge a non-QC device on a QC charger, but it will do much the same.
So, to allow BOTH of us to get fastest-possible-charging in the car at the same time, using a single socket… this is a great solution. I plug into the “Quickcharge” side, she plugs into the “Power Delivery” side… and we’re both happy. And that’s a GOOD thing…
Amazing fast charger for my Samsung M31 and M53 was 70 min full charge five stars and no overheating.
Charger works great in my car. Charges my phone as expected, and seems to be a quality made charger, it appears and feels heavier duty than others I’ve owned. Comes with a fully wrapped cord that’s giving me “extra durability” vibes. Nice set!
I got this product because my iPhone 13 stopped charging with my older kind of cables that used to charge my phone before, after an upgrade, they all had stopped working. But this cable worked just fine and it charges fast. The cable is very sturdy. There is one usb c connection and another usb output So i was able to connect both my car camera and also iPhone 13 charger in it, it works just fine, no problems so far! Nice.
Really handy to have to have in your handbag if you change vehicles or perhaps to have one in each vechicle glovebox!
I like that there is a USB type a & USB type c port so forwards and backwards compatible.
The cable feels good quality.
Works well
Feels sturdy
This car charger is a 12V plug to plug into a 12V socket such as a cigarette lighter socket in a car. It has two charging ports, one USB-A and one USB-C and comes with a USB-C to Lightning cable for charging an iPhone. If you want to charge other types of phone you will need to use a separate cable with a suitable plug on it.
The cable that is supplied with it is good quality. It has a braided sheath and the connectors at both ends are made of a flexible plastic so do have some flexibility in them.
It is very handy for charging or powering two devices with one socket in the car.
Great for fast charging my Samsung. Two charging ports can be used at the same time. Seems well made. Impressed.
This is a very nice looking car USB adapter USB adapter it feels premium with a metal finish it has 2 charging ports and will charge and will charge your device with fast charging.
This product has saved me loads of money. My charger would always rip from bends. I would really recommend his to anyone who wants to lie down and charge their phone near them. Also the material is magnificent.
Works a treat. Nice and compact, feels and looks like it’s good quality. Comes well packed with good presentation.
If you have what use to be a lighter plug in your car, then utilise it for modern gadgets.
You can charge your usb devices with this plug.
Add additional sockets points.
This is a car cigarette lighter charging adapter. It isn’t large or bulky and it works very well indeed. It doesn’t stick out too far so it means it won’t get in the way, dep[edning on where your lighter socket is of course.
This has two ports, one is a standard USB the other is a C port outlet. This is a simple charger that you plug in and then plug your device into. Works well, with no issues and I am delighted with it.
Great little charger that does just what I need and importantly stays plugged into the lighter socket even on bumpy roads. I’ve had a different one that would always work loose after a while so my battery would go flat until I noticed and pushed it back in. I’m happy to report this one’s much better and I no longer have that problem.
It’s well made, mostly from metal, and the two ports seem to provide a good fast charge for both my phone and Chromebook in the car.
I’m very happy with it.
Simple but effective, I have an older car that doesn’t have a USB charging port so something like this is a must. It’s worked flawlessly so far so no complaints, great item.
This USB charger comes in a small, printed cardboard box and inside you’ll find the charger and a USB-C charging lead.
The charger itself is solidly built out of aluminium which makes it extremely strong and also heat resistant. It has a USB-A and USB-C outputs, and it supports PD and QC so is capable of quick charging most Apple and Android devices. It is the usual size for a cigarette adapter, but the head is quite small considering that it has two USB connections. Since it is smaller, it fits perfectly into the cigarette lighter socket in your car but doesn’t take up as much space when inserted.
I’ve used this to power my wireless car phone holder, to charge my phone, and it is charging it faster than my old USB lead, so it definitely supports quick charge. For its size, I’m surprised it supports both “Quick Charge” and “Power Delivery” for faster charging of Apple and Android products. The fact it doesn’t protrude too much from the socket is also a big positive
This compact two port car USB charger feels a premium product with its high quality metal finish. The build quality is excellent.
Included with the charger is a Lightning to USB-C cable, which is perfect for my iPhone 11. The cable also feels high quality as it is braided and seems very durable.
I think this charger with Lightning cable is excellent value, and I would highly recommend it.
Super slim design and can plug any charger in it and it charged as fast as mains charging. The item came with a iPhone charger but isn’t limited to that and can use my USB gps and charge my phone at the same time.
