Bought for hubby for the odd occasion he is on a conference call. It works fine.
Great sound quality. Mic has a good pickup with a clear and good volume signal.
It could do with a little padding on the side without a speaker as some of the family find it uncomfortable to use.
Headset does what it should, customer service is great I had a problem with one headset and they quickly arranged a replacement.
It was easy to set up being plug and play – just had to talk through setting the audio default on the shop PC with the user..
Bought to use for dictation and am happy using them for this.
Took me a while working out why they didn’t immediately work when plugged in, but looking for info online I realised I’d put them in the wrong USB port, and as soon as I corrected that they worked fine.
Finding the right position for the microphone is trial and error, but once you find the best position it’s easy to place each time you use them.
The only drawback on a desktop is you need to remove the device to adjust the volume on your speakers for anything sound related, but it’s a simple unplug.
The cable is long.

I received the headset very quickly and it worked as advertised and suited my needs perfectly. Unfortunately it stopped working for some reason after about 4 weeks. I contacted their customer service who were excellent and had a new headset dispatched to me arriving within 3 days. The headset is great, and the service to rectify the faulty one was excellent. Trying a one-ear headset in place of usual dual ear as was finding more comfortable hearing background noise. So far, sound quality is good and checking with callers, voice microphone that’s good too Checking comfortwear when worn for longer periods
Lovely light professional headset. Very comfortable to wear all day. Has a clip to secure to clothing and sound quality really clear. Would definitely recommend.

I bought these headphones after using some that had two earpieces and I found heavy to use after more than an hour and didn’t like both ears covered as sounds weird when talking. These are much more comfortable and speech clarity is good for both listening and talking. I have used these for Skype, Teams, Webex and Zoom meetings without issue.
Great noise cancellation and reception. But not overly comfortable and a wee bit small to fit.
Much more comfortable then my last headset but my hair sometimes gets tangled in the non headset side.
Microsoft Teams meetings, rather than normal office meetings… Works as expected, good quality product and good quality sound, delivered promptly.

I ordered this to help with calls/video conferences in a shared office where my phone headphones kept picking up my colleagues voices. The noise cancelling microphone is excellent and screens out background noise. The sound quality is good and the headset is pretty comfortable (at least for a couple of hours wear). I had an issue with the microphone after nearly 9 months use and the seller sent me a replacement with no fuss. Very pleased with the product and seller.

I contacted the seller and within a few days i have already received a refund.
The customer service is amazing and the seller responds very quickly.
They offered to send me a free replacement or a full refund.
I would have taken the free replacement if i didnt already have another one.
Very good product. The product is light, comfortable and does what it’s supposed to do. I particularly like the flexible microphone- ability to adjust positioning to suit personal preference is helpful. Have had the product for a week so cannot comment on its longevity, but seems robust and no reason to believe it won’t be long lasting. Very happy with this.
Headset was good only thing I felt was wrong is the side that fits on to your head with no ear phone hurts after a while of using it could do with some foam on it.
Something went wrong with the headset and I could not hear any sound. In these trying times all my calls, conferences are done online off of my laptop and I have become dependent on the headset. I wanted to continue to use the same headset. I contacted the company and without hesitation they replaced the headset. Thank you.
It sounds fine and the mic seems OK and does appear to supress background noise quite well. So top marks for these main features.
Sadly, there’s a couple of frustrating features too. The description implies that the headband is ultra-bendy, strong and flexible etc. It doesn’t feel like that – the plastic is stiffer than I’d have expected/wanted. I’ve not been brave enough to test how flexible it is because I suspect it would snap without too much effort. Also it could have done with expanding a little more for real comfort.
And then there’s the cord. It’s long enough but for some reason I don’t understand, the controls are way too close to the headset. So rather than being able to hold it in one hand to control the mute button etc. it dangles several inches below the earpiece making it awkward to use. It offers volume up/down, mic mute and speaker-off. The mute shows a red light when active but turning the speaker off relies on you realising you can’t hear anything anymore! It works fine with Microsoft Teams but the mute button is not recognised/replicated by MS Teams – so danger of ‘double muting’ yourself.
On balance, a good value product – waiting to find out how long it lasts.
Worked fine and sound quality pretty good. Only issue is for me, the head band is a bit too tight, so can make it a bit uncomfortable after a hour.
I bought these for use at work as I work for the NHS and during Covid 19 epidemic all our meetings are being held on Microsoft Teams. These headphones have been a godsend to me and they are so comfortable having only 1 ear pad and movable mic. Thank you I would recommend these to anyone office based or not.

I wanted this as a replacement. The previous was just to bulky and not particularly comfortable. For the price and service this ticks all the boxes. Glad I bought it for my speech to text software.
I ordered 3, but only one came with the USB connection. The other 2 with 2.5 jacks.
This is a great product and arrived within 36 hours of ordering. Exactly what was wanted as I wanted a headset with a USB plug and not sound plugs.The volume on the unity for both the microphone and also the ear piece work well.

Since Covid I’ve been working from home. I decided to invest in a headset as I can see that I’ll be home for another few months. I needed this headset for Skype calls as this is the alternate method now instead of my mobile phone. The sound quality is brilliant, the head set is comfortable and there is a good amount of lead as well. For the price I think this is a really good headset. Far superior to the mobile phone headset I’ve been using.
Good quality sound, makes online work much easier. Find them a bit uncomfortable. But I perhaps need time to get used to them.
I have used it for a long time at work. Setup is pretty simple, just plug and play on my laptop. Super lightweight and the sound is great.

For the price these are fantastic. The sound quality is great. I was on a call and the recipient asked if I changed headphones as the call was so clear. I suffer from sensitive ears and the padding was great. They are comfortable to wear for long periods.

Really like this product, bought it for working from home as my work headphones had developed a fault in the wiring. These headphones are really comfortable to wear and the sound quality is very good. I would recommend this product.
The product is suitable for my requirements. It fits comfortably on the head and the sound quality is great.
Read the reviews which were all complimentary about this product and I have now used 7 or 8 times for online meetings very successfully. I particularly only wanted one ear headphones as I care for my Mother with dementia and I wanted to be able to hear any possible “issues “that may be starting when I am not with her.
My headset unfortunately stopped working before Christmas, I contacted the seller. Their customer service was excellent. They immediately replied with an apology that I was experiencing some issues and gave me some practical suggestion to check that it wasn’t my error (very possible as my technical skills are not necessarily a great strength!). Once I replied that there was still a problem a new headset was supplied swiftly with an apology for the faulty equipment, this arrived before Christmas (amazing speed).
I have often “given up” when seeking a resolution to an issue with a product particularly when a company starts to ‘wriggle or squirm’. This supplier was genuinely concerned and pursued me to ensure my satisfaction with the newly supplied headset, hence my opinion of excellent customer service.
I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier and will certainly be looking to see what other products they stock.
Plug in and go on Windows 10, no issues. Decent cable length and controls on the cable easily adjusted, including a useful mute button.
The mute Mic is very handy and the volume rocker works well and over rides the volume setting on the PC (Windows 10) These sit on the ear and offer a lightweight feel I’ve had these on for about 2.5 hours and after a while you forget you are wearing them.
A bonus is they don’t make your one ear hot and sweaty my last pair did that and hated it. You can also hear yourself talking when on a call which was the main reason why I opted to purchase these in the first place.
Really happy with the purchase and i will continue to use on a daily basis.
What makes this Headset better than many others I have tried is the mic, it works, and works well sound is clear and accurate, and doesn’t pick up everything else in the room, very pleased with them
