Before using, please browse the following for optimal experience:
- We DO NOT recommend to apply the dashboard car mount on leather, wall or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong adhesion properties. curved surfaces, plush fabrics, or uneven surfaces not recommended too. In such a case, please install the mount on the windscreen or air vent instead.
- Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup after using for a long time can restore their stickiness.
- After removing the phone holder, please use plastic wrap to protect the Suction cup. Please clean the dashboard before using the car mount.
- If your car is exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time, we recommend that you use the air vent car holder.
- Please note that the thickness of the phone case’s back should be less than 0.4inch (10mm). If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
How to use the air vent clip:
- Turn the knob right/clockwise to fix and lock, turn left/counterclockwise to extend the hook, and release it from the air outlet.
ATTENTION:
- NOT SUITABLE for non-intensive, circular, or special-shaped car vents. The use area of the vent should be more than 0.15 square centimeters (Length: 43mm/1.7 inches, Width:35mm/ 1.4 inches).
- The retractable length of the hook is 9.5mm-26mm (0.37inch-1.02inch); The width of the hook is 13.5mm/0.53inch; Compatible blade depth is 26mm/1.02inch, thickness is 4mm/0.16inch.
- The air outlet blades with a width of more than 26mm/1.02 inch will not be used for this hook clip (quick measurement method: use your little finger to measure, if the width of the blade exceeds the length of the first section of the finger, it means it cannot be used).

I got it for my daughter, she said it’s just the right size and so easy to use she has had no trouble with it, and it’s value for money, and she has told me to get one for myself,it’s very good quality the suction is good and the it doesn’t move.

Very sturdy, never fallen off, I can adjust it when needed. Fits perfectly where I put it and can turn it and it stays right in, definitely worth the money!
Seems well made, fixing options to consider though...
I do like this Firstly the air vent fixing is simple and very effective ie strong, however it prevents moving the vent slider and it was not in the best location for me, so I decided to proceed with the full installation ie the suction pad option. As with all suction fixings I am very dubious about how robust they really are. The first time I afixed, it wasn’t successful and it came off quickly. There unit seems strong, but with the weight of the phone, the car rocking and rolling, the extended arm, there is considerable force going though the base and strength needed in any fixing. In my case I was able to find a placement in a hole in the console, whereby I could simply super glue to hopefully make permanent. It’s now very good! If I need to remove I simply scrape off and put the rubber mat back over any residue. If this option was not available, I’d have been happy enough with the air vent fitting.

This is by far the best phone holder I’ve had. The windscreen adaptor has been in place since I bought it and the hold shows no signs of weakening. It has a really strong hold and the arm length is excellent.
The vent adaptor also works fine so I use that in my works van and just take the phone holder off of the windscreen adaptor.
I have yet to try the part for the windscreen. I bought this product as it stated that it works with vertical vents , which is what my car has. I am very happy to report that the vent attachment works really well with the vertical vents. It’s very sturdy when it’s attached and holds onto my phone without any problems. The mount sits well when the car is being driven around and doesn’t bob up and down when the car goes over any bumps in the roads. It’s really easy to put on and take off the vents and a great piece of kit.
Re-grade to 3* due to excellent customer service and now 4* due to using the vent holde
Once again, this is my opinion and not one i was ‘asked’ to do.
I’ll upgrade to 4* for this product now as i have started to use the vent way of holding the phone and it is pretty good.
Unlike previous vent holder that have actually broken my car vent (at a high cost of finding out) this one has a hook that you can fully rotate out, fit as required and then tighten.
To be fair, this is actually really easy to use and pretty good.
The customer service from Vanmass has been excellent considering the first unit i recieved broke and was out of return period but this product will have to remain now as a 4* as the first version annoyed me so much and just shouldn’t have broken on the inside – guys, just use a metal nut….will save all the issues.

Vanmass, without request contacted me through amazon and asked about the problem which i described and added photos of the broken internal plastic nut.
Of their own accord they apologised and have sent me a new one.
If this phone holder lasts longer than the original I will update again in time.

Awkward to fit with the slider and the slider internal nut has broken….how??
With the sliding arm it’s quite awkward to get in the right place on the windscreen.
More importantly though, how the hell does the internal nut break? The top screw has defintely not been over tightened and yet the nut is broken, rattling and can’t see how to take it out….pfft