All works great and doesn’t get warm eithe
Got this in the back for my daughter and her friends to charge there iPhones and it’s quite fast indeed. The daughter and friends are very happy with how this works and how fast it charges so not complaints here. Well worth the price well worth buying in our opinion.
Really great fast charging point for the car. I was very impressed with how quickly my phone charged whilst I was driving. Two ports as well so can charge a number of devices at a time which is great. Good value for money as well.
It works just great, I would recommend this USB charger if you are looking for a charger with USB port for car use!
Fantastic fast c car charger. good connection with mobile phones and easy to use. I do recommend this item
great little c car charger. good connection with mobile phones. Easy to use and i do recommend
This is all you need to help charge your latest iphone whilst you’re in your car.
It has an adaptor which plugs into the cigarette lighter port of your car, with the USB-C connector slotting into the adaptor whilst the other end slot into the port of your iphone.
This also has a standard USB port in the adaptor too which means that most phones can be charged up from this adaptor, which is great.
The adaptor gets a little hot after a long time slotted into the cigarette port of your car but nothing you need worry about.
It won’t charge your phone as quick as a normal plug does but it gives out enough charge to keep you phone charging even when using it in the car.
The lead itself is a chord design and has useful flexible rubbers which join the wire to the ends, this really does help stop the wire from fraying at the joins.
In all, if you’re looking for a charger for your iphone that will charge your phone in the car then this is well worth the money, (14.39 at time of writing) It chargers well and doesn’t over heat.
This is a good car charger that offers good charging speeds as well as 2 output ports; USB A and USB C.
Everything feels sturdy and once inserted, the charger does not wobble or move.
Included with this car charger is a useful lightning cable.
If you need additional charging ports for your car, then this fits nicely.
You get a normal usb & usbc port.
The only slight negative is it sticks out a couple of cm’s, but this also makes it easier to remove.
It charges my iPad without any problems and a reasonable speed.
You get a nice chorded usbc cable with it, which is useful, especially for android users.
Both products are built to last.
Very robust and good finish.
Steadily plugged into the cigarette lighter and stayed there.
Using the USB A for the car cam and the USB C for the iPhone, so far so good on both devices.
It usually gives me a good top up even a short 15 mins drive – fast charge.
Recommended and price is great with voucher and Prime combined ( around 10 mark )
Well made and solid.
Two usb ports and a choice of power outputs as a result.
Perfect int he cra for fats charging devices or keeping the kids’ ipads going etc
Perfect duel usb car cigaret charger including lead very well made and has fast charge well worth the money
This metal bodied fast charger for a 12v cigarette socket, or power socket if you prefer, comes in pleasing grey, there is a USB C to C fast charging lead included.
The Charger has a USB C port and a standard USB A port.
Both ports are fast charging with 20 and 18w respectively, making a combined 38w.
Feel of the product is pleasingly solid, and the fit is good.
Packaging is simple but effective. The USB cord doesn’t come with a cable tie.
I don’t think this White Cat Charger will disappoint.

Great little 2 port fast charger for my phone in my car for usb devices!
I’ve had several different car chargers and they’ve never fitted the cigarette lighter port very well and they’ve all been very slow charging even an original car charger.
This one fits really well and with the correct usb cable does actually fast charge with 3.0 QC and really well being massively 20w!
Very sturdy gloss design and compact so it doesn’t stick out very far, great little blue led light’s up so you know it’s working, definitely worth the money.
Great charge
Works great and connects to your car just fine with a decent charge rate.
This in car charger works well. It holds well in the socket and the ports have a firm grip on the cables. It’s able to provide power via USB A, USB C or both at the same time.
The USB C cable include is a nice braided cable which is 1m long. Perfect for the car.
Really well made item, would recommend.
For a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter, it looks as good as it probably could. I’ve only ever used USB to micro USB or type C so delighted it came with a good quality USB C to USB C cable – USB available as well but obviously a bit bigger.
Was unsure if C to C would charge my phone but happy to confirm it does and even fast charges like the plug that came with my phone.
Easily plugged in and cable tucks away nicely when in use.
Seems excellent.
i was expecting a cheap and cheerful charger as most usually are with cheap plastic and a little wobble when inserted. however, this is quite different – it’s got a decent weight to it, high quality metallic finish and best of all it’s matt finish so no finger prints.
Great charger but be Aware there two models this is for an I phone only not Samsung. In the description it can be used for both when the cable won’t fit in phone.