Really good phone holder and comes with all the different ways of using it. Holder is very good quality as well. Would highly recommend.
This can be stuck on glass windscreen, dashboard or on the air vent.
I previously got a cheaper one from Amazon that had this magnetic way of holding my phone, please listen to me and DO NOT get that. GET THIS INSTEAD!!!. This is far more superior and yes a little more expensive but well worth it. This doesn’t even flop around when on your vent whereas the cheaper ones move around and with a simple bump on the road, the phone falls off. I previously got the magnetic one and within 2 weeks the strength of the magnet just got noticeably weaker, stay away from those. Instead get this. This is the only product you will EVER need for the road for your phone.
Haven’t actually used the suction cup part yet that’s why only 4 stars as I have no idea what it’s like. The air vent connection part is excellent though, easy to fit and you can’t over tighten it and break it as it has a clutch mechanism to stop this happening plus the arm is made of metal.The phone holder is neat and well made, connects easily and holds strong in whatever position you put it. Simple push button to open up the grips and release the phone and the base prongs to help hold the phone up lets you connect to the charger port easily. Definitely recommend this produc
This brand advertises so many different versions of phone holders so, it was just pot of luck maybe by choosing this version.
Honestly, I am absolutely chuffed. The quality is extremely high. I decided to stick this to my dashboard and I actually left it a week before use. I decided to stick it on a slight slope on my dashboard (which they do not recommend). Despite the risks, has the phone holder moved at all? Nope. It’s stuck absolutely perfect and is extremely solid in place. It was really easy to suction on and I held it in place for approx 60 seconds to give the phone holder the best start in life.
I have an iPhone 12 plus and I have a flip leather case which makes my phone about 10mm wider. My phone fits and holds lovely and I feel confident driving along that my phone will not fall. I use my phone as a sat nav every day so, I’m forever giving it a quick tap when I’m parked legally and it just stays in position so firmly.
I take my truck in quarries and landfills sites with very poor road conditions. Has this been any issue for this phone holder? No. The amount of extreme pot holes this has withstood without showing any signs of coming off my dashboard or adjusting itself is honestly incredible. I would also like to note that the phone holder makes zero vibration noises. This is a massive win for me when comparing it with other cheaper phone holders that have vibrated.
I didn’t use the air vent holder supplied due to personal preference but, it looks good quality.
I did have a play around with different rotations and with how this phone holder is designed and you can honestly work it into your vehicle so easily.
I love the simplicity of this phone holder. You really don’t need to read any instructions. It’s so easy to install and they also include 2 wipes (1 wet & 1 dry) to prepare your area prior to sticking the phone holder down. The ball joint is such a good idea and it just works so well.
The size of the actual phone holder is not unique and is pretty standard compared with most phone holders.
Honest overall rating? 10/10.
Would definitely purchase this again.

Really good phone holder, I have put it in the windscreen. It seems to be solid, as I won’t take it out,don’t know about resticking problems, as in the reviews. Love the extending arm as well. Haven’t used the vent clip, so cannot comment. Highly recommended.

unable to plug phone in whilst in the cradle, also if in landscape position the phone tends to slowly move along in the grips so that it has to be repositioned.

After reading the reviews 5* I decided to give this a go after my last attempt at purchasing a phone holder failed spectacularly launching my phone onto the floor and cracking the screen. This is an absolute genius phone holder it’s so secure I can even attach my phone when it’s in a fold over case and it’s so secure I can relax. The 5* reviews are right it’s definitely a best buy.

Car phone holder that actually works! Having tried others before, I was initially hesitant about trying this, but couldn’t have been more wrong! Once set up in the car its performed flawlessly and holds by Pixel 7 Pro easily, and allows me to use Waze without any difficulty in seeing the screen.

This is an excellent phone holder. It holds my S23 Ultra with no problems due to the extendable holders and the joints means that it can be pivoted in different ways. The grip is very firm and it doesn’t move. I highly recommended this product.
Very well engineered
This is a first-class product. It is of high-quality construction, employing sturdy materials. I don’t like to obscure vision so I have had a number of car phone holders with clips to an air vent, which leaves the windscreen clear of obstructions. All previous clips have weakened and failed. Instead of the usual ‘crocodile jaw’ type of clip which eventually loses its grip, this Vanmass unit employs a completely different type clip based on solid engineering, producing the most stable attachment possible. I can’t report on the suction pad because I don’t use it, but I would be very surprised if it is not to the same high standards.

I’ve used VANMASS products for the last couple of years with no problems. With this product, I’ve found that the suction power is not as great with the suction holder coming loose from the dash – even with no phone on the holder. In all honesty, it is probably down to user error!
I contacted the seller in regards to this issue. The reply was prompt and extremely helpful. I am being sent a dashboard pad with a suction cup free of charge. Elsa was lovely and informative, and this level of customer service is what will keep me as a very happy customer. Thank you very much Elsa!

Good quality, very sturdy, sticks to windscreen very well, I’ve had it on for quite a few months now and is that well stuck down it’s there for good even when you try it’s almost impossible to remove from windscreen. Definitely would buy this again big thumbs up from me…
I finally found a "great" phone window mount!
After years of trying to find a secure and easy to use mobile phone holder and failing, I had hopes that the Vanmass holder would better. It exceeded my expectations. It is “very” secure with a strong suction (keep the surface clean), has great adjust-ability that holds and doesn’t shift, and it can be adjusted to angles to fit almost any windshield. I love it.

Attaches well - even to textured dashboard
I bought this phone holder to have somewhere secure to put my phone to stop it sliding about when driving. I thought I might have to attach it to the windscreen – which (due to the design of the dashboard) wouldn’t have been ideal. But it actually attaches and (so far) has remained secure on the dashboard itself – which I was surprised at as it has a textured plastic surface. This works better for me as it is in a more accessible position. The locking and release mechanism for the phone itself works really well – so overall I’m very happy with it.

I am using it in the air vent but also have the wind screen mount. Both work and are easy to install. Since it’s only been a few weeks and the weather hasn’t melted the adhesion yet.. We’ll see! But so far so good..
